My husband and I had checked online the cars at Bobby Rahal and decided we would like to test drive one. We were greeted by receptionist as soon as we walked in. We looked around a minute or two, then the consultant greeted us. We asked him questions. He was very knowlegeable about the cars. We then took the test drive and we were impressed. Zack the consultant was not pushy, he answered all our questions and asked us questions so he coud best help us. The overall experience was very good. We did buy a vehicle and drove it home that day.

Worked with Ryan on a lease of a 2016 Volvo XC90 R-Design. He was great throughout the whole process. We were able to come to a good price on a pretty hot vehicle, so I was thrilled to sign. Ryan worked to get the car ready and went over all the unreal features of this SUV. He also worked with me after the sale to get all the settings right and make sure the SUV is how I want it. This is my 3rd lease from a Rahal dealership, and I love them. They work with you for the sale, make sure you are happy with the purchase, and make sure you know how to truly get the most out of it. Had seen a GMC Terrain on the website that was in our price range. When we went to look at it, our salesman was quick to get the vehicle ready for a test drive and get us the information regarding the vehicle. Once the test drive was over, we sat down and discussed that we were ready to purchase. Salesman asked what our plans were and once he had all the information, he wasted no time to get all the necessary paperwork done and when it could be scheduled for a final detailing, which was able to happen that day. Salesman noticed that the check engine light had come on. As per their policy, we were not able to take the vehicle home that day and they found the problem out right away. They informed us that it would be fixed and would call the next day to let us know when we could come pick it up. We filled out all paperwork so when we came back all we had to do was pick it up. The courtesy of the staff and salesman was wonderful. They were able to get us what we wanted and didn't push for anything extra, and while waiting in the lounge to find out what the problem was, offered us something to drink and a snack. We picked it up the next day and our salesman gave our daughter a teddy bear as a souvenir. It was wonderful to have a salesman that listened to what we wanted without trying to push other expenses or other vehicles that they feel might better suit our needs, that explained the vehicle history and paperwork that was filled out, asked if we had any questions, that really showed knowledge in the job that he does.

We drove 2 hours 40 minutes to this dealership because of the large selection offered, and it was worth the drive. We've never been to a dealership where you have to wait on a salesman. That should tell you something! We were treated with respect, and Peter Parisi thoroughly reviewed the new 2015 Range Rover Evoque that we ended up purchasing. He made the process smooth. All paperwork was ready when we arrived to pick it up, and he once again took the time to go over all the features on the vehicle. He also followed up after the sale, which made us feel gone but not forgotten. We plan to return next year for the first year's service appointment.

There comes a time when reviews are absolutely necessary to offer enormous gratitude for such incredible customer service. My wife and I have been long time clients of North Hills Land Rover and I assure you now, that will NEVER CHANGE. We recently purchased our dream vehicle, a 2014 CPO Range Rover Supercharged from another dealer, out of state. It had some electrical issues on our first and ONLY drive and we were advised to get it towed and serviced at my local dealer. That week, TWO Range Rovers were stolen from BOTH of the Pittsburgh dealerships, and one of those were ours. The management team, Keith Wieczorek and Jim Guerry were honest, generous, apologetic, empathetic, and overly willing to make a bad situation better. After a month of an agonizing search, it was deemed a total loss, never to be recovered. Our insurance covered the vehicle in full but the courteousness shown by Bobby Rahal North Hills was beyond words. They offered us a brand new Evoque as our loaner as well as kept in close communication throughout the month. But the real acknowledgment of the value they place on their clients became abundantly clear when Jim Guerry and his sales team went above and beyond to get us into a brand new 2015 Range Rover Supercharged, exactly like the one we lost. The ability to procure such a beautiful vehicle, from the offer Jim presented to us, was a once in a lifetime opportunity. They redefine customer loyalty and overall satisfaction. This was a very stressful and confusing time and the staff at North Hills Land Rover DID EVERYTHING PERFECT! We cannot thank all of you enough. The entire sales process was superb. Except for a day delay on the pick up of our new Volvo S60 due to a power outage the purchase was accomplished in an excellent manner. Since this car was already reduced substantially, there was no room for further price negotiation. Lastly I was disappointed that the car had a pump unit instead of a spare tire for a flat tire.

I told a salesman I was coming that day to look at a specific car. I had the money in my pocket, and I would've been able to do financing if it benefited both parties. Once I got there, the salesman was helping another customer. How do I know this? His office was empty and I walked up to the first person I saw an asked him. I informed him that I would wait. As I'm waiting in the lobby, right by the main door in and out, no one bothered to ask me if I had been helped. That's not an issue..It's totally possible word got around that I was waiting on someone (even though I doubt every single salesperson that came in or out knew that since I had nothing but free time on my hands to watch every single person and notice where they went). The issue was that after about 20 minutes of waiting, I tried to get ANYONE'S attention to at least open the car so I could look inside. 30 minutes goes by..40 minutes goes by and everytime I try to catch someone's attention by either looking them in the eye and waiting for a response or walking towards them, they either keep walking or don't even bother to look at me as they're walking right past me. At first I thought I was imaging this...but the straw that broke the camel's back was when I watched a family walk in...right past me through the front door...and then proceeded to have a salesman walk through that very same door, right past me and actively avoid me. It was blatant. He turned his head towards the empty wall as he walked past, and then when he saw the family looking at a car I had been standing near earlier in this whole debacle, he IMMEDIATELY went straight to them and assisted them. All I wanted was someone's attention! I immediately left and called the salesman and left a message on his voice mail about what I had just went through. He never called back, and I'm not surprised at this point. I'm guessing I didn't look expensive enough. Their loss.

Wonderful experience with the online sales agent at the Rahal dealership. Car was held for me as I was away on business and ready for my test drive when I returned. The internet sales agent, Bob , was very knowledgable and professional. The service department met with me at my request and answered my questions. The Porsche can be a little tricky to work on much less diagnose potential issues sand I was prepared to leave no stone unturned. I have been purchasing cars for over 40 years and would say that this buying process was very pleasant and I highly reccomend the Wexford dealership.

I recently visited multiple dealers in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas (and we are frequently in the area), in hope to find a new LR4 for my growing family. Land Rover of North Hills and more specifically Peter Parisi were absolutely fantasic. My husband and I (and small child) arrived near closing time and Peter took the time to speak with us and even noted that a vehicle would be arriving soon to the dealer. His knowledge of the product exceeded that of all the others in the sales department (as we had visited this location in the past). Of note, the sales process was extremely fast and efficiently processed and the vehicle was immaculate at time of pick-up. Peter was friendly, enthusiastic about the product, responsive, and more thatn accomodating with making the deal (holding the vehicle upon arrival to the dealer).

I recently visited 8 dealers in the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas, searching for a new car. Rahal Volvo stood out as the best dealer, because of the quality of the salesman (Mike Paras). His knowledge of the product exceeded that of all the other salesmen (and women). He's friendly, enthusiastic about the product, responsive, and fair in pricing and making the deal. He turned what is usually a horrible experience into a very positive one, and the other staff at Rahal have been exceptional as well, including the sales manager, shop foreman, service manager, and parts department head. The facility is immaculate, airy, and fully staffed. Head and shoulders above the Cleveland dealer we visited; even nicer was the lack of arrogance commonly found at the dealers of competitive German cars.

I saw a 2005 S430 Mercedes on car gurus.com for sale and I emailed Brandon Collins about the car. Brandon responded to my email the same day and answered all of my questions about the vehicle and provided a car fax that same day. I live 4 hours away in another state and Brandon set up a time for me to meet him and test Drive the car. We just purchased a new 2014 Land Rover Evoque from Bobby Rahal. Our customer service was extremely pleasant with Peter. He was friendly, not pushy at all, extremely knowledgeable about the Evoque model and answered every question I had about the features and performance of the vehicle. I came in specifically to look at that particular model and he never once tried to push me in a different direction. I was pleasantly surprised by the lengthy and informative test drive. I expected a quick 5 minute drive. What I got instead was an opportunity to test out the dealership's on site mini demonstration course, followed by a good 10 minute test drive up and down hills, on back roads and the highway. I was offered a fair amount for my trade. When I didn't see a color combination on the lot that I liked, Peter pulled up an incoming inventory sheet, and within two weeks I had the vehicle that I wanted. Peter kept in contact with me weekly, to let me know the status of the incoming vehicle. When it came time for the purchase, my trade amount stayed the same, there was no re-negotiating because time had lapsed. It was a very seamless, pleasant, fun, buying experience. I have already recommended Peter to a family friend who is looking to purchase a Land Rover. For me, whether I like the car or not, it's about the customer service and the service department that keeps me in the vehicle and keeps me coming back. Based on my experience with Peter, I will be sure to return to purchase another Land Rover from him in the future.

I recently started taking my 2003 Range Rover to Bobby Rahal Land Rover and LOVED it!! I have never been to a dealer that showed such attention to detail! I had been having some problems with my vehicle idling rough so after getting bad service at the other LR dealer I hesitantly turned to Rahal and will never go to anyone else! They not only got my vehicle in quickly, I had a phone call just hours later telling me what the issue was. There were several options for repair and I was relieved that they did not push me towards the most costly option. They finished the repair by the end of they day and when I picked up my vehicle it was sparkling clean despite the nasty cold weather!! Also when I looked at my vehicle I realized that they had found the piece of door molding that I accidently knocked off of the drivers door and laid in my backseat had been repaired and reattached for me at no charge!!! I was extremely impressed by the service at this dealership from top to bottom, and will be returning soon to buy a new vehicle from them!! RAHAL ROCKS!

This dealership lacks proficiency in customer service. Whether it's the parts department, or service department, they seem like they could care less. Whether by phone, email, or in person, they seem like they don't want to be bothered. Their website provides communication features, but they rarely respond. Their parts department isn't open on the weekends, which is an inconvenience. If your Jaguar is pre- owned and outside of warranty & you consult with the service department about a problem, they're apt to shrug you off. The service department is just not helpful. They don't seem to be enthusiastic about the Jaguar marque. These people have rubbed me wrong so many times, I wouldn't buy a roll of toilet paper off of them if they had the last roll on earth.

I contacted this dealer about a 2004 Volvo XC70 with very low miles. The salesperson told me that the vehicle had just come in and was being serviced. He said he would get back to me when the shop was finished with it. After a week of not hearing from him, I called again and received at first nothing but an automated reply. The following Monday I was informed the car had been sold. Clearly the car was being saved for someone more important than me.

They were not pushy at all and did every thing they said they would plus. Karen took care of the paperwork and Dustin picked me up at the airport. Test drove vehicle everything great. I was allowed to test on local roads and highway, and was able to fully inspect the car. I got no pushy sales chat on any upsells, no hassles, and to boot I got a lift from the airport and back as I had to fly in to take a look at the car. Car was exactly as described. Facilities are beautiful, all staff I interacted with were polite and friendly. I would buy from this dealer again.
