I am a car person. I love to drive. I love to be comfortable in my cars, I love to feel energized by driving fast cars, and am a huge lease fan as it keeps me in new models every few years. The only part of the car experience that I don't love is that of buying them. Generally, dealerships are unpleasant places to be; I often feel rushed, or pressured - and then hugely annoyed because I do my research and hate informing dealers ABOUT the vehicles that they sell...The experience that I had at Brigham-Gill and with Scott Cavicchi was unlike any that I have had in the past. I walked in with the intention of trying out the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, Summit edition, after having spent weeks in Audi, Lexus, Jag, and Mercedes dealerships, and walked out with a fantastic lease! Not only did I get the car that I wanted, but Scott worked with me to make the experience fast, easy, and totally pleasant.I am a Brigham-Gill loyalist for life!

Found a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee altitude on cars.com. Emailed the dealership to say I'm interested and serious about buying. They confirmed the car was available and I set up a test drive for the next day. They called me to confirm and headed an hour away to check out the jeep. When I got there they informed me the jeep was sold 6 days ago, but they have plenty of other used jeeps to look at. I drove an hour to come look at a specific jeep in my price range and they wanted to show me another one 15,000$ more expensive...waste of my time

Buying a car has to be one of the most daunting and exhausting endeavors out there. I started the process at 2 other dealerships and spent countless hours waiting, negotiating and questioning. I decided to email Brigham Gill to expedite the process, and expedite it did. I was fortunate enough to have Jamaal answer my emails, By the end of the day I had the car I wanted with all of the features I wanted at the price I wanted. Poor Jamaal had to keep reassuring me as I would continue to send him emails questioning. It was almost too easy, so I didn't believe it. There was one catch where they didn't have the color I wanted, just as I was willing to settle on another color, Jamaal emailed that he found my color! From start to finish this was by far the easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience I have had to date. I am still wondering...what's the catch? But I drove away today with my beautiful new Jeep which Jamaal took the time to set up my phone and navigation. So I guess this is just a great example of superior customer service. Well, that all changed when I walked into Brigham-Gill. I was greeted by Stewart Powell with a friendly smile and a genuine helpful attitude. He asked me many questions about what my needs were and which Jeep would fit them. Went on a road test and went over all the bells and whistles. He walked me through everything and left nothing in question. He walked me through the process with no pressure which lead to my decision. I had a trade in and feel I got a good value. My mother and I were just browsing one Sunday and met Joe McLean. We talked about what I wanted...he didn't push to do anything that day and just gave me his card. I went to another dealer in Newton - to see what they had and the sales person there pushed and pushed and then proceeded to call, text and email the following day. I had already been emailing about price with Joe in Natick and had decided I would buy from Joe instead of this other guy. I went back the following week. Newton had told me the color scheme I wanted was only in 1% of cars so I'd have to settle on something else. When I showed up in Natick to start the process - Joe had the color scheme I wanted on the lot for me. He had remembered and brought the car over because he knew I was coming in. I was able to take the car - the one I wanted - that day! Great experience working with Joe and I LOVE my new car. He made it easy and not stressful at all. I didn't feel pushed in any sense. Overall just a great experience for car buying. I generally enjoy dealing with car salesman about as much as going to the dentist. My experience with Joe was different. I had been to about 5 other dealers prior to Bigham-Gill. When I arrived there I had a good idea of what I wanted to see from their online inventory. I took the test drives alone so I could really concentrate on the sound and feel of the Jeep. When I made my decision to buy from them, everything went fairly quickly. I ended up buying from them even though they are about an hour from my house. At pick up, the salesman spent close to an hour with me setting up and demonstrating all the features of the car. I would definitely purchase a Jeep from them again.

Our experience with Jamaal was amazing at Brigham and Gills. We decided to get 2 new cars one Grand Cherokee and one Chrysler and went to the Norwood dealer and after spending 5 hours with our 6 year old there we were about to sign the deal however the manager came and told us that we were quoted wrog and neither apologized nor did try to satisfy us. The next day we called Brigham and Gills and Jamaal gave us a great deal on the phone within 20 minutes. The first time we went into this dealership, I told the sales rep that I only wanted to test-drive a Jeep Renegade and find out more about it. Sales rep Nick Pesiridis took us out in a Renegade and was able to answer all of my questions. He was knowledgeable and able to tell us about the features of this vehicle as well as others. He took the time to talk with us to find out what might be a good fit. There was no pressure to buy, no stories about low inventory, etc. that you might get elsewhere. When I returned to make the purchase, I didn't feel rushed nor did I feel that we were being "haggled". I know some people enjoy it but I don't like to barter. We asked about a couple of options, were given straight answers, and were able to come to a fair agreement. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Nick took as much time as needed to explain all of the features. It was an overall excellent experience!

We are so pleased with the Certified Pre-owned Jeep Cherokee that we bought at Brigham-Gill and couldn't be more satisfied with how we were treated throughout the process. They were willing to sit down and let us compare the price of the pre-owned car we were interested in with the option of leasing a new car and they spent time talking with us about financing and other details. My sales representative, Jim Tarushka, could not have been more helpful as he knew that I had to sell my current vehicle prior to purchasing a new car. At other dealerships that i dealt with prior to finding Brigham Gill, the attitude I encountered was that if I was not ready to purchase a car now, there was no incentive to want to work with me or at least stay in contact with me while I tried to move my vehicle. Jim understood my situation, which I'm sure was nothing out of the ordinary, but he made it his point to stay in contact to see how things were progressing and to keep me informed of inventory that I would be interested in. Generally I find the car buying experience to be a long and stressful process. This absolutely did not apply to my buying experience at Brigham-Gill. Joe McLean was a low pressure salesman who really listened to my needs. Joe really took the time to understand and address all of my questions and when the time came for the test drive he let the vehicle do all the talking. I can't count the number of times I have gone on a test drive and the sales person tries to use this to go over all the vehicles features or demonstrate how great the sound system is. Joe was amazing, he understood how important this part of the process is and let me focus on listening to the vehicles engine. Overall my experience at Brigham Gill was single handedly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I drove in, test drove the vehicle, and drove home in the truck I wanted at a price that I was very satisfied with. As a single father living in the Berkshires, budget, safety and snow were my greatest concerns. I did my due diligence. I knew the model Jeep I desired. I knew what I could realistically afford and what I should reasonably expect to pay. I visited dealerships from Hartford to North Hampton, from Springfield to Newton. It wasn't until I found myself at Brigham-Gill (1.5 hours away) with salesperson Stewart Powell that the discomforting feeling of "being sold" was lost. Low key. Straight forward. No up-selling. No gouging on my trade-in. No pushing me in directions I didn't want to go. Great follow-up and follow-through. None of the usual nonsense I experienced everywhere else. Stewart and his manager Chip Clair listened, were straight forward and understood that a "good deal" is one that's fair and transparent deal for both parties - one that leads to a longer-term relationship. I went the extra distance to get to them and these guys went the extra distance to get me what I needed. I'll be back for my next car, and I'll be telling others around these parts to skip the rest and get to Brigham-Gill down the Pike. Makes for a nice drive home.

I bought my 2015 Jeep Cherokee at Brigham-Gill and have nothing but positive things to say about everyone that I encountered at this dealership. I was helped immediately upon my arrival and worked with Nick Pesiridis. He put me in the Cherokee to test drive and went over everything I wanted to know about the car. After the test drive, we talked about finances and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision that moment. I left the dealership knowing that I would not need to do any more shopping around and that I wanted to buy my Jeep there. The deal that i was offered on the 2015 Cherokee was too good to pass up. Hi, Have a 16 -1/2 yr. old Daughter who recently got her license. She and I to share an extra car so we begin looking at used Jeeps. Probably went to 6-7 dealers including Brigham -Gill in Natick. Sales person was a good guy named Nick Pesiridis. They had a bunch of low mileage used jeeps including the one I bought. A 2010 Red 4 door wrangler. Nick was a pro from day one and was extremely polite to my daughter in answering all of her questions and explaining the jeep to her. Jeep ran great and was really clean. At other dealers I was pressured from minute I walked in. Nick was great and gave us plenty of space. Never was a hard sell. I'd recommend Nick in a heartbeat if you're looking for a car. Nice guy. Low pressure. I also had an excellent experience with their finance MGR ( Mohammed) . Another nice guy. I was planning on using a home equity line to buy the jeep. Hi,Unfortunately, I have had MULTIPLE bad experiences with this establishment, and the last time was the worst. I have a Jeep Commander which was experiencing some issues that were very common with other Commander owners. What should have been a fairly straightforward visit turned into over $1000 of "transmission cable work" which of course was nothing i could check immediately myself. On top of it, they said that the diagnostic they ran didn't show any other problems. Needless to say, not ONE problem that i was having before bringing it in was fixed when i picked up the car. My husband then spoke sternly to them for charging us a ton of money to not fix anything we brought the car in for. They said they would look at it again, and what do you know? They found the exact problem, which was a left rear speed sensor. To top it all off, they called us and said that they didn't want to "gamble with our wallet" because it would be a few hundred dollars to replace it. Of course we looked the part up ourselves this time, and it was a $35-40 part. We will never go back again.

A little over a week ago, I went to Brigham-Gill to test-drive (and potentially buy) a new car. I arrived with a friend that had recently purchased a vehicle there and he referred me to Scott Cavicchi, the sales representative who had previously helped him. After coming to an agreement on the trade-in value for my previous car, we were then able to work-out a very good rate with the financial representative, Mohammad. Keith Gorski made the process of trading in my car and buying a new Grand Cherokee painless...actually it was pleasant. I noticed online that Brigham Gill had the model, color and options I wanted so I stopped at the dealership after work on Friday before they closed, negotiated a trade and purchase, and picked up my new car the following morning at 9 am when the doors opened. I got a very fair deal on the purchase price and the trade-in. All the paperwork was in order when I arrived on Saturday morning when the dealership doors opened. This was probably the fastest turn around I've ever experienced having bought several cars over the years. I think total time including test drive was probably less than an hour spent at the dealership. I pretty much dealt with Keith the entire time except for signing the financing papers. No painful negotiating with a manager, then negotiating with a finance manager and no high pressure tactics to sell me all weather mats, rustproofing, etc...

Conversation started with an Internet request - one phone call and a two hour drive later I was handing over the keys of my trade in and sitting in a new RAM 1500 Laramie. The buying process was a nice experience. Joe McLean was awesome. He was very helpful and we negotiated a great deal. He was on top of things throughout the buying process. The final paperwork was very simple, however the time from completing the paper work to getting the car (registration, plates) was much longer than I expected. I wasn't thrilled about that since I had a prior commitment to get to. Also the lot at the dealership was extremely full. There were limited to no parking spots for customers. All in all I'd give the whole experience a 4.5!

I told him what I was looking for and the process I go through buying cars since I drive a lot for my job and trade in often. This is my second time buying a vehicle from Brigham Gill with a very good experience both times. I usually hate going to car dealers to shop for cars as I usually feel like I need to guard myself against paying more than I should. With Brigham Gill, its much easier with their Best Price First policy to feel much more comfortable with buying the car. You know pretty much what you will pay and the whole process is just easier because there are no needed back and forth to get a deal done. Other cars that I have bought at other dealerships have required me to have my guard up and my research complete just to get through the process of buying the car at a reasonable price. I'm usually exhausted by the end of it. My time at Brigham Gill was much easier and straight forward. My salesman, Nick Pesiridis was my salesperson both times and I have nothing but good to say how Nick treated me during the whole process. I actually ordered my new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (Sahara) over the phone from Joe McLean. This was only after I contacted many other dealerships both local and a bit further away. Although Brigham-Gill was a bit further away, I went with them for several reasons - Joe's expertise and knowledge of the vehicle, Joe's timeliness in getting all of the required information back to me (specific to ordering a vehicle) and his ability to deliver the best price possible. It actually started with Joe but the entire experience was a fantastic including my dealings with Mohammed in financing. Bought a jeep from them. All through the process it was, no we take care of everything, we get it all set up for you. When i go to pick up the jeep i'm left waiting about 45 min. The office mischarges me for my registration charge. Then they said registration and inspection was included, so I think i'm fine. A few weeks later I get pulled over by the police because i don't actually have inspection. These guys are awful. Find another dealer

Overall, almost every one of my experiences with Brigham-Gill has been nothing short of outstanding. For the past eight years, I took my (then) Dodge for all its service needs to this dealership and every-single visit, from oil changes to replacing the timing belt, I have always received superior customer service. My interaction with my trade-in to purchase my new car with sales specialist, Scott Cavicchi, was nothing short of excellent. Having done my research prior, knowing what I had in-mind for the entire transaction (from trade-in value, what I wanted for a vehicle, etc.) Scott was able to professionally and swiftly meet all of my requests. I used the word "swiftly" because my intention was to accomplish everything that I wanted in one day; Scott was able to meet this in roughly six hours. Scott was referred to me by the Service Manager, Ed Saunders, whom has been truly outstanding with all the help he has given me with my previous car over the years. Between these two professionals, I would absolutely recommend Brigham-Gill to anyone, as I will continue to be a loyal patron. My only less than ideal experience came as a result due to some of the aftermath from Alex, the financing specialist who wrote-up my contract for my car loan. Having received, as Scott put it, "the lowest rate for a 75-month car loan he had ever seen and given" as a result of my credit, I felt pretty happy with everything we had agreed upon which included a warrantee attached to the loan. After reconsidering the warantee and realizing that it didn't suit my personal needs, I tried a number of times to contact Alex to remove the warrantee. Even when I spoke with him and he said he would get back to me, he never returned the calls; the warrantee is still attached to my loan as a result.I want to emphatically stress, however, my numerous interactions with Brigham-Gill have truly been superior to other dealerships I went to prior to solely taking my car here, especially with the above-mentioned gentlemen. To rate Brigham-Gill as anything less than five-star, when I've had such positve experiences, would not be true.

Bought a 32 thousand dollar car and have been to the service department FIVE times within the first two months. was told they did a recall on the breaks TWICE, when they had not. Even completed the paper work saying they had done it when they did not. Today, the engine stalled, breaks locked, steering wheel locked, car would not start and then would not turn off, moved when it was in park. And, the answer to this was coming in next week. Not a single apology or solution offered. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Told me the car would be detailed and clean when I picked it up, was not even given a car wash or vacuumed inside. No one apologized, just acted like I was an inconvenience. Had to ask to told about the car-even where the windshield wipers in the jeeps were. I would NEVER recommend buying a vehicle from here.

I really wanted to buy from Brigham-Gill. They pull you in with a great price but low ball you on your trade. Interestingly enough recently went back to look at a lease for a family member, the numbers simply didn't work out....The real reason I'm not happy with Brigham-Gill was when I went to buy a car I was kept waiting (after the test drive) for a couple hours (they had the keys to my car valuing for a trade). They came back with some low ball offer and tried the whole "just increase your loan length and look at your payment!" charade. When I finally walked out it felt like they were bullying me saying "I guess you just weren't that interested" in an obnoxious tone. I'm not new to the car buying experience, I don't like it but I'm not averse to the game. After I had left the dealer ran my credit several more times to get be a better deal, eventually they met my requirements but it was too late, I had already got my deal from another dealer. I'll still consider Brigham-Gill in the future, they do have excellent prices and eventually they make you a reasonable offer, but the games they play cost them a sale.

Felt I received a fair price on a new Wrangler with very little haggling over the final cost. Great inventory for new cars (discovered they had several cars at an offsite storage lot). Exceptional customer experience working with Caduste from first contact on the lot through delivery of the car. Caduste was responsive and upfront with me throughout the process. Before picking up the car Caduste notified me of some slight damage that occurred to the bumper while prepping the car for delivery, he made arrangements to have the bumper repaired including providing me with a free rental car to minimize the burden of coming back for the work. I would definitely recommend Brigham-Gill to anyone looking for a Jeep.

I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Brigham Gill in Natick. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I got the price I wanted for my trade in and for the Jeep I wanted without haggling or being handed from manager to manager or having to wait forever to get an answer and then being told the numbers won't work(you know the usual dealer nonsense). Caduste my sales person was fantastic, he was professional, polite, efficient, and delivered on everything he promised. I have never had an experience buying a car that has come close to how well The Brigham Gill staff handled my deal. If you are planning on buying a Jeep this is where you want to go.

I have bought a few cars and always hated the process. Joe answered all my questions. He knew what he was talking about and at no time did I think he was hiding something. I had been a few places looking at the Dart, and the salesmen went back and forth getting prices. It took forever. When it came time for price Joe showed me the price on line. He then asked me a few question and I received another rebate. The price was the lowest and no bull. I got the price upfront. Other places were close,but that was on there fifth price. The dealers were hounding me there was no pressure here. I was on my way home in my new car in less time than it took to get a price in the other places. Mark was finance guy. After thirteen years I had to start the dreaded task of buying a new vehicle. I was not looking forward to all the BS that comes from the salesmen/women. So that being said ,I armed myself with every tool that is out there to help me make my purchase.(KBB, Edmunds ect.),just knowing what I was going up against. The old "Bait and Switch", "Sorry we sold that one but we have this one", "Oh we need to update our web site inventory", "If we don't have it on our lot ,we can get it from another at no cost to you". $198, and 290 miles on the vehicle later... and what happen to NO COST and another 10 miles on the vehicle it's consider used! "You have to order the running board separately, but their only $450"! or the best one" Let me go and see what my manager can do"! REALLY! So let the BS begin! Four dealerships later, I have come out with more knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited that any human should know! with all their fast talking, wheeling and dealing,trying to be my best buddy,I was nearly close to ending my search,when a friend suggested Brigham and gill. Off to do more home work, I went on their web site. They had three jeeps that had everything I wanted. Called to make sure they had them, two out of three is still available.Great I'll be there shortly.As I walked into the dealership,the pain in my temples pulsated with each step I took. My stomach churning with the sour pain of dread,you know the feeling! you've all been there! I was greeted by a polite gentleman for which I told him who I was and that I had called earlier and I was interested in the two jeeps. He told me it would be 5-10 minutes before someone could help me. 5 minute later ,out comes Rith Lan.A very polite, personable,straight forward young man. Maybe my beacon of light? My savoir? My light at the end of the tunnel? We'll see about that. At this point my defenses are up and with a poor attitude, this poor kid has no chance! I told him what I was looking for and my price range.We took a short ride over to the other lot,had a look at the two that they had.Happily surprised, It was the Jeep I have been looking for for months! The price was the cheapest I have seen, and best of all the running boards came with it! And I will add, it only had 3 miles on it!! There was no BS. I'm seeing the light folks!As we drove back to the dealership,I notice that the pain between my eyes was subsiding and the twinge in my stomach slowly fading away. Still cautious and my guard still up,we sat and went over the whole deal. We had to just finalize on a trade in. So I met and talk with Chip. I felt I received a good deal for a trade in.I didn't need finance thu I did meet with Mark and had to sign some papers. The whole process took about an hour. I picked up my new Jeep the next day. Rith went thru the whole jeep with me. Set up my blue tooth. Told me if I had trouble putting the soft top on,to bring it in and they'll do it for me. All in all it was a great experience from start to finish. Great dealership. professional sales people. No gimmicks,no fast talking, I'm your best buddy attitude. Most of all as a girl,I didn't feel that I was talked down to, nor did I have to play up to that whole "Boy's club" attitude. they all had respect and professionalism towards me. Coming off of a horrible experience at a certain lawless dealership, we found Louis and his co-workers to be extremely helpful when selecting our next Jeep. I called the night before we visited, stated the car we wanted off their site, the car we were looking to trade in, how we wanted to pay, and asked Louis if he could meet the out of pocket price we were looking for. He said yes, so we drove over the next day, and were greeted by Louis with the keys to the Jeep so we could take it for a test drive. After returning from the test drive it took roughly 10 minutes to get the details of the deal hashed out, and true to his word, Louis got us the out of pocket price that we were looking for. By far the best dealership experience I have ever had, and I highly recommend Brigham Gill and Louis to anyone looking to buy a new Jeep.

Over the past few months, I have been to many Jeep dealerships and have spoken with a variety of Sales Consultants. However, every time I either felt as though I wasnt dealing with someone who was very knowledgeable and/or willing to help me get the best price possible. From the moment I met Luis Toledo at Brigham-Gill, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable, personable, and truthful (unlike many Sales Consultants). He went out of his way to make sure I saw and knew all of my options. He knew everything about all of the different models of Jeeps down the to very precise features. He was very calm and took the extra time to help me come to the best possible decision for my own financial situation. Without question, he informed me of additional discounts that were available to me, which I greatly appreciated. I bought my car on a Saturday and wanted to pick it up on Monday during lunch. He made it priority to get everything done for me Monday morning so that picking it up during lunch was a possibility. When I went to pick up my Jeep, he took the time to go through all of the features, help me set up personalized options, as well as answer every question I could think of (as I had never owned an SUV or Jeep before - you can image there was a lot!)While Brigham-Gill is a very reputable dealership, it was Luiss professionalism and trustworthy demeanor that will bring me back for future purchases. I had never dealt with Brigham Gill before but I knew that they had been around for a long time so we decided to stop in and take a look. we were greeted by Rith Lan .He was very nice to deal with and pretty knowledgeable about the vehicle. we we given a good price for the new car and although the trade price for our old car was a little low I thought we were satisfied with the deal we were able to get.The car delivery went smoothly. the condition of the new car was the best that I have ever seen out of all the cars and trucks I have purchased over the years. I had been following up a phone call that Luis had made to me the previous week. I had leased a Jeep Liberty 3 years ago and my lease was up in September of 2014. I've bought a lot of cars, and high end cars. Car industry can be difficult for a buyer to put it mildly. I had to get rid of my H3 Hummer, loved the truck but lots of miles, and the only thing close was an unlimited Wrangler. Brian and Ali were very patient with me about vehicle selection and in the end I ordered a custom Rubicon-X in white. The Jeep is amazing, the process was easy and the price was very fair and transparent. All you could ask from a dealer and dealer experience. I would definitely send any friend to Brigham Gill to shop for their next Jeep! Dealership clean and obviously well run. I will take the extra travel for the service too.

In my original review, I had noted that the manager refused to address the issue of damage done to a vehicle in between the time of purchase and pick-up.The owner saw this review and contacted me via email immediately. Soon after, I received a call from the manager to arrange for a loaner and to fix the damage.I received the Jeep back, with the damage fixed, including repairs to cosmetic blemishes I knew about, but was ok with as the Jeep is 3 years old. The entire experience was unfortunate, but I have to say the owner stepped up and took care of business. The salesman, Scott, tried his best and was in constant communication with me, but he could not authorize the work to be done. While not a completely positive experience, it is nice to know that the owner and salesman truly care about customer satisfaction.

We stopped into Brigham-Gill Jeep to take a look at a Jeep Cherokee. What a pleasant surprise! We couldn't have been happier with our sales rep, Rith Lan, or the dealership in general. Rith answered every single question we had about the car (and there were many), gave us an extended test drive, allowed the two of use to talk privately about what we thought about the car, and gave no heavy-duty sales pressure whatsoever. The price on the car was more than fair compared with other dealers, and there was some negotiation on the trade-in value of our old car. The "finance" questions about the added warranty was short and direct, again, with no heavy-duty pressure at all. We picked the car up a couple of days later with brand new plates and a new inspection sticker. Easy!Would enthusiastically recommend Brigham-Gill and Rith Lan, our sales rep.

So when I got a job where I had to commute, it was my first stop.I saw the new Cherokee commercials and was pretty sure that's what I wanted. Tyler was very patient as we test drove 3 different trim levels. They had the one I wanted, they presented me with their best price right up front, it was within my budget. Luis did an amazing job. I got very advantageous pricing versus the competition without hours of negotiating or being baited into visiting the dealership. Futhermore, the service was spectacular. When registration took longer than expected (by a day - I have an out of state license), Luis so far as to drive the car to me in Boston - and offered me a loaner car during the gap period. All in all, this was easiest car buying experience I've had to date based on both price and service.

Brigham Gill had a huge inventory of Jeeps and with the help of Caduste it was very easy to find the one for us. Caduste made the leasing process very quick and easy. 95% of the deal took place over text message, limiting the time I actually had to spend at the dealer to less than 45 minutes. I basically bought a Jeep while still working my day job. I told my Father in law when his lease is up to go see Caduste. Ill be back in 36 months to get my next Jeep.

This was the absolute best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The dealership was inviting, relaxed and catered to my personal needs for a vehicle. Luis was GREAT. He was not aggressive or rude at all, which is what I expect and has been my experience from a car sales representative. He was understanding to what my limits were and was open to working with those limitations. When picking up the vehicle he spent all the time that I needed to go over the new aspects of the jeep, set up my phone, explain all the features and just make sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle. I will ABSOLUTELY return to Brigham-Gill for another vehicle, all my service and recommend anyone that wants or needs to trade for a jeep to this dealership. I had been thinking a lot between Ford and Jeep until I took a test drive in a 2014 Cherokee Limited. I love it ! and also Wrangler and Grand Cherokee. Ali and Tom provided a lot of information when I was trying to make a decision between them. Anyway, it went quite smooth as long as budget is determined, and the choice is easy because you can choose anyone of them without regret. After I confirmed, Ali and Edwin helped on everything else and I've got my car now. It's much better than a Jap car. You know that.

We went in just browsing. We test drove a Wrangler in a short amount of time. Joe in sales was friendly, well versed and most important not pushy. He did not push the car we test drove. He listened to our interests in features and sought out other models. As our interest grew and it came time to talk costs and trade in, it felt like he represented our point of view to the sales manager fairly. To the end, we bought the car we test drove before leaving. Randy in finance was strait forward and had a very competitive finance rate for us. No smoke and mirrors here. Loving the Wrangler! Give this dealer a chance.

I purchased a used Jeep. It took two weeks for me to get my registration. Two days after buying it the change oil message came on. There was a sticker on the windshield that said the oil was changed, but it was only a sticker. My guess was that the sticker was placed on the windshield and that the oil was never changed. This was a Jeep I purchased, and this was a Jeep dealership. If they had in fact changed the oil they would know how to reset the change oil message. Fifteen days after purchasing it the check engine light came on. I guess they didn't go through the vehicle very well prior to selling it. As far as the purchasing of the vehicle I thought they were very good. I'm worried they never went through the vehicle, and just put it on the lot to sell. Now I've got to take a day off of work so I can personally watch them service my vehicle, as I don't trust them

Not often you leave a dealership feeling satisfied - but I just did. Great experience at Brigham-Gill Dodge. I am one of those who does lots of research before purchasing an automobile, including getting multiple quotes from dealerships. What I found out was that from what I could tell - the upfront pricing at Brigham Gill was in fact in line (maybe a small difference) compared to the quotes I was able to get from other dealers for their best price. The fees at Brigham Gill were in fact about $100 more than other dealers had quoted me - but overall that is small potatoes. I also felt that we were able to get a fair trade in value for our car. Everyone needs to recognize that their used car is always more valuable to them than it is to anyone else! What I liked was that Patrick was very easy to work with - answered my questions, was responsive, and I did not feel any upsell pressure. The final purchase went smoothly. There were very little tricks or hidden agendas. Only very briefly did Randy the business / finance manager offer me the extended warranty packages - otherwise he just kept the paperwork moving and was extremely pleasant. This is my first American car after purchasing Japanese for decades. Let's hope that this new Durango keeps my satisfaction level going. I would go back here for service and future sales.

I recently went to look at two vehicles at Brigham-Gill's subsidiary Countryside Auto. We went out to look at two Jeeps. One was a trade-in, a red Jeep, from a long time customer of Brigham-Gill and the other had less known about it. Bill, the GM, gave a nice overview of the history of the red Jeep that was traded in at Brigham-Gill, and it all matched up well with the CarFax (which is nice but doesn't always give the best info). We ended negotiating with Bill on the red Jeep. Bill was up front and accommodating with the trade-in and purchase price negotiations. We quickly settled on a fair price and I was off to set up the financing and insurance. Over the next few days Bill was responsive and pleasant to work with as we arranged things with the parties involved. After picking up the vehicle and getting it home, I tested the various mechanical features to ensure everything was operational. I noticed that when trying to shift the vehicle into 4WD Lo, the "Service 4WD System" message came up with no attempt to shift into 4WD Lo. Bill was very accommodating when I called and over the next few days we got an appointment set up with the Brigham-Gill's service department. The 4WD system just need recalibration, so that was taken care of (without cost under the used car warranty). I am very pleased with my interactions with Brigham-Gill and their subsidiary Countryside Auto.

I have owned 3 other Jeeps prior to this purchase, and never have I been met with such outstanding professionalism, or such a vast knowledge of Jeep products. Working with Patrick was painless and quick. He was very patient with us and did everything he could to make my wife feel comfortable driving the Jeeps we were interested in. The price they offered us on the new Jeep and the trade-in value of our car was more than we could have asked for. Both manager and the owner came over to congratulate us and to thank us for our business. I would recommend Brigham-Gill over any other dealership in the area. We visited 4 other Jeep dealerships before Brigham-Gill and to be honest that was a waste of time and an exercise in futility. Not one had a sales professional like Patrick Read, and not one was even close on the final numbers, without trying to take advantage of us first. My husband & I purchased our brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Patrick Read. He was referred to us by a friend, Matt Gregoire. Our entire experience with Patrick was great from beginning to end. He was very pleasant to deal with and made the new car buying experience as painless as possible. He was knowledgeable about the car we were looking for and was patient with us and all of our questions.I would say our overall experience was a good one at BG. The only issue we ran in to was getting the actual registration for the car. That took a little longer than expected. There was also a hiccup with financing, where we were contacted approx. 2 weeks after we had already "purchased" the car - we were told we needed to sign off on the credit application and it needed to be submitted asap or else the loan would be in default. I guess we had assumed the evening we signed for the car etc.. that all of this paperwork had been completed (as we were not told otherwise)This would not stop me from referring friends to this dealership, again, we had a great experience. I just felt like the communication regarding the registration and financing could have been a bit better.

I had never gone to Brigham Gill before, but I was I the market for a Wrangler unlimited and saw that they were offering good discounts on there website. When I got to the dealership they had Polar edition wrangler right in the showroom. I asked the receptionist to get us a salesman for a test drive. Nick Pesiridis came over, and I told him I wanted to drive the showroom model. He was very nice and said no problem without hesitation. Nick was very low key, no pressure sales tactics. He answered all my questions, and had excellent knowledge about the vehicle. In fact the thing I liked very much when I entered the showroom was that I didn't get attacked by sales person. I was able to poke around until I was ready to talk to someone about the vehicle I was interested in. After the test drive, I made an offer on the vehicle based on some research I had done, and they accepted it right away without any of that back and forth banter which I hate. When I picked up the vehicle Nick was great at explaining all the features of the wrangler, he even offered to help us switch the hard top to the soft top if we couldn't figure it out. As we were leaving the dealership one of the wipers broke, and they fixed it right away. Overall a great experience, people were nice and helpful. I was in and out in a timely fashion. No pressure sales, and I got a fair deal.

My experience at Brigham-Gill was much different then any other car dealership I have ever walked in before. I gave the rating of 5 across the board because from the moment I walked in the door I didn't feel that overwehlming amount of pressure you usually feel at a dealership. I emailed to take a test drive in a 2011 Jeep Compass, when I arrived the next day Luis had the car waiting for me outside and before making us go inside and talk for 2 hours about the car we were able to take it for a test drive right away. When we returned to the dealership he wasn't feeding us lines and trying really hard to sell the car. He wanted to make sure I actually liked it and wanted to make the purchase. He gave time for me to discuss it with family and make a good decision - he was very fair with the price and got everything done very quickly. I didn't feel like I wasted my day at the dealership and I didn't feel like I got cheated. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people, my mother is already thinking of her next car purchase and wants to come to Brigham-Gill to work with Luis.

Everyone was polite, courteous, willing to help and wanting to expedite the process while keeping customer service top notch. We dealt with a so called manager (Jason) temporarily that seems not to fit the Brigham Gill model of going above and beyond for the customer, pretty rude individual. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee after previously leasing my 5 previous Jeeps over the last 15 years from Brigham Gill. On each occasion, I worked with Bill Munroe and when I made the decision to buy my next vehicle there was no question who I would call. Bill has always been pleasant and very easy to work with and this time was no exception. Each time I go in for service, Bill always came over and make sure that there were no issues and always remembered my name. I called and left a message with Bill and he returned my call promptly and made arrangements for me to come in that day. I went in and we discussed what I was looking for and there was no pressure to purchase features that I did not need or want. While discussing my next purchase, the Brigham Gill team performed my end of lease inspection. Once Bill found what I was looking for, he arranged for me to come in the next evening after work so I could test drive the Jeep I would eventually purchase in my preferred color. I arrived after work and he was ready for me. I test drove the vehicle and was very happy with how the Jeep performed. I came back he had all the numbers ready for me. After agreeing on the price, I did then filled out the loan application. The process went smoothly and again there was no pressure purchase and finance features that I didn't need. I did decide to purchase an extended warranty which will cover my Jeep for the next 8 years. I picked up my Jeep the next afternoon after they registered and inspected the vehicle.

I had already been to a few dealers in the area. I found their service and experience to range from poor to acceptable (not great though), and none of them were able to reach a mutually agreeable deal. On my way home from one, I recalled that there is a Jeep dealer in Natick, so I stepped into the Brigham-Gill showroom. I was immediately greeted by Rith Lan, who was very professional and did a great job listening to my needs. Rith's ability to work with me led to exactly the car I wanted, and at a price below what the other dealers were offering. Best part was that they gave me this competitive price on the first offer and I didn't even mention the prices other dealers gave me. In other words, they do truly come out with a great offer, saving a lot of time and energy in the negotiation process. As we waited for my custom ordered Wrangler, Rith called me to answer any questions, and has followed up now that I've taken delivery of the vehicle. I imagine that if I pop in to the dealer a year from now, he'd be happy to help me with any questions I have. So, Brigham-Gill gave me a great deal with a comfortable customer experience on the exact car I wanted. I'm very happy I stopped by and I will definitely recommend them to friends.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and informative. If any questions were asked that couldn't be answered on the spot, they would immediately touch base with the appropriate personnel to get us the information we needed. The sales personnel all seemed very laid back. My entire experience at Brigham-Gill was extremely positive. The knowledge of the salesperson was excellent. He was able to professionally articulate all the facts about the Jeep Compass and he was friendly, happy, and willing to answer any questions I had about some of the features. At no time did I feel pressured like I have at other dealerships. I also felt the price was great. I requested accessories and they were installed very quickly and the quality of the products and service is great. When I received my Compass it was in excellent shape and extremely clean. We ended up leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee and found the experience very easy. I originally went into the dealership to get information on the leasing promotion that Jeep was running. Dan our sales consultant was very thorough and professional in providing the information without the pressure. I was able to leave the dealership to review information with my wife and returned to the dealership to finalize the deal that same day. They didn't have the Jeep we wanted but were able to get one very quickly from another dealership.I would recommend Dan and the dealership to friends and relatives.

I came here to trade in my Chrysler 200, and had been lucky enough to deal with Bill Munroe and Brian Walsh again. I had been very picky and had wanted a specific Jeep GC that no other dealers in the Boston area had. I had come out to Brigham Gill in June and they were able to locate the vehicle and get it. It turned out it was not good timing, they were more than understandable. I called Bill in August and stated I was ready to purchase the Jeep GC lux2 v6. I went out there in September and they were able to order it for me. I was given top dollar for my trade in and was able to get a great deal on the jeep after shopping around. I had a 2011 Jeep Wrangler I had previously purchased from Brigham Gill with excellent experience. Three weeks ago some one crashed head on into the Jeep. The Jeep held up well and I escaped injury but it needed to be replaced. I ordered a 2014 Wrangler as the replacement and again had the same outstanding experience in dealing with Brigham Gill. The did everything plus what they promised and delivered another new Jeep in perfect experience. They pay lots of attention to detail and are delightful to work with.I am totaled satisfied and would highly recommend this dealership and its people.

He was on the ball in knowing the Jeep features and getting me exactly what I wanted AND he was efficient in getting things done. And talk about patience! The dealership went out of their way to make things EASY. I had a couple of commitments which led to my being a little impatient and they were just helpful helpful helpful. Recently, my husband and I had a very positive experience at Brigham-Gill when we purchased our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had shopped around and were ready to buy. Scott was our salesman and he was terrific. He has provided us excellent customer service since we met him. We transacted on the car one evening and Scott had the car and all the paperwork ready so that we could pickup our new car the next morning. He gave us instructions on all the new equipment in the car. Since then we have installed running boards and again he made all the arrangements. He is accessible, courteous and very helpful. I have given the highest possible rating across the board in all categories. I have lost count of the number of cars (Jeeps) I have purchased through Brigham Gill, which should say something. And Bill Munroe has always been the salesperson I have looked for. Starting with him--he knows his cars, does not push but offers options, gives sound and I think honest advice, communicates clearly and has a great sense of humor. He is, in many respects, the face of the organization for me, and I enjoy working with him. Now onto the rest. I have had consistently good experiences with the finance people who are straightforward, offer fair prices on trade-ins and get good interest rates. My experience is that they don't push, but offer options. The service people have been great as well...kudos to Johanna, Jaime, Ed and the others. Routine maintenance has always been hassle free and the very few times when I have had a problem with a vehicle...everyone has jumped to it to help resolve the problem. Fast, professional and didn't need to haggle. After emailing 12 dealers and visiting 2 others, Nick was the only one able to get me what I wanted. He actually listened and didn't try to sell me something easier to find. He was a straight shooter and was great to work with. Only thing I would recommend is a little better follow up. Customers buying a new car typically like to be over communicated with (or maybe that is the type A in me) and only thing that I would have to say could have been done better is communication of where we were in securing and getting my jeep ready for me. OVerall though, great experience and I would come back again and work with Nick and recommend him to others.

After going to one dealership that we could not make a deal with, my husband saw a brand new Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited here. It had a discounted price which was great and that did not change when we went to buy it. There was no pressure from Patrick, the only issue we had was the low balling on our trade in. That tends to happen and I realize that it is always better to buy without a trade in. They got us a great rate with their bank and we made a deal. So far so good and we would go back there again if we were purchasing.

I love this dealership. I had a great exprience buying my jeep. I even had our sales person search other inventory to find the particular one we wanted. Nick was always accomodating and always answered my questions quickely. Perfect salesperson...I would direct anyone in his direction to buy a new JEEP.ALso the financial person was very efficient and accomodating even wehn we went back and forth on rate changes. Eventually I ended up financing thoruhg my own bank, but noit for lack of his trying to get us better and better rate quotes.There was one very minor issue with our tires not having the tire locks , however the same day I called Nick to have it fixed - the dealership promptly addressed the situation.Cannot say enough of this dealership, and this is not the first jeep I've bought in Masschusetts area - though I wish it was the first and only!I'm also impressed with the follow up letters we got, just checking to see if all of our expectations were met. I have worked with Sean and his team for my last four Jeeps because they are stand up folks. I lease 2-3 cars for my family every two to three years so I know the business and the players pretty well. I began getting rid of our family's BMWs Subarus and Volvos and replacing them with Grand Cherokkes because they are great cars and VERY PLEASED to work with Sean and his team. I couldn't say enough good things about our experience buying my new car at Brigham-Gill. Patrick Read was our sales person and from the start was polite and helpful. I'm really turned off by pushy overbearing salespeople and Patrick was just the opposite. After looking the car we were interested in over thoroughly and taking it for a test drive (without having to take the sales person along as we did at other dealerships) we came back and asked him what the bottom line price on the car was. He didn't try to play the dance with us of "I'll have to talk to my manager and see what kind of discounts I can get you". He printed out a copy of the window sticker for us and wrote the price on the bottom. I went back the next day to get the appraisal done on the car being traded in and thought that was when they would stick it to us. Based on the research I'd done on Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book I had a pretty good idea of what a fair trade in was for my car in the condition it was in. The trade-in value they gave me was at the top end of what I thought was fair. Brigham Gill arranged the financing for us and when we told them we could get a lower rate elsewhere it was immediately matched. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here to buy another car. It was the most pleasant, least stressful, car-buying experience my husband or I have ever had!

We walked into the dealership based off a friend referral and were greeted by Bill Munroe. We went in initially just looking to shop around and look at the new jeep grand Cherokee. After speaking with bill about the pricing and our different options for our price point, Bill had referred us to one of the 2012 Jeep Liberty's that were left on the lot. The price was exactly what we were looking for and the color was perfect. We traded in our old suv and were able to get what we were asking for it. Our monthly payment was in the range we could afford. There was no pressure from Bill to purchase the vehicle that day. The financing worked out great with Ally and at a great interest rate. The best part was that we were able to drive home in our new jeep liberty that night. I would highly recommend Bill and Brigham Gill.

LAst time I bought a care new was 9+ years ago, it gave me PTSD. I told him we do not want to haggle. I have just purchased a Jeep Overland from Brigham-Gill. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, but this is my first new car. Nick was my sales person. He had a laid back approach, but was very knowledgeable when I asked any questions. This made the process a lot more pleasurable than what I have experienced at other dealerships. Then, I had to go through the financing. I assumed this would be where I would hard sell would come in but it never did. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. If I buy another Jeep I will be sure buy it here.

I brought my Jeep in to the service dept with a bad water hose. I was told I needed the water pump and the hose. I just replaced the hose, I went to a second jeep dealer who said the water pump was fine. That was almost a year ago. I've never gone back.

Bill was great. We went into the dealership right after a blizzard (Nemo) and Bill was happy to take us for a test drive. His style was great - knowledgeable and relaxed. We did not feel any pressure from Bill. He was available to us as needed. When it came time for negotiations, Bill was great to work with. We did the actual deal by phone and there were no surprises when we arrived at the dealership for signature. Bill surpassed our expectations. He's a great listener and most importantly, a great guy. Everyone at Brigham-Gill was extremely helpful, accommodating, and courteous. I had been searching for a Chrysler 300 for months, and when I spotted a car that fit my needs on cars.com, I made an appointment to see the car. The entire process, from beginning to end was very smooth. I never once felt pressured which made the process even better. There was no haggling as the sales and finance staff were straight forward which I appreciated. In fact, I left the dealership, and returned that same afternoon to buy the car as I knew I was going to get the best deal. Their customer service was terrific. Our sales rep Rith Lan took extra time to show me any my family the features of my car, and his support extended beyond the sale as He contacted me a couple times to ensure I was happy, and to offer any other assistance. We had dealt with bill before and the service was great. The price was what it was for the new suv. After doing research it was far les than other dealers for sticker price. Guy (Bill) has worked with us before and is a genuinely nice person. We were paired up with other salesmen at BG, but my wife and I didn't feel comfortable until sitting down with Bill again. First time leasing a car for us and that made things a little confusing with the agreed sticker price. If I was more aware of what was going on I would have negotiated a liitle more, however overall a good experience. Look forward to going back for a second car soon.

My husband and I had our car taken there after it had been in an accident. We purchased the car in August and at the time of the accident it only had 7000 miles on it. The man at the body shop was very helpful during our conversations about getting the car done. We picked the car up after New Years. Within minutes of driving the car I noticed a loud noise and a vibration. I called my husband and we decided to call the next day since it was close to closing and my commute home is already terrible. My husband calls and is told that everyone's perception of sound is different but to bring it in at our convenience and they will take a look at it. We bring it in and I speak to the body shop manager who drives it into the garage while discussing the sound with me and my husband is in the backseat. He explains how he can't believe this happened since it was test driven before returned to us. (My husband checked our paperwork before we went back and the mileage in and out was identical). He takes us to the waiting area and tells us what they do will and leaves. My husband and I stay in the waiting area and watch our car leave and then return. Suddenly, my husband gets a phone call from the manager stating that he wanted to make sure that was my husband with me and not someone else before he came out to the waiting area to explain. He tells my husband what is wrong with it and eventually meets us. Mind you the car is in both of our names and he has been speaking to me since I'm the one who actually drives but does not address any of the issues with me. We find out that there is a bad wheel hub somewhere though they are not sure where or if it is from the accident. So we go back to a rental car. The next day we get a call that it is in fact the two front wheel hubs and they think one is just bad and one is from the accident but will all be fully paid for. Conveniently they are BOTH located on areas affected by the accident. When I picked my car up a few days later the body shop manager was above and beyond sweet. At one point he pulls another man into the conversation and begins to talk about how the wheel hubs on the Jeeps are cheap and he basically thinks it was a bad part. He states that multiple people test drove it before it was given back to me. He shows me a few pictures: the wheel hub, my license plate, and the mileage when we brought it back in. When I get back into my Jeep I again notice that the supposed mileage in is at the exact same number as my Jeep when I started my car. I have not had any problems since but have no intentions of going back. People make mistakes but I do not appreciate being lied to as if I do not understand what happened. I may have to drive farther to another dealership but after this behavior it is worth it.

Ali at brigham gill was a great help in getting me into my first (new jeep) . this is my third jeep and I am very happy with it, It was ready for me when I arrived as promissed. I have been contacted by them a couple of times since my purchase and am glad that they do not just sell you a new vehicle and leave you hanging, I will recomend them to anyone who asks about a jeep dealer.The only dissapointment I have is not a brigham gill issue it is a chrysler issue and that is that the pictures I was looking at on line when I picked out a jeep are misleading with regards to the tires and rims, the jeep pictured on line had black rims and off road tires that was actually the the reason i chose the jeep I did, Now for me to obtain the look I was going for I will have to purchase these rims separately, this is a practice that Chrysler should correct, and I will be contacting the corperation to express my dissapointment with this. We walked in intending to merely begin our car shopping experience, but because of the quality customer service and fair pricing, we walked out the same day with a purchased vehicle. We were greeted without any waiting by salesman, Rith Lan. He was awesome! Very friendly, accomodating and easy to talk with. He explained the features of the car, presented us with a variety options and never pressured us into buying more features than we needed. He listened carefully to our needs and wishes and matched us to the exact model we wanted. He was respectful of our need to take time lots of time in the car looking things over and playing with the "bells and whistles". The negotiation was easy and stress free with no middle manager present and pressuring. When we purchased the car he spent time reviewing the features and gave us a tour of the service department and introduced us to the staff. It felt like a family that had our best interest in mind. We are hopeful that our other experiences with the dealership will be as positive. If you are looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler, I can highly recommend Rith Lan.

I bought a Charger from Brigham Gill and had a great experience, with some wrinkles. The salesfolks greeted me quickly and I was able to get a test drive of both the V6 and the V8 (wasn't sure which I wanted). He was very low-pressure and though he didn't know the car very well (he'd just switched product lines) he was happy to explore it with me and get answers to my questions about packages / etc. Buying the car was the usual back and forth. They low-balled my trade badly, so much that I ended up doing a private sale for about twice what they offered. But their purchase price was very good, best I could find even shopping around, so that worked out. They were also willing to drop the price to get my finance business, which worked out for everyone as you can always pay off the loan earlier (in MA). The car took a while to arrive (I ordered it) and the salesman did a decent job of keeping me up to date. He did make the mistake of saying it would arrive on such and such date and of course it arrived later than that. After sales I had to go in for some minor service (build quality not 100% but not terrible either) and the experience was always good even if they weren't able to get the repair right the first time. (They ordered a replacement, which was also broken. Go Dodge!) I also had a fender-bender and went there for repairs, and the collision repair place attached to the dealership did a fantastic job--literally no sign there had ever been an accident.

I think the combination of Vidon the sales guy and Dave the finance guy made this a great place to purchase a vehicle. I have a large family, wife and 4 children. We visited the dealer on a few occasions during the process and each time Vidon and Dave made us feel welcome and comfortable. Vidon was very upfront and did not try to be pushy or influence my deicion making process. His primary concern was that I was happy and got the correct vehicle with in my budget. He was always available by phone or email and even came in a day on his day off knowing I was going to be there. His dedication to helping you find the car you want is first rate and I highly suggest you ask for him when you go to the dealership. In addition, Dave the finance guy was great. He welcomed my family with open arms and was very willing to work with in our budget. If you are going to finance a vehicle with this dealership ask for Dave. I have no ties to this dealership or Dave and Vidon. They worked hard for me and gave full effort so they deserve this review. I wholeheartedly suggest you check out this dealership and ask for Vidon and Dave. I ended up getting a 2013 Durango and I am very happy with it.

I started working with Brigham-Gill via email when I had inquired about a used Dodge Challenger that they had on the lot. Rith Lan got back to me quickly answering any question I had and set up a time for me on the following Sunday to look at the car. Saturday morning the dealership called me with a bit more information that I had requested so I decided to go down then. Even though I was tight on time and a day early Rith made sure that he helped me out knowing full well that I was just looking, not once did he try to push me into a deal or try to sell me a car. As a first time buyer I appreciated this approach, there was no pressure and he was extremely helpful with any questions I had.I looked at the car on Saturday and drove it home on Tuesday after making the final decision late Monday afternoon. Everything from looking to purchasing was made extremely simple, and everyone that I worked with made sure that I had no questions or concerns before they let me driver it home. I would recommend this Dealer to both Friends and Family and highly recommend that they ask for Rith Lan specifically. He is a friendly sales consultant who knows what he is talking about and doesnt try to push a sale on you.

I went in to Brigham-Gill to "just look" at the Grand Cherokee. Upon entering Brigham-Gill, we were immediately greeted by Nick Pesiridis. Nick was not a typical salesman. He took the time to find out what we were looking for and what we had in mind. There was NEVER a time that Nick was pushy. He was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect car. We test drove two models and after 3 hours later....I was pulling out of the lot with my new car! I also work in the service industry, I bought the car THAT DAY not only because I loved the Grand Cherokee after driving it but also because I was so appreciative of the service provided by Nick!! He even took the time to show us around the service department and also took time to do the extra REALLY IMPORTANT things like synching my phone and IPod!!! This was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I would recommend to my family and friends!!!

We were looking to purchase our Jeep Grand Cherokee almost immediately so his prompt response was excellent. It was very easy to work with Bill and the Brigham-Gill team. The negotiation process, which included a trade-in, was very smooth and we felt like we received a great deal. Taking possession of the vehicle was also pretty smooth. What a refreshing car buying experience. We started looking for a used jeep, but ended up with a brand new one. V really listened to what we wanted and didn't oversell. We thought we wanted the top of the line jeep liberty, but after asking us what things we really wanted in the car, V figured out that a jeep liberty sport latitude was probably all we needed. Vee was amazing! We spent at least 20 minutes in the car going over all the electronics before I even test drove it. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Even after I bought and picked up the car this past Monday (Aug 6), he has been available to answer all my questions and encouraged me to stop by any time and he would walk me through anything I was having trouble with. Vee is a "keeper"!Paul was also great. The Jeep I wanted, a 2012, was at another dealer, and he worked diligently to procur the vehicle for me. He was also readily on hand to answer my questions.The reason I gave Customer Service a "4" was because I waited 2 hours to finalize my purchase. I paid cash. I understand it was the end of the month, (I paid for the Jeep on July 31st), but I felt, since it was the end of the month, they should have taken that into consideration and had another finance person available.I love my Jeep, and look forward to many years with it. I only hope my service experience is as wonderful as my purchasing experience was!

I have serviced with this dealer since moving from NYC to Boston and they have hands down the best service department in the state. This was my first purchase and I was very happy to work with Luis. I shopped at 2 dealerships but decided on Brigham Gill mainly due to salesman Luis Toledo. He was very easy going but attentive to my needs and did not pressure me in any way. He also kept in touch with me by email and phone to check if I needed more information or assistance. The other showroom never got back to me until 5 days later. I visited the showroom 3 times before making a decision and each time was welcomed with open arms and test drove on 2 occasions. I felt very comfortable in the showroom and thought the display and range of vehicles was well represented.

I have been to other dealerships and I have walked out of them feeling like they were trying to push other vehicles on me. We are very pleased with are overall experience at Brigham Gill. The Sales department went too great lengths to give us the best deal. We bought a 2012 Town and Country. The deal they gave us was fair and painless. It was so good my sister in-law bought one two weeks later. If you have realistic expectation, Brigham Gill will give you the BEST deal. My past experience in the automotive industry with Mercedes Benz gave me the inside track, Vee my salesperson went above and beyond. The Manegment team in sales will do what they can to make a deal. The service department is in good hands after meeting with the service Mgr Tom, I feel great knowing I have a place to service my car. One sto shopping. My Sales Rep, and everyone else that I worked with to purchase my new vehicle, was nothing short of a pleasure to do business with. Bill (aka SLS) not only took care of everything, he never tried to push anything on me that I didn't ask for. He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and then worked to get me the best price available. (I compared at 2 other dealerships). And I know I wasn't the easiest customer to work with. I changed my mind after Bill and his manager worked hard to find and secure a vehicle that I originally agreed to purchase, and asked them to cancel that order and order a different model from Jeep. I ended up with the exact vehicle that I wanted and payed less for it! I love Brigham-Gill.

Our salesman Bob Greeted us at the front door. He was very helpful thru the entire process. We test drove a few Jeeps before we decided what we wanted. They did not have the exact Jeep we were looking for. Bob and the managers at Brigham Gill worked very hard to find the exact Jeep we wanted, while keeping me informed the entire time. Dave the finance manager was also very helpful and explained all my options. When I returned to get my reg and inspection sticker it was towards the end of the day. I called on my way, and the service dept. told me they would fit me in before the techs went home for the day. They could have very easily told me they wouldn't have time to do it and tell me to come back another day. I called Bob he was waiting in the service bay with my reg in hand when I pulled in. The service guys were very professional and friendly, I will deffinitly bring my jeep back for service. My overall experiance was great everyone at Brigham Gill was very friendly. I would recomend them to anyone who is looking for a new car, and tell them to ask for Bob. I will also go back when its time for a new car.

I had great/painless Jeep (Wrangler 4D Sahara) buying experience with this dealership, and my sales rep Vidon aka "V" (who was very patient). They were never pushy and were very knowledgable on the Jeep product. It was my first time purchasing as Jeep, so this was very helpful to me. V even texted us photos of the Jeep's exterior color I was thinking about purchasing in different shades of sunlight to see if I did like the color -- I ended up purchasing and loving! We were able to work out a price that I felt comfortable with. I was checking out several other Jeep dealerships, and no one else could math their price on the type of Jeep and features I was looking for. I ended up picking up the Jeep on my birthday -- when I opened the back seat there was a balloon and flowers from the dealership. This was such a nice, personal touch, that was not expected but much appreciated!

We had serious problems with our Pacifica heading back to Rochester NY from son's graduation. It was Sat at 5:00 PM - everything closed including car rentals. We felt stuck.We discussed the options; Patrick had us test drive the new Grand Cherokee (absolutely a great vehicle).Ed got us a rental car from their fleet and scheduled our car to be repaired first thing Monday. They found we had sheared 2-lug nuts.As our car was drivable and there were extra details involved in buying a car in Mass and living in NYS we headed home in our repaired Pacifica. Still thinking about buying a car from them as they went out of the way and our dealers here still treat me like this is the first car I have every bought. I'm 55 and have purchased 12+ cars so far. Wish there was a dealership with guys like Patrick and Ed here. Maybe there is but I have not found them yet.

I had been searching for a certain vehicle at the right price for six months and finally found one at this dealership. The salesman (Bob Quinton) went above and beyond his duties to accommodate me. We negotiated the sale to my satisfaction with the help of the sales manager who struck me as being down to earth and realistic as was I.(sorry forgot your name,was it Chip?). I never felt any pressure or negative coaxing on behalf of the dealership. I was treated with respect by all and attended to more than I anticipated. I liked the fact that the dealership responded to my needs promptly and professionally. They have onsite registration,inspection and service facilities to save you the "running around" and even fixed a door light that was not working, after the sale was made and at no extra cost to me. Facility was nice but a bit difficult to navigate.Thanks for making it a good experience. High praise for Bob Quinton especially.

Tyler was friendly and courteous from the start. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. He was also very attentive to what I really wanted and quickly discovered I had very specific requirements and so he acted accordingly. He avoided clouding the situation by introducing new factors he knew I was not interested in. Chip became involved and was equally attentive to my wishes. He was also very professional to work with and we were able to stay on point in all discussions, making the entire buying experience unusually good and much faster than I have experienced prior. Brigham Gill has provided good service to me for several years and now has offered a pleasant buying experience. I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the future and in particular, would recommend Tyler and Chip.

I have been a Jeep fanatic since my father came home in his black Wrangler CJ-7 in 1984. I have been driving Wranglers since 1999, through my pregnancies and with my children in tow. I finally had the opportunity to buy a Wrangler Unlimited 4-door in order to fit my kids and all of their stuff and found what I wanted on the Brigham Gill website. When I arrived at the location to check out the vehicle, I was greeted by Chris Pitts. We test drove the Jeep and talked about the changes of Wranglers over the years. He then even helped me try out the convertible soft top in the middle of February, taking it down, putting it up, getting "our hands dirty". He could answer my questions - he knows what he is selling - just as he should. I have not found that to be the case lately when I look at Jeeps at other dealerships and am so glad I found my dream car - even if it is used - at the right place with the right people. As for my kids - they had a blast hanging out at the dealership while we negotiated, signed, and prepared to drive off in our new wheels!

This dealer was good to work with. The salesperson was helpful and professional and overall it was a good experience. The only negative was that the price that they had listed on line for a car that I was interested was different than the price of the actual car (about $2K), because someone had entered the wrong amount. Normally, this would not be an issue, but I chose this dealer from among 2-3 nearby based on available cars and their prices. I called ahead to see if the cars were still on the lot, assuming the price listed was the price of the cars I wanted.

TLDR: dealer lied to get me in the showroom and raised price of car $1600 after I drove 70 miles.I called Brigham-Gill Jeep and talked to Brian. I explained to him that they had a Jeep Cherokee I was interested in but another dealer had already given me the run-around and I was leery . I also explained that they were far away (~70 miles) so I wanted to make sure they had it in stock, what kind of fees to expect, and what the asking price was on the car.He answered a bunch of questions for me and everything sounded good. Then told me the Cherokee I was interested in was a Demo with 5000 miles on it and told me the asking price.They had the exact car I wanted and it was a demo so I should be able to get it cheap. The asking price was already cheaper than my negotiated price with the other dealer, as it should be with 5k miles on it. I told him everything sounded good and I would talk to the wife and we would probably be up later in the day. I should have know it was too good to be true but I had explained that I lived far away and that I had already walked out on a dealer that tried to pull one over on me, right? Wrong...My wife called the babysitter and asked her to come over right away to watch the baby. I drove the hour and twenty minutes to the dealer to get things started. I looked over the car and found out the car had 5800 miles. Brian started working up the paperwork and somehow the price had jumped $1600.I told him that wasn't what we talked about over the phone said he could take 1k off and that was the best he could do. I then told him I had several offers for $500 more for a brand new car with zero miles on it. Do you really expect me to buy a car with 6k miles to save $500 I asked? He shrugged his shoulders and again told me that was the best he could do.I called my wife to tell her to cancel the babysitter be she was already on her way. I told Brian that we would not be making a deal. He asked me what dealer offered me the car for that price and said there was only 3 cars left with those options...Thanks for wasting our time and money Brian, I hope it is worth the negative review I leave on every website I can find.

The sales team is excellent and take a modern approach to new car buying -- they don't treat you like you're stupid or a "mark." My salesman was extremely efficient and helpful. The day after the sale, when I pointed out a little glitch with the new car paperwork that was in my favor,the sales manager promptly had a check cut for me -- no hassle at all. Finally, before I bought, I browsed new car inventories at all the Jeep dealerships around -- Brigham Gill had the best price for the trim level I wanted.

This was a first time purchase for my daughter who just graduated from college. Chris Pitts, her salesperson, treated her with respect, provided her with all the info she needed to make a good decision, and had excellent follow-up. Since we were helping her cross-country via phone, it was important to us that she have a good working relationship with her salesperson. He went out of his way to make her feel comfortable and help her with her first car purchase. We also worked with the Sales Manager (Brian) and Business Manager (Ryan) and found them to be equally knowledgeable and polite. I had an accident with my 2007 Jeep Gran Cherokee, and initally had brought my car into service for repair. After the insurance appraisal the body shop was quick to order the correct parts that were needed to fix my vehicle. After additional work it was decided that my car would be totalled due to additional damage that was not noted during the initial insurance appraisal. The service department was wonderful and did everything they could to help me while the Cherokee was in there care. I decided to shop for a new vehicle at this dealership, since I had received such good service in the repair shop.I worked with Chris Cavaleri, who was wonderful and very informative. He helped me to decide between another Grand Cherokee and a Commander. He showed me everything that they had, and explain the difference and qualities that each had. He also test drove both models with me and answered all of the questions that I had. He was not pushy, or abraisive and allowed me to take all of the time that I needed to take when making such an important purchase. I am happy to say that yesterday I picked up my 2008 Commander, and it was due largely to the service that we received from Chris. I have shopped at other Chrysler Jeep dealerships in the area and have never been as satisfied as I was with Chris, and the rest of Brigham-Gill. I would definately reccomend Chris Cavaleri as a sales person, and I will be returning here for any additional sales, or service needs!!!

Needed service work done. Was not happy with the "diagnosis" done. Contacted the service manager. He was rude, and treated his coworkers like they were idiots. How can a dealership that promotes how good they treat people keep a jerk like this employed ?My Grand Cherokee overheated, and rather than fix it, they wanted to put a new motor in it....just so they could make the big bucks. My service advisor could not rationalize why i needed a new motor rather than a head gasket....claimed the lower end of the motor "could be" ruined...but rather than find out...guess what ? Lets just cover our own asses....not fix the REAL problem...took it to another dealership...they diagnosed it and.....get ready....fixed it...no lower end problems...its been 2 months...I paid way way less than the estimate from the insightful Brigham/Gill...I DO NOT & WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, unless you wanna get ripped off...!

I went to this dealership back in January and am rather appalled at their lack of "friendly" customer sevice & overall sales management.I made an offer on a 2008 -year old vehicle-(Sticker price $26,***.**) and offered 25k and would pout $ down for it that day. I have outstanding credit as well and went through an hour of number crunching with the salesman. The manager refused to budge on the price in "any capacity"...which i have heard 1st hand from several close friends about Brigham Gills "lack" of working any (even slight) deal out w/the customer...Therefore, many of them in turn bought Jeeps at the Midway Dealer in Framingham instead, due to Brigham Gills poor sales department. Needless to say, the car I made an offer on (for $1,700 less mind you) is still sitting on BG's lot rusting away, now almost 6 months later. All because they would not take 1,700 off. Now they are stuck w/it, depreciating $ each day it sits there...I have to say, I may have paid more, but due to the lack of their 'unfriendly' bargaining tricks, I lost total interest, just for the principal of it.Nowadays, i smile everytime I drive by with my new 2009 SUV & give them a lil' "beep beep" on my way by. :)

I WAS INVOLED IN A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT WITH MY BRAND NEW CAR. I CALLED THE BODYSHOP AT BRIGHAM GILL AND ONCE THEY WERE INVOLVED, IT WAS A WIRLWIND OF EXCELLENCE. THE OFFICE STAFF TOOK COMPLETE CONTROL OF IT ALL. A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER MY CAR WAS DELIVERED TO ME LOOKING BETTER THAN IT DID WHEN I BOUGHT IT. THEY WERE ON MY INS COMPANY LIST AND INFORMED ME THEY ARE ON ALL THE LISTS FOR ALL MAJOR INS COMPANIES. THE QUALITY AND SERVICE WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR AUTO REPAIR FOR ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE. I ALSO WAS ABLE TO TAKE A TOUR OF THE FACILITY AND WAS AMAZED AT THE STATE OF THE ART EQUIPTMENT USED TO MAKE MY CAR BEAUTIFUL.

Just bought a car from this place and the only reason we bought here was because of a price we could not turn down. Since the time we agreeed to purchase, sales thought their job was done and customer service was almost non-existent. There was a commincation break down between the dealer and my insurance company where I had to get involved for no reason, They did not fix problems that they said they would prior to me picking up the car, the car had new scratches on it after the sale and before the pick-up for which I had to bring it back in, not to mention crumbs still in the car from the previous owner. To top it off, they did not acknowledge my initial deposit on the final balance statement until the calculator came out. The only good thing was that a sales rep did not come with me on the test drive. Overall, just not a pleasant buying experience.

I bought many cars in my day, and all from new car dealers. The day I walked into Brigham-Gill I thought i walked into a "spa". The salesperson greeted me and said" Welcome to Brigham-Gill... How can I help you today". I told him a was looking for a new Wrangler. Before I new it I was on the test drive. When we got back to the dealership my salesperson walked me thru the dealership to the service dept. He told me that they have been family owned and operated for 40 years. They had retired tech shirts in frames on the service dept walls, he also said they have currently 15 employees that have been there for over 15 years. Also the have a beautiful service drive thu entrance and loaner cars. I said to myself "loaner cars for a jeep this place is great. Next thing I knew I bought the jeep. It was great I met the general mgr, the service mgr , a service advisor and a parts clerk all of them thanking me for the business and they told me the look forward to seeing me. I wasn't buying a bentley but I felt I was!

With the exception of the generally good demeanor of the service department my experience was horrible. I purchased a "new" pacifica with 5000 miles (general manager's car) and the experience has been down hill since then. First I couldn't test drive the actual car supposedly because it had 4998 miles on it and they wouldn't be able to sell it "new" if it had 5000 on it, needless to say that was a mistake. The salesperson quoted me an interest rate that the finance guy couldnt offer, the salesperson said the warranty would be extended to include the 5000 miles on the car at time of purchase which I have since found is not true. The car was delivered with coffee stains and smelling like onions and with buffing scratches on the hood. Since then it has been back for service no less than 8 times and still is going back.The sales experience in hindsight was deceptive and the repair experience was abysmal with a smile.Don't buy a car from here.
