DO NOT RECOMMEND! The sales person was unfriendly and abrupt on the phone, and buyer beware - their online ads for "free shipping" really means free shipping within 50 miles. I made an offer for a vehicle that was less than $1,000 below their asking price, and the sales person said the sales manager would call back. He/she did not. When I called again a few days later, the sales person said that they didn't call back because my offer was so low that they didn't want to do business with me. No explanation, no negotiation, just an arrogant attitude. As a buyer, you deserve better!

He’s Thief. Don’t do the same mistake I did. I bought a car with a bad engine from him and he cleared the light. And he made me sign a document saying the car is as as. He make all of the buyers do that. You drive it for a few days then the car break down. Don’t ever think about going their. They have no mercy. They will rip you off. Also when you buy a car they should give you the temporary tag for free. But he charged me for it. Which is against the law. The worst is that they speak Russian between each other in front of the customer and about the customer which is very disrespectful because they can speak perfect English. I have a friend that speak their language because he used to live in Russia for a while and told me they were Cursing us. Plus their prices are too high. Be very careful buying your next car please 🙏

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM.... AS IN A SOMEONES PREVIOUS REVIEW I ALSO WENT THERE FOR A SPECIFIC CAR THAT I WAS TOLD WAS STILL ON THE LOT PER SALESMAN AND INTERNET. WHEN I GET THERE MAGICALLY THE CAR WAS SOLD WHEN I WAS TOLD 1 HR PRIOR IT WAS THERE AND TO COME AND TEST DRIVE IT. WELL THAT WAS JUST THE BAIT TO GET ME IN. WHILE I WAS THERE THE SALES MANAGER DIMITRI TOOK 4.5 HOURS TO COMPLETE MY PAPERWORK WHILE HE WAS WALKING AROUND TEXTING ON HIS PHONE AND BACIALLY A SCATTER BRAIN THE ENTIRE TIME. SO THE CAR I DECIDED TO FINANCE WAS A 09 VW PASSAT LOOKED GOOD SEEMED TO RUN FINE. AFTER I COMPLETED THE PAPERWORK AND SIGNED THE CONTRACT I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT LEAVE WITH THE CAR BECAUSE THERE MECHANIC HAD TO LOOK IT OVER AND CHARGE THE AC AND DO OIL CHANGE SINCE THE SERVICE LIGHT WAS ON. WELL I PICKED THE CAR UP 4 DAYS LATER AND EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE OK. 2 WEEKS LATER MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON I IMMEDIATELY PARKED THE CAR TOWED IT TO MY MECHANIC. HE FOUND THAT THEY HOT WIRED MY OIL PRESSURE SENSOR TO MY ALTERNATOR WHICH GROUNDS IT OUT SO THE INDICATOR LIGHT OF NO OIL PRESSURE WOULD NOT COME ON. THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW MY MECHANIC FIX THE ISSUE(WIRE SENSOR CORRECTLY AND SIMPLY CLEAN THE UP TUBE SCREEN BECAUSE IT WAS CLOGGED) THEY TOWED IT TO THERE NON LICENSED MECHANIC (THE SAME ONE THAT HOT WIRED THE SENSOR) WELL THIS IS WHERE THE S*** GETS DEEPER. SO THEY DID NOT JUST SIMPLY DO WHAT WAS NEEDED PER MY MECHANIC... THEY REPLACED THE OIL PUMP, OIL SEPERATOR AND VALVE BEARINGS. NOW I KNOW YOUR SAYING WELL THATS GOOD .. WELL WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR AT THE TIME I WAS TOLD I PULLED UP TO SEE HIM POUNDING MY FRONT END W A 10 LB HAMMER.. WHILE DOING THIS THEY BROKE THE DRIVER SIDE STABILYZING BAR. THEY ALSO REPLACED THAT THEN THE MECHANIC TOOK IT FOR TEST DRIVE COME PULLING BACK UP AND SOMETHING IS DRAGGING AND CLANGING UNDER THE CAR (THEY BROKE THE OTHER SIDE STABILYZING BAR). SO THE CAR NEEDED TO NOW STAY ANOTHER DAY. I THEN PICKED UP THE CAR THE NEXT DAY TO FINE GREASE ALL OVER MY TAN INTERIOR AND TAN CARPETS, OIL SPILLED ALL OVER THE TOP OF MY MOTOR ( IT WAS BONE DRY AND CLEAN ON OUTSIDE OF MOTOR BEFORE SENDING IT THERE) SO I DRIVE THE CAR THE HOUR RIDE HOME SEEMS TO BE OK .. WELL I SPOKE TO SOON NOW THE FRONT END SUSPENSION (SAME SIDE THEY WERE BEATING W HAMMER) IS NOW SHAKING AND HAS A HORRIBLE RATTLE. THIS WAS A NON ISSUE BEFORE SENDING BACK TO THEM TO FIX THERE HOT WIRING BS THEY PULLED. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM.. THE DEALER IS BUYING CARS W ISSUES PROBABLY AT LOW COST GETTING THEM RUNNING ENOUGH TO SELL WHEN CUSTOMER CONTACTS THEM ABOUT IT THERE SENDING IT TO THIS JOKE OF A MECHANIC AND CHARGING THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR WAY MORE WORK THEN NEEDED TO BE DONE. MEANWHILE NOTHING COMES OUT OF POCKET FOR THE DEALER ...I ALSO TRADED AND 01 AUDI TOWARDS THE NEW CAR THAT HAD A FEW SAFETY ISSUES IN THE FRONT END WHICH I MADE THEM AWARE OF .. THEY DID NOTHING BUT CLEAN IT AND PUT IT UP FOR SALE... I HOPE AND PRAY IF SOMEONE IS INTERESTED IN THE SILVER 01 AUDI A4 1.8T THATS THERE SEES THIS POST BEFORE BUYING THAT CAR... I WILL BE CONTACT THE NEWS INVESTIGATIVE TEAM AS WELL AS AN ATTORNEY THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN ....

In Sept. of 2015, I found Bristol Auto Mall on the internet as I was looking for a specific car. I dealt with both Dimitri and Paul. I found make and model I wanted and ultimately bought t he car based on their telling me the car was cosmetically and mechanically sound. I explained I had NEVER bought a car in my life sight unseen but based on their seemingly honest response to my questions, it seemed they were honest and reliable. I explained I was a retired 86 year old disabled veteran with little money to spend but I needed transportation. I was again assured this was a good deal. I also had to pay $300.00 to have the vehicle shipped to me. Well, it got here, was unloaded, and when I got in the car to drive it down the driveway, the check engine light came on. The air bag light also came on. I parked the car and got in it a few hours later and the battery was dead. I called triple A next morning and purchased a new battery for $118.00. I drove to a mechanic and they did a diagnostic check on it. 5 codes came up. 3 on the engine and one on throttle body and one on timing.They sent me 2 coils and an oxygen sensor (which also showedd bad) and I had installed at my expense. While at it, they also had to reolace the serpentine belt. In all, I spend $800.00 more. The engine lite was now off, but air bag lite stayed on. A few days later, engine lite came back on and I again had it anylized. To my dismay, now they wanted $3800.00 to repair. I only paid $3900.00 for the car plus shipping. I traded the car this week and got a decent deal, but I lost everything else. My trade in value was next to nothing for a car I actually owned for a matter of days as I was unable to drive it. Dimitre refused to do anything for me saying it was a 2004 vehicle and sold as is. A lesson well learned. These people are absolute CROOKS and HEARTLESS. Run as fast as you can away from these people. They belong in Jail!Hank .

Everything took, test drive, title transfer, tags took less then an hour. Got a 30 day tag for an out of state drive. Everything was handled professionally. Great people, great company.

I saw this blue 2011 750i on cars.com dealer was close so I decided to go see the car on my day off. I get there and I go over to the car and start checking it out. after a few mins a sales person comes out ask can he helpp me I tell him I want to look at the bmw he says I'll be with you in a few. He goes back inside and never comes back. I looked at all the cars on the lot, the bmw was not in the best of shape either as was the case with a couple of their cars. after being there for awhile and and no one coming out to help me I decided to just leave.

We searched the internet for a specific type of Jaguar. We found what we were looking for on Cars.com. The car that we were interested in buying was at Bristol Auto Mall, so we called Bristol Auto Mall in Levittown, PA. We asked about the car and were told that it was in nice shape with low milage. So we drove 1 1/2 hours from NJ. When we got there, we didn't see it on the lot. A salesman was outside and speaking to another customer. When he finished, he came over and we asked about the car. He said he thought is was sold. I said that we just called an hour and a half before - did he sell it in an hour? He said no, but he had to check. He made a call on his cell and said that the car was sold the night before. Well then why the xxxx did they tell us positive things about the car, keep it listed on the internet, and indicate that it was on the lot when we called? My husband told him that this is no way to do business, and now it's 3 hours wasted driving to and from the place in the pouring rain. The salesman made up some idiotic excuse that the owner was on vacation this week. That's the reason why they indicated that the car was available when it wasn't? We were livid, to say the least, first of all we wanted that car, and secondly, we drove there in the pouring rain for nothing! To make matters worse, as we were driving away, my husband said that the salesman on the lot was the person he spoke with on the phone because my husband recognized his accent.

Tried to buy a 2007 Audi A4. I was from out of state so wanted to have it looked over by an independent mechanic of my choosing. I went with the local Audi dealership to get a thorough check. Bristol auto mall said they had no problem dropping the car off there. So I made the appointment and the car never showed up even though I personally called the them and said, "yep drop the car off in the morning." The Audi dealership and I have both tired contacting Bristol auto mall too see what happened and have not received any explanation of why car was not delivered to the dealership for check-up. Most places want to sell you a car and apparently Bristol Auto Mall does not. STEER CLEAR OF BRISTOL AUTO MALL.

I rarely ever write reviews but felt compelled to after exceptional service from Bristol Auto Mall. In January, I purchased an Audi A8 for dirt cheap with super low rate financing (1.9%). After 3 months, I can say with confidence how much I love this car. I was so scared buying a luxury car used but the guys there made me feel so comfortable. I don't know a lot about cars so I call whenever I have a question (a lot) and they are always more than helpful. I have gotten better service from them than at new car dealerships which is sad to say. My overall experience from financing tips to purchase price to service was great. These are some good guys here.

I bought a 2007 Mercedes Benz GL 320 CDI. My experience with Bristal Auto Mall was a very good one. No pressure, a very kind and dependable communication with Paul and Dimitiri, all requests for information were answered promptly and fully, car turned out as described in the ad on cars,com and verbal informations, paper work well prepared, no title issues, carfax approved, price at reality and a very clean car. Over all no problems! On top of this Im glad to mention, that they took care to repair two smaller defects which showed up when driving the car back home. One phone call the next day and they fixed it although there was no warranty agreed on. I have driven the car now for 1 month and 1500 mls and every thing functions like I expected without any problems. If you find in their inventory an interesting car, go for it. VS

A couple of weeks ago me and my girlfriend were shopping around for a car and bristol auto mall had a car i was interested in. i called to setup an appointment and they were will to help me in to seeing the car. How ever when i got down there i felt rush and didn't get the one on one time with car. negotiating a price was not in the picture at all. i left this shop upset so i left a bad review. the guys at bristol contacted me and ask why i was upset and how they were going to fix my problem. they fixed my issues and now I'm buying the car monday.

I bought a 2006 Range Rover from Bristol Auto Mall October 2013. Paul and Dimitri made my buying experience very comfortable. There was no hassle or no haggling over the price. Paul really works with you and will give you a fair market price. This was the last stop on my list and after driving the vehicle and speaking with Paul, I realized this should have been my first stop and I would not have wasted a whole day. I bought a 2009 Dodge Ram. The price was great and it looked almost brand new. The front headlight and side mirror had a crack in each. Paul told me he will order the parts and call me when they were in. A week later they called me to tell me that the parts were in and they can put them on for me at my convenience. The truck now looks perfect. I feel like I got a great deal on a great truck.

I was searching the internet for an Acura RDX for a couple of weeks and found it in Bristol Auto Mall PA. Drove from Brooklyn NY and it was really worth it,when I saw the SUV I knew this was the one I was looking for and the price was just about right no doubt!. I purchased a one year old BMW 135i coupe from Paul in February of 2012. He sells his cars for very reasonable prices and gave me a fair offer on my trade as well. He met me at a local BMW dealer so I could have the car checked out by one of their mechanics before completing the purchase. They told me the car was in outstanding condition with no evidence of any problems and my year of ownership has proved this was so. His charges for registering the car were rock bottom with no extra charges added in. He is fair and honest. I have yet to find a comparable car at the price I paid for mine.

I went to Bristol Auto Mall to look at a 2006 Lexus GS. My wife and I loved the car, but the radio kept going in and out and we wanted another set of factory keys. Paul took the car to the Lexus dealership and they identified two recalls and fixed them along with programming the new key. Needless to say, I was happy with that initial outcome. The Lexus dealer also ran a diagnostic on the radio and said it could be an faulty amplifier. Paul said if I had any problems after picking up the car with the stereo, just tell him and he'd replace the amp. After a few days of driving, the radio was in and out, then stopped working completely. It would work again, then stop working, etc, etc. I called Paul (the dealership) and he said no problem, I'll order a new one and call you when it comes in. He did exactly what he said, installed the new amp and I haven't had any issues since. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
