One thing I would say, They take their sweet time to get back to you. Specially if you try to make an Inquiry on the dealer webpage. I don't think Mr. Murgado is fully aware of this situation. I myself requested a price on a used BMW 128i. I forgot how long ago and I am still waiting. Mr. Murgado has to clean house and soon better then later.

Made several attempts including six emails and even 2 different calls to three different sales people. Could not even get price of a civic over phone until they had my phone number to call me back. I buy cars online and usually only deal with someone only if I know what price they are starting with. Waste of my time with this dealer. I recommend going somewhere else.

I came here back in March to lease the new 2016 Honda Civic EX. I was assisted by Eric Lopez who was a sweetheart from start to finish. I had a horrible experience at South Motors and was given a great deal here and also treated with respect as I am only 20 years old buying my first car. The whole process was from 12pm-6pm which involved me test driving the car, running my credit, giving in my old car, hours of them getting a bank with the best deal for me, and signing all the paperwork. I was tired and hungry but Eric offered lunch for both my boyfriend and I which was a great detail, next door at Brickell Buick/GMC they have a cafeteria where we went to eat some sandwiches. Everyone was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel secure in leasing this vehicle. I never felt rushed or grazed over and I am thankful for that! I also returned recently thinking my tire had a screw in it and I had to change the tire but turned out the screw did not puncture the tire (thankfully) and that process was also quick and easy. I'll be going back for an oil change this week too! Very happy with Brickell Honda and I recommend to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

My Honda Insight recently needed a Oil Change and my Service Advisor "Mariano" said it may be a good hour and a half as the showroom was pretty packed. I went across the street to get a cafecito and a empanada while checking my email. To my surprise, my phone rang and it was Mariano telling me my car was done and ready to go!Outstanding, I can get back to my Saturday chores with only but a brief interruption for my Honda's Service - thank you Mariano for expediting my service - great job and great customer care. I have purchased over 30 automobiles from Porsche's to Audi's...........Without a doubt this was the worse car buying experience of my life !!! A totally non-responsive sales staff over 12 phone calls with significantly important questions without replies. Purchased a car with what they described as a "pencil" size scratch, which they did a HORRIBLE job repairing.....Then even though we wired the total funds immediately it took 11 days to have the deal finished due to their un-excusable delays, and the car delivered to me......To compound this nightmare deal it took over 6 weeks to get my tag and title delivered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sales associate, Jose Angel Shiuk at Brickell Honda made my car purchase the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased many cars from various dealers over the past 30 years but my experience with Mr. Shiuk was by far the most positive. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he found it for me. He was extraordinarily professional, fair, honest and did not waste my time. He not only listened to me, he HEARD me! He did most of the administrative work prior to the purchase (credit checks, insurance etc.) so that when I actually went back to the dealership to purchase the car, I did not waste time. He drove me to the gas station to fill up my new car and checked in afterwards to make sure everything was satisfactory. That is extremely important to me. As long as Mr. Shiuk is working with Brickell Honda, I'll never go anywhere else.

Look for "El Musico," as he is former musician and music aficionado, and great to speak with. Musico helped me throughout the entire process and explained the benefits of various models. i took my terrain in for service and was amazed at how easy and pleasant the experience was . I was in and out with a loaner that was already in reserve in 15 minutes, literally 15 minutes was all it took. Everyone I dealt with was nice and friendly. Carlos Ruesca went above and beyond getting the rare vehicle color which I was searching all over Florida for. When the vehicle was delivered to me, he drove me to the gas station and filled up for me. Great service. When I was signing the paperwork, the finance manager offered to work the numbers so that I could get 5 years maintenance, while keeping my monthly payment the same. All around good experience. Whole process took 2 1/2 hours, which is pretty good when you have a trade in to negotiate too.

We were looking to lease a 2016 Odyssey van. After filling out an online questionnaire, multiple dealers called including: South Motors and Rick Case. I received a call from Darien in the Internet department at Brickell Motors Honda, who provided me a price within minutes that that the other dealers wanted for a 2015 Odyssey. We went to the dealership and were assisted by Gabriel. They were true to their word with the price as discussed and there were no hidden fees of any sort.This is the second time that Brickell Honda has provided the lowest price than any other Honda dealership in Miami. I went there about two month ago and lease a car, and the plate wasn't received in a moth. Them I have to go there and get another carton plate. Now I just call and to verified if the plate was received and is a hassle to get in touch with some one there at that department. Finally I was very upset and a lady in the sales department transfer with Tasha that is the name of the person suppose to let you know about if your plate is there. This is the first dealer don't report to the clients about when your plate is there. I will not recommend this dealer to no one. Have a terrible services.

We bought a Pre-Owned 2011 Honda C-RV from Brickell Honda less than two years ago and shelled out big bucks for the top of the line bumper to bumper warranty. A little while ago the AC started intermittently not working a week and a half before a big vacation road trip. I took it in for warrantied repair work a week before we were due to leave, and left it at the dealership to be repaired. The service representative who I worked with, Ismael, was never able to be reached by phone again. Another service representative, Miguel, became the person we communicated with. Two days after dropping it off we were told that a warranty company insurance representative would be coming by to clear the car for warranty work the day after that. The next day came and went, and when we called they told us that the insurance person would now be coming the day after that, but that it would take them 24-48 hours to approve of the work before repairs could begin. Two days after that, we were told that the insurance person had just come that day, and not only that but they also, for reasons that Miguel was unable to explain to me, had to come inspect it AGAIN the next day (I'm beginning to think the car wasn't looked at today at all). And THEN wait 24-48 hours for approval, and THEN wait for the actual repairs to be done. By this point, the repairs would be finished, at the earliest, two days into our planned and booked vacation road trip, 9 days after we had first dropped it off. I told him that I would just have to come pick the car up the next day, and have the work done when I got back. I was then informed that the AC wasn't working at all now, so the car was in even worse condition than when I had dropped it off. Miguel then admitted that our first service representative quit days after I had first dropped the car off, and that this matter hadn't even been looked at until 5 days after the car had been dropped off. Now I get to spend 20 hours on the road, there and back, for a vacation that I had already paid for, with two small children, in August, with no air conditioning, and no repair in sight. I told Miguel that I had no recourse as a consumer but to post a truthful, negative review wherever I could post it, and was told to "Do what you gotta do" but the car would not be ready when I needed it. If you were unfortunate enough to have bought a car here, I hope that you never have to take it in for the worst service experience of your life. Thanks Brickell Honda!

I called the previous day to my appointment and was accomodated into the next day's schedule by Angel, who was very professional, and took care even of scheduling the shuttle to bring me back to my office. I called the day of my appointment to let the service person I was assigned, Robert Schickman, to know I was running 15 minutes late, and he reassured me it was ok, that they were waiting for me. When I arrived I was professionally greated by Robert, who attend to the items I wanted fixed in my car, answered all my questions, and called the shuttle driver making sure I coulod get to my office on time. I was called later that day , as Robert said he would do, and informed as to what had to be done and the price for the job. Job was completed as timely that afternoon, and Robert even waited for me to arrive after hours (6:25 p.m.), and greeted me in the same friendly manner, assuring me he did not mind the wait, walked me to the cashier, and later to my car, infoming me of the guarantee the job had and makiong sure everything I had requested had been done. Can't ask for more. Thank you.

I'm so upset, took my 2014 Honda Accord sport for its 2nd oil change. My car had less than 10,000 miles on it. It looked and drove like new. They gave me a list of services I needed, a/c filter and flushing, wipers and tire rotation/balancing for $126.00. I took the wipers. Shortly after I left, I noticed my car was not handling the same, it was pulling when I braked and every groove in the road my steering wheel pulled in both directions, I assumed they did something to my alignment, I've already had bad experiences with them so I wasn't surprised. I got on the Dolphin expy entrance ramp during traffic hours going no more than 25 mph and lost control of my car, I spun out, luckily, everyone was able to get out of my way, but it could have been serious, I could have killed somebody. now I knew it was more serious so I went directly to tire kingdom for a tire check up and rotation. They told me that they could not legally do that to bald tires, WHAT, that's impossible. My car has less than 10,000 miles,!! When he checked the mileage and year of my car he told me I should bring my car back to the dealership to have them explain to me how my good tires and rims suddenly were bald and scratched.. Not only did I leave with 4 bald tires, I also got 4 extremely. scratched up rims. Those aren't my tires or my rims. No wonder it took more than 4 hours for an oil change, I got there at 7am before anyone else and still took all morning. Called Honda corporation and they basically said it was my word against theirs and they said my tires got worn out because I did not rotate. They saw a woman and thought they could get away with it. They did, my 3rd Honda, 2nd one bought there. Never at Brickell Honda and never a Honda again. xxxxxxxx

If I could give them 0 stars I would for shady business practices. I just left this dealership a couple hours ago, and after much debate decided to write this review. After researching for about two weeks with other dealerships, KBB, Edmunds, IIHP and cars.com I was ready to buy a car today. I decided with the sales price and other competing quotes Brickel Motors made the most sense for me. Within five minutes of being on the lot I was greeted by Renner. I walked him over to the car I wanted and he let me test drive it right away. Like I said, I wanted to purchase a car today so I did not want to waste time. We sat down and immediately talked numbers. I told him my dream price and he spoke to the manager Ignacio. The answer was no but you never know until you ask..So I dropped the big bomb: I will write a check on the spot for the lowest price they can offer including taxes, fees, etc. to walk out with the car, as long as they meet my top. After back and forth and then speaking directly with Ignacio he gave me a price. Although it was $800 over my max, I understood they needed to make money too, so me and Renner shook on it. I asked both Renner and Ignacio if the price quoted was the exact figure I would write my check out for. They responded each time with yes. AFTER writing the check from my Military credit union and finishing up on the phone with the insurance company setting up my policy (I had just given the agent my credit card info) Ignacio came back and said he misquoted me by 2k dollars!! As he was scribbling out the number we agreed to (I managed to take pictures of the pricing quotes with all the writing on it) he asked me if I "have a personal check or is it from a lending institution?" Wait.. What does it matter? It's treated as cash and neither has any bearing on the final price of the car. My check happened to have stamped in big letters "do not exceed $___ amount" which was a higher amount then what the figure was that we agreed to. It just seemed very convenient that as soon as they noticed my check (they say they did not but I set it down on the desk in clear view) the agreed upon price was now incorrect. I know it may be a shock but though I am a young woman I do understand the basic concept of a verbal agreement and know that bad business practices are just that. NO excuses. I understand I could be the only person who had a bad encounter with Brickell Motors but I felt this situation warrants an honest review. My father later called the owner and although he was extremely apologetic he still quoted UP from the price I was given by $321. So apparently for Ignacio not being able to calculate numbers correctly though he had 30 minutes to do so, I have to now exceed my limit by $1,121. It's sad to know they have just solidified the "dishonest car salesman" stigma. I have already told some of my military friends/ family and clients, and tomorrow I will be letting the bank and all other military installations know of the deceptive tactics I have unfortunately encountered today.Recap: 1. The free iPad Air is for new car buyers!! (that pay full price on the car)<---nowhere on the website does it say that.2. Regardless if you get it in writing, shake on it, ask them to reiterate a handful of times AND write a check, they can go back on their deal.3. Screenshot any and all prices on the website: The exact car I wanted had a different MSRP and sales price listed that they said were both incorrect. My screenshot is what saved me.4. If you are military go somewhere else.

He was on point on everything , making sure I was aware what was going on with my car. Izzy was just plain helpful. I came in on a Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, etc. He got me in & out in 1 hour. I expected to be out a lot later because of the negative reviews that were given to this joint. But surprisingly enough, he made it easy peezy. The cashier was beyond cheerful, yet another surprise. Normally, cashiers are grouches. This one was refreshing. Pricing was extremely fair. Will recommend to everyone.

I had a great experience buying my car from Brickell Motors. I was actually thinking about going to a dealership closer to me, but Darien, their True Car rep. reached out to me within a few minutes of me securing my true car price and ensured me that I would get that price and set up an appointment for me the next day. So the experience started before I even got to the location. When I got there, they had someone park the car I came in for me, and immediately offered coffee and comfortable seating. Marlene was the salesperson who took care of me and she went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with the car I'd chosen, made me feel comfortable in getting the price I had come prepared for, and gave me a bit of financing advice to lower my monthly payments. Next up was the Finance manager Lazaro, who was very genial, and understood that we were working with a tight budget. Overall, I left very satisfied with my purchase, and looking forward to a positive relationship with the dealership going forward.

Best service department ever! (except for Julio. He definitely has a bad attitude. Lighten up pal!) This past saturday, May 30th, I went to get my car fixed because it was giving me a helluva time. Izzy Molina took care of me so fast, I didn't even get the chance to sit down and get comfortable! Gave me a free oil change too! Don't know why they get bad reviews. Anyway, my bill came out to around 150 or so which is reasonable but to make things even better, he asked their funny, sassy cashier (which is scary, in a good way, because the cashier they had a few months ago was a total b****. I guess the service manager finally realized that and got someone who actually has a fun personality) to give me a 10% off! Loved Izzy, loved the work done to my car (working perfectly!!!) and I loved the cashier and the work environment! Keep up the awesome work! Will definitely come back and recommend all my Honda drivers to get their cars serviced here!

We were greeted outside the front door by a gentleman they call "El Musico" (The musician). He was not pushy at all and asked questions which allowed him to show us exactly what we looking for. Rather than spending a lot of time in the showroom showing us the model of each vehicle available, he took us out back so that we would be able to see the scale of the vehicle we might be interested in. After picking out the vehicle we liked, he invited us for a test drive. He even allowed us to change drivers so that both my wife and I could experience the comfort and ride of the vehicle. The negotiation was short and sweet. We told him what we wanted to pay and he came back with the absolute best offer available. After presenting him our counter offer, he took a moment for the approval and came back with an offer what we were willing to live with. The decision was easy, we will take it. The whole experience took less than 3 hours before we drove home. We were so happy with the result, we took our cousin back the next week and she took home her dream car too! Great job by Jose "El Musico" Proveyer.

I made an appointment and took my car in on November 29, 2014 because of a flashing green light while driving. Even with an appointment, it took 5 hours to complete the diagnostic check. Mr. Izzy Molina was unprofessional. I called every day for 2 weeks and he never once returned my calls. The ONLY TIME I spoke to him was when I had enough and demanded to speak to the manager. Lo and Behold, Mr. Molina comes on the phone blaming the girls in the office for not giving him the messages. Within 2 minutes of our conversation, he started repeating messages I had given the 'girls' in the office . Messages he claimed he never received yet he was able to quote my messages back to me. He was willing to lie and throw them under the bus to cover his butt. When confronted, he stated lets forget about that and deal with the issue now. Then he told me to bring my car back in for a diagnostic checkup because he was uncertain if it had REALLY been done when I brought my Honda Civic in 2 weeks earlier. Once Roger, the manager became involved, things started getting done. He was excellent and extremely helpful. He saved me a lot of money and dealt with issues quickly. The office staff ( girls in the office, as Mr. Molina called them) were excellent. They took detailed messages and I had no doubt the messages were given to Mr. Molina. I am buying a new car in May of 2015. I will not buy it from Brickell Honda because of Mr. Molina.

I left the service dept very upset. Besides an oil change my car needed a simple plastic part that was missing from the mirror...I was told they were going to take care of it, when my car is returned to me I noticed the mirror was not even touched. When I initially purchased my car, the salesperson (Danny) was very helpful and courteous. I was very happy with my purchase and the attention i received. Even though the car's gas tank was almost empty when I drove it off the lot, the manager told me they would fill up my gas tank when I took it back for the first oil change. At the time of the first oil change, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, and I had to argue with them in order to get a simple tank of gas that was rightfully mine. Secondly, I paid my car loan off after 2 and a half years and up until that point there had been no other mishaps with Brickell Honda. After paying off my car, I received a letter in the mail from Honda Financial Services stating that I was entitled to a refund for the unused portion of my GAP insurance (approximately 2 and a half years). At this point I went to my dealer (Brickell Honda) and filled out a GAP Cancellation Form, which the dealer never sent to Honda Financial Services, and therefore was never processed. I called back every 2 weeks and even showed up there in two different occasions to ask about the status and they would tell me not to worry about it that it was in the mail. After nearly 6 months, I decided to contact Honda Financial Services directly and I found out Brickell Honda had never made contact with them and they had not submitted my claim. Because of that, I lost a portion of my GAP insurance. The person at Honda Financial Services even said "Yeah, Brickell Honda dropped the ball, again." This is unacceptable and the reason for my review.

To Whom it may concern, Honda Financial repossessed my car NOT for lack of paper but because I didn't MAIL them the signed papers. I do not go to the post office... Who goes to the post office. Its 2014, everything is done online nowadays. It was very frustrating to come back from a business trip and do not see my car on the garage knowing that I was current with my payment...The car was taken to the worst repossession company ever... Took me more than 10 phone calls to get my car back. Besides that they had horrible working hours!!.. I ended up having to rent a car to be able to move around!As if it was not enough... AFTER I returned my car I thought my headache with Honda was over... NOT REALLY!!.. 1) They are charging me for a Repossession fee I have already paid for in April and they want me to give them an itemized receipt because my Credit Card statement I faxed them (Yep! Had to learn how to send a fax.. They are definitely not prepared for the Millennials!!..) is not good enough!.. SO instead of confirming the payment themselves I have to call the repossession company THEY CHOSE to prove something I have done many months ago. 2) Secondly... AFTER returning the car I received a PARKING TICKET! Thats right!.. I returned the car in the morning and on that evening, around 11:30pm, someone from the dealership used the car and parked in a prohibited spot and I received the ticket!!.. I am extremely frustrated and upset about that mess!!

Bought my third car from you in May and am STILL waiting for my floor mats. I paid the $400 dealer fee for a car wash, "fill-up," removal on pin stripes, and floor mats and have received none, nor have I received my repurchase gas gift card from my care book from the previous vehicle purchased in 2011.The voucher for gas given to us by our salesman because it was "too late to take the car to get gas" by the time we were done with the purchase was refused by the gas station because we weren't Brickell Honda employees.When I returned to the dealership a week after purchasing it, the pin stripes were not taken off and I was told the floor mats weren't in yet (Rahit/Rohit) and that we would be called when they were.I left a gazillion messages for weeks trying to reach our salesperson. Your receptionist is EXCELLENT at passing calls to voicemail, and Randy told me that he didn't understand why I was so upset that I was still waiting and then tried to get sympathy from me using my disabled daughter by going off about his wife's brother having epilepsy. Talk about a sleazy tactic!So my reward for being a loyal customer was being robbed of $400, because I still dont have my floor mats or the new car fill-up, being robbed of an additional $200 for the repurchase gas gift card, and a HUGE slap in the face by your manager.

I was immediately greeted by the sales manager who assured me that he would pair me with a great salesperson, this was true, I was assisted all day by Carlos Marenco and I cannot possibly say enough good things about him. Although many issues were presented with our sales person Delvis, Randy the manager of the dealership managed to make it right at the end. Simply by apologizing and understanding. As which I mentioned to him it was not his fault. Delvis managed to say one price and mention another in person as well as remain unprofessional and ignore the customer as I was simply saying "thank you" and goodbye. After many issues I opened the middle section of my car to find trash and my tank wasnt even filled considering the multiple times I wasted gas going there and the complications. Me as a worker in customer service I have learned to always apologize and understand. Him knowing I was upset went to my bf behind my back and loudy asked him to score all 5's on the survey for him and apologized to him. The car was for me and not even once did he apologize. The reason this survey is all 5's is thanks to the manager Randy. Because not only did he apologize but he understood the frustration and took the extra time to add a wow factor to my new car by including the first months payment. This is why he is the manager. And as i've spent the most of this talking about the horrific sales experience I thank Randy for his patience and perseverance to help his loyal customers who have taken out many cars with brickell honda and therefore would come back, or recommend this dealer to another person. Because, in the end when you loose 1 customer who has a husband, son and a whole family dedicated to Honda you loose alot. Thank you again Randy for your help. Even though I saw you for a total of 2 mins. you managed to make everything right on behalf of your sales person.

I took my 2010 Honda Insight to Brickell Honda for a basic service oil change with tire rotation. After I left and was on the interstate, my car vibrated a lot so I called and was given a time to bring it back. When I came back, the mis-alignment had caused the tire to wear down to the threads and I had to pay for a new tire. Brickell Honda did not take responsibility. THEN, this is the worst, a month later I received this post-card in red and white bold letters that stated I there was a re-call and I needed to bring my car in ASAP. I called to ask what is the re-call about and I was told that they would tell me once I arrived and that their tech would also tell me about any other services which I may need.I called to speak with a manager to find out if this is a safety-recall that needed immediate service or if it could wait. I was told again that no one would tell me until I brought my car in. I called again and insisted on speaking with a manager who told me the same thing and then hung up on me!I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to which they never responded. I wrote to Honda Corporate and they called to assure me that there was no safety re-call. What a scam from these slime bags! Also, they sometimes have a guy walk around in a doctor's coat to talk to people to, what can only guess, is to manipulate and intimidate people into buy more services and products. DO NOT GO THERE!

I visited six dealerships in the three days that I was searching for my new car. At all of the other dealerships I felt as if I was an inconvenience to the car salesmen... At Brickell Honda I was treated very well by the salesman (Manuel Heurto). I had recently totaled my Acura, and was a bit skittish during the test-drive, and he was very understanding of that fact, and was not pushy at all. I was also very indecisive, a fact that he did not try to take advantage of.The process took a lot longer than I would have liked, but part of that was my insistence on getting a good price. They ended up matching the price that a Ft. Lauderdale Honda dealership had given me. Jeff in finance was wonderful. I had to bring my fifteen month old son with me, as it was on the weekend, and he literally ran around Jeff's office like a hellion, and yet no one complained.When I got home that night after signing the contracts there were two minor details that really bothered me - they were very minor in the grand scheme of things, and probably a result of a misunderstanding (regarding the fine print on a warranty, and the cost of an add-on). I wrote an e-mail to Alex, the COO, and within ten minutes I had a return e-mail. Five minutes later I had a call from the general manager. They fixed both of those problems to my satisfaction.I now have my new 2013 Honda Civic, and feel great about the purchase, and the customer service that I received.I feel that, as car dealers go, this one does really well, especially in comparison to other dealerships in the area.

I'm very disappointed on how I was treated at the Parts Department SPECIALLY by Mr Luis Pedraja, on 5/6/2013 I bought a Honda Accord 2011 air conditioner condenser since mine got a leak, I paid 225.00 and took the part.the next day 5/7/2013 when I gave to the mechanic working on my car at another dealer, within 15 min he called me back to say they had given me the wrong part... So I had to go back to Brickell Honda with my original damaged part so they can see what I meant explain the problem and sure enough they billed for the correct part but was given a different one( the part number was off) they proceeded to give me the correct part, the counter guy brought the box which by the way was not sealed on the top or bottom... Hummm he took the part out was wrapped in bubble wrap he cut the tape to free the part and compared it to mine to ensure that the part was what I needed and it was, so far so good (two trips so far).I them took the newly exchanged part back to the other dealer and the gages were off fluctuating so he said the part was DEFECTIVE we called Brickell Honda to explain and they were out of the part they had to order the part it arrived today 5/9/2013 I proceed again to Brickell Honda and the man on the counter says I have the part but I have to clear it with the manager he talked to the manager and he said he saw nothing wrong with the part and would not approve the exchange so they told me to wait for the Parts General manager to see if he would approve it, I was told he was out to lunch and that I had to wait 15-20 min for his return.so I patiently waited for Mr. Pedraja.in the Interim I walked away to go get a cup of coffee in the show room only to have the counter guy say to me that Mr. Pedraja had been there and had said NO I was shocked so unprofessional he didn't even wait for me or have the decency to tell the clerk for me to go to his office to discuss the issue at hand. I had to ask where his office was so I could speak to him. When I spoke to him he was rude and with an attitude he told me that there was nothing wrong with the part therefore it was my car the problem so I asked him how do you know you there is nothing wrong with the part? you can't see inside of the condenser and isn't possible that is a factory defect? I explained what the Master Tech working on my car had said that the gauges were off and there was an obstruction inside that was not letting the freeon flow he didn't care and brushed me off. I told him I would call Honda and complain so he replied GO Ahead...I had to get this resolved so I them purchased another condenser at another dealer and it is working perfectly so now I have spent 450.00 because Brickell Honda did not want to honor the parts warranty and exchange a defective part, I wasn't not asking for a refund all I needed was an exchange a three day ordeal and at the end I feel I was wrong not only by Luis Pedraja but by the dealer as well that allows someone like that to be a manager.C. We met Sam at the appointed place and he is a very friendly salesman not too heavy on the "I know whats best for yourselves".We had called about an Audi advertised for sale at $3,881,small beer to some maybe but I like this car.Sam told us the car had took a deposit so we had no chance,and he showed us other vehicles,inc a Volkswagen Beetle,trouble was we liked it but with dealer fees had increased it to to $5.200,well that is out of order,never bought a car for cash and dealer fees were added,we were given an cash offer deal, but I knew by by looking up valuations inc the UK,Sam had set the price too high in the first place,there was someone else looking at the Volkswagen,I did tell the other salesman we were first in line,and later on when going in to try and finalise the deal,a fellow worker shouted to Sam" HAVE YOU DONE THE DEAL"well that was uncalled for and a lack of respect for us like we were cattle,so my wife was now dead set against finalising unless it was a good deal,Sam did try but gave in,I think maybe there was something going on with the other buyer?We left and went home the Audi is still up for sale to this time 05/09/2013,2 days later why have they not called us to say the depositer never came back,or is it a ruse to draw someone in.So there you are try and give someone some money and they want more,I think Brickell Honda needs a far reaching turnaround in the attitude it offers,do they assume low cash buyers are stupid?well I buy like this not to get whammed by credit loans,cash is really a sensible thing to do,so will learn from that experience and take note ,and I advise readers of this review to watch out! In 2010 I purchased a 2008 Accord from these guys. After a short period I noticed vibrations on the front tires. I went to have them check the issue and was told the front tires (brand new) were (feathered?) and I had to replace them with new ones; since time went by (2 months), they wouldn't do anything to replace them. What really got me is that the 2 front tires were unidirectional and the rear ones standard (no way you can rotate them) Also they implied that "who guarantees I did not change those tires" I am glad to see a place were I can make a review after a couple of years. At this time I am looking at purchasing another Honda and definitely agree with the other reviewer that suggests avoiding Brickell Honda like the plague. I was told latter that a used certified car shouldn't have been sold in those conditions but you trust some guys and they take you for a ride. I am not hiding my name and they can easily check when I purchased the car so, this review is not anonymous. I have had Hondas for over 15 years and never had any trouble with them. Great Cars

I found the car I was looking for at the right price last week on Autotrader.com. I called and was helped by a delightful young man named Sergio. He is not in sales but he helped me anyway. He went out to the lot to see the car to answer some questions about it that were not listed on the site. He called me back later to let me know that there was an error in the price and the car was selling for almost $4000 more than advertised. I asked to speak to the sales manager, Atif, and he adamantly refused to honor the price which was now a "computer glitch". He told me repeatedly he would not sell the car for the advertised price. This "computer glitch" had put in the wrong price for the car on Autotrader.com and on their own www.brickellhonda.com site.I asked for the name of his manager, Gilbert Mendoza, and had the hardest time getting in touch with him.About thirty minutes later when Gilbert finally did answer his phone he was rude, yelled at me and told me that I didn't need to worry about the price of the car or the glitch because all of a sudden the car was no longer for sale because it had been "sold" the night before. Even though Sergio and Atif had confirmed for me that the car was still available for sale no less than 30 minutes prior and Sergio himself had gone out to see the car for me.I told him that he was a bad businessman and that if someone at his shop had made a mistake he should have taken ownership of that error as the boss and honored the price instead of trying to give me a run around. He told me that he wasn't running a bad business and had the audacity of trying to offer me another car.Gilbert Mendoza has no respect for potential clients and hasn't the faintest idea what customer service is. He obviously has never heard the age-old adage, "The customer is always right." He lost me as a customer and I guarantee you that anyone that I know will learn that Brickell Honda is not a place to take your business.

I'm extremely dissapointed by the deceptive business practices used by Carlos Flores (car seller) & Geraldine (Infinity, car insurance) at your car dealership. Geraldine makes you believe she's looking for the best insurance for you, when she's actually working for Infinity, and will give you a low price to have you sign the deal on the car based on that low number, that a month later you are going to magically find out through a letter from Infinity is actually higher! I also had to spend 2 hours on the phone with another Infinity representative to correct the mess she caused with the policy: she used the wrong Zipcode & the wrong car VIN, like if I had leased a 2 doors Coupe instead of a 4 doors Sedan. It's also unacceptable that it's been 5 months since I leased the 2012 Honda Civic and there's been no follow up on the $200 gas gift card that Carlos assured me I would receive within 4 weeks. When I went back there a month later, Carlos assured me again I would be receiving it 8 weeks after the contract was signed in January. I signed an overpriced lease for 3 years trusting the good name of Honda, trusting that your employees are honorable people that conduct themselves in a professional manner, standing by the good reputation Honda has built for the past 63 years of being truth to its clients. You got my business through deceptive practices. If this is the kind of people your dealership and Honda are involved in doing business with, then you lost one more loyal client for life. If you don't handle this situation properly, I'll have no choice but to finally take action against you.

I just want to recognize a great work performed by Oscar Sanchez (Service Manager). After an awful experience related to my previous car's battery that nobody knew how to deal with in a professional manner, Oscar, who had taken over the position just recently, managed to stand by the unkept promises I previously received from others, including a manager by the name of Luis. I was there twice before I met him, and all I got from their staff was pure bullshit around the bush. On my third "visit", ready to take legal action against this unprofessional staff, I met Oscar, who patiently reviewed the whole thing & made things straight. Thanks to his professionalism, a big trouble caused by his incompetent colleagues was finally resolved, and on my fourth "visit", almost two months after my first one & a lot of inconveniences, I received my refund. My experience buying a Honda was unique from the beginning because it started by a phone call from myself when I was visiting family up in Vancouver, Canada. I was returning within a week and wanted to begin the process of researching cars. Emil Kasumov, who came highly recommended from a previous customer, immediately treated us with great importance, worked diligently over the phone to describe deals, and called everyday to inform me of rates and how we can move forward once I returned. He really did go above and beyond. Once back, Emil made sure that on the day I drove my car off the lot...it was absolutely sparkling clean. In fact he ran back out to literally touch up one little spot that I would never had noticed as it was already so beautifully prepared. He showed me every detail of the car. He thoroughly went through the interior gadgets with me in great detail and enthusiasm. He made both myself and my daughter feel very impressed with his level of customer service. He also called to follow up and make sure that everything was working out well with my car. Thank you very much Emil, and I highly recommend Miami Brickell Honda due to his service! We have had very bad experiences with this dealership. The prices they quote appear to be made up on the spot. We had a small weather strip on the passenger side sliding door of our Odyssey that needed replacement that was quoted for over $100 for parts and labor but a quick internet search showed the part is less than $15 and easily installed. A brake fluid replacement job was quoted for over $400 whereas we easily found a quote for $66.40 from an internet search (DriverSide.com). Also prior to this visit, we had a major service involving replacing spark plugs and timing belt and water pump. The timing belt and water pump cost over $1000 with parts and labor, yet today on Brickell's website they have a $389 special for the same job (labor included). I confirmed the latter price by calling the service department. The price includes all parts and labor. Even if this a Honda special, I fail to understand why they need to mark the price up by $600. I am open minded and a fair consumer but the last experience (quote for the weather strip and brake fluid) is the last straw. I would caution all customers to be wary of quotes given by this dealership. I went to this dealership because I saw good reviews. However, most of these reviews seem to be for minor work or new sales etc. We have done extensive work on our car and our experience has been horrible. I would say this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

I had no intentions of trading my currently financed vehicle for a newer more fuel efficient car when I got up this morning but after speaking with my sales person on the phone and explaining what I wanted to accomplish I feel that he (TONY RIVERO) went above and beyond to make it happen! TONY RIVERO was extremely patient, professional and responsive and he made it happen! I thank TONY RIVERO for everything he did for me and highly recommend him! The sales experience was a little lengthy (about 3hrs) but pleasant nonetheless. My only regret is that I wish I had gotten a better interest rate on the financing. I was concentrating too much on the monthly payment and not enough on the other aspects of the financing. The negotiation was pretty straight-forward and they weren't too pushy. I would recommend this dealer as a place where you can get a good deal, but I still suggest doing your homework beforehand so you aren't caught off-guard by any last minute changes.

Another thing is that they said to me at the beginning of the deal that they would certify my car and at the end they didnt. I have never been the type to do any kind of review but the service I received at Brickell Motors was so above and beyond what I expected I just had to share my experience. Lets start off with the fact that shopping for a new car is a very lengthy and exhausting process or so I thought. My salesmen Sucre Vasquez truly listened to my needs and what I wanted in my new car as well as helping me with the selection process by only showing me what I really wanted to see; I didnt feel any pressure to buy or to choose something that I didnt truly want. Then came the money part which I thought would also be a taxing experience but thanks to Miguel Vasquez in the finance department it was completely painless. Thanks to both Sucre and Miguel my experience was wonderful and the whole process from beginning to end only took a couple of hours which I thought was exceptional. My main concern was the pricing and even though it was a bit over my budget I gave it a go anyway with the car, though it is used it is in great condition inside and out! Do your shopping first but make sure to end up at Brickell Honda. I did all my research on the net and sent out emails to all the Honda dealers. Brickell was the fastest at responding, and Emil and Rick did not play any games when it came to honoring the price, money factor and terms which other savvy buyers paid across the country. Do you like haggling and playing games which last hours of your time? If so, then go to Braman Honda or Aventura Honda. As for me, I leased 2 Hondas (Civic and CR-V) in July of 2011 and it was the easiest transaction I've ever done. Emil is such a gentleman, respectful and totally unlike the typical salesman. He didn't sell me anything....I told him what I wanted and what I would pay and he just did it! Don't you wish all of your life would go this smoothly.

Went to Brickell Honda to purchase a CPO 2007 Honda fit that just arrived from them that they advertised online. The process was straight forward, and they answered all the questions I asked. Also when I was taking the car home after driving it from the lot I noticed a problem with the drivers side door randomly not being able to open, I told them about it and they sent a locksmith to repair it at their expense they were also kind enough to get their service department to de-gunk under the hood as well. Also really impressed with Honda's first time buyer and financing rates for CPO vehicles. My only complaint would be that the retail price was higher than the internet price by $1000 but that looks like that would happen everywhere. Overall I am satisfied with my shopping experience and the quality of the car Brickell Honda has sold me.

I was looking for a used car through their internet site. I found a used Accord with a great price and proceeded to contact their internet manager. I confirmed both by the internet and through the phone that indeed this car was on their lot for the price stated. On the same day that I went into their site, I again confirmed the availability, description and price. I wanted to make sure the car was available as I was 1 hour way from their location and did not want to waste my time. I get there and I am greeted by the Internet Manager, led to the used car area and handed off to another sales person. The Internet Manager then DISAPPEARS and can not be located. The used car sales man proceeds to "try" to locate the car that I was interested in and of course, it is not available. I show them the printout with the VIN from their website and they just don't know where that car is on their lot. He proceeds to elevate my inquiry to his manager and they can't locate it but will try and locate a similar deal, which is no where near what they had advertised. I wasted a total of 3 hours with these people!!! 2 hours of commute time and 1 hour there trying to purchase the vehicle they had falsely advertised.

Short version: Carlos Cruz and Gilbert Mendoza are unfriendly and conniving. With my newly purchased used vehicle in day 3 of a 6 month warranty and already having some serious issues, they were misleading, rude, and extremely deceptive. STAY AWAY from Brickell Motors. Long version: What an absolute nightmare. The vehicle was listed on AutoTrader and was reasonably priced. I called and went in for a test drive. The vehicle was ready when I arrived, and a test drive was completed. Once I sat down to talk about the price, the vehicle was suddenly $1,500 more than was listed, due to "dealer fees" and other fees. After negotiation a bit, and then leaving to think about the price, I finally called back and settled on a deal. Up until this point, all of the people were more than friendly. However, once I paid and the vehicle was in my name, this changed drastically. The first issue was that they had sent off my registration to the FDOT with my DL number in the VIN number field. I noticed this before I left the dealership, and had to get them to redo the paperwork - a fault on their part that seemed to be a terrible chore. Once that was fixed, I left and went home. 2 days later, the check engine light came on, the steering column was grinding, and there was excessive road noise about 30mph. I immediately took the vehicle in and spoke to Mr. Gilbert Mendoza who, without even letting me finish telling him what the issues were, began to blame me for every single issue in a very rude tone. After a lot of sighing and groaning, he said they would take a look at the vehicle. This was a Monday at 830am. That evening, the vehicle hadn't even been touched, and no one in the service department had orders on what to look at or that it even needed service. I talked to Mr. Mendoza who didn't remember me and Mr. Cruz who seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. Finally, after applying a little pressure, they gave me a loaner car with zero fuel. When I raised the issue that there was no fuel, they said they were not responsible for how much fuel was in the loaner vehicle. After 20 minutes or so, they relented and gave me a $20 fuel voucher. The Saturn SUV loaner they gave me was in horrible condition, yet it had a for sale sign in the window and was pulled right off the for sale line. Electronics were haywire, the engine sounded like it had server issues, and a multitude of other things. I can only imagine that this is the condition of the majority of their used cars, they just bet that most people won't bring it back in to get it fixed. Days passed, and again, no one seemed to know what was being done to my vehicle or whether or not it had been looked at. I went in twice a day, everyday, until that Thursday when I finally spoke to the owner of the dealership and the foreman of the shop (Oscar, the foreman, was the only decent person in the place) and they had my vehicle fixed. Over $600 in repairs, including a temp sensor that was $300, 4 new tires (discount, off brand tires), and fixing the steering linkage. They wanted to blame and intimidate me into thinking these repairs were my fault and that they were not going to fix them. All in all STAY AWAY from the used car department. Carlos Cruz and Gilbert Mendoza are there to swindle you. In the end, with repeated calls to the owners of the dealership, most of which were misdirected to disconnected numbers, they stepped in and finally got the vehicle right. I will not be going anywhere near this dealership in the future, and would rather go to a more reputable place like Maroone or AutoNation.

Samuel is extraordinarily reliable and went above and beyond to help make the lease a positive experience. Not only that, I recently contacted him after completing the lease due to a valet attendant cracking my taillight. I was shopping for a vehicle in the 10k dollars range and wanted a Honda. Jose Betances showed several quality pre owned vehicles that were a little over my price range. Wthout being too pushy he showed me that the vehicle I ended up buying made more sense due to warranty and a much newer and better vehicle. Also the financing department ( cannot think of the F&I guy's name) did a great job making the payments affordable and extending the warranty to 100k miles and making my vehicle a certified pre-owned. I have been leasing and/or buying cars/vans from Brickell Honda since 1988. Hoving owned a business in the area through 2003 - Alberto and Maria Alfonso's 'Brickell Gourmet Restaurant, it was simply a matter of convenience for my employees and I. To date I have leased 18 vehicles from this dealership +/- 1 or 2. That said, I would have rated my most recent experience all 5s had I been able to get the car I really wanted at the price quoted to me. Credit scores, and not credit ratings are a big deal these days it seems, and having lost my wife a year ago this past Nov. apparently did not help matters either. I wanted to trade up from my 08 Accord LX to a 2011 Accord EX-L. The vehicle was prepped and papers prepared prior to my arrival. The credit check however wasn't, and that sent the deal out the window on the home stretch. I was not happy. In fact, I was furious. In the end I drove off in a Accord LX-P. NOT the car I wanted, but it was the best that I could do given my credit score, absent the fact that I have been doing business with Brickell Honda for DECADES. I feel that customer loyalty should be an element worth considering. Not just your credit. That said however, both gentlemen Jody and Sam were fantastic. Personable. Professional. Courteous. Understanding. Sympathetic even. In short the "mechanics" of the deal were not to my liking simply because my feelings got hurt when I could not get the car I really wanted. On a "human interaction" level both gentlemen were - in a word, gracious. that alone is a commendable trait in this day and age, specially in a car dealership of all places.

He works in sales and worked with me over the phone and through emails, filling out paper work and such. He actually is the only reason I found the car through facebook! (Thank you by the way..) He was so friendly and I will admit I'm a bit of a pain in the butt.. but he made my entire car buying experience better!. He knew I was coming to look at it.. and when I arrived, there it was waiting for me.. under a tent, washed..shiny.. beautiful.. staring at me... I was sold upon entering..He then had me meet with Jose Betances, Who was just as friendly as he was! They made all of that horrible car buying.. waiting.. sitting..paperwork,...experience great! Which by the way.. This is my 3rd car.. and that whole "4 hours of paperwork".. it wasn't like that here. I left and ate.. got paperwork, brought it back.. they didn't try to push it.. But I honestly honestly honestly.. love my car... and getting it wasn't some crazy stressful car buying situation. Service is everything to me, and here it was perfect... So thank you guys! A good purchase begins and ends with the salesperson. Good price aside, I want to compliment Carlos Cruz for being an upstanding, honest salesman. My daughter was looking for a car. Best Car buying experience ever! I a military personnel and have moved around a lot. As a previous owner of 2 other honda's and my family growing I decided to look at buying a new vehicle. I first looked at Braman Honda Dealership off of Coral Way and was immediately labeled by the sales men, since I look so young. When I asked for help i basically was given a lil information on where to find the vehicle and that's it, while the rest of the sales men were conjugating around and just BSing with one another. If you weren't an elderly couple or looked as if you had money then forget about getting any help from this dealer. I immediately left after the way I was treated then went to the next closest Honda Dealer and regret ever stopping by Braman and wasting my time after I was greeted by a very welcoming Frank C. Arrufat and Gustavo Guerra at Brickell Honda. Once I arrived I inquired about the new Honda Odyssey, then directed me to the vehicles and let me broswe on my own and if I had any question's to ask. These Gentlemen were very hospitable and appreciative of military service members and the sacrifices we make on a daily basis. Do not do business with this dealer! These guys are dishonest businessmen. Yesterday, they tried to pull a "bait & switch" on me by claiming they had the car I was interested in on their lot (the 2011 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite). Several times the salesman confirmed they indeed had this model (he even confirmed the colors.) He was awfully aggressive at scheduling me for a sales appointment. After their sister dealer across town had told me no dealers in the state would have this new model until at least early September and that Brickell Honda often lies to their prospective buyers to get them in the door, I called back and called the sales rep out on his blatant lie. He simply laughed at being caught.

I went in to trade my Versa for a Civic(the car I've wanted for a while) and only went in for information, b/c I was determined to not pay more than what I currently paid monthly. After comparing both cars & aknowledging that the Honda is worth more, I decided to buy it(although my monthly payment increased).. they didn't have the model I wanted, so Hanoi ended up working a deal where I was able buy a more expensive model(nicer) for the same price. Hanoi was very helpful, and friendly, and willing to help me. He always returns my call and always asked how the car is treating me. Overall, very satisfied w/Hanoi's service.

honda motors and this dealer have not taken care of a defect my Element sc 2008 w/ 32000 miles has of excessive oil consumption/burning or wasting they don't know!they tried to fix it once, did'nt work now they stat its normal my car waste 1 qrt. of oil every 1000 miles!i have gone to this dealer and the service writers are ALWAYS new so its very hard for anybody to want to take care of my major engine problem i have.everybody in this dealer is friendly and put on a smile but no results.

I went to the dealer with a specific car in mind. As i walked into the dealer i was greeted by Yoniel Gonzalez. He was very friendly, knowledgeable. As i told him the specific car i was interested in he walked me over to the used car department and introduced me to the used car department manager also a very knowledgeable and friendly person. Yoniel Gonzalez took me to the vehicle and showed me all the features of the vehicle. I had done a lot of research but he amused me with his knowledge on this vehicle! I had gone with an open mind but the price was perfect and the service was phenomenal i would recommend this dealer to everyone and definitely tell them to speak to Yoniel Gonzalez. We found a vehicle on-line that seemed perfect for our needs. After taking a test drive in that vehicle, we decided to drive a pre-owned Honda Odyssey. Atif and Carlos were very attentive to our needs. They explained how every feature in the vehicle worked, and went out of their way to track down an owners manual for the vehicle. Mauricio is the finance man. He was very polite, but probably disappointed that we did not opt to buy extended warranties on anything. However, he never pressured us to do so. We drove 400 miles round-trip to buy a car from Brickell Motors, and would do it again when the need arises.

STILL AFTER ALL THAT WE DID NOT WANT TO PURCHASE THE 1ST CAR WE SAW AND WANTED TO CONTINUE SHOPING ELSE WHERE JUST IN CASE WE FOUND A BETTER CAR. AFTER DAYS OF SHOPING MY HUSBAND AND I REALIZED THAT MOST USED DEALERS SHOWED US CARS THAT HAD 40,000+ MILES. WITH THESE HIGH MILEAGE WILL QUICKLY BRING ME TO 60,000 MILES WITHIN TWO MONTHS OR LESS. I would highly recommend Brickell Honda! After having several negative experiences with car dealerships in Miami which included blatant dishonesty and staff that were downright mean, I was skeptical to say the least. However, my experience at Brickell Honda was pleasant from the time I test drove the car to the time I drove it home. The gentleman that showed me the cars initially, Boris, was new at the dealership but was very knowledgable and if he did not know an answer, he asked one of his colleagues rather than make something up. I worked primarily with Mauricio Martinez who was at all times professional, fair and went above and beyond. Carlos Romero helped with the financial portion and he too was very pleasant and efficient. I never thought that buying a car could be so painless!

Horrible! Dont buy from the used vehicle ebay section of Brickell . This has been the worst experience for me buying a vehicle. This transaction has been a nightmare and when I did get the vehicle it is a piece of junk. I understand that this was a used truck but this is ridiculous. I will explain my experience with Brickell Honda of Miami:1. HONESTY & INTEGRITY: This vehicle was listed on ebay and the auction stated that it was in Excellent Condition, Rust Free guaranteed, certified preowned inspected with a 30 money back guarantee. This vehicle was not in excellent condition and yes it has Rust and lots of it. 30 money back? What if shipping I paid for took 28 days to get it? Well the pictures were taken on a cloudy day so I could not tell if it was glossy so I guess thats my fault should have known better. I specifically asked my sales man Matt if the paint is glossy because I could not tell from the pictures in the ebay listing; he assured me that it was high gloss. When I received this vehicle it appears that the previous owner had never put a coat of wax on it nor did the dealership. It had a heavily oxidized flat matte finish. Small spots of rust were also found on the body and heavy flaking rust is all over the undercarriage. I spoke with Mario Rodriguez about this and I explained that I paid $250 to have the paint restored and the body rust removed. Mario R. was apologetic and told me that they had fired the previous detailer for poor work. Also the pictures were deleted form the listing 1 week before I received the vehicle. Mario also told me the pictures were also deleted from his hard drive so I had nothing to compare to the actual vehicle. This I feel is an unacceptable excuse for my vehicle being in this condition. Have you ever had finger nail clippings and an emery board in the center counsel of your new vehicle when you first step in? What about your cars manual stuck in fast food barbecue sauce in your glove box? Were you ever able to tell that the previous owner had 2 dogs both a black dog and a white dog because of the amount of hair in the carpet and on the seats? Or were you ever able to tell that the owners small child sat in the rear right seat because of the amount of dried yogurt and crusty cereal found in that area? Not to mention the smell. This is like buying a pair of pants that some one tried on before you and left their brown smelly skid marks. The preowned inspection missed 2 cracked front turn signals with water in both of them, a half dead Wal-Mart battery that doesnt hold a charge, leaking cv boots, both front and rear brakes are past the wear indicator and need to be changed, 3 blown speakers and rattling valves or lifters that make the engine sound like a diesel. Once again does this meet the criteria of excellent condition?2. ETHICS: Beware that this transaction was not finished through ebay so I was not covered by any ebay protection policies. The auction was closed after I made a credit card deposit of $500. Brickell Honda has over 100 positive feedbacks on ebay; none of them are from a sale. All the feedback is from some one buying $1-2 trinkets to raise feedback score as a buyer. I was unable to see the feedback comments from brickell at the beginning of this transaction. I explained this to the salesman Matt and he said he would look into this issue. It was not until after I paid for the vehicle that Brickell Hondas feedback was able to be seen. Once again I should have known better. This ebay feedback practice is shady at the least. 3. PROFESSIONALISM: Brickell Honda needs to work on this area. Dont blame the customer for your failures. The initial paper work emailed to me was so illegible I couldnt read it and there was no way a bank would accept it. I was told the shipping took extra long because the vehicle paper work was not signed by me in time to release the vehicle to make the ship. How does FedEx get the customers address wrong when the dealership has a copy of my drivers license with my current address and my ebay account has my address? I called FedEx, located my paper work, drove to the FedEx main facility, signed and returned shipped it same day. My credit card deposit was not refunded until I called 3 times. Then I got a notification by visa that I got charged an additional $500 from brickell after I requested my deposit back. I took another 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to get them to refund $1000 back to my credit card.It took over a month and a half to get the title for this vehicle. I had to track down the actual title clerk at Brickell and personally call her to get her to 2nd day air my paper work to my bank. I had this vehicle for 2 weeks without registration because I had no papers.4. CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I called other numbers at Brickell to speak with a manager about this situation, I finally got hold of a manager by calling (305) 777-2992. I thought finally someone who might be sympathetic to the customer. I was wrong! This guy handed the phone to Mario Rodriguez within 5 seconds of my call. I could hear him over the phone telling Mario you deal with this. Wow! I was blown away. Ive had it with this dealership. I guess in Miami the customer is just a dumb fat#k that you gotta deal with to get the money. I have had no remedy to this horrible deal with Brickell or with this horrible truck that im stuck with. Sad, but I recommend you buy from someone else.I do however have to give props to a salesman named JC. Even though he had nothing to do with this transaction every time I called him he helped. Thanks JC. If you want an experience a professional internet sale go check out North Texas Auto Imports. Those guys know what they are doing. Maybe they can give some classes to the employees of Brickell Honda Miami.

I was very pleased with the friendly and attentive service I recieved. The sales person (Frank Jimenez) was great. He was very knowledgable and provided me with the information I needed to make up my mind without being pushy. Randy, a sales manager, and Carlos, in financing, were also great to deal with. I had the best buying experience I could have imagined from Alejandro Negreira and the Brickell Honda Team.I purchased a 2009 Honda Ridgeline via the company's internet sales program. My initial request for a quotation (June 30, 2009) on the desired vehicle was answered within a few hours. Prior to receiving the quote by email, Mr. Negreira contacted me via telephone to discuss my options and to ensure that he would be sentitive to my requirements. He was quite courteous and professional.I decided to purchase the vehicle on July 03, 2009. Mr. Negreira sent me all the documentation electronically for review prior to confirming the purchase. On my arrival at the dealership everthing was in place for a smooth and hassle free transaction. The truck was not available at the dealership on July 03, 2009. On July 04, 2009, Mr. Negreira personally picked me up at my home, approx 20 miles from the Brickell Honda dealership. Brickell Honda's sales team were great w/ us! They worked w/ us in trying to find the right vehicle at the right price. In our first visit we did not purchase a vehicle b/c we were not sure exactly what we wanted. We left the dealer w/o being pressured from any salesperson or manager. Alexi would call to keep us informed of new finance/lease programs that were being offered. Needless to say we lease a new vehicle on our next visit. Carlos Santos made us feel comfortable in his office and appreciated the fact that we were repeat customers. Kudos to the Brickell Honda sales Team.

We had a great experience buying a new 2010 Honda CR-V last weekend for our daughter at Brickell Honda. We did lots of research online, comparing the CR-V to other vehicles in it's class, and came away confident that we were choosing a well conceived, engineered and safe vehicle. Roly Martines worked with my boyfriend and I for about 3 hours answering all of our questions regarding my want for a new Honda Civic 2010. He spoke to the Manager and came up with a good pricing for the car and then was very attentive with my mother and father who came to finalize the purchase. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I recently moved from New York City to Miami. I took my civic to the brickell honda for an oil change and a 30 point inspection. Two days later the car started to overheat. Turns out that they disconnected our front auxiliary fan, causing our coolant to boil out. Their error caused the head gasket to blow, and caused coolant to leak into our oil, and then into the engine, and they DO NOT want to cover the repairs. The head mechanic at the New York Dealership confirmed that Brickell Honda's error caused the residual damage.THEY HAVE DAMAGED OUR CAR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR. Honda corporate is looking into the problem, but Brickell Honda's management including John (Manager) and Chandler (Director of the Service Center) is terrible.DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!

Just wanted to praise the great employee you have working at Brickell Honda, John. I called on Thursday morning and he fit me in right away. John took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a language I understood. He made sure to check with me and inform me of the cost of repairs to my vehicle. John was very friendly and truly seemed concerned that the job was done right. Everything was great... everyone was very attentive... my only complaint is that I was told to take my car on a wednesday to get a few things fixed...tires, etc.. and when I went..I was told that they were booked and if I can do the tires myself and they would cut us a check...unfortunately i cant afford to do that so I told them i would go on a later date and leave my car but that was very disappointing... other than that the financing department really worked hard to make me walk out with a car... very nice to work with thank you.

I already knew the quality of Honda since I had two of them in Brazil.I went to the store with the hope to buy a new Honda and I noticed the sales representative Duane Hall was really interested in show us all the store had available.He explained about each car we saw and helped us to find the better option to our needs.He was gentle and efficient. The finance manager Carlos Romero is also a very good representative of Honda, nice person, serious worker and did his best to let us satisfied.WE talked also with another manager from Cuba that Im sorry I dont remember his name but he was very friendly and talkative. I would tell a friend for sure to go to Brickell Motors to make business and Im sure the next time I need to change my car, there will be the first place I will check.The only thing I think was missing was a coffee :)Everything was perfect and Im happy with my car.I know I made a very good choice.Im sorry about my poor English but Im trying to improve little by little.Thank you all for the attention.Ana Rocco

The salesman, Hugo Perez, tried to do everything he could to make the deal work out. Even though the negotiations were drawn out, I believe the deal was fair and affordable for me. I bought my Honda Accord with Brickell Honda and the whole experience was great!!! I had previously visited other Honda dealers in Broward because they were close to my house; but I finally decided to buy my Honda at Brickell Honda. Everybody was very friendly and professional. I loved the way the Finance Manager explained all the numbers to me, he did not hide any numbers; everything was explained very clearly. And their service doesn't end when you leave the dealer because they called me a week later to ask how everything with my new car, I was surprised because I have bought more cars in different dealers and never received a follow up call. My experience at Brickell Honda was outstanding, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The reason I say this is because I have been to several dealerships in my lifetime both to buy a new car and for service and it seems that there is always a complication. The car was not fixed in the time that it was promised, there is a hidden charge that you were never told about, the employees seem miserable and they project that onto the customer, the employees do not provide you with updates, etc... I was convinced that customer service was a thing of the past. However, at Brickell Honda the service rep was very friendly and curteous over the phone, he was waiting for me outside when I arrived at the dealership, he sat me down and explained the entire process to me. He was able to find out what company my warranty was with (I had left the paperwork at home), he kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. When it was clear that my vehicle was not going to be ready in time because they needed to order a part he took initiative and sent the shuttle to my work place, brought me back to the dealership and had a rental car waiting for me. All I had to do was show up, make a copy of my license and sign a piece of paper and I was out the door with the rental. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service, they really made me feel like my problem was their first priority. It was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I would definitely recommend Brickell Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car or service their existing vehicle. I can say with 100 percent certainty that the next vehicle I purchase will be from Brickell Honda.

I have owned three Honda autos. My last two were purchased at Brickell Honda. The buying experience was very good, but the service after the sale is where I place greatest importance. Being a older person, I have experienced numerous situations at various dealership relating to the service of my cars.Most of the incidents involved the service employees talking down to me as well as leaving my car dirty, with grease everywhere. After visiting Brickell Honda to purchase my first Honda, the service that followed was wonderful. Professionl persons took care of my problems in a timely manner with absolutely no hassles,no misunderstandings,,no problems.I was very impressed to see the Service mgr, Chandler, was so involved with the actual clients coming in for service. Normally you do not see not to mention meet the manager, unless there is a problem. This was very re-assuring to me. The entire service area has always been very clean and organized. I love my Honda Accord which was special ordered and delivered without incident. I will always take my Honda back to Brickell for service and I will return their for my next Honda purchase. I have and will continue to recommend Brickell Honda, not only for sales, but especially for the service. In this day and time, the service after the sale is the driving force of the dealership and at Brickell Honda that is unbeatable.

I never had tried the Service Department at Brickell Motors before, but ever since I found out they serviced my Pontiac,I started going to this dealer on a monthly basis. The courtesy shuttle is something that I really am grateful for. I have used it when I leave my car for service and they've taken me back to work or home; which are within a 3-5 miles of the dealer. The dealer has a board detailing the prices of their service and of the competition, some services are cheaper elsewhere, but the convenience of their work schedule and outstanding Customer Care is what makes me return to the Brickell Motors Service Dept.

Unfortunately I'm having several various problems with my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali XL. On average I end up visiting the service department at Brickell Motors at least once a month. It takes a lot of my valuable time, energy and generally I'm very disappointed with the trucks' quality. The only thing that makes things better is the very high level of professionalism of the service team at Brickell Motors. I usually deal with Mariano Martinez and I'd say he is the most friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service representative I've ever met. He always does the best for me in the most timely manner possible. I would definitely recommend the dealerships' service dpt to anyone I know.

I Just want to say this was my very first car i was buying with not really good credit but Ernesto helped me get a great car in great condition. I really didnt have good credit but he made it possible. He never gave up on me and kept pushing until the day i drove away in my Honda Civic. That was going on 3 months ago and he is still calling me to make sure everything is fine and if im satisfied with the car, now thats loyalty!! I finally found a friendly and informative dealership. Upon getting to the dealership I was sure that I was going to get bombarded by a team of sharks. However, I was immediately given my space to look around at all of the cars. When I was ready to make a decision my sales person Mario Murgado Jr. made it the best possible experience by showing every option and answered all of my questions and was very curtious and welcoming. Ill always remember that day, not only because it was my first time buying a car and I was excited, but because of the great service I received. I didnt want to feel forced into anything and I needed some time before making a decision. But from the moment I stepped into Brickell, I felt welcomed. The whole staff was friendly and very attentive. And after test-driving my first pick, I was determined to buy it! So I took the leap, purchased an Accord and I couldnt be happierOh and not to mention that I havent had to pay for oil changes since my purchase and every time I visit the dealership, I always receive the same hospitality. I will echo the other reviews and say as a first time car buyer this has been hell. As a woman I feel I have been particularly taken advantage of. There is no customer service. On the phone for a service call I was passed to 6 people!! My sales guy won't talk to me anymore. The car didn't have gas in it, I was only given one key and it has been a horrible experience. Don't go to this dealer!
