I had the best experience working with Kurt! This dealership is a bit of a drive for me, but I will never go anywhere else. Kurt went above and beyond before my appointment, during, and then even called me the next morning to make sure I enjoyed my drive home and doubled checked that I got squared away with insurance and everything.

Was looking for a used car found one at Bowser. When we went to look at it. We were told that they had just did the brakes. The brakes didn't want to stop the car and also had a wear ring around the rotor. The salesman tried to say it was just rust from sitting. WHY do male salesmen think because they are dealing with women, that we don't know what we are talking about. Plus in this day and age it is not alright for a man to touch a woman without permission. I had one of the salesmen put his hand on my arm and hold it on the desk. I would never recommend Bowser to anyone.

My wife and I traveled to multiple dealerships, driving to different cities To find a nice SUV. Every dealership had insane amounts of fees, and not the best management represented. I walked in and talked to Brian Decoy, the manager and made an offer. He negotiated and was completely fair. After searching in 3 different states, multiple dealerships, we found the perfect car at the perfect price. Very happy with the management, and also the sales people. (Ed did a great job doing the paperwork with us) I will be sending my family this way!

It was exceptional service. I came for a recall and left with an overdue inspection, nail taken out of my tire, new windshield wipers, tire rotation and a clean car. The service manager (glasses) was super nice, coming in and out of the waiting room updating me. It was quick, easy, and the best service I've ever received. Thank you!

What an awesome experience! I met with Josh at 1 pm and drove off with my new car a little before 5. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you Josh and a HUGE thank you to the finance manager! You guys are great!
