The paint is a plastic coating, repairs costly. The $435 dent insurance doesn't cover the bumperdents , Plastic coating cracked.Purchased 2 new cars from Braman in2014 the Audi A5 Convertible& the 2014 Mini Roadster . They have lost me as a customer.

I have to say that I was really impressed about how fast the purchase of my new MINI went. When I drove there I wasn't even sure what I wanted to do. Long story short I left the dealer trading in my car and lea in with the car of my dreams. How good is that!!!. Went in to check out the Mini's as I was looking for a fun type of car to ride. Don't plan to take it for grocery shopping! I worked with Tom Rice in Sales. He was very Professional, courteous, patient in showing me and taking me for test drives of the different type of Cooper's. The next day we were able to work out a deal - with the help of Shawn Rice and I took a beautiful CooperS home.The transaction went very smooth.

Great experience purchasing a 2015 mini cooper from this dealer. Worked with Patrick Murray, he was very professional, great interpersonal skills and very knowledgeable about the Mini Cooper line. I was very specific about my spending limit and Patrick was respectful of that and worked with my husband and me to find the right vehicle for our family. Purchased a volcanic orange (great color!) 4 door hard top. The four door model is new for 2015 and I have been having a total blast driving this car!

Patrick Murray was the perfect salesman for me. I made it pretty clear that I wasn't buying a car that day and just looking. He was very low key and not pushy which was exactly what I like and needed. If he had been a typical pushy sales person, then I would have probably left right away. I had just started car shopping and was uncertain what I wanted my next car to be. I found myself drawn to the new 2015 4-door MINI Cooper and before I knew it he had helped me navigate through the whole car buying process. I have to say buying a car has never been this painless or enjoyable before that day at Braman. That is why I have to highly recommend Patrick and Braman for your future car needs. Our experience at Braman Mini went from good to better. Robert Sengelmann met us as we were looking at the many and varied Minis. He was very knowledgeable about the stock, the cars, and all of the standard and available features. We worked with Shawn Price to agree on a fair price. He was very open with each of the costs and he worked with us to get us into a Mini at a very reasonable price. Robert gave us a tour of Braman starting with the "Mini Boutique" and finishing with the customer lounge and complimentary cafe. We were treated to lunch while our paperwork was completed. As far as car buying goes, this was painless and actually enjoyable. Having left something in our trade-in, we called Robert for some help. He took care of everything immediately. He even helped us with a few extras upon our return. Robert Sengelmann is a salesman who enjoys his job and truly cares about customer satisfaction.

I've been looking for a Mini since last May when my friend bought a new 2014 and I new I must have one. Over many months I did tons of research and test drives at different dealerships, I never got the car. I decided to drive up to West Palm to check out Braman. After 10 min Tolgar met us on the lot and NOT once made me feel like he was trying to sell me a car, in turn he made me fall in love with the Mini Cooper even more. Non stop above and beyond customer service. We had our dog with us and he never made us feel like we were imposing instead brought water and comfort to our curious little girl searching the inventory of BMW's next door. MY favortie part about Tolgar is his humility and ability to step aside as hes only been there a few months to say "hey Im not sure about a few things Id like my Mgr to speak with you" That in it self made me trust him more because he was being HONEST! You don't often find that when buying a car. Over All the BEST experience Leasing a car I have ever had! Go See Tolgar!

I just want to say that my experience this past weekend is the main reason that I keep returning to Braman BMW/Mini. It's not about the cars, well it is, but it's also just as much about how you are treated by the people who work there. That being said, I can't say enough about the effort put forth by Tom Rice and Freddy Rhemrav to meet my needs as a customer. I came in with a specific request that I knew would be difficult and, honestly, which I thought would be impossible to satisfy. After running the numbers on many different scenarios hoping to be able to achieve my ultimate goal--trading in my current vehicle and driving away with a new vehicle at the payment I wanted, we were all almost ready to give up and admit to each other that it wasn't going to be possible, one last ditch effort, which was to consider an entirely different make of vehicle that wasn't even a part of our earlier discussions, is what saved the day. Not only didn't anyone give up working on a deal to get me where I needed to me, Tom is continuing to assist me in ensuring that I get the proper refund due to me related to a payment made through my bank on my old car after signing the paperwork to trade it in.

My wife an I, needing run around car, were looking for something fun to drive and economic and had always loved the Mini. In looking for a dealer we found Braman Mini. We decided to make the 100+ mile drive down the coast and were greeted by Gary while browsing the showroom. Gary was friendly, relate-able, and in tune with our needs. Without being overbearing, he was able to show us what was available and helped us feel comfortable with getting a new car. I started as an internet search on the Mini web site and built my ideal Mini Cooper Coupe using the build your Mini platform. Used the review and save feature and sent it off to Braman Mini Dealership on Okeechobee Blvd, West palm Beach.I was contacted by their internet department and we set up an appointment to come to the dealership. Gary Rockoff was my sales associate.We texted back and forth a couple of times to confirm the date and time.On the morning of our appointment we arrived at the dealership and Gary was very cordial and friendly. We reviewed the saved Mini I had loaded onto the website. Gary is a very product knowledgeable person and offered great considerations and advice regarding the choices we had selected.Was more like a good conversation with a new friend than a sales pitch. With the review completed Gary mentioned that he may have a car on the lot that largely fit our wish list. This was a new / used deal, 200 miles on a vehicle that had never been sold or titled. Gary was informative and professional in the comparison discussion from the option list that we had presented and the vehicle that we were looking at.One of the things that I really appreciated was that he did not try to push us into a different model that may have been closer to our option wish list. With that being said we were able to stay on topic and have a comparative discussion pertaining to the model we were interested without distraction. When it came to the test drive Gary proved to be a valuable resource with product and performance knowledge and standards. In addition to being a "Subject matter Expert" Gary was a kind and generous host to both me and my wife at the dealership. There was not much of a negotiation as the price point and options were within line and actually exceeded our expectations. Due to some time constraints we accepted the offer and asked to come pack later in the day to close the deal and pick up the car. Here again Gary was a gentleman and professional, no pressure to hang around and do the deal right now. After two weeks of looking and becoming disgusted with car dealers in general we stopped at Braman Mini. We were greeted by Robert Sengelmann and he changed our opinion of car salesman. Confident and knowledgeable in his product but NEVER pushy, he offered a test drive. We fell in love with the Mini, but, given the last two weeks of dealing with sales managers and finance coordinators we were hesitant on continuing the process. That too changed in dealing with Shawn Price, (sales manager). What he offered was what we ended up with....a new Mini that fit OUR budget not what a car dealer told us we could afford!

Getting the dream car was only one piece. Having dream service and attention was something we neither dreamed of or expected. It's a long story of a single new Mini followed by a surprise relationship and a beautiful baby. The sweet ending was a new Countryman with enough room for a family of stuff and cargo additions that can haul a mountain! Gary was fantastic to work with; he was always honest with us and helped us find the right features to fit our budget and car desires. I would love to be able to buy again from Braman and Gary but we are hoping to drive this car for years and years, so we will just have the pleasure of service visits and anniversary calls! We feel very well treated!

I was getting tired of my gas chugging Jeep and needed something great on gas but didn't want a boring typical car. My parents have been hounding me to go to barman as they have gotten 3 minis now from Gary Rockoff and will never go any were else. I finally went down there and I am so glad I did! Gary was amazing and the test drive was like no other one I have been on before. I actually got to see what the car could do. I was going to get a mini no matter what but the customer service just made me that much happier and they made me feel like they cared about me and my knees. This was one of the few times where our salesperson was knowledgeable and not pushy. He definitely wanted us to make a deal but didn't make us crazy to do it. We pretty much got the deal we felt was fair. It took a little while to do all the paperwork and get the car ready so they fed us sandwiches and coffee which was very good. All the people we dealt with there were friendly and professional! They even gave me a mini baseball hat to match my new mini. Would do business with this salesperson and this dealership again.

My wife and I are return customers of Braman Mini. Part of the reason is quality service and VIP treatment. Mr Braman personally paired us with Gleb Taflevich knowing are needs. We definaately put him through the paces and looked at many different vehicals thouroughly. After hours of searching for the correct Mini we found the perfect fit for my wife (Mini Sport Coupe). Gleb and his manager helped negotiate a fair price, offered several unique ways of fianancing to fit our needs and gave us a competitive trade on our old Mini. After we decision and negotiation we drove away in our new Mini 1 hour later. Talk about quick processing. At no time was there any pressure and our experience was enjoyable (especially the Saturday Buffet). Since our purchase Gleb has made several follow up calls to asure our needs have been met. Gary was very well informed as to the different cars I was interested in, very patient and willing to stay until every detail was ironed out which turned out to be about 8PM. He also showed me everything I needed to know about the car and the instruments, including showing me how to program all of the electronics, ie...Bluetooth, directionals, keys etc. I feel confident that we made the best deal and my husband and I are very happy with our new Mini Cooper. Great experience all around. Went on-line and browsed vehicles and then called the dealership. Deb Krueger took the call and answered all my questions with knowledge and professionalism. She arranged for a meeting in the morning and promised the car would be pulled out and ready to test drive. IT WAS.Gary ROCKOFF handled my transaction. He took me on a nice test drive and then showed me other options. He was extremely professional yet friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the various mini options for me to consider.The "deal making" process was actually less arduous than I anticipated. We finally came to a deal.When I was in finance, I had only brought a business check, so Gary took me to a Bank of America branch to get a cashier check. Nice touch on his part and a good way to keep me in the transaction!!.Another nice touch was Buzz coming out to thank me for the business.I am happy with my decision to buy from the dealership and would recommend others to do so as well.

I came in to look at two specific Mini Cooper's that I had seen advertised at Braman's. Unfortunately they had both been sold earlier in the day. Gleb introduced himself and offered to show me several other Mini's that were on the lot. Even though I didn't purchase one on that day, he took alot of time explaining many of the features of the Mini Cooper and was very kind. He made me feel very comfortable as I had many questions to ask and he was not pushy at all. I certainly appreciated that, as that has not been the case at other dealerships I have been to.

Gleb did a good job of demonstrating the Mini Cooper and explaining the features of the car to me. I have had my Mini for three months now and I absolutely love it. It is so fun to drive and I am getting 30 MPG with mostly in-town driving. The MPG would probably be even better if the car wasn't so much fun to drive. Don't tell anyone, but on a backroad a few nights ago I had it up to 110.

I went to the Mini dealer while in the neighborhood. Gleb Teflevich, gave me all the info and more on the Mini Cooper. This was my first visit and close up inspection of a Mini. I was very excited and went home and could not stop talking about it to my husband.I had to go out of the Country for a few weeks and my husband surprised me with a purchase of the Mini Roadster.Although he purchased it at another dealer. I have just purchased my 3rd Mini. This is the 2nd purchase that Gary Rockoff has assisted me with. I cannot say enough good things about Gary. The fact that he is so personable makes it easy to establish a great rapport. Gary is really knowledgeable about this car and seems to enjoy the whole experience as much as the customer. There was never a feeling that he was attempting to sell something just for the sake of the sale. He actually listens to what the customer is requesting and makes every effort to find a perfect fit. Excellent experience from the start. Logged in to Mini website and received an email from Deb with a quote. Deb answered all questions promptly and provided outstanding service during our visit to the showroom. We ordered the Mini to factory and throughout the entire process Deb did an excellent job keeping us updated. When our Mini arrived, Deb had it ready for us and provided us with great information about our new Mini. Deb Kruger was extremely knowledgeable about her product. She walked me through each of the models and knew everything there was to know about them. My husband commented that she was the first sales person to know more about the cars than him (he is an avid car enthusiast and reads every car magazine under the sun). She was able to find all of the cars that met our needs and showed them to us and she was helpful in explaining the economics of leasing vs. owning. She is friendly, easy to talk to, approachable, with a very high level of knowledge and professionalism. She walked us through all aspects of the car, every button, programmed the Bluetooth and she even called after two days to see if we had questions. Awesome!!! That's how I would describe my experience with Braman Palm Beach and with Deb in particular. In addition to being very professional, Deb was very warm and accomodating and well informed about her product. She facilitated quite a long and thorough test drive and even allowed the person accompanying me to drive the car as well, which definitely helped in my decision to go with a Mini. I never felt pressured to buy, (which is quite different from other dealers/car companies), and Braman worked with me to find a package that would fit my budget.Deb definitely added her own personal touch - decorated my Mini, even took pics for us, and helped me sync my bluetooth to my car!I've always wanted my own Mini Cooper, and Braman and Deb made it possible :)

We were looking for a new car but had not decided what we wanted yet. We were met promptly by Gary Rockoff who was very nice and accommodating and we did not feel pressured into buying a car. We test drove a Mini Hardtop. We loved the car, but what was great was that Gary new everything about the car (we had test driven a car by another dealership/brand of car and were left with a lot of questions) and Gary could answer all our questions. He was friendly and patient. We were still looking at other cars. Gary followed up with us and we were pleased with his further assistance. We returned to Braman Motors and bought the Mini Hardtop. The process was easy and we feel we could not have been more fortunate to have Gary working with us. Our overall experience was great and you can not beat the price and fun of a Mini. Halfway between the ordering of my new mini and it's delivery, my original sales consultant left the dealership; Deb Krueger took over for him. I couldn't have been treated better. She was so very friendly, kind and helpful. Deb was determined to keep me in the loop about my car's production. I had been sharing a car with my 16yo son so was very anxious to receive my new car.When car was complete and I met Deb, I felt as if I had known her forever. Deb was very knowledgable about the car and appreciated that no one wants to spend forever at a dealership. She had everything organized and ready to go and spent as much time as I needed to acclimate me to my new car. She was precise and to the point again understanding that most folks are anxious to drive their new car and not spend unnecessary time at the dealership.One last thing that was an over the top special thing: there were balloons tied inside my car and two congratulations signs in the windshield. She also moved the car to a spot a bit more secluded as many people that were coming in to the dealership kept touching my beautiful kite blue convertible and she wanted it to be perfectly untouched when I arrived.Thank you again.Great experienceDeb rocks !!!!

Deb Krueger was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made my buying experience most excellent (especially compared with my previous new car buys). Deb approached me immediately out on the lot on my first visit. I was shown all the models of cars and the differences of the 5 cars i was interested in were shown to me side by side so it was easy to compare. These were e-mailed to me by Deb and this made it easier to make my selection. This service I believe was above and beyond what most sales persons would do. I was treated with respect by the entire staff at Braman. My experience the next day at a VW dealership down the street was horrible. No sales person wanted to assist me. Finally one guy came and he passed me off to another guy and then I was passed off to yet another guy just trying to test drive a car. The atmosphere at Braman made me feel like I would want to bring my car in for service and a place I would want to give my business to. 10 stars out of 10 stars for my entire experience at Braman Mini. I totally connected with Deb.

Having heard the typical cliches about car buying, I was terrified to walk into Braman BMW and negotiate the purchase of a new car. However, having been fortunate enough to get Deb Krueger as my contact person at the dealership, I will forevermore regard the experience as a vastly enjoyable and delightful one! Deb is such a pleasant, personable, friendly and approachable person, someone with whom anyone can feel instantly comfortable and at home. At the same time, she knows EVERYTHING about the Mini cars, and there is no question (and I asked many) that she didn't answer with anything less than a thorough, well-explained and easy-to-understand answer. That wasn't because all my questions were easy; it was because Deb MADE them all easy! And she carried that delightful quality consistently, from the car lot to the test drive to her desk to discuss numbers, and even past the done deal to the lot again, where I emerged to see my new car decorated with congratulatory ribbons and such, and where Deb was smiling and offering to take pictures of me with it, while she still answered even more questions (about pairing the phone with the car, etc.)with seemingly limitless patience and ease. At the very close of the dealership's day and after dealing with me for hours, Ms. Krueger must have been exhausted, but her smile and enthusiasm never faded. She made my car buying experience SO special, fun, easy and worry/hassle-free! This was a very easy process. Jhulian was very knowledgable about the Mini Cooper and could answer every question I asked and more. At no time did I feel pressured and in the case of the Mini Coupe, the product sells itself too.Determining the lease options was also easy and once I established my criteria, it took only a minute to seal the deal. I was very happy about the financing process because for the first time in leasing/buying a car, there was no surprise cost at the closing.During the process while waiting for routine actions, Deb Krueger was very nice and helpful to me offering water and anything else to make me comfortable due to my health issues and the heat outside.I love this car and have not had this much fun driving since my first car at age 16. Salesperson very friendly, told be many times about their customer satisfaction rating. I bought a used 2011 VW TDI Sportwagen in January 2012. The only issue I had during the purchase was the lack of a second key/remote fob. Gary checked with the salesman that took the car in trade who indicated the previous owner had the key and he would call them to ensure they were dropping it off at the dealership.After many calls to Gary(each time he indicated he would check on the key and call me back) none of the calls were returned. I called the sales manager(got voice mail), left a message which was not returned.The bottom line is they act like any other car dealer, don't buy the car unless you have all your concerns met.Don Sargent

I brought my Mini Cooper S into Braman West Palm Beach dealership for a water pump on turbo charger recall...and here was the start of a nightmare. 3rd day after the recall was done I experienced my mini driving rough and check engine warning appeared. I asked my husband to check under the hood and of course most of the coolant was missing.(I never had coolant leaks prior recall was done on my car) I called Braman with my problem and they told me to bring the car for inspection. Next day I got a list of problems and outrageous $2800 bill. The car was leaking cooling fluid from main water pump and hoses. It was the biggest mistake to bring my healthy car for a recall and get all these problems the 3rd day after Braman mechanics worked on my car. Now I have to put a 1/4 of coolant every morning to go to work. Braman told me they weren't going to do anything about it and I have to fix Braman mechanic screw ups on my own. I also have some facts how people bring their BMWs for a oil change and after a week they have major engine oil leaks costing owners thousands of dollars to fix the issue. This message is to warn consumers and the public to think twice before bringing their cars to this institution called BRAMAN STEALERSHIP!!!!!!Very angry consumer.

I stopped by Braman Mini in West Palm, to gather information on a new Mini Countryman. I was met by a Client Advisor named Neil Vota. He answered all of my questions and educated me on the 2012 Mini Countryman. I left that day with all of my information ....with NO PRESSURE! I returned the next day, 5th of February and drove the Mini and purchased the Mini Cooper Countryman from Neil Vota. In the past 30 years of buying cars,I have not encountered a car salesperson like Neil. Neil was down to earth, a true gentleman who did not pressure you into a car that you could not afford. The reason I have given the "5" ratings is because everytime I deal with Braman I am treated like a valued customer and made to feel welcome, especially by Ralph Fonti. I came in for service with Ralph (always a wonderful person to deal with) and ended up with a new car! I was completely happy with Danny Pena as a sales person. He was knowledgeable, confident, understanding, funny, and comfortable. He made the process of leasing my new Mini great. The other fabulous person at the dealership was John Jenkins in Finance. He made sure I understood everything about the vehicle and the leasing relationship. He never rushed me, but made me feel like I was the only person he was working with that day.

I live in Naples FL. I visited my local Mini dealer and left with very little information on the Mini Cooper as to what advantages are to buying a Mini. There price did not convince me either on what they called a deal. There was never any follow up after the visit. So, i thought that if they can not follow up on a potential sale what would happen if i had a problem? So, I went online and sent out the information on the Mini I was looking for. The only sales Person who truly made the effort was Gary Rockoff from Braman Mini in West Palm. He took the time, even on his day off, to help me locate a Mini i was looking for to give to my wife as a gift. Even after the sale Gary is still following up. Gary Rockoff showed what a true sales professional ought to be.

Daniel Pena cheerfully took the time my wife and I needed in order to evaluate and test drive some Mini's, inasmuch as we had no personal experience with this vehicle. The dealership had enough vehicles in stock so that we could make choices regarding various models and options that Mini produces. We were fortunate that the dealership had a Mini that satisfied our needs, an "S" class convertible. Negotiation over price went very smoothly, no haggling- price presented, a counter offer I thought fair and acceptance by Daniels's supervisor. That is the way I like to do business. The dealership is large, very attractive and impressed me with being highly professional. I anticipate a cordial relationship with Braman in the future based on how I have been treated so far.

I have been an owner of a 2003 BMW and a 2002 Mini for nine years now. I have been in and out of multiple BMW/MINI dealerships in various parts of North Carolina and various parts of Long Island NY and pretty much have had only a few pleasurable encounters over that time period with BMW/Mini staff,etc. I planned on driving both my mini and bmw into the ground and then purchasing a new Hummer and some sort of new pick up truck next year. I just moved to Florida and right away had trouble with my mini. I was really dreading going to the dealership because of many encounters with rude sales people and rude service advisors. But I figured I will try just one more time before I never have anything to do with BMW or MINI ever again. That was when I met Pithy Garcia. He was kind, patient, had an extremely pleasant attitude, and was willing to work around my busy schedule. If it was not for Pithy Garcia I would have never bought a BMW or Mini ever again. I purchased a new MINI from him yesterday and will be back early next year to either purchase another mini or a used BMW. This is the first time since 2003 that I can honestly recommend a friend or coworker to purchase a MINI, and it was all because of Pithy Garcia.

I had a 3 year old leased 2008 MINI Cooper S with little over 19000 miles and not even a scratch on it. With one year left on my lease. Pithy called at the end of every month for three months straight, always being fun and friendly he would not give up until he got me into a new car. A TRUE GO GET UM SALES MAN!!!!I am also in sales. I appreciated their flexibility because I came with some hurdles but they jumped them for me with a smile. They made me feel secure in the knowledge that I was buying a used car that wouldn't let me down. They also had some really awesome and affordable extended care plans that quelled any worry I had about the cost of maintenance. Overall a great experience!!!

Pithy was very helpful in working with me to select a car to purchase. He was able to show me various options and he answered my questions and explained things to me adequately considering that I don't know a lot about cars. Before I came in, I expected to be greeted (and to be intimidated) by a typical pompous,arrogant salesman, but Pithy's demeanor was nice and he appeared sincere in dealing with his customer. He was firm in convincing me to make the purchase but was not too pushy, which I think was refreshing.

I had an excellent car buying experience at Braman Motors Mini of Palm Beach. My client advisor there was Mr. Pithy Garcia. He was extremely nice and provided outstanding customer service. This was my first car; therefore my family and I had tons of questions. Additionally, I did not know exactly which MINI I wanted in the beginning. Mr. Garcia was very patient with me and my family when we were going through almost every car on the lot. Sometimes we arrived at the dealership close to their closing time (less than 30 minutes before closing sometimes), but Mr. Garcia still took his time to show us cars, and allowed me to test drive it. His patience and kindness exceeded my expectations. In the end, we found the perfect car! The car had recently arrived on the lot, and I really did not want the front license plate mounted on it. Mr. Garcia made sure that the license plate was not mounted on! These things, even though little, come together to make an exceptional overall purchase. After buying the car, he was very helpful in answering all questions I had about the features of the car. He stayed until all of my questions were answered, and I was comfortable enough to drive the car off the lot. I would highly recommend Mr. Pithy Garcia to anyone looking for excellent customer service and an amazing car buying experience. The only thing they should change is to maybe make the showroom a little warmer because the temperature there is too cold. :)

Just bought my 2nd mini cooper from this dealer and had an even better experience then the 1st. They worked with me on my trade in to get me a better price, Janifred check on us constantly and made sure we got everything we needed. Test drive was great and Janifred really knew his stuff.Over all it was an extremely pleasant experience and I would recommend them, especially Janifred, to anyone one looking for a mini cooper.

My experience at Braman has always been positive. We have known Michael and Raj for 3 years, and have always treated us like a family member. We have been a BMW family, and recently decided to try your sister brand, Mini. Between Michael and Gary Rockoff, they walked me through several different vehicle options, helping me zero in on the model that was best for me and my family. We live in Windermere, FL, and travel 3 hours to West Palm to buy our cars. I then sent a question via e-mail and received a reply within minutes. When I arrived at Braman mini, the customer service was excellent. My sales rep, Gary, took his time to answer all my questions. Stopped by Bramam Mini with my wife this past Saturday to look at the new Mini Countryman. We were greeted right away by Pithy who was great to work with. He answered a lot of questions for us, took us for a test ride and we inked a deal. I feel we got a fair deal with great service. My opinion has changed about Braman with the way in which my problems were dealt with now. Both Ralph F and Danny B have turned my mind from any negative feelings and not with promises, but with actions. Danny B is an exceptional management figure who seems relentless with his desire to make Braman the best in everything they do and Ralph F who runs MINI service is someone who will get the job done right no matter the reason, even if it requires doing it all over again and without any defensiveness. They both have my respect for these reasons.I have rejoined the ranks as a loyal customer again and hope that the influence of these people will be pervasive throughout the orginization.
