DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!! I took my vehicle in for a repair on the sunroof covered under warranty. It was returned with a broken windshield. When I asked what happened I was laughed at by the service advisor and told “they didn’t touch the windshield it can not be from them” . I was told they might be able to look at a camera but that takes to much time so it is pretty much my problem. I was never offered to speak to a manager or followed up with by anyone at the dealership.

Great experience with getting our first Alfa Romeo. We really enjoyed the customer service at this location vs some of the bigger dealerships in NJ. Steven was very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful.

This was the best car buying experience I ever had! This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership and I would do it again in a heartbeat! I usually dread purchasing a car because it’s not a “game” I like to play. I hate when a salesman says “this deal is today only.” The only two times I felt like I actually received a “deal” on a vehicle were both times at THIS dealership. In fact, I drove 53 miles out of the way to come to this place! I was not pressured into purchasing a vehicle and was given ample time to make a decision. Yiannis was great from beginning to end. Very professional, knowledgeable and Extremely helpful. I would recommend this dealership and Yiannis to anyone!! If I could give 15 stars I would!

The drive from New Jersey was worth it. Mitchel was very responsive and professional answering my emails about the vehicle I was interested in prior to me making the visit. He also did a confirm call regarding our appointment which was appreciated. My time there from arrival to departure was excellent! Thank you very much!

I picked up my Giulia AWD Ti Sport on 5/18..I'm in love! Mitchel, my sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. His manager, Ryan, was very helpful and supportive during my lease process as well. My constructive criticism, for all dealerships, is to be transparent and help make consumers feel at ease with the car purchase process. Both Mitchel and Ryan did just that and I highly recommend checking out the Brown- Daub Auto Group; specifically Alfa-Romeo and ask for Mitchel!!!
