Fred and Matt were great to deal with. Very down to earth and helpful. My wife and I are very happy with the Audi Allroad purchase. What was reassuring to hear was while we where working with Matt with the finances. A customer called that bought a car back in March who got locked out out of his car. Matt connected him with Fred who had recalled the sale and they worked on helping him with a locksmith recommendation. Solid guys. Thanks again

Should have went there first. Easy to talk to. Didn't rush me. And didn't pressure me into buying a car. Took the car I was interested in for a test drive, without a problem. Friendly bunch of guys. It was rather pleasant dealing with the sales staff. When I'm looking for another car. I will go there in a heart beat. Most car dealerships are overwhelming, and pushy. Not these people. They talk to you. Not at you. Thats a big difference. Thanks, Bill and Fred, and also your staff.

Fred and Bill were great to work with. We purchased a 2016 Mercedes E400 from the Dealership. The transaction could not have gone any smoother. We traded our vehicle to them and were given a very fair value. They did everything for us, we just had to pick day we wanted to return for new car and just show up. Bill was great at explaining the many features on the car, there are a lot, and told us if we needed more help to not hesitate to call. This was the first non-hassle and no stress purchase of a car we have every experienced. Would highly recommend that everyone check out this dealership for your next car.

Bill and Fred provided me with an outstanding sales experience, they were not aggressive in any way. I was in the market for as used VW and actually purchased one from a VW dealer in Latham, NY. Unfortunately they were not able to get me the financing that I required. Fred went above and beyond and got me the financing that I needed, I found that to be rather impressive. The dealer is neat and clean, as the vehicles that are for sale there. Bill's customer service is excellent, communication is key and it was definitely there. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and plan to refer people I know to them. I ended up purchasing a 2011 VW GTI from them and I love it!!! Thank you, Steve

From the moment we walked onto the lot, we felt welcomed, as Fred greeted us. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, we didn't feel any pressure from him to buy like most sales lots. Our overall buying experience was very smooth from start to finish. The used vechicles on this lot are of very high quality and the staff is excellent. We went back the next day to pick up the vechicle and before we drove the car off the lot Bill took the time to go through all the features of the car. Everyone was very accommodating and willing to work with us, this was by far the best buying experience we've had. I would def recommend buying a vechicle here.

The best car buying experience I've ever had. Bill was great very friendly and helpful, and best of all not pushy at all. Great selection of cars, I ended up getting a Mitsubishi and I absolutely love the car. Financing and the whole process was very easy. If your looking for a car you should at least check this place out you won't be dissapointed.

I bought a car a couple weeks ago from Bill Tucker. He was great. He was able to accomodate my work schedule, even staying later so I wouldn't need to take any time off from work. I live 50 miles away from the dealership and they were very accomodating, so much in fact that when I needed to trade in my old plates for new ones at the DMV and didn't have any way of getting there my self they offered to drive me there. Their driver Joe took me over to the DMV and was extremely helpful, so much in fact that he came in with me and helped expedite the process. He even offered to pay the $1 fine for turning the plates in when I realized I did not have any cash on me. I was very impressed. In the future when I am in the market to buy another car I will definitely be going back to Broadway Cars, LLC
