I had an appointment for a service that was only to take 1 hour. Upon arrival two service reps were working the one not taking care of a customer did not ask if i need help for five min and the qay it was asked was rude. The other indivudual was vary nice and he helped me out. I missed my other appoint ments schedule on my day off. So I will have to make new ones. Disappointed in the service provided to day.

I visited Bondy's Toyota on July 29th to have some routine maintenance done. When I arrived, Frances was the one that greeted me and got all of my information from my vehicle. I waited on my vehicle in the waiting room. Once my vehicle was ready, Frances approached me and told me my vehicle was ready and showed me where to check out. Once I started to leave, I asked her if she knew where my vehicle was parked, because it was storming and I didn't see it. She actually went out in the rain and pulled my vehicle under shelter so I wouldn't get soaked. Every employee that approached me was friendly and offered food they had in the lobby. This was my first visit and I received outstanding customer service. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Bondy's Toyota!

Comments related to Bondys Toyota, Enterprise Alabama . Rude, arrogant, disrespectful to my 66 year old Veteran husband. Purchased a 5K warranty on a 2010 model. Took it back for a ticking noise the next day after the purchase, no results from customer service. The next week a horrible noise started in the back of the vehicle, again no results from customer service. Picked it up today and while still in the Bondys dealer parking lot,we tried to open the back hatch and it wouid not open at all.We will certainly never buy from them again but a warning to all who are considering purchacing from them, especially older individuals and veterans...BUYER BEWARE.

He took us straight to the Corolla which I immediately loved and we took it for a test drive. When we arrived at the closing paperwork process, the guy asked how long we'd been car-shopping. 45 minutes, my daughter replied!! :)

This was a good experience. it's been a long time since I purchased a car, and they were patient with my questions and requests for explanation of the process and the details about the car. A 2016 is a LOT different than a 2004. I selected 4 stars because the process of selecting and buying a new car is never easy, but they were truly kind and patient with my decision making.

So my husband and I were looking to trade in our 2013 Chevy Malibu for hopefully an SUV. I was looking at Dodge, Jeep, Chevy, Honda and of course Toyota. Well after seeing probably about 6 dealerships in the past 2 months, I decided to check out Bondys Toyota. Now here in south Alabama, were very limited to where we can buy our vehicles. However, we weren't treated like that. Gary at Bondys Toyota made us feel like we could have gone anywhere and instead we chose them. Not only that but he even made see we got the best possible deal we could have gotten. Also, even though many dealers just leave you to your own things after you sign the financial paperwork, Gary made sure we had the car to our specification and even went step by step through almost the entire process and did not once lean our side until we left the lot with our new RAV4. Like I said in the title, we didn't expect to be walking out of the dealership with a new car but seeing how much Gary did for us and how much he treated us like family, gave the right push into buying our new car.

The sales staff were excellent at explaining the all of the attributes of a new Tacoma. They worked with me on exactly what we wanted and gave me a price that I couldn't refuse. When my Tacoma arrived, they explained everything about the vehicle operation and set me up for the first servicing. The paperwork and payment procedure were explained and completed perfectly. The dealership building was spotless and the waiting room and show room was immaculate. I would highly recommend considering Bondy's for a Toyota purchase. Earlier this week, my wife went in to see about getting a more efficient vehicle with lower monthly payments. She came gimme that night with a 2016 Toyota corolla. I was very pleased with the whole process she told me about as well as the car and payment. I in turn decided to test my luck a few days later. With no money down and mid level credit they found me a deal I child be happy with. I have a leased with the option to buy rav 4 and got my prior car paid off. With that my credit score goes up, I have warranty that covers my car while I use it and in a year from now I should be able to get nearly ANY vehicle I want. It's a win win.

I went there with an interest in trading in my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted and helped immediately. Corey walked around and helped me pick out a car that was in my price range and one that fit my wants. We then worked out the trade in agreement and I got more than expected on my trade in! Then the finance department helped me work out a loan. They were willing to work with me and my payment options in order to get me the vehicle. Since the windshield had a crack in it they needed to take it to the service department and they fixed that for me. It has been an overall amazing experience and I thank them all for it!

My 2003 Ford F-350 was on it's last leg and with my growing family, I needed to get into a reliable vehicle with a low payment that still fit my outdoor lifestyle. I ended up behind the wheel of a new Tacoma.Bill Kelsoe did an excellent job earning my business, I put him through the paces with research and questions (and maybe a bit of haggling) and he was very courteous throughout the entire 3-day process. Bill made sure I didn't spend any unnecessary time at the dealership waiting on paperwork either. Instead, I was able to communicate via text message. I'm busy (aren't we all) and I know they don't like potential customers leaving the lot, but I really appreciate their willingness to work around my schedule.The icing on the cake was both Jonathan Sewell and Cheryl Cashin's professionalism. Jonathan answered all my questions about another used vehicle and gave me above KBB on my trade-in. Cheryl had the financing ready, so when I showed up to get the keys, it only took a few moments to sign then drive.Overall, not once did I feel like I was dealing with a "car salesman". I started my communication with Seana through an email. She and I then texted back and forth multiple times in regards to a particular vehicle. She answered my questions thoroughly. When I finally spoke to her on the phone it was not like speaking to your typical salesperson. She was friendly, honest and to the point. So much so that my wife and I made a 4 hour trip to look at the vehicle. It was exactly what Seana said it was, and there were no ridiculous games being played in the negotiations. He put me in contact with Johnathon Sewell at Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise Alabama.I told him what I wanted and I was ready to buy if the price was right. Within 30 minutes he called back with the perfect Tacoma TRD 4WD and an awesome price!!Picked up the truck the next morning from Jonathon and Mr. David Clark came over to meet us also!! Great experience and a MUCH better finance department than I expected. Very reasonable prices on the extended services as well. Our salesman Corey was the most knowledgeable salesman on his product that I have ever seen. They were very up-front with my wife and I (both military) and did not try to slide anything by us that we did not want. Best car buying experience I have ever had, added in with the best interest rate I have ever had, and to top it off, by far the nicest vehicle I have ever purchased. Would do business again with them any day and recommend them to any friend of mine.

I've bought 2 cars in 3 months from Bondy's and I am very pleased with their professionalism and service. Corey Rucker was my sales person both times, and he is courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The whole experience from the purchase to the finance was pleasant and the best car buying experience I've had in 20 years of buying cars. Jamal the sales manager and Kevin Woodall in finance also worked with me on both purchases and were great to deal with. My first purchase was a 2015 Camry in April. I ended up adding a dealer installed option after the sale was complete. They still gave me wholesale cost on the part and discounted labor because I bought the car new from them. To my surprise, I was back in the car market in May and bought a Corolla yesterday. In the 4 months of car shopping that I just endured, I drove every competitive brand, and several car types from compacts, to sedans, to small SUV's. I dealt with so many dealerships and so many sales people and my experience with Corey, Jamal, Kevin and Bondy's as a whole was by far the best.

The people of toyota in enterprise are exceptional workers. They are genuine and truly care about which vehicle you are interested in. They know everything about that vehicle. I learned more in 60 seconds about the car I was looking at than I did anywhere else. Joseph was a great help, and when we took the car for a test drive, he left the radio OFF and allowed me to hear the road noise. Dealers are often shady, but these people aren't. Here's the deal, if you want to buy a Toyota in alabama, these guys are where to go. They'll work with you on price, they'll s stay late until everything is figured out, and they are so confident in their product it's contagious. Thanks again Toyota!

I had been looking to get out of my 2000 chrysler 300 and had been to over 20 dealerships and 6 banks whom all told me the same thing. The day I went to Bondy's of Enterprise I had went to Nissan in Dothan. After getting bad news I was skeptical. I was referred to Kevin by a former associate Seana Corsale whom is a good friend of mine. I told him my issue with my car and how the other dealership denied me without a co signer. We test drove a used camry but it was not negotiable. He talked me into test driving a 2014 corolla. I thought I wouldn't be able to afford it. He got with his managers and got it down into my financing budget without any money down and financed all my fees. He was such a blessing. I called Bondy's to get an idea of some options available for trading in a vehicle with negative equity. I left with a brand new car an hour or so later with all paperwork completed, great financing, and great warranty package. The staff was very personable and listened to what I needed and wanted. Cheryl & Miguel were amazing to work with. Cheryl went WAY above the normal for a dealership. They worked with me while I was in the process of refinancing our home. The process held us up a few weeks but Cheryl was willing to work with me. The price was fair and the service of the people made the experience and drive worth it. I drove three and a half hours from Birmingham and I would do it again, if I could work with the same Bondy's team. The vehicle had just been cleaned and the tank was full. All of the paperwork was ready and the business side of the transaction was quick and painless.

The reason I did not mind buying from Bondy's Toyota is because I have had great experiences with their maintenance shop in the past. The first person I met was Mike Jones. He was very friendly and accommodating to me, my wife, and children. It took my wife and I a couple of days to decide between two different vehicles at two different lots. Mike did not press us, nor did he blow us off. He was very patient and answered all my questions, even to the point I was annoying myself which checking the van over. The only reason I gave "Friendliness" 4 stars instead of 5 was because a sales manager named Jamal. I met him the first night we looked at the van and we shook hands and extended common courtesy etc. A few days later when I went in to look at the van again, and ended up purchasing the van, Jamal did not acknowledge my existence at all. He even made eye contact with me and just looked away. No wave to say hello or welcome back. I didn't exist to him. If he would have approached me with an offer on the van I would have walked off the lot and purchased a vehicle from another dealer. Any person who thinks they are too good to extend common courtesy or acknowledge a customer's presence doesn't need business from that customer (or anyone for that matter). All that to say, Bondy's is a great place to by a car. Ask for Mike Jones and avoid Jamal. They also have a great maintenance shop where I trust they are doing the right thing to my car.

Although our needs changed and instead of buying a new car we opted for a used car Steven Durbin remained our experienced and profession salesman answering all of our questions and making sure things were right. He easily answered my wifes Safety concerns and my reliability and economy questions about the car. At no time did we ever feel pushed to a car we did not need. Steve helped us find the best car for our money that met our requirements. Ted is a great General Manager and always tries to find exactly what I need for a reasonable price. When I need service, I know that Calvin Carter and Earl Holloway are going to take care of me, and they provide quick and quality service. When I came to get my car yesterday, a salesman named Jamal Harris came out to assist me and offered his services if Ted or Calvin were not available. I was referred to Bondy's Toyota dealership by someone I work with. My husband and I were greeted pleasantly by Seana Corsale. We told her we were just looking. We told her we haven't had a car payment for about 8 years and just wanted to see if we wanted to keep what we had or look for something new. We told Seana that we didn't want a car,we currently have a truck and SUV. Our son has been telling us it's time to get rid of the SUV before it's too late. We decided to let Seana show us some vehicles. She showed us a 2014 Scion xB. We weren't crazy about the color,she said that shouldn't be a problem. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from here. I came back a second time because of how nice everyone was and how smooth everything went the first time. I started off my search on the website. I started with the "chat with internet salesperson first". That feature is very handy and it gets the ball rolling. Lacey Williams was wonderful in contacing me thru chat and she kept up with me after words through email. Lacey even called me AFTER she was already off the clock. I was impressed with that. I myself being a female and buying a car by myself was hoping that I could just deal with women. I was pleasantly surprised that when I got to Bondy's Enterprise my Sales Consultant was Seana Corsale. Both Lacey & Seana made me feel at ease and not pressured in any way through the process. The car they took me too was actually the car I had been admiring on the website. I honestly didn't think I could be placed with that car. I had been given my 1997 Mazda 626 as a graduation present in June of 2012. While I loved my vehicle, it was time to move up as it had become pricey to fix, and overall had too many issues.I had known for a long time that I wanted a Mazda3 Hatchback, and after searching on Craigslist, I had found one that I absolutely loved. It was a 2010 Mazda 3 Hatchback 6 Speed Manual. Seeing that it was in a state away(I live in Panama City, Florida), it made it difficult for me to see it at first. One weekend a friend and I happen to be in the area, so we stop by Bondy's to check out the Mazda. We got there late that Evening, and Melissa greeted us as soon as we stepped out of our car. She informed me the Mazda was currently being taken on a testdrive, but to hang tight and that I would be able to look at the vehicle shortly. The entire time Melissa was cracking jokes with my friend and I, and just made it a good atmosphere to be around. We got around to viewing the vehicle, and took it for a test drive. After wards we went inside to discuss everything regarding the car. My friend and I left that evening due to time circumstances, and I wanted to think over my purchase. During the next week, Melissa was in contact with me via Phone calls, and text messages, and made it easy for me to understand what I'd need to do at my Credit Union in order to purchase the vehicle. After lots of trial and error on my part(of finding a cosigner with my busy work schedule), I managed to make my way to Bondy's on a Saturday afternoon, and actually made it to the Dealership AFTER it closed. But never the less, Bondy's stayed open to complete the sale of my new 2010 Mazda3 Hatch! I drove it home that night from Enterprise back to Panama City, and I honestly couldn't be happier. Melissa made this a very pleasant experience, and I'm grateful she was there to make my car buying experience so easy.

She let me have the car for an appropriate test drive, but didn't come along. She listened to my concerns and wishes, and she tried to make them happen when she could. Most importantly, she was not like a stray dog following me for my every move, and she didn't relentlessly call me and nag me about buying a car. I had test driven an earlier model they had, but it wasn't the car I wanted. When the one I ended up buying came in, she simply called me and let me know it was in. I don't buy cars from overbearing sales people, and she was everything but that. The reason I came to this dealer was to buy a new car, not for service or to buy a used car. This is my experience of Bondy's Toyota of Enterprise, Al. Pulling up to the dealership is just as your average dealership these days, nice cars, fresh cut grass, just purely appealing esthetically. As you pull up to the front door, it is then again just as any dealership experience, almost swarmed by salesman, which is fine but over bearing at times, but I have seen that Bondy's does not swarm you so to speak, they take turns with the customer/salesman which is nice. The time I went up there it was, Seana Corsale, that politely greeted me to Bondy's. At first I wasn't quite sure about having a woman to be the one to show me the cars (historically women just have no clue about vehicles). This woman was different, as we began looking around at cars in my price range we began to talk and she was actually quite knowledgeable about the vehicles she was selling. She can actually "talk" the car lingo and gave me her personal advice about each vehicle which I also liked. So when it came down to it I didnt have many choices based on the price range I was in. I had a lifted 2 wheel drive Xterra with a snorkel, which was neat but not four wheel drive which is what I was looking for. I then began to back out of the entire decision of trading my car in due to not having hardly anything within the $10k range I was wanting to be in that was appealing to me. I wanted my monthly payment to be less than $300. As I described my issues and reasons for not wanting to work a deal, Seana decided to go to the Used Car Sales Manager, Mike Beltran, to describe my issues for which I didnt want to work a deal. He practically (not literally) took me by the hand to show me a 2005 Nissan Titan LE they had on the lot. By the looks, this vehicle was going to be WAY out of my $10k price range. So I thought why not, lets go for a ride. I fell in love, the car salesman pulled one over on me, but I really was totally fine with it by now. I was driving a fully loaded Nissan Titan, I mean it even had power pedals and navigation, It was something nice! So when we returned to the dealership I asked how much the vehicle was. To my surprise it was WAY out of my price range, by $6k. I was kind of surprised about the whole thing. Why in the world would she even think to show me a vehicle that was $6k more over my budget? Kind of ludacris to me. So we began to talk about it, I told Seana it was way out of my price range so she talked to Mr Beltran again about it, he started plugging numbers and came out quite well with my trade, but that didnt really make much of a difference because the fact was it was going to be WAY over $300 per month. So we talked to the finance manager (forgot his name, but super dooper guy.) He had a few contacts and ended up getting it financed for me for $316 per month WITH gap. I mean, $16? I'm cool with that! So, thanks to the experienced salesman and management I came out with the vehicle I was really wanting even though I had no idea I could even purchase a vehicle in that price range. Win for me :) After it was all said and done, I noticed that the entire time I wasnt overwhelmed with decisions, nor salesman. No offense, but sometimes salesman can be the most annoying people in the world, but with Seana Corsale, I never felt obligated or vultured. It was just a nice joyous occassion of purchasing a vehicle. I will return and I will most definitely buy from Seana Corsale again.

I was amazed at the extremely high level of service that was provided to me over the phone and in person when she self delivered the vehicle to me in Mississippi. I ended up buying a 2014 Toyota Corolla even though I was in the market for a used car. I made this decision to change from used to new based on the features that Seana explained to me and the amazing deal she was able to work out with me. Bill Kelsoe and Cheryl Cashin and of course Ted Schubert all worked endlessly in getting us the best deal on the prius of my dreams - Red like the Crimson Tide with the electronics a girl needs when traveling up and down the roads to work everyday. I planned on driving my dependable reliable 2002 Toyota Camry (200,000 miles) until it quit by the side of the road, but fate had other plans. I pulled out in front of another driver and totaled my beloved car. The amazing thing was that the Camry protected me completely from the collision, and I only received minor injuries. At that moment, I knew I would always drive a Camry and that is what led me to Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise. I called Melissa about a Camry I had seen on the Internet, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable that I decided to drive over there immediately. When I got there, she had pulled the 2009 Camry off the lot and was saving it for me. I was immediately impressed, and we went for a test drive. I fell in love with the car because it was a sea foam green; the color I have always wanted, and it was a clean certified used car. I told Melissa I wanted it, and she took me in to meet with Gary. Like Melissa, he was very friendly yet professional. We made a deal we were both very happy with, and I left with the Camry of my dreams. My faith in customer service has been renewed. Everyone at Bondy's is friendly, professional, and determined to make the customer happy!!!! Thanks Bondy's!

They cared about our needs. Willie made sure we were happy, well fed, had something to drink and continued to check the status of our financing. The financing officer took us in her office and explained what she was able to offer. Although, we couldn't work something out this time, we plan on her phone call saying she has something in stock for us. Tim and Lisa King.

This dealership is by far the nicest one I've visited in a long time. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. They are far from pushy like most dealerships. They try their best to meet both your needs and wants. I have purchased two cars from there and both times I done business with seana corsale and she is absolutely wonderful. Very nice personality and is willing to go above and beyond to help you. Would definately recommend this dealership

I rolled into Bondy's Toyota with my clunker to check out a used vehicle to purchase. After examining the vehicle it was not 4 wheel drive like I was wanting, so I was asked to look at a Nissan Titan they had on the lot. I told them, no that there is was no way whatsoever I am buying that, it was WAY nicer than what I was looking for. But the good enthusiastic car salesman put me into the truck anyways to see how I liked it. Nonetheless I loved the vehicle, but as many car purchasers, I wanted it but wanted it on my terms, after they had a lender picked out for me, a tank full of gas and the vehicle completely detailed. I was rolling high cotton and fishing with my son in my new (to me) 4x4 truck. Thanks Mike Beltran and Seana Corsale!

This dealership tried to convince me to get lots of unnecessary service done. Several times I took my car to other service businesses and I was informed that the service was unnecessary and that they were trying to take advantage of my lack of experience (I am a 23 year old female). The service I initially had done at this location was also more expensive than prices I later found at other locations. The people are friendly but I have been frustrated and disappointed in the overall experience.

We went to the dealer after going to a nearby Nissan dealer and having a bad experience. The Nissan dealer was a typical car dealer "what do we need to do to get you to buy today?". The Nissan dealership also sent us a misleading and manipulative email comparing Altima and Camry. The company that produces these comparisons takes the vehicle they are selling and the competing vehicle and manipulates data to make the dealerships car look good. Bondy's did none of this, no pressure, and told us the truth. We were able to negotiate a good deal on a good car, and leave happy. What more do you want?
