I took my Panamera in because the oil change light was on. On the way to Braman, the check engine light went on. They did the oil change and replaced the engine mounts for the check engine lights. My father-in-law owned Replacement Engine Company and he never had to replace engine mounts. Braman even said that the mechanic had a hard time getting the engine mounts out. Probably, that meant the engine wasnt going anywhere and I paid needlessly. I picked up the car, over $5,000 later on a Thurs., the minimum oil light came on on Sat. They hadnt put in the 10 qts. of oil that I had paid for. When I returned to have that done, the check engine light came on again. I took it back and now they didnt know what was wrong with it. Almost a week later and $1,000 in labor, they said that it need oxygen sensors. They didnt have a loaner, so I had to be driven to Braman BMW and wait half an hour for a loaner. Dont take your car to Braman after the warranty is out !!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy another car from Braman. This was my third.

We dealt with 3 different associates who worked as a team to give us a very personal experience. Steve Rock in finance was excellent, and the paperwork went smoothly and quickly.In the end, we selected the 911 Carrera Sport which we are very happy with. I can't begin to convey how impressed I was with the service I experienced recently at the Braman Porsche Service department. I arrived late on a Saturday with a busted water pump and it was too late to fit me in that day and I was offered another vehicle. I was on an extremely rare family vacation road trip and so the mechanic as well as the service managers said they would stay past closing to help me get back on the road. I watched them jump through hoops between the service garage and parts department to get me fit in that afternoon even past closing time. They did a quote and the actual cost was below the estimate. The mechanic not only fixed my water pump but he did a couple of quick tune-up adjustments for me free of charge. I have never had a pleasant experience at any mechanic shop and especially not a dealership, but the staff went way and above to accommodate me, and I even used that experience to train my staff on exceptional customer service and how it can build loyalty. It was a rainy day and as my wife and I talked about getting soaked if we looked at any of the cars Scott Levine appeared at our car window with an umbrella and directed us to the covered service area where we could get out and remain dry. After we discussed our thoughts (which weren't completely resolved), Scott showed us the price ranges and vehicles in stock and discussed some new vehicles coming to the dealership soon! He once again got soaked showing us a few cars outside before the rain stopped and was helpful in discussing alternatives even though we switched makes and models several times. In the end we bought a Carrera S and probably wouldn't have if Scott hadn't helped us at every turn. Kudos to the dealership and Scott, couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable team that helped us feel welcomed and open to our search.

Tom the service manager is a true professional, we just sold and had a brand new 2014 turbo S cab delivered to one of our clients at his Palm Beach home. When the car arrived it was making a strange sound that concerned the owner. The following morning Tom was able to get our clients car picked up and brought in right away even though the dealership was in the middle of having to take care of several of their own clients cars that had just been destroyed in major flooding down there. After haveing super storm Sandy put us in the same position a few years earlier I know how the chaos in the service department is. Braman Porsche is a truly great dealership and deserves our thanks.

Alec made sure our buying experience was both fun and professional. My wife and I drove from Miami to Palm Beach in order to complete the lease of a new Porsche Panamera we structured on the phone with Alec Friedman. We met Alec last year when we became interested in the Panamera Porsche. The purchase did not happen then but we left the dealership and Alec Friedman with the feeling that we would come back in the future and came back we did. We called Alec with a specific request for a White Panamera with lots of extras and options. Alec not only found the car, he also put together a deal that I could not refuse.My wife and I made up our minds about leasing a car we had not seen. Alec Friedman managed to send us electronically plenty of photographs in all formats for us to review. We agreed on the numbers and a couple of days later we drove to Palm Beach our Cayenne and drove back home our new Panamera. Alec made the switch from our 2009 Cayenne S to our Panamera a breeze. We returned the Cayenne and all paper work was promptly completed so we could not be more satisfied. The credit application was submitted electronically as well.There was something about Alec Friedman that we liked when we first visited Braman Palm Beach a couple years ago. I recorded his information in my iphone then and called him now to finalize a transaction that in a way started several years ago.After all documents were signed and at the time Alec showed us the different gadgets on the car that we realized that even though the antenna was in the car the Satellite Radio module was not installed. Satellite radio is one of the options I truly enjoyed in my previous Porsche so I was disappointed that we found out it was not installed in our car as it should have been. We did not know the reasons for this omission but Alec and his manager assured us that the issue was going to be resolved and that we would have the satellite gadget as planned. Well the next day Alec drove from Palm Beach to our home in Gables Estates , Coral Gables . He brought a loaner Porsche, took our car back to the shop and returned it a couple o hours later with the satellite radio in working order. I have been a customer in Braman Miami for many years We usually get VIP treatment because my wife and I have had several Bentleys and Rolls Royce s through the years but the service we received from Alec was way beyond expectations in terms of efficiency and promptness. This transaction has been a very nice experience for my wife and I. I do recommend with no reservations the dealership but most importantly I recommend with great senthusiasm this young man Alec Friedman who has shown that he is totally committed to "first class" service for his customers and clients. This kind of commitment is seldom seen these days when everybody is so focused on a fast buck from a fast transaction. Kudos Braman Palm Beach Kudos Alec Friedman

Called and spoke with Alec Friedman. We discussed pricing and made a deal. He encouraged me to get insurance and hurry down to purchase the vehicle. When I got there I was told that I could not buy the vehicle, was lied to every way possible, had my credit run on a cash purchase, was accused of potentially being an exporter, and then advised and lied to by the GM Dan Daimond and was told by him that I should finance the car before purchasing a home. He knew I was purchasing a home and intentionally steared me the wrong way. Anyone and everyone knows that the less outstanding debt you have the better when purchasing a home. So they shunned me away after rushing me down there to come get the car right away. Now my insurance company will not allow me to cancel the insurance and refund me my money until I receive proof from the dealership that I did not purchase the car. I called and spoke to Dan Diamond who lied to me again and said they can not and would not provide this and my request was not correct and a waste of his time. I then faxed him and e mailed my insurance companies request in an effort to prove I am not a liar and exporter. This is still not over weeks later, my funds are still not refunded and Mr. Diamond no longer returns my calls. This has been the worst experience of my life. I would welcome others to contact me before they do business with Braman Porsche of West Palm Beach or Dan Daimond and Alec Friedman. adamwaters580atgmail.com

I stopped in after a service visit (with Jim Crain who is also exceptional in support) to see the new inventory and learned that 2013 models for some of the Panamera's arrived. My Cayenne was 3 years old and after receipt of a fair appraisal, I began dicussions on trading out with Emily. Emily provided all the information necessary on the 2013 and a similar 2012 in case price was a discrminator as the options and styling were not identical, but similar. After some normal back & forth, I went with the 2013 and am very happy with the choice and sales support.

My neighbor, a Porsche owner and fan, had suggested the dealership as a good source for Porsche cars a couple of years ago. I decided to visit them with the intention of testing and pricing a couple of models.Although the salesperson I was referred to was no longer at the dealership, I was directed to Rick Schwenk who provided useful information and was helpful in selecting the car. He actually improved my selection. Over the next couple of days they provided additional information and we, including manager Dan Diamond, negotiated, what I believe was a very good deal for the exact car I wanted and purchased. Great job Alec - thank you. I say this as I live over 100 miles away from Braman. My internet search identified the exact car I was looking for. Alec took me serious, and worked with me over the phone to make the deal. All I had to do was arange a visit. Alec explained the car very well and made me feel comfortable. When I was not able to purchase my next porsche in upstate new york, they suggested contacting Braman near my florida house. Jack made it very easy for me to get a build slot, took care of all of the necessary paperwork over the phone and when I got to florida in mid december the car was already built! Jack kept me up to date on progress, and two days ago I took delivery. Since The car is going right to upstate NY, Jack also took care of finding me an auto transport company, and within 24 hrs, the car was on its way. I could not have expected any better service.

The experience was outstanding from the moment I walked into Braman Porsche. Warm, friendly greeting at reception and then I met Meredith Webb. She was very engaging and not high pressure. Her knowledge of the brand was amazing. My wife was with me and this was not lost on Meredith. They talked while I looked. I choose the model and we were into a test drive right away. Meredith pointed out the highlights of the vehicle while on the test drive. My wife and I were sold!!! Back to the dealership, met the sales manager and the deal was done. Meredith followed up with e-mails and phone calls and I had the vehicle in three days! I have heard from her several times since asking if all is okay with the vehicle. Steve Fenner was the Braman representative that I worked with. He was very new with Braman but I couldn't have been more impressed with his knowledge about the Porsche Panamera. In December of 2010, I went with my mother to do the buy out of her Boxter lease. We met with Merideth Webb. We had had a few phone conversations before our actual "closing" and she was exremely pleasant over the phone. When we met in person, she was gracious and very polished. She was extremely efficient, and very well spoken and knowlegable on the Porshe brand. It was very refreshing, and such a far cry from the usual auto sales experience. Steve is the most knowledgeable Porsche salesperson I've ever met. His passion for the cars came through to us loud and clear. Steve was the only salesperson from several dealerships we went to that actually went to work and found us the car we wanted. All other salespeople said the car could not be found. He ended up staying on top of things and found us the perfect car that had been ordered and canceled by another buyer. Recently I bought privately my first Porsche, a vintage Carrera, for weekend driving. But after owning it for a couple of months, I loved the experience so much that I decided to look at new Porsches to see if I could find one to drive everyday. This after years of driving BMWs! So, one evening after work I took a quick tour through the Porsche lot with my wife and saw the stunning model we now own, a black Panamera with turbo wheels. Later, after dinner at home, I returned to the dealership where met Jack Stang who then became my guide through the whole buying process. He was knowledgeable (having driven and sold Porsches much of his life) and efficient. About 90 minutes after my first test drive, I was driving home in my new car. But Jack's help has continued beyond that first evening. He also picked up a phone call from me last weekend when my family and I were in the Florida Keys and had a question we couldn't find an answer to in the manual. Jack returned the call, gave us what we needed to know - no big fuss. The experience with him and his team at the dealership has been great and that's why I'm taking the time to write this review. We're very pleased with Braman's service and we love the Panamera.

I have purchased many vehicles in my time and most transactions leave me with a horrid taste of the experience. I have purchased 8 porsches in the last 8 yrs mostly from Champion and the Collection. I have rarely tried Braman as they has poor staffing in the past. However, this past time, the sheer arrogance and lack of earning my business at both places where I have purchased left me no choice but to trek to Palm Beach after a phone call. I spoke to a knowledgeable person, who answered all my questions, gave me an aggressive price and got me just the car I wanted. When I made it to the dealership, I was meet with nothing but eager and willing bodies anxious to help. I met with Raj and found he was the actual GSM of the dealership, he was very attentive and personally dealt with my entire transaction. His staff spent plenty of time in my porsche journey and most of all It was a painless experience to deal with them. I got a fair price and excellent service. Only reason I bought at Braman was that I got my car ordered earlier than other places. Sales guy was arrogant, and never heard from him again. Promised to ship me a few things for my car and never got them. Called him numerous times and nothing. 3 different BMW Sales employees from other dealers call me yearly and send postcards for xmas and birthday. As well as being attentive to any issues or needs I have with my vehicle. I am sure I will eventually get a call when my lease comes up. Braman should expect the same treatment I got, no return calls.
