Bob, Dave and Ian made the whole process easy. I needed a new car fast but wanted someone to take their time with me and walk me through everything. I was able to test drive what i wanted and all the car's features were explained thoroughly. I didn't feel pressured at all! Once i made my decision, all the financial steps were laid out and all my options were explained before i made my decision. I would recommend anyone go to Bommarito Nissan Ballwin if your looking for a new car.

I purchased a 2016 Rogue with the help of Dave Evers. I can say that the experience at the dealership and with all the personnel was very favorable. I had been to a couple of other Nissan dealerships and did not have a good experience. Dave was very helpful and I am happy that I finally made it to Bommarito Nissan Ballwin. We were holding on to our '93 as long as possible, when the transmission went out. We contacted Ian who set us up with Jim with the criteria of what we wanted, needed and price. Jim sent us an e-mail of multiple vehicles immediately. After work, we went to the dealership, test drove a vehicle and came home with a new (to us) car by 9:30 p.m. Easy peasy. No pressure and no buyer's remorse. The only problem is getting used to all of the features, bells and whistles on our new vehicle. We love it!

I tried so hard to work with this dealership on a new 2015 370Z. We went back and forth about 4 times trying to get them to understand we are talking about a NEW 3 year old model vehicle . They then stopped talking altogether, no thank you but!!! nothing. So if I was a buyer I would shop else where.

I normally equate buying a car up there with a root canal. Lots of uncomfortable back and forth negotiations give me a headache. Just bought a 2016 Nissan Murano from Bob Stapleton and it seems like he went way over what was expected to close the the deal...and it was a very complicated deal cause of my trade in and financing ( on my part). I bought the car from them and never got the title. They mailed it somewhere else. I have not received it. I asked for a duplicate, they said it's take 2 weeks. Called them back 2 weeks later and they didn't order it. Reordered it again and now they are ignoring me. My advise is have them give u the title right away. I don't know why they didn't give it to me right away. I paid cash upfront, no lender. I would never buy a car from them again. Been driving scared! I bought the car July 28, 2016 it is now Sept. 29, 2016 still have not got the title.

The sale part went well. I knew what I wanted and bought it cash, I should have gotten my title then since I paid cash upfront. However, getting the title was terrible. I bought the car July 28 2016 it is now Sept. 29, 2016 (3 months later) and I still have not gotten the title. I called them a month after i bought the car and told them i haven't received my title. They had mail the title to the wrong address. So I had them to order me a duplicate. They told me it would take 2 weeks. Called back 2 weeks later, they had not ordered it. Re-ordered it and it's now 2 weeks again. I've called them and they've been ignoring me. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN!

I searched high and low for 6 months for a new vehicle. Did months of research via the web for the best deals. My search always led me back to Bommarito Nissan. I requested more info on a 2016 Nissan Versa. After receiving an email from Joe Caswell, I decided to give him a chance on Monday. Safety, I was not seriously injured in either crash thanks to the safety of my Altima. I also love all the upgrades and Matt took the time to explain how they work. I came into the dealership trying to get an accurate price range for my first car I would be purchasing and instead I almost got tricked or forced to purchase a vehicle. I test drove a car (which I loved) and came back in to see what kind of prices it would cost. After signing credit applications, the personal employee I worked with, began giving my buyers agreement forms to sign. After telling him, I needed time to think about it, and I wasn't sure, he began to pressure me, and force me to sign. I tried to call my parents to speak with them, and he would never give me the space to freely talk with my parents. Very frustrating day, and even after leaving the dealership, he called me to say that they could work out a better deal, and he would let me drive it home that afternoon. Sometimes too much is WAY TOO MUCH. Thank you to Kyle Reinken who was able to be very kind, as he tried to relieve some of the pressure by politely showing me my financing options. I appreciate it.

I found Bommarito Nissan on Autotrader.com Monday, and sent an email inquiring about a Murano. Dustin Olsen called me Tuesday morning and explained the options on the Murano I inquired about, the sale price, dealer fees, etc. in a clam professional manner. Over the last 10 days I have talked to salesmen at four different dealerships, in three different States. Dustin Olsen was the only one that did not try to apply extreme pressure, and provided me with the sale details I requested in writing. He is also the only salesman that I didn't feel like was feeding me a line! Based on my impression of Dustin from our phone conversations, today I drove five hours from MS to purchase the 2016 Murano. Dustin and all of the staff members I came in contact with were friendly and professional! The numbers were exactly as Dustin had provided. No surprises! He took time to explain all the features of the Murano. The dealership was very nice! My experience exceeded my expectation! And to top it off, the ten hours of driving saved me about $2000!

Overall my experience at Nissan Bommarito was relatively easy and quick. While buying a car is never fun, i left happy with my new vehicle and the deal I was able to recieve. Unlike most car salesmen, Jesse was really a joy to work with. He treated me like a normal person and was honest and straight forward the entire time. He made the process fun, which is the last thing you would expect in buying a car. If you are looking for the old traditional dealership that you have nightmares about, this is the dealership. In this specific instance, it involves the finance managers, very poor communication, did not call me back as promised and did not mail me paperwork as promised.While Frank Bommarito boasts on his company website that he is in Vegas playing golf with the rich and famous, his team of liars is hard at work at this location. The finance managers tell you anything you want to hear, then do whatever they please and do not follow through on promises to call you or mail you needed paperwork.If this is the type of service you are looking for, walk on in to the dealership and they will be happy to "stick it to the man", along with the famous west county better than thou "Tude"

Highly recoomended. I contacted Dave Evers regarding a 2016 model, but I ended up buying a used Maxima due to my price range. Dave was very helpful and accomdating through the whole process. Dave is very personable and low pressure. He provided me with his personal cell and quickly responded to any questions that I had. My husband and I are not really "car" people, so we knew there were only a few features we were interested in. We came in for a test drive, came back home to discuss it some more, and went back later the same day to make the purchase. Greg Wardlow was the salesman. He was friendly, showed us the cars that had the features we wanted, and made the whole process painless. After we completed the paperwork, Greg came out to the car and went over how to operate the various features.We have received a couple of phone calls from Greg, asking if we had any questions. Matt was extremely helpful and professional in every way!! He gave us insight to the features and functionality of the 2016 Pathfinder and explained the difference between the older and new models. He helped us understand what we were getting for our money and worked out a great deal for our trade in vehicle. When we came to pick up our car he had all the paperwork and the finance gentleman ready to go so we didn't have to spend the whole day waiting to get everything in order and signed. He even gave us a tour of the service shop (which was the cleanest shop I've ever seen) so we knew what to expect when coming in for our maintenance needs (oil changes, etc). He was friendly and polite to everyone walking around the store even when things were getting busy. I would definitely send friends and family to this location...no matter how far the drive is for someone!!!

While talking to him, he interrupted us by answering his phone and having a few minute conversation. We were really interested in the car and were looking forward to negotiating the price, he never asked us to come sit and discuss, and told us they will not negotiate at all. It didn't seem like he was interested in selling a car, and was being forced to be there. We were highly disappointed and will never go back to this dealership again.

My experience dealing with Matt was the best car buying experience I remember having. Matt ensured I understood his job was to get me the car I want. I understand the company needs to have some profit involved but at the same time I told Matt it was my job to get the car as close to free as possible! ;) He worked with me and my wife to a point we felt comfortable purchasing. I was prepared to walk out if the deal wasn't approaching my needs from the outset, but never once thought of leaving. We bought that night and traded in my previous car as well. People's common thought is that you get "taken" on the trade in, but I felt that too was very close to the value I wanted for the trade in.My day job is designing User Experiences so I truly enjoy and watch for the little things that make an experience enjoyable - even down to the little nuances that are less noticeable. Matt's professional manner, mixed with casual, friendly interaction with myself and my wife made for a truly wonderful dealing - even though we both knew it was a business deal - I will go directly to Matt on any future deal with this dealership. The dealership's attention to detail - even the shop that most people don't always see, was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. In my experience, that means when the things we don't see are being taken care of, it is a professional operation all around.AS AN FYI: MATT AND THE DEALERSHIP IN GENERAL WERE AMAZING!! THEY GET 5 STARS. THE REASON FOR 3 STARS BELOW IS BECAUSE OF THE FINANCE PERSON I DELT WITHI was not a fan of the finance person (won't publicly name names for bad reviews) and his finance sales tactics. Got an eye roll or two when I didn't buy extra stuff and a "Really!?". The best user experience would have been to say something like: "I know most people think it's not necessary, but I truly know the value. How can I make sure your car is safe with you feeling comfortable purchasing this? Maybe if I find a way to lower the APR another .5% to compensate for the extra cost a bit, would that be helpful?" (Because I have 800 credit and anything over 2% is not right - which is what happened.) I said "no" three times, and after the 2nd "no" I got an eye roll, it became a me vs him and I wouldn't take it if it was offered for $10. The finance person didn't deserve it. I was there 6 hours - I wanted the deal done, so that's why I let up my guard and lived with it (bad for me, I know, but it's definitely going to be solved).

Never been soooo well taken care of. All dealership employees are sharp friendly made us feel like family. Jan just left for work she is truly delighted in her brand new automobile wow .we went to the dean team dealership first seemed al they cared about was getting a contract.the tuscon was nothing compared to the Rogue. I original review was bad. The service manager, Jeff reached out to me. That employee is no longer with the company. They did what I wanted, over the phone to look up the VIN on my used car (I had just bought from an individual) and told me there were no recalls on it. I was able to get an appointment to get my car into their service center to discuss what the concern I had with my car. Everyone was professional to me, and the other customers in the store. I was paying attention. I am sorry I had this experience, but they truly seemed to be as well. The service center still has free wifi, coffee, and water - I love the quite room so that I can work while I wait. I will start by saying I purchased my 2012 Altima and 2013 Pathfinder from this dealership. I called about a 2000 Sentra I had purchased. I just wanted the VIN checked to see if there were any recalls or issues. Justin was condescending. He wouldn't do it, he wanted to know the issue, then told me there was no issue with the part. That was not what I was asking. He literally told me he did know all the recalls and there was no need to look. "But I could bring the car in." I loved this place with prior owners, But I won't be using their service (I used too) or purchasing my next car from here.

This makes twice that I have bought a truck from Bommarito dealer and both times were really great. We were treated right, this is why I drove 2 hours from my town to by a car from these people. Joe Caswell was a great sales guy also. I contacted him for a week or so and when I decided what I wanted I let him know & he got to work on it. We drove up I called him and told him we was on our way & he had everything ready for me when we got there. I will definitely do business with this company though the years.

It was a very low-pressure environment, and Jim did a great job of letting us take a few weekends to decide which car would best suit our needs. Once we had narrowed our search down a bit, he had excellent suggestions in our vehicle size range at prices that were frankly much better than anywhere else we could find. I was looking to execute a quick purchase for my wife, I found a BMW at this located she would like; I live in north county and Jim was willing to set-up a test drive for me 15 to 20 miles away. My dealings with Elma and Steve Toppings were very good. Elma was most helpful on the phone, and excellent when we met at the dealership. When my daughter and I arrived at the dealership on Thursday (no appointment), no one was at the desk up front. We stood there a bit, and then walked to the area with the small tables. Several employees passed us, but no one acknowledged that we were there. Soon a young man who was walking as if he was on a mission walked by; my daughter, called,"sir, sir" and he stopped and turned around. She quickly explained the reason for our presence, and he said he would have someone meet us--everyone was very busy. In a few minutes, Steve (I do not know his last name) came up, and was most helpful--bringing the car we were interested in, and after looking at the vehicle, we took it for a short drive in the area. Since we had an appointment the following day with Elma, we thanked him and said we would return on Friday.
