I had decided to trade in my current vehicle, that still had a loan out, for a more fuel efficient car. The first thing Sal did was ask about my financial circumstances, and made sure to only show me cars within my price limit. He laid out all the numbers for me and made sure to show me what I could get for my money. When it came to me actually purchasing the car only a few days later, we ran into a few problems with the bank due to the amount of cash I was able to put down. Sal, George and Franco did absolutely everything they could with the banks, and were able to find me a loan that put the payments of the car well within my price range. Brodheadsville Chevy listened to me, and I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale when I would be uncomfortable. Thank you!

We had been looking at the car when we purchased our Impala and just fell in love with it. The service manager at Brodheadsville Chevrolet stepped up, ordered the parts, and replaced the defective parts at no cost to me and in a half hour! When GM fails....this dealership steps up! I was very interested in A used car they had on the lot. My wife was going by one day when they were closing so she stopped in to look at it, It was filthy dirty and the sales person would not even get close to it because it was full of spider webs. Anyway the car had no price and the salesperson did not know how much it was. I went in A few days later to get the price and see about financing. Of course the salesperson had to go in the back and when she came out I was informed that they will not give out any prices until I drove the car first. I think it is A complete waste of time for everyone for me to go out driving around only to come back and find out it cost more than I can afford or am willing to pay. If they can't even tell me how much the car cost up front I'll buy from someone else who will.

Feb 11 2015, I needed to get my car inspected and an oil change. I knew however that some work was needed to be done on my car. I had gone other times to my friends and he would do the best he could for me even if it was not always the proper way to do things he was helping me out. not twenty minutes after I dropped my car off they called and asked me to come back. when I arrived Tom, the service manager informed me that 1) two of my tires had huge chunks out of the rubber and the metal bands could be seen 2) I had an exhaust leak that could have leaked carbon monoxide into the cabin of my car! 3) even though they are not a Subaru garage they were able to tell me my head gaskets were leaking (although they were at the starting phase). so while they had to go to Subaru to get the parts they went out of their way to get the parts I needed from Subaru and got my car not only roadworthy but running great! I want to thank the whole service team at Broadheadsville Chevy, they did a great job!

I'm only giving one star cause I can't give lower. I brought my truck there to have a check engine light diagnosed, I approved 1 hour of labor. I was told should be 1/2 to 1 hour. They called me after the hour said they could not find the problem asked me to approve another hour so I did. They called me and said they found a bent push rod and wanted to rip the entire motor apart I said no put it back together. Then they tell me I need to approve another hour to put it back together or bring a tow truck to get it. When a place tells asks for me to approve an hour to diagnose something I assumed that was including putting my vehicle back together. I felt like they were very misleading and rude. I could of only imagine someone that isn't familiar with cars.

The car was brought in for an engine noise previously diagnosed by our mechanic who was not able to make the repair. You charged me over $1500.00 and did not fix what the car was brought in for. I returned and asked that the car be repaired. Once again, the service department refused to make the repair the car needed, invented a problem that did not exist (stating the warm car had no oil when it was 1 quart down) and lied about the car burning oil that it is not burning. I am prepared to take further action against Brodheadsvill Chevrolet if the repair is not made, now at your expense. In the meantime. as the owner of three chevolets, will remember never to do business with you again.

Was very satisfied with my buying experience. John the salesman was extremely helpful in getting me a great car for an amazing price. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was recomended this dealer by a friend who works near Brodheadsville Chevrolet and had recently purchased from them. It is not the closest dealership to my house but since they came highly recomended by a friend I decided to take the ride and give them a shot. I am glad I did! From start to finish the entire process was unlike any other car buying experience I have ever had. I was treated fair, got an amazing deal and an amazing car. Even though it was not a brand new Chevy i purchased, the salesperson was very informative and knew alot about the car and equipment it had. I have to give huge props to Kyle and the great people who work at Brodheadsville Chevrolet. I was a customer back in 2009 and was treated unfairly by the former staff. I'm so happy that I went back into Brodheadsville Chevrolet to purchase my new Chevy Cruze. They bought back my old vehicle which was still financed, and gave me a great deal on my new Cruze. They left me take the car on a "test drive" for the weekend. What a great service that is! In addition to the awesome Sales Associate we had (Chris), Theresa, the finance manager, was extremely professional, shared her vast knowledge of banking principles, and got me a terrific finance deal. Nothing like the service I received back in 2009 with the former staff. To those of you who were wronged by this dealership in the past, I encourage you to give this new staff another try. They rolled out the red carpet for me, were very informative about all of the cars on their lot, and did all of this with a smile. They left me know that they truly cared about customer service and made me feel like a customer, and not a sales quota. Please, give them another try and if you are in the market for a great car and want the added bonus of a comfy, cozy dealership, go to Brodheadsville Chevrolet. I was referred to Brodheadsville Chevrolet by a friend in order to buy a new Chevy Cruze. Even though I have 2 Chevrolet dealerships closer to where I live, I was highly advised to go to Brodheadsville Chevrolet instead. So I did. The dealership has a sales and service team unlike anywhere else I have been to. The whole dealership as a whole has a unique personality. More importantly though, they made my purchase of a new car quick, efficient, and painless. The sales and finance staff went above and beyond to meet my personal needs and expectations in buying a new car. They asked a lot of questions to find out what I was looking for, but also, what car would best fit my budget, practicality, and style. By the end of the meeting with the Brodheadsville Chevrolet crew, I drove away in a brand new car, in the style and color I wanted, at the price range I asked for. They thoroughly explained the car, the maintenance, and all the extra variables that are available to me with the purchase of a new car. All financial paperwork was explained to me thoroughly and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bills. After I purchased the car, they even explained how they help maintain the car right there at the service department for me. They also set up my next service appointment for me months from now. The next day, I got a follow up phone call to make ask if I needed anything. Overall, I would highly suggest this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. Especially if you value your time, money, and quality of an overall shopping experience.

A little upset with my Chevy purchase from Brodheadsville PA chevy dealership, a Rosoot group dealership!! I ordered a Cap with my new truck and they said 2 weeks for it to come in. Well is has been over 4 weeks and still no Cap. They took the money for it, I am paying finance charges now on something I don't even have!! Went back... to dealership and they are saying it was a miscommunication so they never even ordered the cap!! Miscommunication, they wrote the "WE OWE" order, this was, by no means, done by only verbal communication, it was all written out so where was the mis in the communication!! Once you purchase from here, they could care less about you! This is a rosado group dealership, google that name and see all the problems!!

Stay away if you are buying a used car. I can assure you, you will not get the best price. I went to Brodheadsville Chevrolet because I received a letter in the mail stating they were clearing out their inventory and offering the lowest prices ever. Not doing my homework first, and needing an suv - They offered me a 2009 Chevrolet Equinox for my trade. After all was said and done. They chevy equinox was priced at $19,900 and that is exactly what I got it for. After I bought it, the next day I decided to look up my "Great Deal" and found that no one was selling a 2009 Chevy Equinox for such a high price as what was supposed to be their lowest prices ever. Needless to say - I am now stuck with a car that is now, 6 weeks later worth $13,000.00. They are not a very honest dealer.
