It was my first car buying experience with my fiance. We saw the 2014 Fusion online and made an appointment the next day for a test drive. We were greeted by Robert and Nick and they were very pleasant to deal with. No pressure, and the loan application process was a breeze with Phil. My salesman Nick was very accommodating to my schedule, friendly and very helpful. I recommend if you are looking for a used vehicle this dealership is a good place to go. For a used vehicle I got a truck with low mileage, in great running condition, and no BS. The little things need to be looked after more diligently like cleaning the vehicle better and not delivering with an empty gas tank but overall a good experience.

They gave several good cars to look at, but helped us confirm that the car we were initially interested in was the right car for us. These are friendly guys with a good selection of vehicles; they bent over backward to make the experience a good one.

Robert Ortiz made the purchase of our new vehicle easy. I called him to make an appointment to see the car. When we arrived it was sitting out front, freshly washed. He was very knowledgeable about the details of the car. We bougth the car with the understandig one small "door ding" would be repared. The next morning, Robert called to say the car had been detailed and was ready to go. When I arived It was again in front waiting for me. From car demo to paperwork this was an easy transaction!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful in the car buying process. I went on a fairly long test drive and even stopped at the bank to pull out my down payment. The car unfortunately was not detailed, so I do have to come back on a week day to have that done since they do not have staff on the weekend to do that.

I called to inquire about a vehicle three days ago. Jackson was able to get my bank approval in under an hour. I took pictures of all the required documents and pretty much walked in signed on the dotted line and drove out. I've had a harder time buying shoes. Car buying should always be this easy!

Made an appointment for theireFleet internet director Mr Jaxson as we were looking for a new 2013 Explorer He had a good selection and his pricing and no pressure sales was impressive. We drove a few hours from Bakersfield,Ca to make a purchase at Budget. We were greeted by David Gallardo and Phil Arey. They were both professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. They showed us the vehicle that we were interested in and gave us all the info needed. We were able to purchase the car, obtain an extended warranty that we requested, and obtain financing very quickly. We were in and out very efficiently with an excellent car, at a great price. Our experience could not have been any better. Phil and David were excellent and made our purchase the best car buying experience that we have ever had. Well, I found my car - the exact interior/exterior color - at this Budget store out in Norwark and I can't say enough about how nice my entire experience was. Their Customer Service was above and beyond my expectations - my sales rep drove the car to my mechanic in Marina Del Rey; their Finance depatment was knowledgeable and extremely helpful; and they offered me a very fair price for my car trade-in.

I recently visited this facility regarding the purchase of a Dodge Caliber. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by an associate (Craig) who thoroughly showed me the vehicle. Craig was friendly and attentive. I was undecided at that time but returned a day later to purchase the car. At this time I was greeted by Sam and Phil whom were both knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. Subsequently, I purchased the vehicle. I drove 60 miles to this location as they had the car that I wanted. I called first discussed my wants and needs and was assured that they had what I wanted. Being suspicious of car salesmen on the phone I decieded to risk it and made the drive. Am I glade I did. They got me out of my leased car which I hated and got me into the car that I wanted. I felt like family.

My experience at Budget was pretty simple and easy. While I didn't quite stay within my budget, I really appreciated how willing they were to work with me and all my different forms of payment. Jackson was able to provide excellent customer service as well as providning hard work and researching to locate a vehicle for my son and his wife. To date we have not purchased a vehicle based on the fact that my son is limited on how much he can afford for a monthly payment. However, as mentioned above, Jackson continues to research different avenues to locate a car within the payment and price range they can afford. He has continually followed up with my son and I via phone calls ect. Overall, my experience with Budget has been a good one and I can attribute it to Jacskon's professionalism and great customer service skills.

Although my wife and I did not buy a car yet, we just had to comment about the professional nature of how we were treated at this facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they made us feel quite at-home with the experience. The salesman, Mr. Wicks, made us feel welcomed, but was not too "pushy" like so many sales people are. We had just come from another dealer (I won't mention names) and were essentially forced off the premises due to the salespeople attacking us. We do plan on buying soon and will defintely return to Budget Sales in Norwalk and see Mr. Wicks! Thanks for treating us like human beings!
