Very welcoming and friendly, absolutely no pressure. Offered to hold a car while I decided. I ultimately chose to buy from a different dealer due to the cars being in better condition, but this dealer is definitely worth a visit

My wife called inquiring about a vehicle the man on the phone was extremely disrespectful and wouldn't let my wife talk to anyone else but him. We are in the market for a car and will not ever go to budget. They are rude and don't care how they treat their customer. I'd say to anyone reading the reviews go anywhere else to buy a car but here.

The price was already so low there was no need for haggling :) Though I did encounter an issue with an ignition coil a few days after buying it, they made everything right, and even replaced the thermostat proactively. Wesley and James are cool people and I wish them all the best. ...and may I also just say, OMG I LOVE THIS CAR!!!!! :D

Very satisfied with my experience. Mrs. Melany answered all of my questions. The price was the lowest for the quality of the vehicle. I took the car to my mechanic who agreed that I got a great deal and the car is in great condition. This place is not like most places where they show you a high price and you haggle for a lower price, this place shows the lowest so you don’t have to haggle. I highly recommend Melany and Budget Cars & Trucks LLC.

Went in looking to purchase a good quality car at a fair price and had many options to choose from at Desert Auto. We were able to drive away that day with a great car at a good price. Ed and everybody there were super friendly and nice and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly.

The best sale guy is Jason I went in look for a truck fro work and play and he showed me 3 feel in love with a truck I saw on the other side of the lot I ask himand he said let cheek it out the pric was a bit high for me but the work with me and made it happen thonly my 4 time buy a vehicle but my 2 time buyifrom a car lot of any kind I was apparently not to buy a vehicle is all the horror stories you hear about car lots but I was blown away on how helpful they were Thanks Jason silly Jennifer.
