Needing to get a car! Went to Boucher Nissan, met with Colton Scheer (newby), he assisted in my test driving a number of SUVs. First one a Nissan Rogue, then a 2nd higher grade Rouge, a Chevy Euinox and a Toyota RAV4.Colton showed me the features of each vehicle, then we test drove them and that was very helpful. Colton was a very personable salesman. We asked tons of questions and shared with him what level of payments I could make and if he could make that happen I would lease the car. We hashed the sale over and made an agreement I could live with. I had my car, so happy.Only frustrating part of the day was meeting with the finance guy, a hard sell for me to purchase extras on a lease transaction...just did not want to take NO for an answer! But finally got through it and over five hours later I left with my brand new Rogue. Extremely Happy with the deal we came to! Thank you, Colton for helping make this happen. Thank you for the first couple of free oil changes!

I was recommended to Salesman Dave Kastner. He was very personable and easy to work with. I'm not new to vehicle sales and felt that Dave answered all my questions honestly. Wrote to ask about the color of a car shown on Cars.com as the color didn't match the photos which looked gold in some and blue in other but was listed as Bamboo (green) which I told them I did NOT want. Rep confirmed it is Bamboo and asked when I wanted to see it. I told him I DON'T want Bamboo. He then wrote to ask me how I wanted to finance it. I told him again, not interested. I then got e-mail from the supposed supervisor, told him I DON'T want Bamboo and he said they they didn't have Bamboo or blue and I sent him the link to their listings for Bamboo and blue cars. I got e-mail from ANOTHER rep that said they hadn't heard from me and wanted me to come because they would make me a deal. So far 9 e-mails in, 9 out and they are STILL asking me to come in for a car I DON'T WANT....

I purchased a vehicle June 7th 2016. I knew the SUV I wanted when I arrived via website. I was met by Tommy Robisky who went and got the vehicle I told him I wanted to see. I liked the vehicle and agreed to their "orange special sticker price of $21,675". The orange sticker also said 2015 but the vehicle turned out to be a 2014. Next I went into Vinnie from Finance. This was an overly aggressive salesperson refused to accept my approval from UW Credit Union I came in with. UW Credit Union gave me a great used car rate ahead of time. They are partners with Boucher in their "CUDDL" program which is designed to speed up the buying process. UW Credit Union also has their own GAP and Extended Warranty. I had used them in the past. The way it works is after agreeing to a purchase price you simply hand the Approval letter to the Finance guy and you leave with the vehicle. The Finance guy contacts UW with the reference number on the approval and handles the rest. No need to sit through the high pressure of the Finance guy trying to shove their GAP, Extended Warranty and other products down your throat!. I told Vinnie that I had a serious health condition and wanted a smooth, quick transaction. Still he persisted and demanded that I let him run my credit numerous times to try and beat UW's rate. Then he started his pressure pitch to purchase the extended warranty and GAP. The vehicle I bought only had 24,000 miles on it. It still had 7 months or 11,000 miles of original Bumper to Bumper coverage so I declined his offer numerous times asking "why would I need overlapping coverage for 7 months? Still he persisted, refusing to move on until I accepted the coverage. I told him I was not feeling well and needed to wrap things up. He refused until I signed his products. I knew that I could cancel their products the next day so I decided to sign it just to get the heck out of there. The next day I called Frank Boucher to complain. He had the GM at Boucher tell Wolfgang in Finance to take the Extended Warranty and Gap off and rewrite the contract. I also called UW Credit Union to tell them that Vinnie refused to allow me to use their approval and that he stated UW's GAP And Warranty are worthless. They put everything on a thumb drive so their is no paperwork which is nice but BEWARE! Vinnie changed the purchase price of the vehicle and added a $700 maintenance plan plus a $299 charge that Tommy could not explain the next day. The vehicle pulled to the right so I immediately asked them to fix it. Ryne Pinto had Jacob align the car and I picked it up thinking it was corrected. Over the weekend it was still pulling. So, I called Jacob who said bring it back in. I waited two hours and then Jacob came out and said they tried to align it two more times but they do not know how. Jacob told me to take it to a DODGE Dealer since it was still under warranty. Dodge said it is a wear and tear issue not covered by any warranty. So, they sold me a relatively new vehicle that needed a front end alignment and refused to fix it. I have since refinanced the vehicle through UW Credit Union as I had wanted all along.

We recently had a very nice experience at the Boucher Nissan in Waukesha. Our sales representative was absolutely awesome. (Mike Garrett, ask for him and if he's busy, wait for him.) Mike took his time to explain features of the car we were interested in and after our sale, he took additional time to go over how the details work and additional features. Very thorough. Very, very helpful. I also have to mention the Financing Department, as they added to our pleasurable experience, seriously a great group/team to work with. I highly recommend this dealership even if you aren't in the market for a Nissan, head to this dealership, they have more than just Nissans.

I was very pleased with my experience at Boucher Nissan in Waukesha Wisconsin. The salesman George Ovies worked with the sales manager Tom to find the exact vehical that I was looking for and bought it, went and picked it up on his day off then came to my house and picked me up to completethe sale. We had ageed on the price before they bought the vehical from the other Dealer. This is the third vehical that I have purchased from Boucher Nissan. The rest of the purchase process went very well I was given choices as to what type of warrentee I wanted and there was no presure to up grade.My experience was very pleasing and I appreciate the helpful low pressure of the people that I delt with at Boucher Nissan.

After purchasing a Nissan Rogue for my husband a few weeks earlier, decided to go in and see what they could do for me in trading in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra for a new 2016 Nissan Maxima. Went in at one of the busiest times of the year but was lucky enough to work with our previous sales person Joe.He did an awesome job in providing us with all the information and numbers we needed to make a decision on the car. He went above and beyond for us to make the deal happen. Although we had to wait a bit to make this happen, we were fully aware an expected this because of the time of year. My experience took countless hours over several days to complete. Mike, the salesperson, kept me waiting 30+ minutes more than once, "forgot" the original agreement we had made, gave me a key that didn't work, and I still don't have the SD card he said I would get when I left with the car. Worst car-buying experience I could have had. It takes a certain kind of person to be a car dealer and this guy fit the bill!! DONT BOTHER.

my pathfinder needed its 50,000 mile service and I was told by a small shop that it was over $900 due to my car needing a new battery, alternator and inspection. I took my car down the road to Boucher and they have earned my business forever. In total I am paying $200. Go to the dealership where you bought your car, they really are trustworthy.

I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Juke from Boucher Nissan in Waukesha. My husband and I worked with Amanda De La Paz. She was really wonderful to work with from before signing the paperwork all the way through the upgrades and fixes to the car. When we purchased the car I wanted a couple upgrades added to it. I added some trim color pieces (nissan color studio), a center arm rest, interior lighting and a rear spoiler. After the sale Amanda emailed me and she worked with me even after the sale to add extras to my car that I had thought of after we left. Now some might have said the deal was signed and stopped there but she continued to work with me getting all the trim pieces and changes I requested at prices much lower than quoted on nissans website. So for sales I would rate them a 5******! I took the vehicle in to get the pieces put on. I was going to be gone for a week and left it there. During that time there was a dent added to my car and several trim pieces could not be made to fit my car. Although they could have said "too bad, they don't fit", they instead offered to have the trim custom painted onto my car. They fixed the dent without too much of a hassle and corrected a couple other small items that weren't quite right, so it took almost 2 weeks to get my car back the way I had expected it to be but it does look AWESOME!! So this is the only thing that made me rate the service and repairs down slightly. I have to say though - I LOVE MY CAR! You can't go wrong working with AMANDA, either and Matt was extremely helpful fixing the issues I had with the repair work. I would buy a car from them in a heartbeat but might think twice about leaving it on their lot overnight for work. They did go above and beyond though to meet my expectations after they realized the problems that had happened so I give their service a 4 (for initial goofs) and a 5 for overall repair once fixed. Happy car hunting!

Started out finding a used car in Illinois on a Friday to a new car at another dealer in Milwaukee on Saturday. Spent several hours there working through a deal on a car. Experience started well and ended abruptly due to service leaking by the end on multiple occasions. Was very disappointed. Only stopped in at this dealer because we were on that end of town. We went to Boucher right after because we've always had great service on my maxima at the time. Explained the situation and at that point didnt want to go through another several hours to find out we didn't get a car. Everything started to fall in to place from our sales rep James and manager Tom to financial sales Manny was fantastic!! Was a great experience and did everything they could to get me exactly what I wanted out of a vehicle and sealed the deal on price and ultimately, service. I would recommend them to everyone!

I recently made an appointment to go see a car a WEEK in advance. I live in another state so it took me about 3 hours to get there. When I came in they told me that the car was being washed and it would take a few minutes to bring it "from the back". I waited 30 minutes and was told that it would take a bit longer so I decided to grab lunch. When I called to check on the car they ignored my questions, saying they just got a trade-in that I would be interested in. (it was $4,000 more than the car I wanted. I said I am not interested, I specifically drove 3 hours to see the car I found online. I decided to go there and see what was going on for myself. I waited another 30 minutes and was told that the car would be ready in 5 days!!! They are liars. Horrible service, I did not get an apology from anyone for what had happened. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP WITH RUDE SALESMEN.

The vehicle condition window sticker was probibly all lies, I doubt if the checked anything on a used Kia Van I bought . when I got home the winshield wipers had ripped rubber on one of them, it was checked OK, Fluid levels were checked OK, the radiator overfill tank was empty, the winshield washer resovar was empty. I went back & they took care of both. I feel the finance person gove me a higher rate than he could of, as they gave me my wifes lower credit rate to take home,as they probibly used that . I just feel they are not Honest.

I wont recommend anyone buying a used car from them. Rather go to Russ DarrowI bought a Used Car from Russ Darrow years ago till now I never had any problem with the car. They even gave me three times free Oil change which I used for a year. Russ Darrow is the perfect place to buy a used car. Because they stand by their words when they said they service their used car before selling it.

many problems with certified vehicle.After having my vehicle for 4 days, and telling them i found what looks to be a piece of a broken spring in my garage. I was told it was a piece of my license plate bulb cover, which they kept.When the vehicle was home I checked underneath and the rear spring was snapped. Another problem when I purchased the certified and the tires were (fine) After checking the tires,and finding two plugs in one tire.I was told the tires were fine. I took the vehicle to another dealer and was told the tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. Many of problems with vehicle,heated seats,new engine,a/c leak and other problems after one year of a certified vehicle.vise president said lets put you in a different vehicle, offered 7,000 less than I owe! I had been thinking about trading in my 02 Audi A4 for some time now, and I wasn't really sure what I wanted to buy at first besides knowng that I wanted to drive a manual. Then I went on car soup and started looking at manuals I thought were in my price range. I then found a 2007 scion tc, looked at a few pics and was set on getting it. After a few weeks I finally got a chance to make it in and test drive it. It was better than I thought, as the process went on the sales associate informed me that It was not wise to trade in my car, which I still owed a fair amount of money on, for another used car. I wasn't completely sure why but after they explained everything about an auto loan and what it entails, I 100% agree. The people at Boucher Nissan were able to get me in to a 6 speed Nissan Juke, which I have fallen in love with. Now I am not a person that likes crossovers or small SUV's. I like being low to the ground and a little more in touch with the road, but this Nissan is amazing. Needless to say Boucher Nissan exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable, I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good dealership with honest hard working people looking to help you in every way possible to try out Boucher Nissan in Waukesha WI.

AJ Arlend was personable; I was looking for a specific used car, got a quote on-line; and set-up a day and time to test drive on-line and received a confirmation e-mail from Mr. Arlend . I showed up on time, was introduced to Mr. Arlend who seemed surprised to see me, couldn't remember who i was. It was the first appt. the dealer opened up in the morning. He had to go across the street to get it, and then add gas, this all took 25 min's, which didn't irritate me; just puzzled me why this wasn't ready to go at the time I arrived. I'm guessing they get a lot of no shows . the purchase process was fairly seamless; over all a good experience; no pressure sales, happy with my purchase, and everyone I dealt with was very nice.

I was a returning customer, but it seemed my business was taken for granted. I asked my sales person for the best possible out the door price on a Nissan Sentra SV. Though about it for a week, decided that was the car I wanted, and offerred $607.11 less. Well they dropped the price 40 bucks, and said that was only because they had the car in stock and thought they didn't. Well the car was their ad leader for over 2 weeks, I saw it on their lot for two Sundays in a row. Now I could be wrong on that, but the bottom line was they were not willing to negotiate at all. It smelled funny to me so I called Rosen, and it took me 20 minutes on the phone with a sales person that I never met, to get my price, $607.11 lower than Boucher - and Rosen did not know I was also talking to Boucher when I reached a much more favorable price. Of course when I told Boucher this they dropped their price $707.11 lower to beat Rosen in five minutes, where as a day before they could do no better. So I trusted them to give me the best price being a returning customer, but I greatly dissapointed of course. I think Boucher just got a little too greedy, if they would have dropped their price and met me halfway the first time, I never would have called Rosen. Everyone would have been happy. I would have expected this if I was a first time customer, but not as a returning customer. Proves you always have to shop around. Everything up to the price negotiaing was great. My sales person was from Boucher Hyudai, so not sure if it was the manager at Nissan or her who maybe thought I would take their price without checking. She was great last time I bought a car from her and was great this time until the final call from her. I asked my salesperson to call me, she did ....and the first thing she said was "What's up" and not in a friendly kind of way. They still could have recovered my business at that point, but not after that. I am still going to say I reccommend this dealer, because up to the price negotiating, all was great. Somehow it all fell apart quicky after they refused to counter offer.

He had a trade in estimate ready and after looking at my vehicle even gave me the high end of his estimate. They have a great selection of cars and Mike had the one I wanted to drive ready. After driving I decided I wanted a different vehicle with different options and he was very helpful and found one right away that I liked. Their price on the internet is very competitive and they were quick with the negotiating process. I initially started by looking at a Hyundai at Boucher Hyundai. Fawn Delaney worked with me at the Hyundai dealership. After discussing what I wanted for a car with her, she suggested that I look at the Nissan Altima, a car that wasn't sold at her dealership. Instead of passing me over to a different sales person, she continued on as my sales person for Boucher Nissan. This was great, since I was already comfortable working with her. In my opinion, she went out of her way to make sure that I got what I wanted at the price that I requested. I worked with several people from the time that I first walked into Boucher Hyundai until I drove off the lot at Boucher Nissan. I found lots of good ones on the web, but when I found the site for Boucher Nissan of Waukesha, I was surprised to see a 06 charger r/t Daytona for the price they were asking. I thought that there must have been some sort of catch. My wife and I stopped in, and we were treated like family. Mike Fuller was the sales rep. I spoke to on the phone, and he was the one who greeted us when we arrived. Now, keep in mind, I went there totally expecting them to turn me down because I have no credit history, or just " bad credit", but they worked hard to find me a deal. There were problems with my license that I was unaware of until I tried to get the coverage to drive the car home. They held the car for me for a couple of days so I could straighten out my license. I heard good things about this dealership from a friend who recently bought a car there, so I decided to do a little research and I headed in to lease a new vehicle. My goal was to lower my monthly payment from what I was currently at and to get a price that I thought was fair for the vehicle I owned. I made a request online and was contacted by Kim the next day. She was extremely friendly and we set up an appointment for a day later to get my car appraised. I told her on the phone what I was interested in and within minutes I received an e-mail with all of the offers and details for the car I was looking at. The following day I went in and met with Kim. She had a gentleman, I believe named Joe, appraise my car and then assist with the rest of the sale. After some negotiation Kim and Joe were able to meet my needs for the car, pricing, and trade in value of my old car. I had to go before we could complete the sale, so later that night Kim drove to my work and picked me up in my new car to take me back to the dealership to complete the paper work. She took me through all of the details and features of the car and made sure that I was comfortable when I drove away. Adam did a great job making the paperwork go smoothly and overall it was a great experience. I now have a 7 year newer car with a car payment that is $65 lower than on my previous car. I would definitely recommend using the website and getting in touch with Kim for that busy customer that doesn't have time to spend all day at a dealership. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I was extremely frustrated by Boucher's poor business practices: I saw a car advertised online at a price point that was appealing to me, I drove over 10 miles and went in with the ad printed out, I test drove the car, loved it, was to the point of, "Yes, I'll take it." Only then the salesman's manager said that the price wouldn't be honored. This manager then made no attempt to remedy the situation, any apologies, etc. Kevin T., my salesperson, was very nice about it all. Not the manager. Upon being pressed, this manager (Todd) told me that the price was really a price for a 2012 model (not the 2013 like I drove), which reeked a bit of the old bait and switch. I wasted time, effort, the gas, and emotional investment in this deal; don't make the same mistake I did. Be careful when using this business.

First time truck owner - I purchased from Mike Garrett. I was very mislead. I purchased a pre-owned certified vehicle. When I walked out of there - I really didn't understand what that meant. As it turns out (I've had the truck 6 mos), it really didn't mean anything. Nothing is really covered and they do not tell you that when you purchase the vehicle. They sell this idea as being such a great addition to your purchase. I asked him several times what happenes if I need service - he says "no problem take your vehicle to any Nissan dealer and they will handle it for you". Well you can take your vehicle to any service dept and they will handle for you too. The coverage is about the same - nothing! I would again ask him what if something goes wrong - he said you are paying $24,000 don't worry. He also told me the truck should get 15 - 17 miles a gallon. I get 11 and 13 on hwy.Reminds me of a used salesman - very dishonest! This truck unfortunately has lots of problems.I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. In fact, I would like to forewarn people.

It was really great experience since from the time I had been there for seeking the vechile till the delivery of Nissan Rogue.I really appreciate and thank Mr. Tony Mayen & Branch Manager who were kind, an did all the needful help in getting the loan approval with best deal till the closure of the vechile delivery formalities sitting late night on Friday late evening hours.Overall it was really great experience with Nissan Boucher and team.Thanks a lot....

This is the second car I have leased from Boucher through Tony Mayen. I did look at other dealerships only to get an idea regarding pricing. I had hoped that the best "deal" would be from Boucher and Tony and it was. Have had a great relationship with this dealership for the past 3+ years and look forward to at least 3+ more. I had been looking for a new car for a while. I hadn't thought about a Nissan. I was in Waukesha to visit dealerships. A friend was with me and wanted to see the Muranos. I saw the Rogue and couldn't wait to drive it. Tony Mayen met me and asked what I was looking for in a car. He picked a Rogue he thought I would like. As soon as I got in it, I knew I liked it. He let me drive it for a test. I loved it. We negotiated and I feel I got a very good price for both the Rogue and my trade- in. I have had this car for 5 days and I am still amazed each time I get into it. I love driving it. I can't wait for a road trip. I would recommend this dealership and Tony to everyone.

I came in with my mom to program her keyless key and had to wait an hour. In that hour we looked at cars in the lot for me. I asked to test drive a car. I have a valid drivers licance with no record, a job with money in the bank and am able to drive manual trans. I was denied because only people wanting to buy it today can drive it...joe the man I talked to was extraemly rude and should learn not to profile people ( I'm younger and was wearing a little bit bigger pants). I've test drove other cars at other dealerships and they salesmen usually have no problem handing over keys but not here! I was considering and thinking about trying to make payments but that should not matter. If some one wants to drive something they should be able to. So Toyota is my number one now, nissan should have better coster service.

The initial service was really good. However, it took 7 1/2 hours from the time I arrived at the dealership until the time I was finally able to leave with the vehicle. I was very frustrated because of the length of time it took to complete the entire process and initially felt that I would not be able to recommend the dealership. However, I've had a couple of minor issues related to the vehicle since then and the employees at the dealership have been willing to resolve the issues for me at no cost to me (other than gas). This enables me to gladly recommend Boucher Nissan and their sales team.

Salesman, Richard Haddon was personable and honest First I have to say that I called this dealership ONCE back in October of 2011 and then changed my mind about going out and talking with him because I just simply changed my mind about going ahead with a purchase at that time. Then earlier this month, I went on line and requested a quote for a vehicle and received numerous phone calls. Now the reason Boucher Nissan in Waukesha got my business is because their salesman, Richard Haddon did not call me constantly and hassle me about buying when I decided not to move forward in 2011. He made ONE follow-up call and I particularly liked the fact he didn't keep calling me over and over, leaving voice mails and trying to force a sale. It was a pleasure to finally meet and work with him in purchasing my very first NEW car. Needless to say, I am happy and pleased with the purchase. Every one of my friends say that this car "fits" me and I agree! Thank you Rich for all your hard work in finding the right car and the color I requested and I like the spoiler too!

I didn't purchase a car in the end, but the experience was very pleasant. No pressure from the salesmen even while they try to work and stretch their offers. Facility is very clean and professional and their trustworthy of letting you be independent on test driving their cars. I advised you to do your homework and know about the car you want because info is not freely given. May go back their in the near future.

I bought a Used Frontier and it had some transmission issues the first day I drove it home. The dealer took back the vehicle and spent many hours trying to diagnose the issue. I have had nothing but bad experiences in the past with used car dealers when it comes to service after the sale is complete. Boucher is the FIRST dealer that is just the opposite. They repaired the transmission and the radiator at no cost to me and gave me a free loaner to drive during that time [which was a new Nissan not a used car]. I am thoroughly impressed with the after sale service. They say they ride with you every mile and so far this is true. Buy cars here and be assured they will stand behind their products.

I purchased my 2007 Cadillac STS from Boucher Nissan. My buying experience was more than I expected from them. I was greeted with enthusiasm, I was given more than I expected for my trade-in and I dealt with one person! Michael Garrett was my salesman and he was fantastic to work with! He was honest, knowledgeable about the vehicle and NEVER pressured me. I could have bought a car at one of the other dealers I went to but the buying experiece I had plus the fact that Boucher Nissan stood behind the vehicle with a 12-month warranty did it for me. If you go there, ask for Mike personally, you won't regret it.

Mike was great! From the moment I walked in Mike made it clear that he was there to sell me anything out of my budget. In fact, he started my getting an estimate for my trade to see if there was any value towards the new car. Once that was figured he got to know what I was looking for and started to show me options that were only within my price range. If there was a car that I wanted to look at that was out of my price range he made it very clear to me that it was too much. He never tried to sell me anything but what I wanted. I walked into the dealership with the idea of possibly getting a new car and within one hour decided that I was going to get a new car. Mike and his whole team were great. They walked me through every step and made sure that I knew about everything before I signed anything. They even joked around! Once everything was signed Mike sat with me in the car and explained everything to me and even set up my Bluetooth. He made sure that when I drove away that I had a complete understanding of my new car. Mike has called since then to make sure that everything is still going good and if I had any questions on anything that I should give him a call. Mike made the car buying experience wonderful, which never happens. They are a honest dealership and that is hard to come by today! Definitely keep Boucher Nissan in your mind when you want to get a Nissan!

The individuals we dealt with at Boucher made purchasing a new vehicle a positive experience. They were available to answer any questions. It was amazing too how efficient the paperwork was handled. This was the third dealership we contacted. This dealership was fair superior than the other two. From the first step in the door, they treated their customer with respect.

George (Sales) was professional right from the start, I even was forwarded to his cell phone on his day off and answered all my questions sitting at his mothers home two hours away from his office. Steve (service manager) assisted in locating the wiring harness for the electronic brake controller. He went right out no questions slid under the dash and un-taped the plug, Shook my hand and asked if there was anything else they could do for me.

I went in this location to buy a car for my son and found that the salesman didn't know what he was doing. It would seem that they don't know how to get a key made, how to talk about the features of the car and then finally how to get through the sale. The initial salesman was "off for the day" when we came back and then mysteriously disappeared until after everything was done. We were left with another "newbie" while they did the financing.

not happy on there overall services, was not treated very well at all, had to make my own call to find out how my loan was doing. I was never contacted when things went through. I feel that they did not really care about me as a woman just wanted my money. Will never shop there again!

I had found a car online that I really wanted from this dealership, so it was an easy sale for them. I showed up and was run down by one of there salesmen that tried to up sale me from what i wanted. It took me a week of talks to get the car and it was up to me to keep in touch with. I told them that i wanted to be informed on anything that was going on with my loan, but had to accidentally call them to find out that i had been approved the day prior. It was like they didn't want my money! I ended up buying the car because it was what I really wanted, but will never go back there again!!!!
