I highly recommend Cain BMW in North Canton to car buyers in the Northeast Ohio area. Client rep Paul Sauvain and the staff at Cain made it extremely easy to find and purchase our 2017 X1. We live closer to Cleveland, but Cains price and professionalism made the drive down I-77 to North Canton an easy decision. I wouldnt take the time to write a review if I didnt appreciate this car buying experience. Im not sure why Cains price was appreciably less than the dealers in my area but it was. Perhaps Cain has a lower overhead than other dealers. But it wasnt just the price. Trying to work with one BMW dealer near me was an irritating exercise. They wanted me to keep calling them for a better price. I thought that style of wheeling and dealing haggling had been confined to old jokes and bad 1970s movies. I didnt expect that from a BMW dealership.This didnt happen with Paul and Cain. I asked him for his best price through email and he gave it to me. No hassle. In fact, I conducted almost the entire process through email. It took some time because the car locator network had to find the car I was looking for. But the process was almost painless. With some effort, Paul found the car with the options I did want and gave me the two minor options I didnt want at cost. Even with those, the car price came in far less than the other dealers. My one complaint is with BMW. Starting with the 2017 models, BMW has reduced the length and coverage of their maintenance plan included with the purchase. Therefore, the dealers are now trying to sell packages that include what used to be free. Cains business manager Greg Haines explained the plans without a hard sell and I might regret passing on some of that coverage but I was upset BMW no longer included much of that coverage. Perhaps the future car buyer will not miss what BMW used to include. Recommending a car dealership might be like recommending a car mechanic or a favorite restaurant. The food could change overnight if the chef leaves. But as far as my experience, I am glad to give Paul Sauvain and Cain a glowing review. They dont pay lip service to internet car sales. They embrace them. If you are shopping for a BMW (I dont know if their Toyota dealership operates with the same principles), do yourself a favor and give Cain a chance. I found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and honest. As I said, I had to be impressed to take time away from playing with all the technology gadgets on the X1 to write this. Oh, and the X1 drove to Lake Erie through the blustery winter wind like a dream. Thanks, folks.

My name is Michael and I am from Pittsburgh Pa and was in the market for a bmw for my daughter. After spending many hours searching for the right car for her and speaking with many dealers in the Pittsburgh area I came across a car that fit my needs at Cain BMW. I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Eric Meyer. He was by far one of the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. After speaking with him and coming to an agreement by phone I drove to Canton the next day to purchase the car. Eric met me there on his day off, and also preparing for a wedding and honeymoon just a few days later. He then turned me over to another outstanding member of the Cain team by the name of Paul Sauvain. What a great and helpful person! They were prepared for me and made my buying experience one of the best I have ever had. The car was in perfect shape and extremely clean. The dealership was also a very comfortable and clean environment, and their inventory was fabulous! Not only did Paul have me in and out of there super fast but he managed to find me a much much better lending rate than originally quoted. To go to the extremes he did to make my experience the best is not something I personally am used to and did not experience at my local Pittsburgh dealerships. Being out of state naturally was a concern I had but they made it effortless! I received my Pennsylvania license plate and registration in the mail within one month of my purchase. I didn't even have to go the my local DMV. The treatment I received was first class and top notch! They were extremely courteous, kind and genuinely caring. Even Bob Weaver in the parts department went above the call of duty to accomodate my needs! What an amazing team they have at Cain BMW. If I ever buy another BMW I will definitely make the trip to Cain BMW again and again. Thank you to everyone at Cain BMW.

Paul Sauvain was such a pleasure to deal with. I have grown to loathe the car buying experience and all of the games that car dealerships play, the dishonesty of many, and the high pressure to not let you leave without purchasing a car. I didn't experience any of that in dealing with Paul. The dealership was clean. I didn't feel pressured. Paul was helpful and honest in answering my questions. I didn't feel misled and unlike most other dealerships, he offered me a fair value on my trade right off the bat. Other dealerships have low-balled me and then eventually get up to the price that the car is worth. He will be my first stop for future purchases because he makes it simple. I do not have the time or the interest for lengthy car buying experiences. Thank you Paul!

By far my best experience with a car dealer at age 60! I've had many opportunities to deal with car dealers in the past with mixed results. This experience with Paul Sauvain was excellent! We were looking for a convertible for my wife and Paul showed us a Mercedes and this Mini. My wife fell in love with the Mini and Paul was SUPER about the lesser sale, making us feel just as important as the people looking to spend much much more. Everything was handled smoothly and behind the scenes so that our buying experience was great. When we came to pick up the car, while we spoke to Greg in Financing, the plates were switched, the Mini was washed, fueled up and running out front when we walked out the door. Paul then spent a long time with my wife showing her how to operate things so she felt comfortable driving away...with a huge smile! Great job by all. I WILL be back!

My husband and I recently purchased a used Mini from Cain BMW and were treated with courtesy and efficiency throughout the transaction. I had driven the vehicle two days before and taken my husband to check it out before making a final decision. I emailed the salesman, John, to make the arrangements for this, and he not only had the car ready, he'd made sure that the few gravel pings I'd noticed earlier were touched up. He also made sure the car was immaculate inside and out. After my husband's test-drive and our decision to buy, we were delighted and amazed to discover we were able to take my new Mini home that night. Can't speak about repairs or how the car will work out -- we've only had it a week -- but I can definitely say we were pleased with how we were treated by both John and the sales manager. My husband & I had been shopping for a car for quite some time, and had terrible experiences from Subaru to Lexus dealerships; no one seemed to think we were serious enough buyers to give us the time of day, or would practice extremely high pressure sales tactics... Does that ever work?! So obnoxious. We periodically puruse Cain to look at their CPO inventory, with nominal experiences with the staff. The day I bought my car, Erik Worley came out to greet us, checking in with us occasionally and eventually coming out the the key to the car I was clearly eyeing, but had no intent to test drive. He was hands-off but readily available, treating us respectfully, calmly. No high pressure, no disregard because we don't look like the typical BMW owners, just relaxed conversation about the car of my dreams.... Which I now own and remain in love with. Without a doubt, next time we shop for a BMW, it will be through Cain, and it will be with Erik. Couldn't be happier with the experience!

We wanted a certified used BMW. We researched on-line. We knew of Cain BMW's 'sister' dealership, Cain Toyota, so we decided to go there! There were two cars we were particularly interested in. Test drove them both; decided on the one we wanted, and everything just fell into place after that. Our sales person, John Romell, was the best! Paperwork couldn't be finished the first night, so the dealership gave us a courtesy car to use for the night, because my husband wouldn't be able to come back, and I wouldn't have had a car! They were just so helpful and courteous. About 3 weeks after purchasing the car, a warning light came on, we took it back to the dealership and again, they were so polite and took care of the problem right away. I would certainly go back when buying another car! I would also recommend Cain BMW to friends and family!

Put simply, this was the best car buying experience we have had.The car was prepped and waiting for us when we arrived. 2008 535xi with 150,000 miles was running rough. Had other mechanics look at it and they could not fix it. It took a couple trips and lots of detective work and they fixed the car. It's runs like new. I also had them do the suspension. Chris in service was easy to get in touch with, kept me updated, and (not sure if I should mention this) but worked with me on price. This is not the closest BMW dealership, but for service I will use them from now on.

Drove over 4 hours to buy this vehicle to find out that "spotless, not one scratch, and brand new tires" really meant "scratches that we painted over, badly dented Bumper, small dings and dents all over body and half tread tires" . Not to mention the skid plates were missing and the underside of the body was tore up from the previous owner going off roading without skid plates. When paying only $5,000 less than I could pay for a brand new Jeep Rubicon for a 2012 that they were selling, I would expect much better quality of vehicle and much more knowledgable salesman.

Can a used car buying experience be totally painless, even enjoyable? YES IT CAN! I'm no fan of buying cars and I typically find the whole experience pretty awful, but I have to say, Cain BMW made it an absolutely pleasant way to spend a couple of hours. I would thoroughly recommend the dealership and in particular John Romell, who definitely puts the "professional" in "Sales Professional". Greg in finance was also a pleasure to do business with. I received a very fair price for my trade, was able to acquire the precise vehicle I was looking for and all in, well maintained surroundings with plenty of good coffee! Hard to imagine going anywhere else if this is how they treat their customers - I drove 90 minutes to get there - time well spent.

I found a used Jeep that I had wanted at this dealership. As with any car purchase, I dreaded car shopping because of the pressure. I could not have had a better experience at Cain BMW, and with my salesman John Romell. First, the dealership was clean, quiet, and extremely low pressure. John was so attentive and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle and paperwork. He followed up with me several times to make sure I didn't need anything and that I had a good experience. Part of the sales agreement was that they would fix a cracked turn signal light on my Jeep and they kept their word. While it was being fixed, the waiting area was nice, clean, and a few employees checked on me while I was waiting to see if I needed anything. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I would absolutely return to John and this dealership. No pressure at all. Kind, courteous salesmen, and a quick process. Thank you for making buying my Jeep an all around great time. I love it!

From the moment you walk in, you get exactly what you'd expect from a BMW dealership! They had cookies & starbucks for the customers and a comfortable waiting area while paperwork was being written up. (Which was good for my husband who was exhausted after working third shift!) I had been looking for weeks for an X3. I saw one online at Cain one morning- contacted Charlie Schumann by email and he said I can come in right away and take a look at it! It's quite a drive for me, coming from Rocky River, but he was ready with the vehicle when I arrived and as soon as I drove it (after driving so many already) that it was the one I wanted. Charlie did not hesitate getting me set up with Greg Haines in financing, he used the financing option I wanted, and quickly so we could get my husband home to bed!! ;-)All of this sounds horribly routine, but in my experiences, there's hardly anything routine about shopping for cars. These guys made it a true pleasure to shop for a car. I'll go back for every car I buy from now on! Even if they are down in North Canton! It's worth the drive!

I specifically went to dealership to look at one particular used vehicle. I had researched on the internet and wanted to test drive one and Cain was the closest dealership that had this particular vehicle even though they had one of the highest prices for this vehicle in the nation as I had done a search throughout the US. The sales person wasn't very talkative and let me go on test drive by myself as he stated they were short staffed. When we got back I pointed out some minor defects of the vehicle. He didn't ask any questions and I made him a fair offer which was a few thousand below asking. He went to Manager and he came back and said all he could do was maybe take a few hundred off. He didn't even attempt to negotiate. I stated to him that the car had already been on the lot for some time. He stated that if it did not sell at that price then they would wholesale it out. Whatever that means. He also stated that someone else test drove it the day before and was interested. So here it is 2 months later and the vehicle is still for sale at their "best" price which they have lowered at least 3 times and each time stating it was their "best" price. I ended up going to a dealership in Michigan and buying a similar vehicle with a bit more miles for $5000 less than Cain's original asking price. I did not feel that I was taken seriously as I gave salesperson my phone number and have yet to receive a call to tell me the price was lowered to see if I was interested. Very disappointed.

My experience with John Romell was the best I have ever had at any dealership. John conversed with me over the internet until we came up with a sales agreement for both parties. I then drove from PA to Ohio to purchase my new X3. Once I got there I was greeted with respect. John had the car I was interested in out front ready for me to test drive and had the person who would purchase mine also there to go over the car. He went over all the features of the vehicle and preset things up so I would not have to on my drive back to PA. I located a specific vehicle on the lot of Cain BMW, a 2013 X5 35d. I contacted Cain BMW, and received a good experience. The pictures online of the vehicle were incorrect, and that was the only mishap. However, the Sales Advisor was not aware of this. After I showed him that the sticker and pictures were not correlating, he had pictures taken, and then emailed them to me. We scheduled a time for me to arrive onsite, and perform a test drove. I arrived a little later than anticipated, as I was coming from 3 hours away, so though I got to test drive, and agree to purchase terms, I was told it was too late in the day to purchase, and therefore take home the vehicle, which is understood, though was unfortunate for me, because of distance, and another 6 hours round-trip of driving. Overall, the experience was great, and I would visit Cain BMW again for sales, and potentially service, if I were closer. ;

The best car purchasing experience I have ever had. It was well worth the 50 minute drive to get there. I felt the best price was offered from the start based on my extensive research. It was not necessary for me to negotiate further because the price the client advisor offered was very sharp. I changed my financing company to one the dealership suggested based on their ability to get me the best APR. I customized the car initially online and the client advisor worked closely with me to track the car from Germany to the USA. He was right on target with its arrival date at his dealership. He walked me through every detail about the car when I picked it up. The client advisor and the finance manager each wrote me a personal note of appreciation and included my registration papers plus a request to keep in touch with any questions I might have in the future. I feel like I have invested in a relationship not just purchased a car. This is definitely a first. Oh, I might add I was in the process of moving 2100 miles away at the time. The process of purchasing my new BMW X1 was the most stress free experience of the entire move. And, the drive across the USA was fabulous, what a machine.

From our first contact with Cain BMW, we received excellent service. We were able to order our car exactly as we wanted. We were given updates on its'' progress. We walked into the dealership and was greeted by Brian Cain the owner. Brian then introduces us to John Rommel who walked us through the process. He showed us examples of options and colors. Upon delivery of our car, the process was simple. We arrived and all paperwork was ready to be signed. John then spent a great deal of time explaining our car and the options that we had chosen. John has followed up with us several times to check how things were going. He also has offered to sit down with us again to learn more about the vehicles options. We have had a service check and that was excellent as well. We were given a loaner car and away I went. When my car was finished I was told to pick it up at my convenience. What more could I ask for? Spoke to John Romell, a sales associate, prior to viewing the car. We discussed the purchase price over the phone, and the condition of the car, which he assured me was pristine. Drove 3 hours to come look at the car, and were warmly welcomed by John, looked over the car and saw a some flaws that were not reported to us. We politely asked that they be fixed which would have costed no more than $100, which John was very receptive of. John Romell is a great salesman, and is the reason customers come to Cain. However, the manager is another story. He was very rude and arrogant, and acted as if he was doing us a favor by selling us a car- mind you we were paying cash. He refused to fix the minor flaws- sort of a take it or leave it attitude. Never have seen a manager this rude at other dealerships. Also, beware, he demanded a social security number from me, even though we were not financing. He told us it was "Company Policy" to log SS numbers, and refused to give us the policy in writing, or even assure us that the numbers would be kept private, and not used in a credit check of any kind. *The State of Ohio no longer requires Social Security numbers to process a sale, as long as you have a Ohio License.

John helped me with the order/purchase of my wife's 2013 X5. It was a very painless process and the car was delivered in literally 2 weeks. The rear wiper fluid mechanism seriously malfunctioned within 2 weeks over a weekend, and John made sure that the car was picked up and loaner dropped off first thing on Monday. Versus the larger BMW dealership closer to my house, I would rather work with Cain who provides better personal service.

I was nervous taking the plunge into buying my first BMW. Charlie did a great job helping me decide between a 328i and 535i. I ended up choosing the 535i as it had the better overall value for the money. Charlie was very professional and not pushy at all. I told him what I needed in order to get the price and monthly payment that I wanted, and he made it happen in 5 minutes. I was even more impressed with the delivery of the vehicle the next day. Cain BMW was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I am a fairly well informed out of town buyer looking for a quick, trouble free, no hassle deal on a 5 series BMW. Was looking for low mile used, however I saw a Cain ad on AutoTrader that had some aggressive prices on new vehicles so I called and spoke to John. They were so aggressive on pricing that it was a better deal for me to purchase a new 2012 rather than a used. As part of the deal I was trading in a vehicle, but due to the distance I could not bring the vehicle in for an advanced inspection. John asked me to send detailed pictures and a description and they quoted me a price over the phone and honored it when I arrived (no hassle over condition or other issues). This deal was so efficient that I was able to get it done with a couple of 10 minute phone calls and when I arrived I signed the papers and was on my way. I even requested that their finance group not waste my time trying to upsell me when I arrived, they didn't it was quick and easy. Customer service was great prior to purchasing the vehicle. However, after I bought a BRAND NEW car from this dealership and experienced problems I never got my phone calls returned. I would leave a message, wait a few days, leave another message and still not hear from anyone. I would have to call and physically get a person on the phone before I would get a response to my messages. They did not take any ownership in the problems that I was having, since they were cosmetic. Frankly, it shouldn't matter, I purchased a car with 2 miles on it. I think a dealerships response and actions after purchase say a lot about the way the company is run. Honestly, they had more important things to do because they already got the commission from my purchase and there was no more money to be made from me. This is extremely disappointing. I don't want anyone to experience what I did because Cain Toyota is deceiving. The staff is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond to earn business, but that is all. They are not willing to take responsibility or right the problems they created. I don't want a response or apology from someone at Cain. There is nothing that can fix the problem at this point. I was very cooperative and gave ample time to handle the issues, but it's hard to get anywhere with folks who don't take ownership or responsibility in the cars they sell.

I was very impressed with the entire experience I had at Cain Toyota. The salesman, Robert, really listened to what we wanted and never tried to force us or pressure us into something else. He gave us several options and let us choose the best one. And the negotiating was very simple. I puchased this auto for cash, April 16, 2012 AWD Wagon with low mileage. After about 2 weeks sitting in the garage (nice weather, driving my sports car), I saw an oily spot on the garage floor; checked by placing a piece of cardboard on floor and located the spotting in the front of the car. I called the salesman, Ben and he told me to call service in the am which I did. Service told me they would be happy to check it out for $92. I called Ben next to see if there was anything he could do, left a voice mail, no call back. I know when to give up on a lost situation. Here's the thing. I had confidence that if I bought a car from a dealership, (rather than a used car dealer only), it would have been thoroughly examined and serviced before it was advertised on Cars.com. However, In less than 2 weeks, with very little driving, there was a problem. As of today, May 17th, I have put 203 miles on the car. I did not purchase the extended warrenty. Silly me, thinking the car would be fine for a while -- anyway. And I had not even received the title when the oily spotting occurred. My mechanic suggested that I call Cain, and I did, and now MY MAN is going to resolve the problem. It's a nice car, but I would not trust this dealership's service. MY MECHANIC will be giving giving any future purchase a THOROUGH checkup. Cait. ps. Had Park Subaru pull 2 wagons out from under me 'cause they failed their inspections. They sound very trustworthy. pps As to recommending this dealer, I might with much cautioning So there no YES/NO, just a qualified MAYBE.

He assisted me with my initial inspection and test drive, answered my questions, and also arranged to hold the car while I moved the money into place to make the purchase. Superior customer service is the most important part of any business! Unfortunately this company lacks this very vital piece of business equtiette. My husband and I are in the market for a specific vehicle with reasonable price expectations to be paid. First, we emailed via cars.com. No response received. We should have known it was a no go at that point; however we decided to reach out yet again. We email again. No response. Then third shot, we called. A sales person from this dealership (without any formal/professional intro) states they do NOT degotiate. What CAR dealership does absolutely no negotiations?!?!?! He did not even ask if we had a trade. What a joke of a car dealership. I would never want to deal with a company that is so infexible. The main reason that I went to Cain was due to trust. I just purchased my 6th (2 new and 4 used)vehicle from the dealership and have always been impressed with the customer service, no excuses on why things can't be done and always pursuing a way to make a deal. I have never felt that I walked away with anything less than a fair deal, and in some cases felt that I was offered a great deal. The sales staff will work with the customer and will not hide behind the "magic curtain" with the sales manager. All dealings are on the table.Quality staff, service, ownership and dealership.Personally, I will be moving out of state in the next several months and will return to Cain for my vehicle purchases, because the trust that has developed is not easy to find in any car dealership.

The gentlemen at Cain BMW know how to get the job done and treat people with the respect that they deserve. I have worked with other BMW dealerships in Akron, Columbus, Toledo, Milwaukee, and Chicago, but none of them compare to the overall feel of Cain BMW. There was no pressure from John and he literally let me drive the deal. We had such a blast working together, so much so that four days later I returned to purchase a second car from the showroom floor. John worked with me to efficiently coordinate both auto sales and preparation so that the cars were ready as soon as we were done with paperwork and a cup of coffee. I hope that Cain understands the gem that they have in John Romell. He is a good man and helps to make the team at Cain successful. While I would never expect John or anyone else to completely bend over backward to please me, they sure know how to make their customers pleased. And I know that John was thrilled to have me as a customer. I could see it in him, hear it from him, and his handshake told me everything I needed to know. Thank you John.The service department is much improved from the first experience I had with them back in 2006/2007. They have made some changes that I am so glad to see. No more do I get responses that seem doctored and filled with corporate vagueness. I have purchased two Camrys from Cain, both times Robert was my sales guy. The second car I bought, I started with another guy and Robert came in on his day off to drop something off, he finished the sale. He is honest and straight forward. All was great until financing, the one guy said my rate was gonna be like 8%. I have never had a rate that high, mind you I have bought several cars. The next day they called me with the rate where it was supposed to be. Just be aware of your financing options, like all dealers you must watch.

I called the dealership and spoke with Erik Worley who answered all my questions about the car I called on with honest answers he gave me all the information I needed to decide if I was going to purchase the car. This decision took a few days, but with great negotiations between Erik and myself I made the decision to purchase the car. The only problem was on the mechanical side of things. Halfway through driving the car back home my oil light went on. I discovered the vehicle was very low on oil and did not get inspected properly. I called John and he was very quick to help rectify the issue. They reimbursmed me for the oil change and were very courteous and helpful with the whole situation.

Purchased a 2011 BMW X5 35d from Greg Haines at Cain BMW; both Greg as well as the entire Cain establishment was a first-class professional operation to deal with. A true seamless transaction with no "salesmen games". Greg was very up front and honest from the get-go and provided me a very fair trade number (on two different occasions in which I accepted both offers). I actually live much closer to another authorized BMW dealership in the Akron area but had worked with them in the past on a vehicle other than BMW and was very unhappy with no only the "price games" but also the service. I always felt as if they were doing me a favor instead of simply helping a customer... Cain on the other hand has been quite the opposite. My dad test drove the vehicles and talked to Erik about what type of deal could be done. I contaced Erik via phone and we set a time for me to come up to Cain and test drive the vehicles. From the very first visit I had such a wonderful experience. Randy Turner showed me a couple small SUVs that I woudl be interested and let me test drive the ones that I was interested in. All of the questions I had were answered and I didn't feel rushed or hurried to make a decision. I loved the fact that I was able to take the car home for a couple days to see if it was what I really wanted. I then found a couple things wrong that I wanted checked before I did purchase the vehichle. I thought I would buy my certified used BMW in South Carolina, where I have a second home, but after visiting their showroom, the personnel turned me off. I waited until I returned to Ohio and am pleased that I did. My sales person, Erik Worley, was friendly and knowledgeable. His follow-up has been extraordinary, asnd much appreciated. I have heard the service is beyond expectations, and look forward to experiencing that also.

BEWARE USED CAR BUYERS!!! This has to be the worst purchasing experience of a used vehicle I ever had. All I can do is forwarn any person even remotely considering purchasing a used vehicle from this Cain BMW dealership is to stay as far away from them as possible. The dealership and the sales personnel are very aware of any " lemons" on the lot. If a vehicle has been there for close to 3 months there is a reason. I highly recommend having an outside mechanic not affiliated with the dealership do a complete vehicle check PRIOR to purchase, mechanically and body , for a fee that you will never regret paying for. I did not do this, and regretably the vehicle I purchased is an outright LEMON verified as such by 2 independant licensed mechanic sources. This dealership has refused to take the car back. Go to a dealer who will exchange the car in 30 days if you are not satisified.( Those dealers do exist.) Do not trust their acting and pretended niceness. These guys are there to get your money period. You are nothing to any of them. And if this transaction involves deceit and outright fabrication, it is the norm for these guys or masters of thievery/crooks at Cain! Again, do not trust this dealership. I do not take time to write this type of remark unless it is really necessary and in good conscience the correct thing or path to follow. Guess the Cain money machine will screw the average joe. THIS MISTAKE OF GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS WILL AFFECT YOU IN A NEGATIVE FINANCIALLY AND EMOTIONALLY.

I visited three BMW dealerships in my area (NE Ohio); the first(in Akron) was typical salesmen-high pressure environment with old-school mentality price games. The second (Cleveland) didn't seem too motivated to sell me a car. At the first sign of me wanting to negotiate the price down it was almost as if they were done talking to me and at one point actually told me to go to another dealership (after referencing a trade-in value offered to me from their nearest competitor). "That's a good deal, I would take it" are the exact words the salesman told me - this was within my first conversation with them. Never indicated a price match or willingness to move on price whatsoever. So, I took his advice, went to his competitor (Cain in N.Canton) and ordered and brand-new fully loaded X5. Greg from the Cain dealership was very easy to work with, no pressure, no hassles; first-class operation. We did play the price game somewhat but was done tastefully. I would definitely recommend this dealership (as well as vehicle) to anyone who would ask.

I won't take my time or the reader's time to complain about the other salesmen. First off, Cain dealership lobby is empowering and the welcoming bodies make it difficult not to want a mutual, long-term relationship. Both employees exhibited professionalism and provided distinguishing service. John was determined to arrange follow ups and seal the deal, as well as fulfill finicky requests that I propsed to him. Furthermore, Chris was able to excel my expectations with my financing the vehicle of choice and exhausted all options for a lower interest rate. I saw this BMW on autotrader.com. I called the number provided and left a message. Greg called me back in a timely manner. He had all info for the car as well as a few pictures of the blemishes on the car. He instructed me on how to fill the credit app out and I submitted it. I was suprised to see how fast he got back with me. I live about 4 hours away and he even helped me with directions to the store. Once I arrived, he let me take a test drive and explained a few features. After the quick purchase, he spent well over an hour explaining features as well as linking my Blackberry to the Bluetooth feature. I was extremely happy with the experience overall! I left a few CDs behind and he said he would mail them along with my plate that we struggled to get off my trade. Greg was by far the BEST car salesmen I have ever worked with! Pretty much an all around great experience. Sales person was very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Car was in great shape inside and out and bought for less than sticker price without a need to haggle. Only one item of note was that there were some issues with the car after sale, some of which could have been avoided if I had asked but each issue was repaired and paid for by them as well a loaner vehicle provided. Will definitely recommend and will return for servicing and future purchases.

I recently purchased a 2006 used Acura TL from Cain BMW. I thought the dealership conducted the sale with a high level professionalism and honesty. They addressed any concerns I had about the vehicle both before and after I purchased it. The previous owner had left 5 compact discs jammed in the stereo and Cain paid to have it repaired even after I had agreed to buy the car. The lease on my 2008 Toyota Solara convertible was coming up and I had been looking for a new convertible. After dealing with other car dealerships and having horrible experiences my husband and I on the spur of the moment decided to check out the BMW. To our surprise when we walked into the Cain BMW dealership we were met by John Rommell whom I had dealt with in the past and he had sold me two other cars at a previous dealership. We went into his office and told him what I wanted. As always John gave us a fair price and there was no hastle. He said he had to order the car and it would be four weeks. Excellent experience with the dealership. My brother and I discussed what types of cars we wanted to purchase and we agreed on the X5. He visited Cain and walked out the same day with an X5 Diesel. He was very pleased with his deal and recommended I talk to Eric. My personality is a little different from my brother so I needed to read through the brochure and learn about all the options. Eric helped me with each item and I was able to custom build my X5 according to my desires. I picked it up yesterday and was very pleased. My wife loves the black color and the way it looks going down the road.I was pleasantly surprised at the rebates and financing available. I am very pleased to see that BMW has chosen to bring their diesel engine technology to the USA. You can't smell the exhaust at all and I am loving the improved miles/gallon I get with the diesel versus what I was getting with the Acura MDX with premium fuel.I am enjoying my new X5 Diesel!

I found salesman Eric Worley to be genuine, cordial and honest. His efforts were directed at providing a sale that was fair to both the consumer (me) and the dealership he works for. At no time did I feel pressured or squeezed. He did not make up answers to my questions - if he didn't know, he checked before answering.
