Chris was amazing!!! He had the car ready and cooled down when I got there. He literally knew everything about the car . He seriously made the process so easy. His personality was fun and easy going. When I got the keys, he sat in the front seat with me and asked if I needed to know anything about the car . He set up many things for me on my phone and car before I left the lot. My brother was in dire need of a car to get back and forth to his new job. His finances were not perfect and out of pocket cash was next to nothing. Needless to say, the embarrassment of his situation made him want to walk away, but Erik the sales manager and Andrea in sales could not have been more accommodating. We needed a car to replace my Daughter Beth's car that was hit so hard while it was parked it was pushed about 20 feet, hit another parked car, and was a total loss. Our salesperson was Rebecca Przbyszewski, a very friendly person (as you would expect from a Mom who has Dogs). She showed Beth some nice cars, spotless inside and out. And she called Beth often to help with the nuisance accidents and insurance companies often create.Today Beth has a new car car, which she drove Home and parked behind our House and off the Street! A beautiful black Kia! We are previous Buchanan customers because they have many cars within our price range, the service department is reliable, the people we deal with are pleasant, and we feel comfortable at Buchanan.And, our salesperson really was helpful. I bought a used Chrysler Town and Country with the help of Ryan Christian. It was a Saturday evening and we were really interested in the van but we wanted to have our own mechanic look at the vehicle. The dealership was closed the next day and it was late in the evening so obviously they couldn't let us take the vehicle home for the weekend. Ryan volunteered on his own to sit at our mechanics office for 2 hours after the dealerships closing time while we went on our way and the vehicle was inspected. The whole process was a pleasant experience. We have bought many vehicles in the past. Ryan was very helpful in helping us find the best deal for the vehicle while providing the best customer service I have ever received from any company.

My husband and I went here on a Friday night around 6pm and left about 9pm with two vehicles. Rebecca P. was our salesperson and she was extremely sweet, professional and knowledgeable. This makes my 3rd vehicle purchased from Buchanan, and just like my previous experiences, Buchanan makes the car-buying experience so easy.The salesman, Ryan Christian, was actually juggling three customers at the same time, but kept each customer moving along in the sales process so that we weren't just sitting around waiting. I was impressed with how he was able to juggle all of the work without letting anything fall or be neglected.The financing process went very smoothly, and I would say the whole process from first walking on the lot to driving home in my new car was about 3 hours. That's actually not bad considering how many vehicles I looked at, and factor in the time for my test drive, I was probably only sitting in the dealership for around 2 hours. I will say that the reason for my 4 star rating as opposed to a 5 star was that the dealer neglected to fill the gas tank, which was a first, and I had to stop and fill the tank on my way home. And the next day it rained, and when I turned on the wipers, the passenger side wiper's rubber started peeling off, so I stopped by an auto parts store to replace all of the wipers. Beyond those small things, I enjoyed my experience and will probably return to Buchanan in the future.

From the moment I got out of my car to look at a vehicle on the the lot I was met and shown the highest courtesy, no high pressure sales talk. The weather being what it was I did not test drive the vehicle, but did return several days later. The sales rep. worked with me late into the evening and we finally reached a deal. Before finding a car, we discussed what my priorities were for buying a car in which were the affordability, gas efficiency, low mileage and the dependability. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with about 40,000 miles on it for only $16,000 with no credit! My monthly payments are less than $220 a month, plus I have eight years warranty on it! It has a back-up camera and a land navigation system, just like I asked for. Ryan and my service was through, friendly and productive. He communicated very clearly the functionality of the car and dedicated the time to make sure I got the right car and the right price for me. I could not ask for a better salesman. It was a very smooth, no pressure transaction! I did not know that the Sales Consultants did not work for Commission so therefore they had my best interest in mind. Rebecca was very informative with all of the information we needed and gave us quite a bit to choose from. Rob the Sales Manager was very informative as well explaining every detail to the T. At the end of the day we purchased a Certified 2014 Kia Forte that we are more than happy with. We could not have gotten a better car or experience anywhere else. I was looking for a 1-2 year old, red, two-door car, with a tan interior. Sherri greeted me, outside on the coldest day of the year!We went in to her office. As we were talking, this Titanium Gray, 4-door 2014 Optima Turbo, on the showroom floor, kept "drawing" me to it!! I was amazed at the attraction I had to that car! Of course Sherri said I looked great in it!Eventually, I decided I was getting that car! (Even tho it was not red!) Sherri was extremely helpful and very kind. If she did not have an answer for me, she'd get someone who could answer my many questions! She was a great person to work with. I did not feel the normal "car sales pressure" at Buchanan. Everyone there was very friendly. I have told everyone where I got my car. I LOVE IT--- and it is not red!

Jeremy O'Connor helped us evaluate the Kia Optima and Kia Sportage and was friendly and patient through the sales process and always did his best to answer our questions even if it took a little extra research. In addition we felt he was honest with us and knowledgeable about vehicle technology so that influenced our decision. We needed to replace an old vehicle from another manufacturer that failed unexpectedly and weren't sure what we wanted, and were evaluating Kia vehicles for the first time. Although Jeremy always made himself available to answer questions, he didn't push the tempo of the sales process or our readiness to move forward. He listened to our concerns and answered them and gave us time to get comfortable that we were making the right decision. Mike Wheeler did a great job answering all the financing questions and making sure we had all the paperwork and final sales forms in order, so I felt confident this whole team was well organized and were doing things right. We eventually purchased the 2014 Kia Sportage and so far are very pleased with the vehicle and the experience at Buchanan Kia in Westminster.

From the moment that I walked in I LOVED this dealership. For start everyone was so nice in greeting me without feeling overbearing. I've been looking for a new car for the last several months but became more serious the last month trying to find a Kia Soul. I had looked at several other dealerships and was unable to come to a reasonable deal for the ones I liked. I walked into Buchanan trying to find that perfect car for the right price. I was introduced to Wendy. Wendy had a very positive and up beat attitude and made me feel very comfortable. After looking what they had I found that perfect car! A 2012 Kia Soul + with only 10k miles on it!!! It was just like a brand new car especially with the 10 year warranty! After the test drive I knew I had to have it! Wendy was very honest with me from the beginning and like I said I felt very comfortable with her. After just a little bit of time they were able to get me financed and out the door! They hung around almost an hour after the dealership had closed to finalize everything. The next day I realized something that comes standard on the car was missing, I drove down (Was excited to do so in my new car) talked to Wendy and within 15 minutes the problem was solved! I will ONLY go to Buchanan Kia again and again in the future!

He knew I was nervous but was willing to be patient, work with me and disclose everything he could. It was great. A few months ago my friends bought a Kia Sorento at this dealership. They expressed how much they enjoyed the experience. After spending 2 weeks looking for the right vehicle I thought about what my friends said and decided to stop into this Kia dealership to test drive a Sorento.I had not considered this model at all. Tyler was a great salesman. He was very friendly and honest. He was interrupted by some other salespeople, attempting to take over the deal, but I found that Tyler was more helpful than the others. He was having some issues, but they were not his fault, it was the fault of a slow computer. His honesty and integrity were impressive. I found it rather disappointing that at first I could not get a listing price for the used cars, they wanted to know my price range which I found frustrating. I requested the price of 4 specific used cars on the lot, but only got ball park figures for 2 of them. Finally I settled on the only one I was interested in. The test drive and haggling was fairly painless. The long wait came while waiting for paper work and final settlement. It would have been nice to be offered a drink or snack since we were there for over 4 hours, but we did help ourselves to the coffee pot. The showroom itself needs a major update and more heat, but the restrooms were very nice. Overall it was a great experience with Tyler Carroll and a good experience with the rest of the staff. Do your homework before you go, as it helps in the long run. I did not expect to purchase the vehicle I did, I did my homework on other vehicles, but am very pleased so far with my purchase. I was hoping to get mud guards put on as a bonus from the dealership, but they could not but offered them at cost (which I still found to be very expensive). At any rate, I would certainly visit again and recommend to others.

I went to Bchanan in October to trade in my vehicle to lower my payments and insurance. I brought in a 2010 Mazda. At first my experience was good, everyone was friendly and it seemed to be a good choice. I ended up deciding on a vehicle and got the okay from the bank. This is where my experience started to go south. I had to wait for hours on my paperwork to be finished, which I can understand, except for the fact that I could see the employees who were supposed to be doing said paperwork were goofing off. When I finally went in to do my paperwork, the manager was too busy texting to look up from his phone to greet me. These are all things I can over look chalking it up to a bad day or other reasons, but it gets worse. I finally got everything finished and I realize I wasn't told who I was being financed through or offered any extended warranty. Those are partially my mistakes for not asking, however I should have been told as well. The next day I am called back to sign some papers that were missed the day before, even though I had sat for hours while the papers were prepared. I thought I'd be done at last and could enjoy my car and move on with my life. On the 6th day of ownership I went to start up my car and it stalled and the check engine light came on. I thought "Oh great, this is a great sign". I called up the dealer and got an appointment for service. After thinking on it, I realized I would feel better in a different vehicle. I contacted my salesman and he insisted that I try to stay in this car, that everything would be fixed. This is where I should have put my foot down and said no. But being the trusting individual that I am I said okay. They "fixed" the problems, the service team was very friendly and helpful, and I went on my way. So now I was thinking I was really done and I'd be actually finished with the issues. Wrong again. Within a month to a month and a half my car started stalling again immediately after startup. I took it to get an oil change at Merchants Tire and was told my belt was cracking and one of the ball joints in the suspension had play and I should take it back to the dealer. We went on a mini-vacation and during the car stalled 3 times on starting; this was on top of the 3-4 times it had already stalled. I drive my car everyday so it was not sitting for long periods. I contacted my salesman again and was told to bring it in, that they would fix the problem and try to get me in a new vehicle. I start to feel better thinking everything would be taken care of. When I arrived everyone was super friendly and reassuring, we go over some options and they started calling the banks. I was told that my car is now worth $2K+ less than what I paid for it, due to the extra mileage which I got since I was told to try and stay in the car, and had to drive to work every day. This is when I start to feel like I've been ripped off. The banks come back with numbers too big for me to work with now that I don't have another down payment (It was put into my current vehicle at purchase) and my credit score is down due to credit cards with the initial down payment and credit inquiries. So now I know I'm stuck in this vehicle. I decided to take it over to service being that I was still in my 3 month warranty period. Service was once again wonderful and very helpful; I took a loaner vehicle and left my car there. Monday I receive a call from service to let me know what the issues were, it needs new spark plugs, a new ball joint for suspension, and a new belt. I told the gentleman that I was still under warranty, which is where I was then informed that none of these issues are covered under the warranty. I was never properly explained the warranty that was given, and I was never offered any extended warranties, therefore I could not afford the $1K+ quote that I was given, especially right before Christmas. I called up my salesman and was told he would talk to them and he would call me right back, which he never did. At this point I was crying because I bought a car thinking it may have a few small issues but nothing like this where it very well may not run for much longer, and I'm now stuck even though I had brought it back within the first week wanting out of the vehicle. I never should have traded in my Mazda as all this hassle is not worth the little bit Im saving. I went to pick up the car and was asked to pay a fee for having the car looked at, which again I don't have, and wasn't told about or I wouldn't have brought it in. The service manager was very accommodating and helped take the charge off. These reasons are why I will NEVER return to this dealership, and I will never recommend anyone else does either. My car did not get these issues in the 2.5 months that I've had it. In all the vehicles I've ever owned I have never had issues like these. When you pay as much for a vehicle as I have, you expect it to run well for at least a few years. I've been told that Kia is going to review my situation and try to see about fixing the problems. I really hope to be able to change my outlook on this situation once they have reviewed.

Never judge a book by it's cover. This dealer is a very humble place to be when making a big decision. I have purchased many vehicles in my life and have always done my homework before speaking to any "CAR SALESMAN or in this case SALESWOMAN". Hope you get that. After researching, online I came across Buchanankia.com for the specific year, make and model I was interested in purchasing. I found they're website to be very clean and direct with no contact us for price comments. I was initially greated by Wendy. At first I thought she looked too young. But after soliciting information on the vehicle I was interested in, she was able to give me the complete information on the vehicle including the history of repairs and previous ownership. We also discussed information on the Kia brand. I was definately impressed by her knowledge. I was given a tour of the dealer and was welcomed by all. I was also very impressed with the service department. Extremely organized and clean. I will definately recommend this humble dealership to all my friends and relatives.

I tried to buy a KIA Forte 2014 manual transmission for weeks with Ourisman KIA, which they are located 10 miles away from my house. I just have to say no comment. I had to admit it was pretty hard to get what I wanted if they didnt look for it, but Joe from BUCHANAN KIA at 70 miles away from my house was outstanding. He helped me to find that car, took his time to understand my need, did not pressure to sale another car from their inventory. With the help of Dan the general sales manager, he gave me a great price and a better rate compared to my bank. It took them 24 hours to brought the car from West Virginia. Gave me an update all the time about the status of the car. Compared to other dealer that I had experiences, I never felt so relax and happier. They are really awesome. DO NOT go here for service!!Brand New Car needed tires rotated. We broke our key lock for the locking hubs (bad quality comes with the car and they break all the time). My husband purchased one from here. I have a regular mechanic that does all my work so he was going to rotate my tires. He went to use the new key lock... Wrong one. He said he could get it off but would prefer to have the right key as not to damage my rims. Called dealer, they had it so went up there to get it. Got there, and NO they don't have correct one. My husband told them they needed to rotate tires now at the dealer because of all the run around and we were leaving on a trip early the next morning. After almost two hours, they now tell me they can't rotate the tires, that they broke 3 pcs of equipment, and only got 1 tire off. They made sure to tell me that if I got a flat tire on my trip I'd be screwed. At this point I don't even want them to touch my car anyway. I go back to my mechanic and he beats off all 4 tires in less than 20 minutes, without messing up my rims !!!These guys don't know what they are doing. On a nicer note, they tried to make me comfortable while I was there.

I was impressed with my whole experience with Buchanan Kia from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot with my new purchase. I can honestly say that I have not been treated this well with any previous car sales or at any other dealership that I have been involved in before and I have made no less than 15 vehicle purchases in my lifetime. Each process with the sale was explained by Ms. Brown in detail to make sure that I was well aware of how the transaction was progressing and she and her Managers, Mr. Langford and Mr. Caminiti were very open about how they got to the price that they were giving me. This made me feel confident that I was getting the best deal that they could give me, something that does not happen very often when buying a car and believe me, I got a great deal! This confidence continued as I spoke with the Financial Services Manager, Mr. Wheeler. He too, was very helpful in explaining various options that can go along with the sale and it was a pleasure working with him.After the sale was completed I was shown around the store and the Service area to ensure that I would not have any problems locating any part of the business that I may want to use. It was further explained to me the "special" services Buchanan Kia offers for when I bring my vehicle in for service at their award winning Service Department. One of the things that I really appreciated before I took my new car home was the "walk around". Ms. Brown took the time to show my wife and I all the Bells and Whistles that come with my Sorento, many of which would probably have taken me quite a while to find and use and she made sure she had answered all our questions before we left. This has NEVER happened with any other dealership that I have dealt with. Since that time we have brought the Sorento back to the dealership for scheduled service. The Service Department was very polite and helpful and made sure that my wife made it to work on time by giving her a ride there while the car was being worked on. They also set up and "meet and greet" for all the new customers and explained many more of the aspects of the Buchanan Kia family.Since buying my Sorento I have recommended Buchanan Kia many times to friends and family, several of whom have made purchases there. I will continue to urge people to come to Buchanan because I believe they are the best of the best in the car sales business.Thank you for this opportunity to give my opinion.

We came to Buchanan Kia b/c we were interested in either a Kia Sportage or a Sorento. (We selected the Sorento b/c we needed the extra space for my handicap scooter.) We were greeted by Mr. Ken Sherman. He was very friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. He showed us various models in the showroom and let us drive a Sorento on a lengthy road test. Back at the dealership, there was a good selection of Sorentos on the lot and we selected one that we liked. Back inside, Mr Sherman patiently walked us through the paperwork process. He went over every detail and made sure we understood it. He turned us over to Mr. Wheeler. He also was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the final process and explained each step. We never felt rushed. Finally, we went back to Mr Sherman who took us out to our vehicle. He sat us in it and showed us how to use each of the vehicles many features. We left feeling that we were treated very fairly and very courteously.

Good experince when purchasing car, However after the sale the customer service aspect was very poor. We were out of state buyers and had issues with the title. Part of the problem was that my wife had not changed her name on her drivers license yet since we were just married, however when we aked the sales associate to see if this would be an issue he said it would not, since he just wanted the sale. The back office employees were very unfriendly and made it seem like we were unwilling to work with them on the issue, however my wife had to contact Penndot to get her license changed and as some of you may know PennDot is very slow and it took a week or so. Once we hade the corercted license they were still very rude about the whole situation. Then two months into owning a new car we are having paint problems. They were somewhat accomodating however Kia was not. They said that our paint issue was not a warranty issue and said that Bird Poop was eating through our paint. However we now have well over 30 spots on our car where you can see the primar all over the car. We live 3 hours away from the dealership and have a small child when we showed up to drop off the car to be fixed they gave us a service loan that looks and sounded like it went through a demolition derby "Slight exageration" but to say the least it had scraps all over it and was missing paint on the rear bumper, also the interior while recently cleaned had cigarette burns all over the seats and the car smelled like a musty cigarette. I am not a difficult person to get along with but when you take them a brand new car to be fixed they gave me a $3M loaner that may or not make it to my house. Most quality dealership would lend out a newer vehicle as a service loaner. I beleive this shows a lot about the poor quality of the dealership. To me you only truley see a businesses customer service when there is an issue not when everything goes smoothly and this dealrship was friendly up front but once the sale was made it went down hill fast.

Matt was our salesman, and even though he has only been with Buchanan for a short period of time, he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and able to answer our questions. He called us the day after our initial visit, to let us know that there was another car that we might want to see. Had he not called us back, we would still be looking They were friendly, easy to work with, kept the purchase within our budget, and agreed to take care of our requests before we took the car. We did feel that the vehicle could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly, but overall, we're very happy with our purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Buchanan Kia to my friends.

This past weekend I bought a Kia Forte Koup at the Buchanan Kia dealership. I came across their name on a website that listed dealership inventory and contacted Buchanan because they were the only dealership in the entire region that had the exact car I had been looking for. I did not know at the time that they have been ranked number one in customer service for several years across all Kia dealerships. After working with James Carlyle and Michael Wheeler, I can see exactly why this dealership is held in such high regard and has consistently excellent reviews. Before calling Buchanan, I had spoken to about 15 Kia dealerships in the region. Within a few moments of chatting with James, I knew that I wanted to do business with him. He is professional, knowledgeable of Kia products and services, provides accurate information, will call you back when he says he will, does not throw in any hidden fees in his price quotes, and has a great sense of humor. James is incredibly resourceful. If he does not know the exact answer to something, he will call you back after he confirms the right answer so there are no surprises.We were able to work out a deal that took into account my budget and requirements, exceeding my expectations in both cost and customer service. At the last moment, in fact, we uncovered misinformation that I took to be true on several well-reputed car buying websites. These sites wrongly stated that Kia offered a particular feature in the tech package that I expected to have with this car. I explained my concern to James and he was able to work out an offer that I could not refuse. They agreed to install the feature at no additional cost to me because they took into account that this feature was incredibly important to me and my expectations and needs! James and Michael also walked me through every single detail of my finance options and answered all of my questions as a first time car buyer. They are patient and respectful in their responses and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. My brother and I drove 2 hours to get to Buchanan on a doughnut because we got a flat on the way. Id do it again in a heartbeat. I have been recommending this dealership to my colleagues, friends, and family members. I am so thrilled about my first new car and will definitely consider returning to this dealership in the future. Bottom line: go with Buchanan! Upon arrival at Buchanon Kia of Westminster, my husband and I were greeted by Ken Sherman. It was 25 minutes to quitting time on Saturday evening. Our intention was to test drive a 2013 Optima Hybrid, then be on our way to visit my mom. We had narrowed our decision down to Prius, Sonata and Optima hybrids. After Ken sat us down and gathered some personal information, he took a picture of my husband's (Richard) drivers license, got the keys and off we went. I wanted to see the luxury model, I think that's the LX, even though it was beyond what we wanted to spend. Before we left the lot, Ken went over all the gadgets and gizmos. His knowledge of the car was impressive. He showed us how everything worked then off we went! Hubby and I were both impressed with the smooth ride and comfortable seating. While we were driving I asked Ken to explain the leasing option. That really got my attention. Back at the showroom, Ken further explained leasing, financing options, warranties and Buchanan's service policy, which was a selling feature all on its own merit. He gave us a quick tour of the service area. Very clean and neat! Then we met with the sales manager, Tom, and had a very informative conversation with him with regards to leasing, which is a topic/option Richard and I were totally unfamiliar with. And even though we asked a thousand questions, we never felt rushed, even though by now it was almost two hours after closing time. Finally, we decided on leasing. Then we met with Mike, in financing, and he went over the paperwork, while Ken put the new license plates on the car. Before we left the showroom, we added our names to the "Happy Kia Owners" on the showroom window, banged the GONG, and Ken handed us the keys and escorted us out to our new car. We looked under the hood so Ken could point out the high voltage cables that we are NEVER to touch, and made sure we got off OK. It had been 11 years since Richard and I bought a new car, so we were really taking every opportunity to research our options and see what was out there. After driving our Prius for 11 years, we knew we wanted another hybrid. So we had been at this for a few weeks; test driving different Hybrid models, visiting probably a dozen different dealerships, sitting though many sales pitches and in general getting tired of the whole process. We were very happy we decided to "stumble" into Buchanan Kia and will recommend the dealership and Ken unequivocally.

This is our third Kia from this dealership and we would never dream of buying from anyone else. James is a true professional while being friendly and helpful and always makes you feel like you're the most important customer he has. The dealership is clean and well managed, from the service department to the ladies in the office. We feel like family when we visit, whether for scheduled maintenance or when "just looking". The new 2014 Kia Forte is fabulous and I love it. Getting about 29 MPG city driving! I really liked my 2010 Forte but with the redesign and all the bells and whistles added to the 2014 model, I'd recommend this car and this dealership to anyone.

My fiance and I contacted the dealership by phone to schedule a time to come in to discuss purchasing a new KIA. From our initial phone discussion with Dan Langford, to the final signing of the purchase agreement with Mike Wheeler ,this experience can not be described as anything but exceptional. After our intial phone discussion with Dan who outlined the overall product line and answered several questions concerning general features of our vehicle. We were contacted by Joe Duckworth on the scheduled day of the dealership visit and test drive, he asked several questions about our expectations and the desired vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Joe and Alan. Joe then began to "educate" us on the many features of our propsed purchase. This was followed by a test drive during which time Joe encouraged us to "experience" the car and demonstrated many of the features, both safety, performance, and comfort found in our choice of vehicle. He answered questions honestly and openly, with out reservation. Joe demonstrated a tremendous knowledge of the product and the services provided by KIA. In a short time we were convined that KIA and Buchanan were our dealership. Joe shared about the follow-up services at Buchanan, such as the service department, etc. We then met with Alan Bass, finance manager, who outlined our options with regards to KIA Fianacial, local banks, interest rates, etc. They informed us within a day of our approved options, and allowed us to make a decision with zero presure. Not a common trait in our previous car purchase experiences. After deciding to purchase our new KIA.We met with Mike Wheeler to sign the financial documents, due to scheduling issues related to our employment, Mike met with us seperately to sign the documents. We thanked him for his consideration , his only comment was, "were here to serve you". This feeling was sensed in every interaction and transaction at BuchananThe staff of Buchanan can only be charactized as "friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and first rate". We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The entire experience was "first rate" and an actually enjoyable.

I have a history of replacing my vehicle every three years on average. After considerable research I settled on going with KIA. I visited 4 KIA dealers in my area. Of the four, one at first gave me a price that seemed reasonable until I got to Buchanan which was my last visit. Since I do not enjoy participating in the "car sales" game, I usually go with the first best price. This most recent purchase was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had over the last three vehicles I have purchased. Buchanan is a relatively small dealership located in a small but friendly community some distance outside of the Baltimore Metropolitan area. It turned out to be a smart choice on my part. The price was by far the best offered and I was greatly impressed with the three individuals with whom I interacted. Didn't have a good experience at this dealership. Maybe it was a bad day for this place but it was not friendly, we were not greeted warmly and we found Larry Davis to be stamdoffish and a bit moody. He just rubbed us the wrong way and again, not a friendly guy....we didn't get into buying a car, except for a few words, the dealership had a bad vibe to it. My 2cents.

From the moment we walked in the door to the day we signed the paperwork for the final sale, we were treated and felt like respected and truly appreciated customers. I originally contacted and then went to this dealer regarding a used truck for sale. It turned out not to be the one for us but, the sales rep, Joe Duckworth, took the time to sit down with me and share some other inventory in stock. We actually came up with one that would work for our needs. It was located at another Buchanan branch but he was able to get it to his location in a day or so for us to look at. The communication was great and punctual from start to finish. Joe Duckworth and his General Manager, Dan Langford completely took the stress out of purchasing the vehicle without high-pressure sales tactics and being honest with us from the get go. Pricing is important (which by the way, the truck was priced very well and fairly) but friendly, down-to-earth, quality customer service really means a lot to us. We have already told many family, friends and neighbors where we purchased our vehicle and each one was given the recommendation to go see these guys. Kudos to the rest of their team too...the polite lady who answered the phone each time we called, the finance manager who worked with us, and the other sales reps who smiled and said hello in passing. We are very satisfied and look forward to doing business with this dealership in the future.

Last week I purchased my new Kia Rio at this dealership. They are absolutely awesome there. Their mechanics are the best, their customer service was excellent. Misty was my sales rep and I also dealt with one of their mechanics; Josh. Josh is an amazing mechanic and very knowledgable of Kia. (there is nothing that he cannot fix).There is a family atmosphere at this dealership . Buying a new car is stressful, but I actually had a great time and zero stress. It was very much worth the 2.5 hour drive to go here.

After purchasing my first KIA, I became a total fan of the KIA brand. I had my KIA Soul for little over a year and, I decided I needed something a little bit different with more creature comforts. However I still wanted to stay within the KIA brand. I began contacting Joe Duckworth once I had made this decision. I had known Joe from his days working at another dealership, and when he told me he started working for a KIA dealer, I knew he was the person I would go to if I ever decided to purchase another car. Low and behold that day came. All I needed to do was tell Joe exactly what I wanted, and he made it happen almost instantly. The car I purchased was a 2013 KIA Rio5 SX with a Premium Package in Aurora black. Sounds easy enough right? Think again, there were only 4 of these cars within a 800 mile radius with the options I wanted, 2 were way too far away for me to even consider, 1 was sold during the process of searching, and one was at a dealer in another state. This is where the TOP NOTCH customer service comes into play! Joe worked tirelessly for days trying to get a negotiation together with the other dealership to get my car. He kept me almost minute to minute updated on everything that was going on, and assured me that he would not stop his search until I got EXACTLY the vehicle I was looking for. That day came QUICK! Joe contacted me right away, and to my surprise the car arrived at Buchanan KIA the very next day. Unfortunately I was unable to come take a look at the car for a few days due to my work schedule. I am a VERY picky person when it comes to my vehicles, especially their cosmetic appearance. Joe had no problem going and looking over the entire car with a sharp eye, and looking for exactly what I had asked him to, and to make sure it was flawless before I took delivery. I made arrangements with Joe to purchase the car a few days later. He worked around my crazy work schedule coming in on his day off, so that I could get my new car promptly. I arrived at the dealership and meticulously looked over the car for several minutes, and found Joe's description 100% accurate regarding the cosmetics of the car. All I had to do was meet with the financing manager, who was also very customer friendly, sign the standard financial documents and the car was all mine. But it doesn't stop there. The dealerships detailer had been out that day, so Joe did all of the pre-delivery cleaning and washing of my car himself. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience with Joe Duckworth, and Buchanan KIA was. They are an EXCELLENT dealership, with employees who go above and beyond the call of duty. There was not one minute I felt pressured, ripped off, or like I was being sold something I didn't want, which in the past has been my experience with other dealerships. With the excellent build quality and warranty KIA offers I am positive I will be driving my car worry free for a looooong time. Thank you again to Joe Duckworth for his professional, customer oriented, exceptional service. Working with Joe Duckworth was an excellent experience. He went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted to purchase. He kept in touch with me in a very timely manner to let me know how he was doing with the search for the car, and the various options open to me in terms of the purchase. The dealership worked with me on the trade-in price of my old car too. Mike Wheeler and Joe Duckworth both spent as much time as I needed to go through the documentation and the financial steps to arrange financing. Then Joe sat with me in the car to go over how everything worked. I would definitely recommend Buchanan Kia to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing that brand of car--in fact I would recommend the Kia Soul to anyone who wanted to try something they hadn't tried before. The car is awesome--rides quiet, sound system is excellent, great pick-up, quality materials.

We had 1993 Oldsmobile that had gotten to the point where it was going to cost more to repair it than it was worth. We didn't think we could afford to buy another vehicle. Out of curiosity, we stopped in at Buchanan Kia and told them we didn't think they could help us but here is our situation. Joe asked us a few questions about what we would want in the car if we would be could afford one now and we told him. We tried out the Rio and the Soul. Then he went to work and to our surprise we came out with a new vehicle.

I had a great experience. There was no high pressure and none of the silly games that many dealers try to play. They simply gave me a good price, treated me with respect and got me on my way with my new car quickly. They also have an event after you buy the car, where they bring new owners in and answer questions and they gave us a tour of the dealership. That was a really nice touch. Many dealers say they want to keep your business, but they really went the extra mile. I would definitely buy another car from them.

This dealership has many cars to choose from and James Carlyle was eager to assist us in picking the Kia we were interested in. He showed us the various features of the car and allowed us to take a test drive. The Soul we choose had all of the features we wanted, even the color was right. These people are movated to sell cars and James made us a deal that far exceeded out expectations. Michael Wheeler made short work of the paperwork and we were soon proud owners of a new Kia Soul. This is the fourth new Kia we have purchased at this dealership and will probably not be the last. A great sales and service staff!

I have dealt with this dealer for many years. The service department is wonderful. I always told them I would buy my next car with them and I wanted a Kia for sure. When I was ready to shop, Ken made sure I saw everything and answered all my questions patiently. He helped me narrow down my choices and, as he got to know me better, began to make recommendations he thought suited me regarding model and options. He entertained my grandchildren when I needed a little more time, gave them baloons and treated us all in a very friendly way. I knew he was the salesperson with whom I wanted to deal, Michael helped make it happen, and Kia Sorento was the car with everything I needed at a reasonable price. We went to a different Kia dealer fisrt and it was not run very professionally. It made us very uneasy. We were not eager to do business with them and started looking at other car manufacturers. I was driving home from my parents home, and glanced up to see Buchanan Kia. I never knew it was there. From the first, when Ken came out to greet me, I knew they were very interested to make the customer happy and were polite and courteous. They earned our trust and we definitely feel they will stand 100% behind their cars. Also we were very impressed to hear from their service department before we ever needed any service. They absolutely want to make sure you are very comfortable with the new purchase.

I went to Buchanan Kia as my third visit to a dealership in search of a Kia Optima. My first experience with a different Kia dealership was a nightmare. The second dealership was very helpful and assisted me in narrowing down my decision however, not too close to home. By the time I went to Buchanan I had a relatively good idea of what I wanted. As soon as I walked on the lot I was greeted by Ken Sherman and couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received there after. Ken and the staff at Buchanan were more than pleasant.Leasing was an option I wanted to explore. I did some research and called them with two pages of questions the next day. They were so patient and explained everything in complete detail without making me feel burdensome. Once I finally decided exactly what I wanted they started to search for the perfect car. My color choice was hard to find and they offered me a color I was unsure about. To reassure me Ken called while I was at work and offered to drive an Optima in that color to my job so I could see what it looked like in person. I was blown away that a dealership would go that extra mile (extra 20 miles in this case) to ensure customer satisfaction. The communication Ken kept with me throughout my entire experience was top notch. I never had to worry. When my car came in I couldn't get to the dealership until five minutes before they closed. Never did they make me feel rushed or uncomfortable about being there an hour and a half after they closed. My overall experience with Ken and Buchanan Kia was exceptional. Keep up this good work and they may have a loyal customer for many years to come!

I was not sure on the quality of Kia, but after test drive and the knowledge that Ken Sherman had of his product and interest that he showed to me as a first time customerwas very satisfying. I have always been a Dodge person owning over 10 vehicles,but the ride and quality of the Sedona was an experience for me. My husband and I were planning on buying me a new car in August. With February advertising good deals on new vehicles I decided to do some research and see if I could get a Kia Sorento at my price point. Been taking my car there even before they became Buchanan. No issues in the beginning of taking my car to service. Last 2 years every time I take my car in for routine service they try to up sale me on something. I recently took my car in for a 60k service. After which they completed it they called to inform me addition work needed done.Power steering needs flush, brake fluid needs flush, rear break pads worn and roters turned, cabin filter dirty needs changed, and fuel tank air filter needs changed. Iasked how much it would cost for it and they $800 and change. Bring my total up to nearly $1800 for all the work between this and 60k service.I declined the work to get a 2nd opionion. Shop showed me the tests and results. The flush on the brake and power steering did not need to be done between those two that's $300 savings. Buchanan said my rear break pads was 3/32 when it fact they were 5/32. Buchanan wanted to charge me $330 for rear break pads and turned the rotors. I ended up getting new break pads and new rotors for $250 $80 savings. I just wish I would have gotten a 2nd opinion much sooner to avoid all they up sale charged and possible work that is not even needed to be done.

Ken (sales) - Ken is an honest and patient sales rep. His knowledge of the product line helped us to feel comfortable with his recommendations and thoughts. Ken did everything he could to make the experience pleasant with no measurable pressure to buy. Mike, Mike, and Dan (Finance/contracts) - These guys worked with me to get the price to where I was comfortable and bent over backwards to help us get the terms we needed. As a team, the sales and finance departments both did everything they could to make this purchase as painless as possible. But that's not what makes for a great dealership. They were all very upfront with the situations and their abilities to get to where I wanted. They explained everything that was going on so that I was comfortable with the sale and was confident that I wasn't being ripped off. These guys are great. We've bought 3 Kias from them this year and look forward to buying from them again.

My Optima is classy, sexy and functional. I love the interior and all the standard features, which are optional on most other cars. After researching and test driving the Mazda3 and 6, the Honda Accord and looking at the Regal,Sonata and Volkswagon CC, the Optima had everything I wanted, plus a great price point. The dealership was warm and inviting; unlike some car places. They even showed me around the service area. My buying experience was pretty quick. I feel I got an excellent value for the money with Kia. Ken Sherman was knowledgeable, funny and a straight shooter. Kudos to Kia! Your process is one that more car dealers should follow.

When I started out looking for a new car I already knew what I wanted; a new 2011 Kia Forte. There were dealerships closer to where I lived than Buchanan was, but as it turned out, due to the time of year I was looking, a new 2011 Forte was rather hard to find. An internet search of dealers in my area led me to Buchanan Kia and fortunately, they had what I was looking for in stock. What a blessing it turned out to be! I could not be happier with my buying experience there. My interaction with the staff, from beginning to end, was nothing but pleasant. I was contacted immediately by my salesman, Ken Sherman, after I entered my internet inquiry and all went smoothly from there. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help in any way they could. Even staff members who were not directly involved in my sale engaged me in conversation while I was waiting for paperwork and such to be taken care of. They worked hard to get my financing approved at the terms I wanted, gave me a thorough run down of how everything in the car worked, and even went so far as to pair the bluetooth with my phone for me. I am super happy with both my purchase and the service I received at Buchanan, and I would HIGHLY recommened them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle!

Would have liked to have had the Financing Options and the other extended warranty options better explained prior to signing the paperwork. Brought my 2007 Kia Sedona EX because of a whining noise in the engine and the left side power door would not open automatically. Discovered that the idler pully was bad and was covered under warranty and a recall was in effect ofr the latch assemblies on both doors. Had to special order a latch motor for the door so will be called when it comes in. Show room and waiting area was outstanding.

By far, the best experience we have ever had buying a car in 45 years of buying. Theyare respectful, friendly and not pushy. They don't spend and hour in their little meetings deciding what they want to give you price wise. We were there 10 minutes and they gave us a great deal. we were able to buy the more expensive car we really wanted. not only all that, but they also suggested we could go get a sandwich while they got the paper work ready to be signed. WOW! in the past, other dealers have had a million excuses why we couldn't - shouldn't leave. (they were afraid we wouldn't come back ??) But at Wheelers, you are people walking through their doors not dollar signs. The team work between Ken and James was great. one is sales and the other finance, they work together to help the customer !! I got an e-mail today saying my hubby had left something in the car we traded. Not expensive, but it has sentimental value. To me, that was exceptionally kind and respectful. That's how Ken is and that's one more reason why we like Wheelers. First time ever!! I was relaxed, didn't have a headache and enjoyed driving away in my new car. Just wish I had know about Wheeler Kia a long time ago!!!!

Wheeler kia in westminster is the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with. They treated me like family from the moment I walked in the door. Ken and James put absolutely no pressure on me to make any decisions that day, they were extremely nice and courteous throughout my entire experience. I told them where I wanted to be price wise, and they made it happen very quickly and efficiently. I was expecting to be dissappointed with the trade in price of my car from a previous dealer the same day, but ken asked me what the KBB estimate was, and he met it exactly, which was about a $3,000 higher difference from earlier that day. I was amazed that they would go that far for me. The cool thing about this dealership is that when you walk in the door, there are antiques everywhere. This dealer felt like home to me, which put me at ease as opposed to dealerships that have a thick tension in the air. The other things that impressed me was when you buy your car, they take a picture of you with the car and turn it into a calendar for you to keep. They also left me a rose on the dash, and a present filled with goodies on the passenger seat. I am utterly amazed that they would go this far to please their customers, That is why I am rating Wheeler kia of westminster an 11 on a scale of 1-10!! Thank you Ken and James and everyone at wheeler kia for making my dream become a reality!!! I'm recommending this dealership to everyone!!

This dealership is really put together, from the decor to the people who work there. Decor? In a car dealership? Yes! It is like walking into a friendly home. Everyone we met was friendly and knowlegeable from the front door through the service department to parts and the final signing of papers. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. There was lots of information in answer to questions and a willingness to send 2 men to Erie, PA to get exactly the van we wanted, (no extra cost to us). Though we called a lot of times, the lady at the switchboard was always friendly and happy to assist us. We appreciated the tour of our new vehicle point by point, the rose on the dashboard, the fair price with no dickering. Though we changed our minds a few times about model and trade-in, there was no sign of irritation from anyone. Ken and James were absolutely the best sales people we have ever dealt with in the car business. Both have a sense of humor and an attitude that says they will do anything to make the customers happy with their decisions. And there was no slandering other dealers! What a concept! Based on our experiences with 2 other dealers and Wheeler buying this vehicle, we rate Wheeler Kia a perfect 10!

I recently purchased a 2011 Kia Sportage from Wheeler. This was my second purchase from Wheeler, the first being in 2005 when they were selling Chrysler. While their product line has changed, they remain true to the sales and service philosophy that has kept customers loyal to them since 1921. The process was very smooth and there wasn't the "high pressure sales" environment that you see in the larger dealerships. They were reasonable with pricing discussions and left us feeling like we got a fair deal. They go out of their way to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere and their service department team has always been great. I look forward to working with them through the ownership of my new Sportage!

The service department is CLEAN, the staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Over the years I have dealt with many service departments and I feel, as a woman, that at times I was ripped off. I have been dealing exclusively with Wheelers since 2002 and I have never felt that way or that I was talked down to. When I purchased my Optima almost 3 years ago I also purchased the Wheeler For Life program. So glad I did. I hadn't had the car a month when I had a bad tire. Wheelers replaced it and it didn't cost me a thing. I've had to use it other times as well. What a wonderful program!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

This Sedona is the 5th Kia we've owned and purchased from Wheeler Kia. The dealership in general bends over backwards to accommodate us. The techs are very well trained, the staff is there with needed info - sometimes before I know I need it. They've always given us 110% service. We started adding the "Customer for Life" package to our car purchases when they offered it and it's been a real super bargain - well worth the initial cost. Would I buy elsewhere? Only if Wheeler closes its doors!

I have always received extraordinary service from the Wheeler service & parts department and my most recent visit surpassed all expectations. I noticed a problem with my car, went for a ride with Jamie to detect problem, however; the problem didn't occur during that ride (frustrating for me). Jamie took the time, patience, and perservered to detect the problem and make necessary repairs...truly an asset to the Wheeler dealership family!!! On the other hand, Bill always explains what is absolutely necessary to maintain the car and advises what I NEED to have done. He has ALWAYS been friendly,honest, helpful and most accommodating...always makes sure I have transportation while my car is being services...always available to provide his usual outstanding service!!! Rick has also provided wonderful service to me in the past, as well. I find Wheeler to be a wonderful "family" dealership...one you can trust--one you can count on to deliver friendly, expert service...always putting the customer first. Both Ken and James at Wheeler were friendly and courtious. They were very easy to work with and willing to do what ever they could to make it easier on us. They gave us all the info we asked for without hesitation and beleive the the cars they sell.When my new car wasn't availible because it hadn't gone throuh it's PDI yet, they gave me a loaner to get around in. I would highly recommend Wheeler Kia as a place to go to shop for and buy a new car.

I'v had the Kia soul about two weeks and every thing the salesperson told me or showed me has been very helpful. When I returned the Soul yesteday the service manager knew I was coming and he had a Tech show me how the front panel were assembled and they both answered any questions I had. Mr Wheeler the owner came out to meet and greet me and we talked at length about my experieces as an Automotives Teacher. Every employee I came into cantact with seemed very happy to be a part of this dealership. All the things I have mention makes for a great dealership and of course there was a courtasy car waiting for me when I was ready to leave. Wheeler Kia is a model of what all dealerships should be.

My new car journey was full of adventures. Wheeler Kia went out of their way to try to get me a loaded 2011 Kia Sportage. Things looked bleak, but due to the unrelenting efforts of Kim, Dan, and James, it all worked out in the end. They got my new Sportage with everything I wanted, in the interior and exterior color requested. They were easy to deal with and didn't mind my stopping in frequently to check on the status of my car. One my car arrived, Kim even helped me set up the Bluetooth phone system to work with my cell phone. In conclusion, the staff of Wheeler Kia are very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient in doing their jobs. I highly recommend Wheeler over the big city dealers.P.S. MY NEW SPORTAGE ROCKS!!!!!!!!

When another dealer failed to return a call to set up a service appointment and also failed to respond to my email complaint about customer service, I turned to Wheeler where I had originally bought my PT Cruiser. The customer service is great - everything from being greeted, receiving a loaner car, phone calls with the progress and cost of repair, having the car ready when promised, to a follow-up phone call and email. It's a good service facility and I was satisfied with the repairs that were made. But why is it no longer AAA recommended?

I have bought 3 cars from Wheeler over the years and the sales and service people have always been very knowledgeable and courteous. I have always received top notch service when I brought my car in to be serviced. The sales staff is not aggresive and they make you feel comfortable. The sales person that worked with me and my husband took the time to answer all our questions and was very attentive to our needs. The other thing that sets this dealer apart from the others is you get a loaner vehicle when you are having work done. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

I have been a customer of Wheeler Motrs for the past 10 years. I bought a new Kia Optima in 2003 and I still have it with 131,000 miles on it and it runs great and that is because Wheeler has a VIP program that I joined upon purchasing my Kia. It has been serviced only by Wheeler and I can not say enough about Bill Benfer in service who has been great and very helpful and accomdating when my car is in for service. I plan to drive it until I reach 200,000 miles and then I will buy another Kia from Wheeler.

I read on an online blog that Wheeler Kia was great to deal with, so we went there to test drive a Sorrento. We have learned to run the other direction as fast as we can from pushy sales people, so the friendly, relaxed manner in which we were received at Wheeler also helped to sell us on a Kia. Wheeler has service vehicles to loan to owners; that is definitely a plus, as well.

The Wheeler KIA facility was a welcoming place. Once we pulled in Kimberly came out and greeted us and once she found out we had not been there before she took us on a tour. The service area was very clean and the other Wheeler KIA family members were very friendly. On the day my husband and I decided to purchase the KIA Sorento at Wheelers we were a little late getting to the dealership but both Kimberly and Dan stayed one hour after closing so we could take our KIA home that night.

WOW!! After 6 monthes of dealing with Ken and deciding which soul I wanted it is now mine!!! They waited and helped me get the vehicle I wanted. In the mist of buying I had a family emergency and when I told them they didn't pressure me and waited until I dealed with that. I am a new first car buyer who had fears about buying a new car. Then KIM CAMPBELL my sale's person came out talked to me about my new kia and how it could be mine if the price was right. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed not intimidated. for this being the first new car purchase in my life. Kim answered all my questions honestly and did'nt beat around the bush. Kim worked out the numbers with my dad and I to where we at ease. Over all she made the whole experience enjoyable. a couple of days later my dad and i wanted to show our apperication by playing a joke on Kim buy telling her that something was wrong with the car that she needed to go for a ride with us. Kim was trying to hear to noise in the car. my dad and I took her to Hoffmans ice cream palor to buy her a milkshake to show how much we enjoyed her being as a friend not just a sales person. she got punked and everyone knew at wheeler what we were doing. Wheeler's is a great place to work with. Bought my van there in 2003 and been taking it there for service ever since. Really like being able to get a free loaner car while they work on mine. They always listen to what I think is wrong and call with an estimate and OK before doing work. The car is left clean and this past time they even vacuumed and washed it for me. What a nice surprise. My husband and I were looking for a specific KIA Soul model. We had decided we were really interested in the Special Edition #4 Soul. We went to a dealer nearest us and they were only interested in selling us what they had on the lot. When we said we were willing to wait for them to get the Special Edition #4 for us, the salesman walked away. We couldn't believe it! We went home thoroughly disgusted with the local dealer. Since we live in Mount Airy we decided to fan out our range for dealers and called Wheeler in Westminster to see what they would say. Ken Sherman answered the phone and when I told him what we were looking for, he said, "No problem, we can get that for you!" We told him we'd be up there in however long it took us to get there. He said he was looking forward to seeing us. When we told him we hadn't even gotten in one or driven one yet, he suggested we drive the KIA Soul they had on the lot, just to make sure we really loved it. We met Ken and he and the entire team treated us as if we were the most important people to ever walk in! We drove the Soul they had on the lot and LOVED driving it (Ken was busy at the time, so Todd Renfro, the Service Department Manager went with us for the drive). Ken was as good as his word and found us the Special Edition #4. When we went to pick up our Soul, on the dash was a red silk rose and a thank you note from Ken. Since we've had our Soul home only two weeks, Ken has sent us a Thank You note, and has called to check with us that we still love it, and that everything is perfect with it. We are so glad the local dealer turned us off, because we wouldn't have gone to Wheeler and found out how great customer service is still alive and well and living in Westminster. Thanks so much Ken (and everyone else at Wheeler's), for an enjoyable experience!

It has been a year and 2 months since James & Dan looked ALL over the East Coast (and a few other areas of the country) to find me the SOUL+ I wanted. The reason was multi-fold... 1) The SOUL model was just coming out in March of 2009 and very few dealers actually had them - making the search even more difficult. 2) I just wouldn't budge on what I wanted - it would be my way (model, color, options) or no sale! 3) I have found that it is simply how Wheeler KIA does business!!! They really care about their customers and will do whatever they can to find the vehicle the buyer wants the way the buyer wants it.Even though it has been 14 months since I bought my SOUL+, I take it back to Wheeler KIA because their Service Deptartment is simply the TOPS!!!!! They always have a loaner for me to use and they complete whatever work is necessary in a timley manner. They also make a point of calling me as soon as the work is done to let me know when I can pick up my car and what the cost of said service is/was. It is simply the ABSOLUTE BEST automotive service department I've ever had pleasure dealing with!!!! (Yes, I do get pleasure from dealing with them - they don't talk down to me (I'm female), there has NEVER been a surprise when I go to pay the bill, and there has never been a reason for me to go back because something doesn't sound or perform properly after the car has been in for service.)

All questions were answered and when answer was not at hand, we received an answer after the question was investagated without further prompting. Environment at the facility is freindly and comfortable. They made us fell very good about the purchase and provided a feeling that the vechicle and our needs would be taken care of throughout the life of car. Went out of their way to get us discounts where applicable and offered the best warranty plan in the business. All at the dealers gave us a feeling that they were apporachable and were there to answer our questions and solve our issues from the sales department to the financing to to the service group. From the moment I walked in the Wheeler Kia in Westminster I knew I was at the right place. Ken greeted me with a pleasant Hi How are you today and wanted to know how he could help me. He showed me several cars and suv's on the lot answeared all my questions and off we went for a test drive. As we went along he explained all the features and made sure I was confortable. When we returned to the car dealer I was introduced the the owner and the sales manager they were awesome as well. I have never came accross a dealership that had such a great team of employee's. They made me feel like I was part of the Kia family from the moment I walked in. I told them what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay and within a hour or so I was leaving in my brand my Kia Soul smiling ear to ear. I was go greatful. They even took my picture next to my new car, put a rose in it and gave me a stuffed hampster which is the mascot for the Kia Soul. I saw some of the other salesmen working with other buyers and they to were very freindly and just eager to please. I will never buy another car anywhere else. The sales staff is professional, friendly and genuinely cares about customer. The make sure you get right car for your needs at a price you can live with. The service dept is phenomenal. They have never failed me and often gone well beyond reasonable expectations to accomplish even major repairs at the best possible price.
