While traveling from Ohio to an event in IN,I had car trouble. Called this dealer for assistance and what a wonderful surprise. They are very professional, kept me informed about the repair of my car. They provided me with a rental to continue to my event. They continued to update me and got my car fixed the same day. Kyle and Ron were amazing, friendly, helpful and concerned about taking care of me. This dealership is a placed I would drive 4 hours to purchase a vehicle. Great place do do business.

By now everyone should know how I feel about Bob Poynters. Got a very nice car from them. 2014 XTS Cadillac. Impressive automobile. Anyway, the service was right on. These people aim to please. I was there inquiring about a driving job. That is all. Want you all to know they have some beautiful cars on their lots. You won't be disappointed. They don't have what you're looking for I'm sure they'll find it for you.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Dropped off my Jeep the day of my appt. which was wed. They said they will need more then an hour so I left my Jeep. Didn’t hear from them on Thursday so by Friday afternoon I tx them. They said they didn’t hear from the tech on it. The understanding on wed I would get it back by sat. Went sat 15 min before they closed. Was told they didn’t have it ready. Had to wait till mon. Went to leave and noticed they hadn’t even looked at my Jeep. It was still parked where I parked it and I chalked the tires so I know it wasn’t moved. They hadn’t even done my oil change either. I just asked for my keys back and left very upset. My daughter and her husband have bought close to 200,000.00$ worth of Jeep’s and a dodge truck just in the last year from them. I bought my Jeep there. Looking to buy a2022 Jeep. But not from them. I am going to take my Jeep to a dealer up north for more on. Guess since mine is under warranty it got put in the back burner.
