I’m a returning customer. We leased a Jeep in 2018 through Joan, who was excellent and re-leased this week with Lane, who was equally knowledgeable. We weren’t rushed, and we were in and out quickly. I’ve already referred many people to Buhler and I plan on referring more. July 2021: used the new program JEEP has where I was able to bring my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation FOR FREE! Great service @ the Maintenance dept as well!!!

In need of ordering a new Ram, didn't know where to go since my friend used to be a general manger for a Ram dealer and moved on. I called my friend and he referred me to Buhler, said they are great and treat you like family. Went to see general manager there and he set me up with Chris the salesman. From start to finish it was a great experience. Thanks again Chris and Mike. Love the new truck. I would recommend to anyone without hesitation to go to this dealer. Worst service ever. I brought my jeep liberty in for the airbag recall and an oil change. They never did the oil change and the jeep came back with the windows not going down. I was told the switch was no longer any good although it was good when I brought it in For the recall. They didn't have The part in stock and in fact told me that they're no longer manufactured. This after rolling the windows down and leaving it in the parking lot with windows that now won't go up. Total lack of interest in seeing a solution to the problem, I was going to trade the jeep in but now I'm going somewhere else. Still never got the oil change I requested. This is my third bad experience with this crummy dealership and their lack of service talent . During the summer I requested a new grommet for the four-wheel-drive shifter and I got the same story they don't have it and it's not manufactured anymore. Had to go to eBay for brand-new parts. You have to wonder where they get them in a Chrysler Jeep dealer camp

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. Wish Mike was working way back when I purchased my firs vehicle. Super nice guy who made the process smooth even with a few bumps in the road for us. Kept all promises made to us and in the end we got a great Dodge Charger in return! MIke helped us get the car we want that fit into our budget. This was the second lease Mike helped us with. We got a Dodge Ram 1500 and now a Jeep Cherokee Latitude. He gave us so many great options and helped guide us to the right decision. He didn't push anything on us or try to get us to go with something that was good for the dealership, but what was the right vehicle for us. I went to 2 dealers prior to going to Buhler and had the worst experience of my life. When I arrived at Buhler everyone was helpful. My sales rep Mike Lensack was awesome. He gave me a variety of cars to look at and test drive. It was a no pressure decision buying my new (used) Jeep. Mike was knowledgable on all the vehicles we looked at an added some history behind the Jeep brand. It was a pleasurable experience buying a vehicle at Buhler and I would recommend to anyone buying a vehicle to go there 1st.

My daughters first new Jeep. Third trip to Buhler in Hazlet for vehicles. Bill Sweeney is great to deal with. This time, Les Brown was our salesman. He explained options to my daughter in a way that she understood. He treated her like she was his own daughter buying her first car. Charlie in financing has always explained in good, understandable detail what it is she would be paying. She asked questions and Charlie answered them clearly. Met Gary for the first time and he was a down to earth guy. The whole place at Buhler is no confrontational, no hassle...... they let you look with no pressure. I give them all a 10+

10 minutes before arriving to dealership, we were notified by Joan that the vehicle I was interested in, had just been sold. Upon arrival, Joan apologized for the situation but asked if she could help up find something else. She wanted to know what were our buying factors. Rather than showing us the flashy and expensive, she showed us cars within our price point (monthly payments), mileage expectations and perceived dependability. We ended up choosing a vehicle I would have never considered previously. I was please with the speed, professionalism and courtesy of the dealership staff (both Joan and Larry) in which the entire car buying process occurred.

I have never bought a Jeep before so I was a little hesitant dealing with a new dealership and sales guys I didnt know. Well, I can honestly say it was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had. I dealt with Bob mostly, and he was brutally honest and upfront with me from jump street, which is all I ask. He understood my needs and made some excellent recommendations to stay in the price range I was looking for, commensurate with my families needs (2 young kids in car seats). Not only did I end up leaving there with more of a truck than I had anticipated but at a lower price than I was willing to pay. They even put an after market back-up camera in the truck for me at no cost. Eddie (Sales Manager) came into the mix when I initially backed out of the deak because I still had 2 months left on my current lease but he called me one evening at my home and said he wanted my business and would pay my last 2 months of the other vehicle. I didnt ask for this, but they proactively offered it so I went back to the dealership that weekend and they had the vehicle all cleaned up and filled with gas, so I left that day with my new Grand Cherokee. I love the truck, drives the way I like, very comfortable and its quite a sharp looking truck. This is my first Jeep but will certainly not be my last. I hope to bring my business to Bob & Eddie at Buhler for many years. Thanks guys, great experience and will be sure to recommend you to everyone!

This was our second time dealing with Buhler Chrysler. In 2012, we leased a Town and Country mere days after their dealership had burned down. Even in their temporary quarters, we were impressed at how easy the transaction was. We came in with a list of requests, from the price we wanted to the value of our trade, and every one was met simply and easily. Last month, we decided to purchase the van when our lease was up. Again, a smooth, easy transaction...and they even got us a lower finance rate than we had been able to procure online! The service department always is helpful and efficient, and the guys that work the desk always make me laugh. Of all the years we have been buying cars, it is easy to say that Buhler is our favorite dealership!

My first two trips to Buhler were frustrating. Two different sales people screwed up my order on a 2014 Ram 1500 (they no longer work there). But then along came Joan and as if she waved a magic wand I had the truck I wanted and ordered. So when my Daughter needed a new Jeep I went straight to Joan. We took a new Jeep (2015) home that night. When the time comes I will be seeing Joan again for a new vehicle for my wife. I had dealt with Mauro Motors (Woodbridge) for 30 years and when they closed I was very disappointed. Buhler, and Joan make me feel like I have been a life long customer and don't miss Mauro as much as I thought I would. I have also been back to Buhler for multiple services and updates. The service was prompt and courteous, and best of all they let you know up front what needs to be done. I will recommend this dealer to all that will hear me, and especially point them to Joan.

The dealership was supposed to do a once over on the vehicle to double check for any serious issues. They cleared it. A week later I noticed my engine was starting funny. It turned out to be a faulty fuel pump. The service department secretary Tim was extremely unhelpful and rude. He had no knowledge to help resolve the situation and only caused extra stress and unease. I wouldn't buy water from them if I was on fire.

My 06 Dodge Charger failed inspection due to the check engine light being on. I purchased it privately and my mechanic did everything he read on the Internet to resolve the problem. your dealership was my last chance. Upon explaining the codes on the rejection from DMV Michelle knew exactly what needed to be done. She got me in the next day and problem solved. All the staff were great. And they cleaned my car to boot. Great experience. I will always go to Buhler from now on.

In the past buying a new car and having to deal with a car salesman was worse than having to go to a dentist. However, I just want you to know that the salesman who handled our transaction changed my attitude toward car salesman. From the beginning he listened to our needs and found the exact car we wanted with all of the extras we wanted and gave us a very fair price. We are older and he had patience with all of our questions. Even after we purchased the car he made himself available for my questions regarding operating of the digital electronics. I will only go back to Sean Ryniec whenever I need a new car. The young man really impressed me with his knowledge and honesty when buying our Chrysler 200. Also, we love the car. I had previously bought a Jeep at a different dealership but chose to try out Buhler because their inventory on the lot was way more expansive than their local competitors, and I couldn't be more happy with the choice. From the beginning when I walked on to the lot to the final closing, I never felt any pressure to buy a particular model nor add-ons or other things that other dealerships typically push. Instead, I was given the opportunity to look at a big selection and once I chose what I wanted I was offered a fair deal. My salesperson Sean Ryniec was great, low on pressure but exceedingly helpful and knowledgable, and I will be sending my friends to him and this dealership when they are looking for a new or used Jeep.

I have 2012 Dodge Journey and bring my vehicle in for an oil change every 6 weeks or so plus I have had other service done on the vehicle. In my almost 3 years since having the vehicle - I have always thought that the service staff (Tim, Chris and Rick) have been very professional and courteous. I have not encountered a problem with them. They have always been very helpful when I have stopped by and had any questions with my vehicle. I have dealt with some not so great service staff but I think Tim, Chris and Rick are the best.

first off we got out of a 2007 ford explorer eddie baurer, that has had less problems than this 4 month old buhler ram pickup this truck was represented as a 2015, when in financing dept find out it is a 2014, whats a year right just read on. .Bought truck anyway! let me just say this is not the first problem i have had with this truck 1.] drove off the lot after purchase check engine light comes on, 9 days without truck for buhler service dept to tell me the part had to be redesighned by the manurfacturer ,shipped and installed . thats some company (dodge) to do all that in 9 short days turns out it was the shift module on transmission. 2) my tlire pressure, i had to chase for 5 weeks tires would drop to 21 psi, after purchase and get three tires repaired while out on road during that 5 week period.turns out tires where not seated on rim properly. 3) one morning its raining left for work and on staten island expressway I notice water running down the interior of the windshield . ( NOT FIXED YET ). 4) found 3 bolts interior floor of vehicle still don"t know where they came from but seat console seems loose. and now the leatest my wife breaks down in front of buhler bitter dealership on april 4 2015 ON HIGHWAY 35 I am on the phone with my wife i can hear people stuck in traffic yelling at her as they pass by , honking of course no one stops to help. where just 5 moths ago i purchased it , they where real happy to take my money everyone was all smiles than. my wife ran out to do local errands, I get a phone call from her hysterically crying she broke down she had already called buhler bitter explained where she was and she needed help CHRIS FROM SERVICE INSTEAD OF LENDING ASSISTANCE MAYBE GIVES HER A PHONE # OF BUHLERS ROADSIDE SERVICE. so i called buhler on my way to the seen got and told them it was a emergency told the story got put off to truck managers to service where i got chris and a again had to tell what happened and asked him as a service rep and as human being to go help my wife till i get there just get her to saefty .. everyone, offered nothing to help .. If the roles where reversed you could bet a good repeat customer or anyone called in and I got the call granma, aunt, sister, wife, girlfriend, would have been brought to saftey before they could finish thier story.. Than the police showed up from hazlet and call union beach. towing great company, where he proceeded to drag 5 month old vehicle onto flatbed drive 3/10 of a mile on emergency tow , into buhlers parking lot where i am now inside and can here all this joking around about (HOPE ITS NOT ONE OURS, HOW WRONG THEY WHERE) it was one of thiers..i was in This dealership for 5 min not one person asked our tried to help in anyway. and not one person would even look at me they new who i was and still nothing... so i proceed to the back parking lot to meet up with the tow guy mike as he is dragging my truck off the flatbed a tall skinny guy comes flying up to where we where to lazy to walk around back of building he drives up yelling you cant drop that there you have to put it on other side of building i walked as calmly as i could leaned into his vehicle and said that"s what your worried about where we are dropping it not to get out of his vehicle and say is your wife ok , what happened with this new vehicle we just sold you is there anything we could do for you... we got people who yelled and threw tantrums... so this truck managers answer was to ask who sold me the vehicle and when I told him matt f. he proceeded to call him every name in the book ( my wife did not need to hear language like that) after what she had just been through. like matt built this vehicle. i had to stop him again and remind him i don"t see anything on this truck that says matt f built this vehicle but i do see dodge ram stamped all over it. This is to show how, buhler does buss. (PASS THE BUCK.. and this now cost me out of my pocket and another three days one more time into service i will hit my mark on the lemon law my lawyer said and its my third vehicle from them... I called the service dept just about year ago about getting work done on my vehicle. Talked with the service manager Carlos - told him what I was looking for - he told me he would get back to me with prices. Well have tried numerous times to get those prices and have never gotten a call back from Carlos. This is no way to run your dept it is almost one year later and nothing still - have since taken my vehicle to another dealership to have the work done.

I Visited the dealership to purchase a used Jeep. The online advertisement stated what was included with the Jeep. When we started to negotiate the price we asked if it had ever been in an accident she said no, We then asked for the carfax and found out that the car in fact was in a front end collision and had to be towed. She then asked if we had gotten the price off the internet we stated yes, she then said the price was wrong and she started adding all of the extra things that the advertisement said was done to it that was included in the price.She also was adding the front end alignment that they did. We were totally floored at the illegal move she was pulling to raise the price. I will never deal with such a dealership. Buhler and Bitter is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with !!!! Seems like a new low for a car sale person.

I have had my vehicle serviced here - it depends on the day whether you catch the service dept in a friendly professional mood or unprofessional. Trying to an answer to questions can be difficult. If you talk to Chris or Tim - they are helpful but the service manager needs to be more professional. I would not recommend to take there for service.

Visited the dealership to purchase my new Jeep. Claire my service woman was awesome. When it came to me having to obtain some service on my new car that is where they lacked professionalism and customer service. The service department did not convey what was going on with my car while they had it for a week. When I picked up the car from service not everything was fixed and I was informed by the customer service person that since my car was built 4 mos. ago and sitting in a lot I should expect issues. Would not recommend.

I went by the dealership to look at the the colors options I was interested in, and ended up purchasing the car. I had been shopping around for a Jeep Grand Cherokee and this dealer was one of the closest ones to my home. Made contact in several different ways online, always knowing exactly what I wanted. But I couldn't get them to give me ANY information at all. All they did was keep asking whether I wanted to buy or lease, or whether I wanted to trade in. This is the reason for only giving four stars on the overall experience.The dealership itself was great. David was a pleasure to work with. He was a no-pressure guy who did very well with sales techniques without seeming overbearing. We talked about the cars, he showed them to me, and then we engaged in a very pleasant negotiation where I got the vehicle for essentially what I wanted to pay. Charlie the finance guy was a pleasure as well, especially considering I was there after closing by the time it was all said and done. Pleasant to talk to, and again no-pressure sales tactics. I am glad I gave this place a chance after a poor experience with the internet team. I'm sure they are instructed not to negotiate online and to get people into the dealership, so I am not mentioning any names at all, just the process itself. I'd buy here again.

I don't live very close to this dealership, the only reason I wound up here is because my 2011 Challenger broke down on the Garden State Parkway while on my way to a weekend getaway...so I had the car towed here because it was the closest dealership. My experience with this entire dealership was nothing short of amazing from the sales floor to the service department. They took me in on a Saturday afternoon at 4 PM, while I wouldn't even expect the service department to be open at this time, took my car in right away... they just happened to have the part my car needed in stock and while I waited in their beautiful and comfortable lounge area watching TV and having some complimentary snacks and coffee, they fixed my car in less than an hour and a half and had me back on the road, it was obviously covered under warranty so it was all free of charge...WOW! The staff in the service department was super friendly, very helpful and curteous, everyone I spoke to on the salesfloor was also very curteous and friendly A+A+A+across the board for these guys, especially the service department!As I said I don't live very close to this dealership, when it's time fror me to buy a new car I will drive the 45 miles to come to this dealership because that's just how impressed I was!

This is the second vehicle I purchased from Buhler. The first was a brand new Dodge Ram 1500. I originally went to this dealer to have my 2008 jeep Liberty serviced. Tim in service couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. While I was waiting I decided to look around at the new jeeps. That's when I met Mike Lencsak. He was very personable and not pushy. He listened to what I was interested in and offered to show me several vehicles that met my criteria. After 2 or 3 visits and test driving several different models I made my decision to trade in my vehicle for a new Cherokee Trailhawk. Mike was very helpful in getting me a generous price on my trade in and also getting me an acceptable price on my new vehicle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership was very nice and respectful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend them to everyone.

My cousin traded his truck in for a new car and they ripped him off on the price and the car they sold him they charged him more than it was advertised for . My aunt when down there and complained and they laughed at her. For anybody that plans on buying a car there don't buy. this isn't the first bad thing I heard about them. These people should be arrested for what they do to people. I plan on spreading the word around the internet so people dont get scammed out of there money.

Went in with a trade looking at a used Chrysler. Bought cars there before the fire so I thought I would go back after they rebuilt. Joe Nitti had no clue what he was doing. Paperwork was all wrong with wrong DL number, wrong address etc. He blamed finance guy. Finance guy said it was info they got from me. I think I know my address and DL number. Car had trim that was dented, they said they would replace. They tried to bend it out to fix, no good. They ordered new trim and painted it wrong color. Painted it again. Brakes were bad, had to bring it back days after pick up to have rotors replaced. Headliner fell down prior to my picking up the car. Was not like that when I looked at it. Service gave hard time fixing it because it was not covered under warranty.So much for certified vehicle instection. Still to this date since July 2013 I have never received follow up call from anyone except robocalls about deals on service. Still have received no info on extended warranty purchased. Had to activate Sirius myself because service did not do it. All around bad experience. Should never have rebuilt after fire.

I brought my car for service in 2013 after scheduling an appointment I advised Tim what needed to be done on the vehicle. When I purchased my car I purchased warranty for the interior of my car. I had the service done to my car before at no additionall car and now I was advised that I had to pay since they lost all their records in the fire and do not recall any warranties sold. They can't repair a remote start or advised me who installed it at the time of my purchase. I was very disappointed in their service and although I am sorry for their loss they should have backups on the computer and not accuse me of lying oabout warranties or work that I previously had done on my car.

Went to Buhler and Bitters after finding a truck I was interested in on the internet at this location. Spoke with the salesman Jeff and together we came to a deal on the truck. Jeff was so nice, and helpful to make the sale, but once I brought the truck in for the items we agreed would be replaced, he wanted nothing to do with me. Dealing with the service advisor Tim was a nightmare, as he pretty much said yea whatever and left me my wife and 2 small children standing there. To make a very long and irritating story short, the salesman Jeff promised me this that and the other thing, and I had to make 4 trips back to the dealer and receive nasty personal text messages from the him saying he never told me anything was getting fixed! And the service advisor was so rude he didn't even make eye contact, and when a mechanic came in to ask him a question(as he didn't even excuse himself), he said to the meachanic "just give them the run around", speaking about a customer right in front of us! My 4 and 5 year old children acted better than these 2 grown men. The ONLY helpful person was the mechanic that I finally spoke to directly to make sure the correct work was being done.

I originally got to this dealer for service on a 2008 Dodge Avenger on a repair that was just a bit past warranty. Both Chryler and Buhler honored the warranty, and even though they had my car for a month they only charged me for the first week on the rental and ate the reat of the cost essentially giving me a "loaner" as if I bought the car there. Carlos was very considerate. I happened to be back in for a minor recall and met Jeff Fraley. I became enamored with a 2011 newer version of my Avenger. When I entered the sales area I wasnt bum rushed oer hit with "sales talk". I was asked what I wanted and I told him. I did mention before hand that I wanted to deal with him and not his manager. Jeff was true to his word got me the deal I was looking for and a little bit more. The money guy as I like to call him was great and not creepy. He was upfront with the costs and it didnt take forever. Since then I have referred 7 people with 6 of them buying from the dealership. Almost all of the people working there I have encountered have been pretty good, always greeting you with a smile. I plan on buying my next car from them if I ever get tired of this one.

Worked with Bill Bryce in service. He was very nice and friendly and made all repairs needed. My Jeep drives like new. I needed the car ready by a certain time and he made that happen. I bought the Jeep at Buhler and have been bringing it there for service for 9 years. Their service department is great. I have never felt uncomfortable talking to any of the people working there. They have always been nice, knowledgable, and respectful. I tell everyone I know how much I like bringing my car there. Will be buying a new car in a year or two and it will probably be another Jeep from Buhler, but if it isn't, I will still bring the car there for service. Thanks.

Salesman Jeff contacted me by e-mail and phone and was not pushy when I explained I was probably going to use a Jeep dealer closer to my home. I finally contacted Jeff 2 months later (after going to 2 other dealers) and after I explained exactly what I was looking for he gave me a fair price right over the phone. He even got me Rebate Dollars I did not know I qualified for making the deal even better. When I arrived at the lot,I found him to be a "Jeep Expert" in my opinion. He worked hard to get me a fair trade in value and I was concerned that the final financial step would not go well because of the great price I was getting. Charlie V, the finance manager, was very informative, and honestly made the process go even smoother. No hard sell on any "upgrades", just good honest information in a relaxed way.Considering the circumstances they are working in after the showroom burned down, this was a great experience for someone who has purchased and leased at least 20 vehicles in my time.I highly recommend speaking to Jeff if you are in the market for any type of Jeep, especially a Wrangler.

I was at first disappointed because the car I went there for was no longer available and I was getting ready to walk out just like I had at two other dealerships. Jeff stopped me and then proceeded to spend the next 3 days finding not only my car but one that was way beyond what I wanted and my new 2012 Dodge Charger is GORGEOUS. I feel like a father with his newborn baby. Jeff did a great job. I look at the negative reviews on this site and it only confirms that you can't make everyone happy. The staff at Buhler are not Cylons, but sales people who make a living selling a product that the public want and depend on word of mouth and repeat business. They would not survive if they did not do the best they can to satisfy and in my case, along with countless others, they did. Do yourself a favor and just go and talk to Jeff. I hope you have the same experience that I had.

World Jeep Crysler beat their price on a Jeep Laredo 2012 Mrsp 30415.00 by approx 2000.00 in addition the trade in price of 19000.00 was beat with a trade in price of 22800.00. A 5000.00 savings. Jeff made it very easy to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. I found the dealership through Truecar.com, and already had a base price set before I reached out to Jeff. I called Jeff and explained that I am going through Truecar.com to purchase the vehicle, and after 5 minutes of a phone conversation I was on my way to meet with Jeff and order my new truck. This is where things usually get very "tricky", when you get to the dealership. In this case however, I was out of the dealership with an order in place, as discussed on the phone. 3 weeks later I took delivery of my new vehicle. Before dealing with Buhler, I did reach out to Sansone Jeep (bunch of scam artists) and Salerno-Duane (bait and switch tactics). I just hope everyone that visits Buhler has an awesome experience as I did. Thanks Jeff.

Would have given Service 'excellent ' mark except Service Advisor told me to go to a Body Shop to get some sort of smudge on Car hood removed -It was there when I picked up car NEW so I felt they should have buffed it out or whatever is needed ( still not done)

I always dread going to a car dealer,salesman are usually shady. This was the 1st time I had a Great experience. Jeff Fraley was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help us. Usually after you purchase the car thats the end,the salesman wants nothing to do with you. But not Jeff! He ordered parts for me after the purchase,without me even asking. My jeep needed a bolt for the lift it came with. Not only did Jeff get the part,he noticed I needed it. Also the Jeep had no mats or tire cover. Jeff made sure he got them for me, and not only did he get me the mats...they were top of the line mats!! He is an awesome salesman! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle whether its used or new, Its definely in your best interest to go to Jeff!

Repairs included:1.Rim replacement or fix, to be decided when brought in...2.Alignment3.Latch release fix1. Rims: Service dept. told insurance company of which the warranty was under that was sold to me by the dealership, that the rims needed to be repaired. Service dept. told me that one rim needed to be replaced & not repaired. I had to follow-up multiple times with Dave from the service dept. so that he could tell the insurance company that the rim was not repairable. In addition the car sat for a week after the scheduled date of the appointment, without being worked on...I had no car for over two weeks & no loaner was offered. In addition, I had to wait for an alloy guy to come in to inspect the wheel to see if it was fixable.2.Dave profusely argued with me for doing an alignment because I did not want to buy new tires. Ever up until the time I paid & the repairs were said to be "complete" he said that the alignment would need to be done again & that I should get new tires from him. My tires are not brand new but they are not flat, low on pressure or bald. The service dept. was unable to do an alignment & then had to send it to sears to do an alignment....more time wasted.3. When I asked Dave, if the latch release needed a part, & that was why I was unable to get the hood up, he said it wasn't broken. I got the car back today, now instead of it being stuck shut, its stuck open & I am unable to drive the car that I was just charged close to $800 to fix.4. They also installed a $150 tire sensor without my consent & charged me for it. The tire sensor indicator light had been on a higher level of sensitivity since I got it, & the Freehold dealership told me that & said that if it remained an issue they could turn down the sensitivity. Eatontown just replaced it & charged me without even asking...awesome.5. When I turn on my exterior lights they turn off my clock radio & temperature light in the car, so I have no idea what time it is. They also lowered the dashboard lights so low that if I turn on my exterior lights, I have no idea how fast Im going how much gas i have, what the RPMs are to shift (its manual) etc.It took them over two weeks to fix things i didn't ask them to fix just to charge me, fix only half of what i asked them to fix, break things & not tell me & on top of it I still can't drive the car. The hood could just fly up at any moment, & all the lights are crossed like a funhouse on fire. I still have no car & i'm $800 in the hole.

I took my car in recently to get warranty related work done. The service manager refused to go on a road test with me to show him the noises the car was making and the bad handling due to a front end issue, and a heating problem when outdoor temps drop below 35 degrees. After 48 hours the dealer claims that there was no noise or front end issue, and that the heating issue could not be felt. All they did do without my authorization was to balance the front tires and claimed the lead weights were missing from the front tires and charged me $170.00 for their time and labor. Three weeks earlier I had 4 new tires installed and a full alignment done there was nothing wrong with the tires but the alignment could not be completed because the tech found an issue with the right front side. The dealer claims that there was a slight pull to the right and that can be caused by the tires or that the car needs an alignment. The service manager claims he cannot fix a car based on a report from a third party alignment center and yet the dealer does not perform alignments nor would they take the car to an alignment place to validate the report. So in other words the dealer wants to play catch 22 with my car and pay for repairs that will never resolve my cars issues. This dealership is engaged in consumer fraud, and after 8 years and 4 cars later this is how as a customer I am being treated.
