While driving from Florida to Indiana, my car displayed multiple warnings requiring immediate attention about 900 miles into the 1,000 mile trip. I called Bradley Chevrolet, and spoke with Holly, who invited me to stop in, despite her busy schedule. Squeezing me in, Holly personally handled getting my car looked at today. Holly was super knowledgeable, and carefully explained everything, and even gave me a free car wash coupon after making sure everything was in tip top shape, and most of all, safe. What an amazing reminder that customer service is truly an art, one that was not forgotten at Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, Indiana. THANK YOU HOLLY!

Took my car here for my semi annual oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and the service was very affordable. The waiting area is pretty tiny they do have a soda fountain and coffee machine for free beverages while you wait.

I had an oil change at Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, IN. While I waited They had free soft drinks in the lounge and a TV to watch. It was about 2 hours before my car was done but the time kind of flew by. I have 2 more oil changes to get before the end of the month and I will be going back there.

I observed only one teck in the service area at the work station consistently. Holly was always helping someone as there were plenty to help and no workers to be seen. Are you short of help?, lack management? Or don't care about the customers! I'm not sure I would recommend others to your service area@

I took my truck in for a air bag recall. They did whatever was necessary for the recall. I had mentioned that the airbag light was coming on periodically. I was called to picked up my truck. When I got the keys the clerk said it should be out front or somewhere outback. When I found the truck, I read the paperwork. It noted that the Air Bag light was on due to a code error. I would have thought the service rep would have discussed with me about options to take care of the issue.

I just bought my 2013 Acura from Bradley. Jodi was my sales person and was extremely communicative and never once was high pressured. She even came in on her day off to do the sale. Also, if you have less than perfect credit they can work with you. Yes, you may have a high interest rate to begin with but refinance in a year or so and you'll be all set. I am extremely thankful to Jodi and all of the staff at Bradley for their assistance throughout the buying process. They have earned a repeat customer and rightfully so. Give them a shot...you won't be disappointed.

Cody Perrott, is my service advisor and is very good at his job. He listens to all my concerns with my 2014 truck. He keeps me informed of any issues that may come up with my trucks inspection. Service techs. are excellent at fixing any issues and recalls that have been reported. I trust Cody and the service techs. at Bradley Chevrolet very much and I will keep bringing my Truck for service because of that trust !

Took my Tahoe in for its 100,000 mile service. Prior to that it was extremely easy to schedule and appointment and get a price estimate. I wrote an email and with in a hour I was answered! And this was on a Sunday! I didn't expect to hear back until at least Monday. The service was outstanding. The technician looked over the entire vehicle and gave honest recommendations for certain services. Then I received a phone call explaining them. It was my choice if I wanted things done or not. Imagine that! The work was done quickly and there were no suprises with the bill. I bought that Tahoe used from Bradley's and was very pleased with the deal and sales folks. Now I am extremely pleased with the service department! I have complete confidence that I will get another 100,000 out of our loved Tahoe thanks to the service at Bradley's. I have had a few friends go to Bradley's for service and never heard a bad thing. They were right! I wil be returning to Bradley's for all of my service needs to both of my Chevy's from now on. Go Chevrolet racing!

I went to another car dealership two separate times to get my 2013 Chevrolet Malibu repaired under warranty because it was closer to my residence. To make a long unforgettable story short I received bad customer service, no offer for a rental car and the car repair was never fixed. I called Bradley which is 30 miles from my home and Matt Todd and his entire team were absolutely perfect, my car was repaired and I was extremely happy with all 4 people I came in contact with. Everyone I know will hear about this and will be purchasing their new vehicles from Bradley! Thanks!

We purchased two cars from them. Was completely lied to about services for the cars. They ripped us off terribly on our trade in, and to top it all off, the manager of the store told my son to shut up after my son asked him to leave his Dad alone. As the Manager was badgering my husband and followed him outside to his car after my husband had already told him to leave him alone. I have never seen a more unprofessional establishment.

I appreciated the good job done on my car. The paint job was really in need of repair as some strong chemical was put on the car. It took several weeks but I had a rental car covered by my insurance so that was not a problem. The only thing I could mention is that when I got my car back the battery was dead. The man at the body shop jumped the battery to start the car. He said that there had been a couple times I guess when the car was needing moved that it didn't want to start. I'm guessing because it sat for several weeks that the battery lost its charge. So that evening I had to go to an auto store for a battery test. The car didn't start there when I turned it off. I did need a new battery. It would have helped me out if the body shop had maybe checked the battery and I could have bought one at Bradley saving me the hassle of having to go purchase a battery the same evening I picked up the car. That would be the only suggestion I have. Otherwise I'm very pleased with the repairs. G L

Hard to believe this dealer is in business. I heard the staff arguing with each other on a visit. Service mgr. laughed about how much gas they used checking out my car for warranty work. He did not realize I was standing behind him. The once nice salesman did not care about the warranty issues I was having.

Called ahead to confirm the truck i saw online was still on the lot, they confirmed it was and set an appt. time the same day for me to come and see it. When i arrived the one they had "ready" to show me, wasnt remotely close to what i had called about. Waste of time, i would reccomend you call the lot directly, to confirm the vehicle you are looking for is actually there, the sales person told me the number given in these online ads is not the same, its an answering service, that though very polite was completly useless. Completly wasted my time.

I had been looking for the right car for the last three months. I pretty much camped out here at cars.com and looked which seemed like forever. Then I saw a car that took my attention enough to go by and take a look. To be quite honest, from the first step into the dealership, and me leaving was nothing but a very good experience. I knew the car I wanted and what I wanted for my trade (do your homework before) and headed in to start the process, I asked for Jodi (Salesperson) and she camme up to me and took care of me from the beginning. No pressures, she asked what I wanted, where I wanted my pmt. to be, etc. After we finished this, we went to the car I came to see, It was cold outside and she brought the vehicle inside the garage, This way I didn't feel rushed and could examine my car I was interested in the heat. She always made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Then came the test drive. She let me operate the vehicle (within reason) to see all the options were ok and we could move on to the next phase. We returned to the dealership to have my trade in appraised. They came up with one number, but was willing to discuss what I thought I should get, They listened, and before I knew it I was taking delivery on my new car. Jodi and the Finance person laid everything out, so all my questions were answered. Once it was decided I wanted the vehicle, the final procedures went smooth and I was on my way home. The whole process took just 2 hours to complete which was fantastic. I have sat in some dealerships for double this time and walk away with the same car I came in with. With Hubler (Bradley) I was at ease from the start. If you know what you want before you go, preplanning is your best bet. Believe me, they want you in and out just like you do. In closing, I have to say I was happy when I left when I had my new car with me. They will meet you half way on a deal, but understand they are there to make money and you are there for a deal. Work together, both of you walk away with what you both wanted. Easy, professionals, and ready to hep you as the customer. Give them a chance, you may be surprised on your outcome and be driving home with the car you came in for.

To the first review i don't know why you would take a Jaguar to a CHEVY dealership in the first place. Sort of stupid on you're part don't you think. So I think that review is unhelpful. Never had a problem with them servicing my Chevy. They rock.

I went to have a hub bearing changed on my jaguar. They changed it twice. Still the mechanic put the bearings in backwards. All of my warning lights were now on! A worker informed me they did diagnostic test on the car, but the manager said they didn't have the machine to do the srevice. So I was lied too! I informed the manager I would be taking my car to a jaguar dealership and if they proved it was the Bradley dealerships fault I wanted reimbersed. The manager said he would if it was proven! It was proven by Jaguar it was there fault. I went to Bradley chevrolet to get my money and the manager denied me my full refund! I had to spend an extra $600 to fix Bradleys mistake on my car. In other words the people at Bradley dont keep there word and they don't have good mechanics! You want my oppinion don't go there!!!

On 3/23/12 I bought a Buick Rendezvous with 75,000 miles from Bradley Chevrolet (Hubler Group). Checked the car out with my father-in-law who has worked on cars his entire life, received an inspection report from the dealership, and also have a voicemail from the salesperson that the vehicle just has some minor asthetic issues, rather than any mechanical issues. The car was bought for my pregnant fiancee for her and our future baby to ride in. The next day when driving in the car it starts jerking when hitting the gas pedal, then it got stronger, then we began hearing a rattling noise that started getting stronger and stronger. I took the car to a service shop that diagnosed the vehicle with a transmission issue. I also took it for a 2nd opinion to another service shop, who did a thorough written estimate and concluded the same. I contacted the dealership on 3/24/12 within 24 hours, but they refused to take the car back & refund the money or fix the problem. I talked to the manager & gm, corporate didn't return my call.My complaint is due to the fact that - the inspection report that Bradley Chevrolet provided me was a misrepresentation of the condition of the vehicle. I relied on that report in order to make the buying decision + the voicemail saved on my phone from the salesperson stating that the car just has minor asthetic issues, rather than any mechanical issues. After speaking with several mechanics & having an estimate done, I was advised that there's no way that the car dealership could have not known that the vehicle had a defective transmission, prior to selling it to us. The mechanic that did the last inspection / estimate stated that he would be willing to testify as well.I feel that their behavior was unethical also they misrepresented the inspection / condition of the vehicle, poss fraud / similar grounds. This car dealership really put us in a bad position and we don't want them to do this to many other customers for years to come.Stay clear of this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to prove to the General Manager that he low balled my on my trade even after showing him he still didn't even match the black book value on the low end Hubler Chevy was suppose to beat by at least 5% they didn't even to that so do your home work before you go then go somewhere else. After signing papers truck was not even clean had scratches on it we will see if they will fix it

I was in the market for a used car after mine was totaled in an accident. After a lot of online searching, I found a car that I thought looked perfect for what I was needing. I was very excited to go in and test drive the car. I called ahead and made an appointment to test drive and look over it. Upon my arrival, I was informed that the car was "not for sale". But worse yet, it wasn't even there and they weren't going to sell it. It is strange that a company would put a car online that for 1) isn't even there and 2) isn't and won't be for sale. Bradley Chevrolet wanted to get me there and sell me something that I wasn't looking for, and used a false advertisement to do so.

I made my first purchase from Bradley Chevrolet, a used Chevy Silverado. The sales person I dealt with was Nick Wiegert who showed the vehicle to me and went for a test drive. Nick is a very nice guy who took the time to answer all of my questions. I also talked with John Armatage, John is a pretty straight shooter, and in my case a hand shake was all it took to seal the deal. I also talked with the finance man Aaron Habig on what was the best way to pay the difference between my trade in and the vehicle I purchased. Now let me tell you this guy is one of the best I have been around in the last twenty years. In fact if you are clueless about financing and how to handle your money, interest rates, payments, taking your money out of the bank etc, I would talk to Aaron before I would even look at a new or used vehicle. One other thing. I don't like to be pressured, these guys did not pressure me at all. If they would have, I would not have bought a vehicle from them. All I can say is Good Job.

They made a deal that we were extremely happy with but didn't stop at that that. They kept searching and Aaron Habig was able to find extra rebate money that was offered by GM in a special offer letter to myself that I had thrown away as junk mail. Mike Svoboda went above and beyond to show my wife all the options on her new Tahoe more patience than I have(he is the best) John Armatage is as honest and and will give you the best deal possible. I was so happy after researching what we wanted I didn't even want to talk to anybody else. I have purchased several vehicles from Bradley Chevrolet and would never hesitateto recomnmend it. The staff in sales and service have always been very pleasantand thorough. They take the time give me instruction of options and workings of mynew vehicles, and they always take the time with me in service to explain the maintenance procedures to keep my vehicle "healthy". I always have felt that I getthe best deal there and really appreciate the small town atmosphere. They alwaysremember my name. I have never found a reason to look elsewhere.

I have always been happy with Bradley Chevrolet. They have been there for 30 years, they are doing something right. They were very honest and fair with me. Everything was explained in detail and no "games" were played. They gave me top dollar for my old truck and I got a great deal on a 2010 Silverado LT. Everyone was professional and I will be back for service work for sure. I have also used their Body Shop in the past and would recommend it for sure. They know what they are doing and the repair looked perfect.
