I did not feel pressured at all and had a wonderful buying experience. This experience is why I traveled back to my hometown to make my purchase and will do so in the future.

After raising 8 children and using used cars and purchasing used cars for each of the children. I woke up one morning and thought to myself my last child is graduating from college and leaving next month. I said I am going to give myself a gift, I am going to buy a new car. We went to 3 car dealers and then ventures to Pikeville and went to Bruce Walter. Buying a new car was overwhelming. But, it's the best thing I have done for myself in many years. The associate that assisted me at the Ford lot in Pikeville, Jeff Justice, was very respectful, helpful, and patient. During the days I talked with him I called him repeatedly, talked with him in person multiple times, and interrupted his lunch a time or two. Jeff did everhthing in his power to make the purchase quick and easy, it wasn't a pain dealing with him, and when I need another vehicle I'll be coming back and talking to him again.

I was having some problems with my brakes after having them repaired at another repair shop. I took my Ford Fusion to Walters hoping they could fix the problem. The mechanic ( Keith Charles) took the time to take a test ride with me so that he could try and pinpoint the problem. I left my car with them for the day and picked it up in the evening. They were able to fix my brakes and explain to me what exactly had been done wrong so I was extremely happy and pleased with the service. I have been taking my vehicles to Walter's Service Department for many years and will continue to do so because their mechanics are trained and experienced and their whole customer service department as a whole are very knowledgable and friendly. Most important they will replace your parts with genuine Ford parts and do the job right and back their work up with a warranty. A ++++++

This was the smothest car buying experience we have had. We contacted the dealer after finding the vehicle online. They answered all of our (many) questions and negotiated regarding the vehicle price and the value of our trade-in over the phone as we do not reside locally. We even had the opportunity to speak with the previous owner. Our sales representative, Carla, and the previous owner answered our questions so thoroughly that we made the overnight drive to the dealership with confidence. The hospitality shown by Carla, the previous owner, and all of the staff that we met while at the dealership was fantastic, unlike any experience we have had at other dealerships.

I want my vehicle serviced by certified mechanics that are familiar with brand, and use factory recommended fluids and filters. Last three vehicles I purchased were from walters group, kia, toyota, and ford. Walters is a name familiar too the mountains, and has grown thru the years which would not have happened by shoddy service.

I am talking in term of service from where I took my car to the Collision and Repair center. Turner and his team did an outstanding job on my Highlander and great customer service from Miss Jackie as well. I have know Turner for several years and he does outstanding work!!! I must say that his department does outstanding service.As far as buying from Bruce Walter's, that has never happened, I tried several times to purchase vehicles there and no luck!! They just wont work with you!!! I have had several friends and family to go elsewhere.

I appreciate your policy to drive me to the Cancer Center while you serviced my car. My only complaint is that it took about 30 minutes for someone to pick me up. The length of time is really not my complaint; the problem was the first two times I called, I was told "someone will be there just anytime". After the third call, someone did pick me up in only a couple of minutes. I understand that the staff can be busy and unable to be there "just anytime". I purchased an F150 King Range and I love the truck. It's exactly what I hoped for. The Eco Boost has really impressed me. Plenty of power and the fuel economy is better then expected. The service was fantastic and everything went smooth and fast as I think a vehicle purchase should be. I absolutely love my '09 Nissan Altima! I couldn't have gotten a better present for my sixteenth birthday. I told them what type of car I was looking for, and they found something to fit my budget. I most definitely wanted something sporty and super modern, my mom on the other hand, wanted something more convenient and not so sporty. The '09 Nissan Altima was something my mom and I both loved. I've always had pretty good service at Bruce Walters Ford. They have been very good so far about picking my car up for servicing, since my husbands stroke. I was a little disappointed, however, that my Lincoln (although It was raining that day & I said there was no need to wash it) was not cleaned inside. That is not enough for me to be dissatisfied with their service. I'm sure it was an oversight.
