My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by he best service department we had ever been to. Everyone was courteous and responsive to all of our concerns with the vehicle. The waiting area feels very comfortable and is well equipped with coffee and snacks. We find it worth the longer drive for better service. We have closer dealerships whose service dept just plain blows. Thank You Brown Daub.

I was told by the Brown Daub service personnel that I would need to have major brake work done on all four wheels of my car in order for it to pass the annual PA state inspection. I refused to have any work done at Brown Daub (was shocked at the quoted price - $600) and had the car evaluated elsewhere. The car was taken to another PA state inspection station and it was recommended that new brakes and rotors be installed on the front of the car. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the rear brakes/rotors.

When I took our 2013 Chevy Malibu in for service and a PA state inspection, I mentioned that the driver's side rear tire would lose air over time, but I couldn't locate the leak. They were able to find the leak. A roofing nail had pierced the tire along the sidewall. Since the puncture was out of the tread area, the typical "plug" repair would be unsafe, and a new tire was necessary. M wife drives the car more than I do, so I was happy that the issue was resolved, and the car was able to complete the safety inspection!

Everyone was very helpful from the time I pulled into the lot. Shawn had worked with me over the phone because it was an hour drive and I figured I should know what they could do for me before Idrove up there. Shawn called and said he could put me in a Sonic. So I took the trip up and weworked out the details and I walked away with a new car. Brian was so helpful and he went over a lotof things with the car and went with on the test drive so he could point out different features. He hooked my phone to blue tooth and had me answer a few questions with on star. Overall it was a great experience for me.

My entire family has been getting their cars from Brown Daub Chevrolet for as long as I can remember. Their service has been nothing short of amazing, and I will never buy a car at another dealership. My mom had been getting her cars from Rosie since I was a kid, so of course I also go to Rosie now. He is the best salesman I have ever met. He genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows. Me and my girlfriend just got her a newer car, also the first car we have ever financed, and it went off without a hitch. This is a great team at Brown-Daub Chevy in Nazareth. I went there with 2 of my 3 kids, looking for something efficient & that still had enough room in the back for 3. Michael Bubnis helped me patiently while I did the "car seat" test. He was extremely personable and made sure I didn't end up with a vehicle that I'd regret later. I ended up buying the 2013 Chevy Malibu that the sales manager was using as a demo. LOVE IT!! They had it cleaned up while we finished the paperwork and I was on my way with my little ones. There was no nonsense sales pitches, no diversions to get me into some other vehicle that they were trying to unload, no numbers games, everything was straight & to the point. Everyone in the office was friendly & made sure there wasn't anything we didn't need! They are officially my go to dealer!

When I pulled into the dealership, my first thought was "Here we go, the vultures are circling already". There were salesmen outside waiting for their prey. However, I am SO glad that Jeff Chudyk was my salesman. He was extremely patient and helpful. I test drove a few cars and finally settled on one. While I was there, all the salesmen were very pleasant and friendly. I went back the next day to pick my new car up and everyone remembered me fromt he night before. I was impressed they even knew I was dealing with Jeff and brought me coffee while I waited for Jeff. All in all my buying experience was awesome and I recommend Jeff to everyone that's looking for a new chevy.

Going into the process of buying a vehicle we had a certin make in mind. But after seeing it we knew it was not the right fit. After Julio showed us many different vehicles we ended up buying A 2013 Chevy Equinox. They took care of everything from getting the loan down to calling my insurance company. This is my third used car from this dealer in recent months, and I have had an excellent experience every time. My salesman, Nev, went out of his way to find the right vehicles for me and made the whole process a breeze each time. For my most recent purchase, Nev monitored the trade-ins and found a recent, high-quality trade-in that was just what I was looking for and in my price range. His expert, no pressure, straight-up approach is a welcome departure from the car salesman stereotype. Even with a warranty issue on the second vehicle (not the fault of BD Chevy), I returned a couple months later to purchase a third used vehicle without any hesitation. Joe B. and the rest of the service team did a great job making things right on the second vehicle. The whole organization, right up to the owner, stood behind the vehicle and took care of the issue, and the vehicle has been performing without problems for several months. our salesman was Nev pinnock, We walked in to the dealership not really believing this could happen for us.... a new car??? but within a matter of 5 mins with Nev our fears were no longer a concern. we would have the new car of our dreams and he was the one to see that it happened. I was shopping for a 2012 used chevrolet captiva and called to make an appointment to test drive one at the Nazareth Brown Daub Chevrolet, with having no luck at other dealerships and the popularity of the SUV it was hard to find. when arriving to the dealership the captiva was sold minutes before I arrived. I decided to browse other cars and SUVs there with the help of salesman Josh Fink (excellent and very knowledgeable) and also the help of Jared. Feeling bad about selling the captiva before I got there to look at it Jared and josh came up with some offers and i ended up going with a 2012 ltz chevrolet cruze which i love and am even happier with than the captiva! Jeff & Co treated me VERY well when shopping for a Chevy Volt. They even offered to let us take the car home for a week to be sure. We ended up buying elsewhere because we found another color we liked so much better, but Brown-Daub is first on our list when shopping next time. Its a very friendly place to do business.

You always hear horror stories, however from the moment we walked in Brown daub we were greeted by Jeff Chudyk with a great smile and attitude. I choose this dealer because they had a specific used vehicle I was looking for AND had the highest reviews of other dealers who had similar trucks. I called via the website I used and "Rosie" was waiting at the door when I arrived. Negotiations insued and after a few give and takes I bought my Colorado at a fair price. There was no hard sell and I felt Rosie was a good advocate and connected with where the deal had to go to make a sale. Scott, the business manager, also acted with grace in performing his duties but understanding my position and there was no long drawn out affair to wrap up the sale. By 6:30 that evening I was driving away in my new truck.

When I go into a car dealership I go in with an attitude because new & used car salesmen are my least favorite along with lawyers. I must say Brown-Daub & Dennis changed that right away, I am amazed and pleased with their honesty. I did try to give Dennis a hard time and he gave it right back to me in a very casual but down to earth way. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind, I didn't feel pressure from anyone. Mike our salesperson was fantastic! He did not give up on us. He followed us for 2 months and helped get us a great deal on a new 2012 Chevy Equinox. I contacted John Hershey via the internet regarding a used 2005 Avalanche. I emailed him at 11:30PM and was very surprised to see a response by midnight. I replied back and John called me the next day right at 10AM. I spoke with John for 1/2 hr and told him what I was looking to do. I explained that I lived in NJ and was 2hrs away. I wanted to make sure that it was going to be worth my trip to go up there. I left 9AM Friday with my family and arrived at the facility by 11AM. Jon was there to great me and introduced me to Robbie in SALES. John told me if for any reason that I was unhappy with the way things were be handled to please let him know. Everything went great. Took a little longer than I antisipated but they had an indoor play area for my son so that made life a whole lot easier. The test dsrive went great. Very happy with the trade in offer. From beginning to the end was great. I by 3PM with the 2005 Avalanche just in time for the snow the next day. My wife loves the truck. Would recommend these guys to family and friends. Thanks, Mike

Shawn demonstrated the differences and similarities between tge two models. Once I decided on the Cruze, Shawn and Bob worked out a good deal for me. When Shawn showed me around the dealership and the different departments it made me feel special. I never really thought about all the ways a dealership could help me.

BEWARE!!!spoke with and emailed back and forth with internet manager john hershey about purchasing a preowned truck.was promised the price would be 23k.i told him several times that i was 2 hours away and did not want to drive all the way there for them to tell me it was 25k or more.he assured me this would not happen and he already talked to his preowned manager and it was fine.drove all the way there from jersey shore only to be shoved to a salesman who knew nothing about the promise and he told me the truck was 10k more than what i was told.mr hershey disappeared to his desk and never said a word.when they showed me the truck it was filthy to the point that i asked them to wash it so i could see if there were any scratches.after it came out of the car wash it had chips in the paint and burn marks on the hood where they tried to buff out scratches.really wasnt the salesmans fault because he knew nothing about the deal i was promised and mr hershey said nothing to back it up.wasted my whole saturday on this deception,not to mention gas and tolls for the 230 mile trip only to find out i was deceived for a full week by this man mr hershey.very dissappointed and would never recommend this dealer to anyone.

Purchased my 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche from them in March '05. They were able to make the deal I was looking for with no pressure or BS. Was in and out in just under 2 hours including the test drive. Service has been excellent as well. When I'm ready to buy my next vehicle I'll be going there first before I got anywhere else.

The service department definately needs some work. I own a chevy Impala SS and owned another Impala before this. I had one problem that took 3 visits to fix on the brand new car. My old Impala always was $1000.00 no matter what i needed they always seemed to get the price up to $1000.00. A coworker of mine who owns a Volvo stopped using them he noticed the same thing. The only reason I go back is that my new car is under warranty and Jayson is a good service advisor. The mechanics need some serious help. They NEVER and I mean NEVER get it right the first time. I have noticed the same thing on both cars, its like the mechanics do not take the cars for a test ride after they work on it.

I'm sad to say that I've had nothing but bad experiences with my 1999 Volvo C70. The day I purchased it (used), an indicator light came on. I was convinced by the sales rep not to worry about it, but 1 1/2 weeks later the convertible top stopped working. Since then, my car has been back to the dealership at least 6 times, with it going to our regular mechanic 3 x after Brown Daub said there was nothing wrong with it. Also, in September, I told them that the trunk was leaking when I brought it in for service for yet another problem that never seems to get fixed. They said that there was nothing wrong, a few leaves had gotten stuck in the drainage areas. When I returned last week for what seems like the millionth time/problem, I told them that the trunk is still leaking. Now it has caused the radio to short out and killed one of the amps - AND it's not covered by warranty. I'm beginning to hate this car, and I really hate the treatment I've received at the dealership - I realize that I purchased a used car, but I should feel like the people who sold it to me want me to be happy with it. Thanks to DealerRater for letting me get this off my chest!
