Bryden's took great care of me. I called and asked if they could service my vehicle if I had it towed into them as it would not start and would not jump they made me feel valued at were willing to assist me as soon as I could get it in. By their technical abilities they found it to be electronics not just a starter they had the knowledge and the skills to go independently to find the real issue .I am a very satisfied customer.

All questions asked through the Dealership's web service were answered promptly and completely. I am electing to hold on making a purchase at this time but once I decide to pull the trigger I will (at least) give this dealership a shot ~ based on the experience.

After searching many vans on cars.com and going to a couple other dealerships we found the right van for us at the right price. We were a little hesitant about what our monthly payments would be but they were about what we had figured on cars.com (We found it is not always the case with another dealership) Brian helped us and we thought he was very down to earth and honest with us, even on our tough questions. Everyone we dealt with at Bryden Motors treated us like our business was very important to them.( We have dealt with other dealers that because we were not buying a brand new vehicle treated us like we weren't really worth their time.)

I was in the market for a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I found what I wanted and test drove it at Bryden. Fell in love but I thought the price was a little high. Did some on-line research and found the exact same one in Antioch Illinois, cheaper. I asked my salesman if he would match the same price as Antioch and my salesman laughed. Told me it was just a ploy to get me in their door. Well, the deal was legit and I asked Bryden once again to match the Antioch price but he refused. Said that Jeep sets the prices and he couldn't go any lower. Needless to say, I got my Jeep for the right price from Antioch. I would rather have bought from Bryden and given my home town the business but evidently, they didn't need it. I LOVE my Jeep!

Had a great experience and it was worth the drive to beloit. I was surprised how fast they were able to get me out the door with my new car. I believe the girl in finance was named Kaitlynn anyway she was great. I would recommend this dealership.

Had 06 Dodge Grand Caravan in for power steering pump whining. They replaced the pump and the new unit had metal on metal noise at start-up and severe noise at high way speeds. Bryden said it was the alternator. I paid for an alternator. Still the noise persisted. Bryden says the noise is common. My wife and I cannot hear the radio at high way speeds because of the whine. Bryden does not support their customers when they have a valid issue. Poor service.

I wanted to get a brake controller installed on my truck and the service writer gave me a price so I took the car in and come to find out they could not do the whole job as they farm out the work to another dealer. In total I paid too much as they should have just refered me to the dealer that could perform the work. I should have been warned when the price kept changing everytime I called. I ended up taking the truck back and going directly to the dealer that completed the job. This did not make me happy... So, if you use these guys, be careful...
