Most of the experience was conducted outside of the dealership via email and text message. I did not visit until I was ready to pickup the vehicle. Certainly different than any other car buying experience. Everyone was very helpful, straightforward process. I felt very safe and well informed about my purchase.

Long story short, I live in CA and had been searching everywhere for a specific car I was able to find at this dealership. Since it’s over 2,000 miles away from where we live and had never purchased a vehicle outside of CA, we were unsure of the process and if it was even feasible. We spoke to a super nice and helpful guy named Aaron and he was the best! He helped us with the process (FaceTimed with me so I could see the car) and did everything possible to make the daunting process of buying a car out of state, pleasant :). Right before signing the paperwork, we received a call about another one that became available in our state (and only 12 miles away). We explained this to Aaron and he was nothing but understanding and helpful in refunding us our deposit. We were so grateful to him for providing such a pleasurable car buying experience. So if you are even 1,000 miles away from this dealership and are looking for a great car buying experience, ask for Aaron because he’s fantastic!!! Thanks again Aaron for all of your help and understanding - we truly appreciated your smile and customer service!
