I’m very happy to have purchased my vehicle at Brickell Luxury Motors. Mario Turcios is both an excellent sales professional and gentlemen. He kept me informed on the latest vehicle inventory, took me on several test drives and even brought a car to my office to save me time. When my car was finally purchased he delivered it freshly washed with a big white bow tie (Nice touch Mario!). The office managers came out to the parking lot to congratulate me and shook my hand. Financing process was smooth as well. Everyone was kind and patient. Thank you Mario Turcios and Brickell Luxury Motors for you patience and excellent customer service. I will recommend you to all of my colleagues!

Bought an expensive car here and it runs so bad. I came back with it and they didn't even want to have a look at it or anything and just said it's my fault. Can't recommend these guys at all. Also you can't even smoke in the dealership, nor drink liquor? Like are you joking. Terrible service and all-around experience.

I purchased a 2016 Sprinter van with the help of Guillermo. He was a great help - described the van perfectly - and was very patient with the out-of-state purchase. Good luck! No reply to any email or any phone call after they receive money. No registration, no temporary tags, no reply. Not the kind of crap you want to deal with for a Ferrari purchase. Be aware, go elsewhere.

If I could give this dealership and its affiliates a less than zero I would! I have bought well over 30 cars and 50 motorcycles over the last 16 years and I have never been so scammed in my life! I believed everything they told me and bought what was suppose to be a perfect mclaren mp4-12c coupe for $170,000...after they took an entire month to ship me the car I received it and it was leaking oil in which I called and told the dealership, they told me "they are sorry for my bad luck" and that "they are not responsible" I brought it to Miller motor car and was given an estimate of nearly 30,000 dollars to fix the broken car brickell shipped me! I'm a hard working normal guy that can afford to take a hit like this..they lied and scammed me out of 179,000 after tax and left me with all the headaches, money out of pocket to transport the car and also a 30,000 dollar bill...do yourself a favor and never buy anything from these scam artist.
