The salesman Mike Bann was polite and did not intrude upon us as we were reviewing the vehicles, but he was always at hand if we had any questions about a specific vehicle. He then was courteous enough to back off a reasonable distance so we could discuss the car in private, which means we had fun picking out the car that we ended up getting that and that is unusual. We told Mike that we would go home and discuss the purchase and call the next day. He gave us his card and said thank you for visiting the dealership and look forward to hearing from us. Instead of calling we went back and discussed the price which was very professionally presented even by the finance department, they excepted our offer for the vehicle we filled out the appropriate papers and drove the car home. So in summary it was a very good experience all around.

By far my best experience with a car dealer at age 60! I've had many opportunities to deal with car dealers in the past with mixed results. This experience with Paul Sauvain was excellent! We were looking for a convertible for my wife and Paul showed us a Mercedes and this Mini. My wife fell in love with the Mini and Paul was SUPER about the lesser sale, making us feel just as important as the people looking to spend much much more. Everything was handled smoothly and behind the scenes so that our buying experience was great. When we came to pick up the car, while we spoke to Greg in Financing, the plates were switched, the Mini was washed, fueled up and running out front when we walked out the door. Paul then spent a long time with my wife showing her how to operate things so she felt comfortable driving away...with a huge smile! Great job by all. I WILL be back!

I could of not of had a more awesome salesman. She definitely did not fit the "normal" salesman stereotype. Well at least not mine. Robert Rowan did an excellent job with his product knowledge and professional manners. Robert listened what I was asking for and helped educate me on the products of Toyota. He did not try to sell be any more, or less, of a vehicle than my needs required. The perfect fit of vehicle to meet my requirements were met for the very first time in my vehicle buying experiences. Negotiations were fair and without pressure. Fair an informative comparisons were made of other brands to help in my decision making process. This was a transaction that went smooth from my first email and online negotiation until we drove over an hour to our face to face meeting. I was impressed that Jason Pettigrew was well versed in our chosen vehicle and spent time with us after our purchase explaining the various features and programming. I would recommend Jason and Cain to anyone that is considering an automobile purchase. A couple weeks ago our vehicle was totaled and I checked a few different dealerships to ease the pain on my wife looking for a vehicle to replace the one we had. I arrived at Cain Toyota after a few poor experiences at other dealerships and spotted an amazing minivan. I told my wife all about it so she checked it out the next day and scheduled a test drive for the next day with Mike. Before test driving the van I wanted to be upfront and honest that we didn't have the return from the insurance company yet. We absolutely loved the minivan and it was incredible to work with Mike. He was so understanding and willing to work with us. I left in awe of God's mercy because my prayers had been answered. Cain Toyota and Mike Bann were such a blessing to my family and I.Working with Tony in the Finance office was a great experience as well. Both of these men went above and beyond my expectations!!!!

Their prices are not the lowest online, however their used vehicles are in top shape. You get what you pay for! This is our second purchase from Cain Toyota and most likely not the last. Upon initial contact, my sales rep was polite, friendly, and helpful. When I visited later in the afternoon/evening (approx 5pm) with my husband, we walked into dealership and immediately were told the Sign and Drive promotion was on the LE models only, not XLE as I was told earlier. We were okay with that. Sales rep then said if we wanted the XLE, we would need to put $2000 down, prior to running our credit. He then continued suggesting the LE, despite our desires for the XLE. My husband asked rep if there was a model between the LE and XLE, rep advised there was not a model in between the two. While completing our credit app, dealer drove my car around for trade in valuation. When pulling our credit, we went outside to look at XLE models. Rep came out and said credit was about where we assumed it would be, they had to wait until morning to contact Toyota to see what credit tier we fell in. He never disclosed what the exact credit came back as (previous experience with other dealerships, they always show the numbers they received back). We also were not told about how much they valued my car at. By 2pm the next day, I hadnt heard from my sales rep so returned a call from Don Joseph Toyota. I walked into Don Joseph at 5pm. We discussed options. I learned the actually WAS an in between model available, my sales rep at Cain chose not to discuss it. I drove away with a new XLE PREMIUM model at 7:30pm. My husband and I feel the sales rep was unprofessional, credit should have never been ran if there was little or no intention on making a sale, and leaving someone hanging around, waiting for a call that never happened, is wrong and bad business. They could have simply stated while at dealership that there was nothing they were willing to do for us. Honesty is always better than "smoke and mirrors".

Sam Warther was very respectful and helpful throughout the research and purchasing process. He was patient and understanding in helping me determine which vehicle best suited my needs. Cain Toyota gave me a decent deal on a 2015 Prius in late December (Toyota was giving incentives to get the 2015 Prius out of stock so that they could start selling 2016 Prius). The price of the new 2015 Prius came close to matching the Consumer Reports pricing for the vehicle, after the incentive, and I got a decent deal on my trade-in (2010 Prius with 192,500 miles). per Kelly Blue Book and NADA pricing. The dealership did well on this deal, too, due to the incentive. Win-Win situation; I got a car that I like at a decent, but not great deal, and they got a car off the lot.

I've purchased three vehicles, all Highlanders, from Cain Toyota, all with Robert Rowan as my sales person. He's my "go to" guy! When I anticipated that my 2006, which had been involved in an accident, would be declared totaled rather than repairable by the insurance company, I contacted Robert and we discussed a replacement: the model of Highlander I wanted and the options to include. Robert kept me informed of the search's progress and when I received the settlement from the insurance company, Robert and the Cain team had the new Highlander on the lot and ready for pick up within three days. Maintenance on the vehicles through the years has been provided by Cain and only routine service has been requested or necessary. Informed sales and service staff, a comfortable waiting area during maintenance visits, friendly people all around. What's not to like?

She made buying a car a stress free experience. I never felt pressured as she did an excellent job of explaining all the new features on the 2016 Camry. I purchased the car based on her excellent customer service. She went above and beyond. She also informed me that I could call her or come back to the dealership if I had any questions. She spent over an hour in the car with me before I took it off the lot, making sure I felt comfortable with all the features. I found the dealership in excellent condition. It was very clean from the entry door to the bathrooms. I was even offered coffee during my excellent experience. Tried to buy a 2015 Corolla S Premium here in WV and they changed the price on me after we already made a deal so we turned them down after they refused to make it right after their mistake. After we got home we did some research and nobody in WV had a 2016 model with the color and package that we were looking for so I searched the Akron area and Cain Toyota had the exact car that we were looking for on their showroom floor. I emailed Jason Pettigrew a question about the price and he made us a deal that couldn't be refused. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. This is a great dealership who truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend going to Cain Toyota if you're in search of a new car. We were on the hunt for a 2015 silver/grey Toyota tacoma and after extensive searching ....Mike Bann at ..Cain Toyota was able to locate the only one left in 12 states. We previously owned 2 Nissan Frontier trucks and now own a Nissan Maxima. Once we test drove the tacoma.....there was no comparison. The interior was far superior to the new Frontier and it's ride was so much more smooth on the bumpy road than the Frontier. When we arrived to pick up the truck we purchased unseen at Cain Toyota.....it was spit shined to the max and displayed beautifully. There was a problem with my trade-in title that seemed insurmountable to me, but the three fellows mentioned in the Title of my review made some phone calls and solved the problem in just three days. I saw online that Cain Toyota had a used Subaru that really caught my attention. Mike never once tried to talk me out of that car. It seemed that he was as happy to sell me the Subaru Forester as any other car on the lot. And the clean-up guy did a fantastic job of detailing the car for me, including cleaning the headliner of some unsightly stains. I felt respected (the guys listened to my wishes and spoke to me just as they would speak to anyone else [read "man"]) and I appreciate that a lot.

We arrived at a price within the window I had calculated, though I had not divulged it to Mike, and I drove my new Prius home that afternoon. As an English teacher, I usually make jokes about inflated titles, such as "sales consultant," but in Mike's case, in the context of my experience, the title is justified. This was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have had: Mike worked with me from facts and delivered exactly what was promised.

Horrible Experience. My sales rep Jonathan Porter who claims he has been selling cars for a year knew nothing of selling cars. Did not even know what other common cars even looked like (GMC Acadia) (Saturn Outlook). He cursed the entire time I was with him (Unprofessional). He actually argued with me about the price I would be paying for the mini van I was looking at. He claimed I was only paying 27,000 for the van when the actual cost was 30,000. His claim was based on the fact that I was trading in a car that they were going to give me 3,000 trade in on so he felt I was only paying 27,000. I had to explain that the cost of the van was and is still 30,000 regardless of how I was paying for it. The manager who stayed seated behind his glass window was of no help either. Very rude and also unprofessional. At one point I walked into his open office to hand him and my sales rep some paperwork which they requested to see and the manager never even acknowledged that I walked in, let alone ever introduced himself. A simple Hi, Im (Mr. Whomever)......"Let me look over this and discuss some stuff with your sales rep and we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. Over 2 hours in the sales lobby back and for with the sales rep and "The Man Behind The Glass" and never spoke or acted like I was standing right outside his office. Not the guy I want to deal with if there is ever a problem with my car. Went down the street and bought the exact same car the same night with more options (Nav and DVD) for less money and got more for my trade (Marhofer Dealership). That was my second purchase at Marhofer and I WILL go back in the future, tired of the back and forth games of car buying. They don't negotiate, the price on the window is the price and they don't hold cars on their lot for over 2 weeks. The van at Cain had been sitting on their lot since November (8 months) and they still wouldn't work with me to match the price of the other dealership a few blocks down even though I liked the color of the van at Cain better. Overall I'm glad I left and went down the street....they even watched my kids for my wife and I while we shopped and stayed 3 hours after closing to finish the deal....awesome at Marhofer. Was kindly greeted and spoken to from everyone there including the manager. He even came out of his office to speak with me and helped complete the sale like a good manager should. Will not return to Cain. Jon needs training and "The Man Behind The Glass" whom I looked up to see who he was (Peter Eaglowski) needs let go or demoted. He is not a good example for his staff or a good representation of the Cain motto posted on their home page. Justin 330-962-3527

After doing some research on the Toyota Rav 4 and the Toyota Camry. My husband and I decided to go test drive one of them to see if they would be of interest to us. After a couple of minutes being there the Salesman Sam approached us and asked how he could assist us. He went into great detail about the Rav 4 told us all the features it had to offer. We went on a test drive. Sam was very helpful in answering all our questions and took his time with us without trying to pressure us he made sure we knew all of our options as far as buying new verses used. Long story short we purchase a new Rav 4. I couldn't have been happier with Sam and all the people I encountered at the dealership. The sales manager was very friendly I have forgotten his name sorry. And the Finance guy Ben was also very friendly. I also meet a nice lady in the service department but I cannot recall her name. We have purchased four cars from Peter. We bought many cars over the years, but we never found a salesperson or dealership that we consistently purchased cars. I really dreaded buying a car because of high pressure salespeople and often unhappy with the service we would receive from a dealership. In short, we were pretty jaded about the entire experience. Our first car we purchased from Peter was a Camry in 2005 and we were amazed by how Peter was so low key and did not try to pressure us in any manner. When we had an issue with the car Cain/Toyota would take care of the problem in a timely manner. After visiting another Toyota dealer we stopped in at Cain Toyota. We were greeted promptly and given I mediated attention even thought they were about to close for the day. Sam took his time and we never felt rushed. The dealership is easy to deal with. When we were first looking, they did not pressure us at all. We went there three times before we decided to deal. Robert our sales associate was very accommodating. It took less than 30 min. to finalize our deal. Ken Damis was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help my wife and I's car shopping at Cain Toyota enjoyable and stress free. My wife stopped on a rare Sunday that Cain was open and allowed her to test drive a Toyota Rav4 XLE with no promise of a sale. I stopped the next day to test drive a RAV4 XLE but had to leave due to an appointment after the test drive. When I went back to talk with Ken the next afternoon, we were able to strike a deal on a RAV4 XLE within a half hour. This was my first lease so I tried to do some research. I contacted Ken by e-mail and we talked back and forth a bit and he quoted me a price. Based upon my research I felt the price was fair so I came in to look at the car. Ken was very nice and friendly to me during our talk and discussion about the car. I decided to buy based upon the price I was quoted in the e-mail and I signed all the documentation. After leaving the dealership I was happy with the car but I had a concern with the paperwork. I did a review on here and Ken called me right away to address my concern. He was friendly and helpful in explaining everything, and, after looking it all over again, I am confident I got the deal I asked for. More than that, I actually got it for $150 less than what we talked about because he had to drop the price a little to get me the deal due to my credit score. It is nice to know that there are honest dealers out there. My experience with Ken was a very positive one, he took time to explain everything to me, including all the options of the car since it has technology I was not familiar with. And, the fact that he took the time to look at the review here and call me about my concerns just adds to the positive experience overall. I would highly recommend Ken and Cain.

Robert was exceptionally friendly and positive from the start. Most importantly, he knew the product and when it was time to pick up our vehicle, he took a great deal of time and patience dealing with two 66 year olds, explaining all the features and even programming our Bluetooth and garage door opener. He of course had to explain a few features more than once, but was happy to do so. This is the type of service consumers expect but do not often receive. We can only hope that the service at Cain Toyota is on the same level as Robert's performance. We also met with Theresa briefly on 2 occasions. She was very pleasant to work with.Tony our financial specialist was amazingly organized and obviously knowledgeable regarding the process. He expedited the financial aspect of our transaction and exceeded our expectations.

We had rented a Toyota Rav4 on vacation this past summer so my husband insisted we go test drive one. Omg! We finally found a salesperson (Theresa Hessert) who was friendly, knowledgable and quick with a lease payment amount! She was never pushy (which I really dislike about car salespeople) and so nice! We were somewhat time constrained and live east of Cambridge, OH so were an hour and a half away but Amy got everything scheduled smoothly and efficiently while Theresa helped us with the paper work. I found this deal most stress free and actually enjoyable. Ken Damis first inquired what my interest was, once that was established within minutes the very car I described was before me for our inspection, (my wife and me). Once we told Ken this was the car we wanted and at the beginning of paper work he explained the many different programs that is offered for our consideration. Upon completion of the paper work and review of programs offered Ken had us sit in the car and demonsstrated the many different features available on this car. Ken explained the very basic operation as well the more advanced features, such as blue tooth which is very cool. I know now why my son Tim Young recomended Ken Damis. I sent an email concerning the type of truck and accessories I wanted it to come with through the Cain website. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call from Sam Warther. We talked for a few minutes to make sure he knew exactly what I was after. We set up a time for me to come in and check out some of the trucks he had on the lot to make sure that was what I was after. Upon finishing the test drive of a similar Tacoma, Sam immediately tracked down the exact truck I was after. He did an outstanding job and I love my new Tacoma. Ryan Burton also helped me out with my trade-in. He was very fair and honest. When it came time to finance my new truck Ben Barbato took over. He showed me different options and also different warranties that I could purchase. I was never pressured by any of the employees of Cain Toyota and they all made my experience a pleasurable one. I am in my 60's and have bought many cars over the years. I have to say without a doubt, I have never been treated as good as my wife and I were treated at Cain Toyota. From the moment we walked in till we left that evening with our new Rav4, our sales person, Amy Kovein and finance Mgr. Ben Barbato were very friendly, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns that we had. Customer service was out standing, to the point that when we were ready to sign the papers, I saw another Rav4 in the showroom that I hadn't seen before. I asked if we could change and get the other car, Both Amy and Ben said that would not be a problem, they would redo all the paperwork. At that point our first choice had already been serviced for delivery. We ultimately stayed with our first choice. The people at Cain Toyota when out of their way to make sure that we were happy!After the sale Amy spent at lot of time with my wife and I helping us set the Bluetooth on our radio.I have bought cars from a relative at a local dealership, and was not treated as well as we were treated at Cains.I would recommend Cain Toyota, in fact we already have.

Jason tried to rip me off by trying to sell me a used 2010 Toyota Corolla LE with 24K miles for $15780. The original INVOICE on this vehicle was around $15400. He called me first and asked me how much I could do for a down payment. I said I could do $3000 but that I would need an out of the door price before we talk about payments. He said fine and then came back with a figure of $12780 OUT THE DOOR. I spent half a day in conversations over email about financing. They got me 1.9% financing. I then told him that was great because with a down payment of $3000, that would bring my payments down to $178 per month. He then responded by saying that the 12780 was EXCLUDING the down payment of 3000. Are you kidding me??? "Out the door price" means exactly that: the TOTAL amount that you pay for the car out the door. Not the amount AFTER a down payment, not an amount AFTER donation to the dealer's Himalayan adventure fund, its the TOTAL AMOUNT OUT THE DOOR. So they basically insulted my intelligence trying to sell me a 2 year old car with 24K miles on it for far greater than what they originally paid for a new vehicle in 2010. Whether or not the part about "out the door" was a genuine misunderstanding like he claimed, in my book, trying to sell a used 2 year old car for more than what the dealer had to pay for a new one in 2010 is just unethical. For this reason, I would absolutely recommend people to stay away.

At the end of my lease, I returned to Cain Toyota to review my options with a sales associate. My original associate was no longer employed with Cain, but the new Lease Manager, Ken Damis, was very helpful. Ken discussed, in length, all of my available options, and he helped me make an informed decision. He crunched the numbers until we reached a price I was comfortable with paying. John Rommell could not have been more helpful as was the Manager. My son, who had just returned from his second deployment to Afghanistan as an infantry marine, needed a better car. The car he was driving was originally purchased from John so we were confident that he would be able to help us find a reliable car in a short time-frame on a meager Marine salary. We were not disappointed. Although the military rebate they offer is only for new cars, they still gave my son a great deal on a used car. The car is absolutely beautiful and much better than we could have hoped. It rides nice, has great mileage to get them back and forth from his base in North Carolina, and has great features. Cain Toyota went out of their way to make arrangements to get his permanent plates so that they could be mailed since my son would not be back to Ohio before his 30 day tags expired. The manager was so great about trying to get the best financing and also the best deal for us. I hope to buy all of our cars at Cain Toyota. By the way, they are not just a Toyota dealership. They are just as willing to help you with their other used cars on the lot.

We love our car, but very unhappy with the dealership...We drove from Erie PA to purchase a car advertised on the website. Our experience was a joke. Our salesman, Dave, was very pleasant to us and helpful...we owned a toyota camry for 16 years with almost 200,000 miles, we own a toyota tundra truck and were trading a toyota matrix. We were told that the matrix are so popular they can't keep them on the lot, in fact they had not a one to show us. We were not given a fair trade price on our car. We did not get an owners manual, nor offered to get one. We did not get a second key, nor offered one. We left our car with a 1/2 tank of gas, and we left with our new car with less than a quarter tank of gas. We were at the dealership on a Sat from 11:30 to 4:30....and had an appt. We did leave for a 45 min lunch. We were told before coming they take American Express and when we got there, we find out only up to $2500 and then we pay a percentage. We were not told that! We inquired about a warranty. After waiting an hour to speak to someone about it, we were just told a price, and when asked questions, it seemed as though it was torture for the gentlemen to answer. So we started the finance process, and after a lengthy wait, we were in Ben's office signing papers. He said we had a great credit rating, and were approved. He also had us sign many papers...one which I asked what it was, and what did it mean? His reply was" it has something to do with the woman who sued McDonalds" and then abruptly pulled it away and said I did not have to sign it. Why put it in front of me, if it wasn't necessary? He also tried to sell a warranty, but his price was cheaper than what the other gentlemen quoted. Same warranty, but price depends on who you talk to? Monday we receive a call saying the finance company does not finance out of state. Did he not see our address on the application? We go to transfer the title and Ben did not transfer or write the proper names on our title...Wow!!! Another error on their part. When I called to find out our next step, I asked to speak to a mgr because I did not want the man who made TWO mistakes on the deal. When the mgr spoke with me, he said he remembered us, and we were very rude when we were there. He said "we don't want to do business with you folks again" Wow, shocked!! Their mistakes!! We won't buy another vehicle from Cain Toyota...nor will we recommend the dealership to our friends and family in Ohio or in PA.

From the minute we walked into your car lot with my 85 year old mother, I was impressed. Our sales man Dave, listened to our story, how we have been a Ford Family all of our lives. My dad who is ill, worked and retired from this great company for 36 years. However, after trying to purchase a new Ford we could not because of the style. My very small petite mother could not see the the front end of any of the Ford cars or SUV's. Dave listened to our entire story and actually suggested a RAV 4, needless to say it was the perfect fit for my mother! Dave seemed to sympathize with our dilemma, and gave us time to accept the fact that Ford was not the answer this time but Toyota was. I actually went out determined to buy a Ford Taurus, I really liked the look of them. I was not treated well at the Ford dealership, I was excited and it showed. The salesman seemed to think that meant I was stupid. I am a business woman. I own a small local company along with my two partners. The first price sheet the Ford saleman brought me had a 5.9% interest rate and I had already told him I have A-1 credit. I left there and came to your lot as my brother had told me he thought I would like the Camry. I was determined to buy American and my brother showed me how the cars now have stickers that show where they were made. I was happy to see the Camry was made in America. While I was looking at the red Camry and falling in love with it Ken Damis drove up in a golf cart, from that moment on the entire experience was a cakewalk. Everyone at your company made my purchase easy but Ken made it a particularly easy and pleasant experience. I drove my new red Camry off the lot that day. I have told everyone I talk to, and I talk a lot, about how my experience was so wonderful.

Dave Gillentine was extremely patient with us allowing us to explore a variety of car options before narrowing the search to the Camry. Since we had a bad experience when purchasing our last car, we wanted to drive longer than just a short test ride and Dave arranged for us to borrow a car very similar to the one we were considering for an entire day. That sealed the deal as the car was a joy to drive and had all the safety features that were important to us. Arriving at a price was non stressful as I told him the price Consumer Reports said was a very good price for the car and that was exactly what was agreed to. My experience with Cain has been all-around terrific. From my first contact with Scot Poppe via email, to visiting the dealership for an "up close and personal" look/test drive right on through the buying process, both Scot Poppe and Art Arteno were no less than patient, kind and professional. I felt no pressure whatsoever throughout the entire process. While Scot was quite pleasant to relate to over email, I was prepared to be hounded and pressured during my actual visit to Cain; to my surprise and delight (not to mention relief), that did not happen. In fact, even the atmosphere of the dealership as a whole was laid back and friendly yet helpful. The fair price for which I purchased my new Prius is also worth noting. Scot gave me a price in our email interchange and stuck to it when I placed my order - no games. If you're looking for a dealership that gives you the info yet space you need to make a sound, well thought out decision on a car purchase, one that doesn't employ the standard "games" we all dread, I highly recommend this dealership!

I just purchased my 4th vehicle from CAIN Toyota. I got a brand new Sweet 2012 Camry SE Sport, trading in my 2007 BMW 5-Series. The new Entune system and body style of the Camry is fun and exciting. The Toyota Care plan with free maintenance for 2 years is an added bonus. But the customer service and knowledge of the product, features, & financing options from everyone at the dealership was OUTSTANDING! I also received $2500 more for my trade with out any questions asked compared to the other local Toyota and BMW dealerships. The price I got on my awesome new Camry was great too and extremely competitive without me even having to haggle! It was a no-hassle experience and I will continue to trust CAIN Motors with all of my automotive needs! They are the best compared to the rest! Cain Toyota Scion is a very honest and fair dealership. Their prices are usually in the range of the Kelly Blue Book prices, and they usually have a good stock of cars from which to choose. The staff are very good to work with, willing to work hard to please you. The car repair staff are good to work with, and won't fix things that don't need to be fixed, and are concerned to make sure they get your car fixed correctly. This is why we have used Cain Toyota Scion for years, and we buy all of our cars from them

Ken was friendly. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at and took his time to explain features that we were not familiar with. The vehicle that we decided on was not readily available on the lot so Ken took the time to find exactly what we were looking for. My initial contact with the company wasn't quite so positive. But I then dealt with a different person and he/they worked very hard to remedy the original situation - and that earned them a "5" in all categories. Rob Wallin was wonderful to deal with - he extended himself to make sure everything went smoothly and to ensure I was happy with the transaction. I could write a longer review but it would be more of the same; he (and Ryan Burton) were professional, responsive, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend this dealership to my friends.

Bought a used Subaru here in June. So far it has been to the Echeck 12 times and still not able to get it E checked. In July, they referred me to a Subaru dealer who could not tell us what to do get an E check. Mr Cain said when it passes bring him the receipts and he would work something out with us. We have spent several thousand dollars and still can not get it E checked. After 6 months the engine blew. The car was sold to us with a 100% warranty on parts and labor for 1 year. The warranty company will not honor the warranty because this car was not eligible for warranty.

We gave Ben Barbato, Chris and the rest at the dealership "Great" ratings because after internet searching for what we were looking for and talking to numerous dealers Ben was the most honest! We arrived at their dealership at 5:25 on a Friday night, 40 minutes before they closed and Ben had the car we were interested in running and ready when we pulled into the lot! Ben was straight forward and honest with us, which is something we have never experienced in a dealer before. It was well after closing when we left their, but not once did we feel rushed or pushed out the door. We would highly recommend Cain Toyota, whether you want new or used. All the negotiations were done over the phone. There was no wiggle room on the advertised internet price. The price was, however, reasonable and on par with the current market value for the vehicle. The salesman that I dealt with, Peter Eaglowski, was very knowledgeable with the product. Without committing to the purchase, I flew in from out of state and Peter picked me up from the airport. Ken can always answer all questions that I ask him about our vehicle. He was very informative when we picked it up and went over all the options with us so we understood them. Our vehicle came with a built in DVD player. The remote was missing and Ken took care of getting us a replacement right away. We have been very happy with the vehicle. Because of events in Japan I was unable to acquire the exact vehicle I would have preferred to purchase. Mr. Gillentine helped me to decide which would be the best alternative for right now. The ONLY reason this sale progressed to closing is because of how it was handled by him. Unfortunately, past experience with men in his profession has been NAUSEATING! I had been searching for another 4-Runner for 6 months. Sure, I visited other dealers.But as soon as you walk into Cain's you feel the difference from the others. Tony Neman's knowledge of 4-Runner's is second to none. He took the time to make sure I was in the correct vehicle. I stopped in after spotting some interesting cars on Cains' web sight. I had just enough time to take a look around when Tony greeted me, we discussed what I was looking for and he directed me to an 07 G6 GT that I didn't realize was a convertable hard top when I first looked at it. He suggested I take it for a spin. I found it (happily)to be more than I had expected. When I returned we negotiated a fair price for the G6 and my trade. Tony and finance manager Chris Umbaugh were exceptional, they stayed after hours, made sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. I left with a full fuel tank/a clean well detailed vehicle/and a great top down ride home. I would and do recommend Tony,Chris and Cain to any one.

I had recently been in a auto accident and my car was totaled. I did not have the time to shop around and was refered to Cain Toyota because of their excellent reputation. My first conversation was with Tony over the phone. I told him what I was looking for and what I was able to pay. He called me back later that day and gave me all of my options. I went to Toyota Cain on a Tuesday signed the paper work and picked up my car on Friday. I could have not have asked for a more knowledgeable, courteous and helpful Salesman. Jim was great to work with. He immediately stepped in when the salesman I was to meet with was unavailable and made everything as smooth and easy as possible. I left the dealership for a short time and upon my return brought my mother back with me so she could meet Jim and hopefully work with him to purchase her new car in the near future. The only thing Jim could've done to make my experience more enjoyable would've been to served me one of his wife's meals I heard so much about from both him and his co-worker. I will be looking forward to that in a few years when I come back for my next car purchase. A huge thanks to Jim and Ben too! :-)

We started with Ganley a local dealer 3 miles from our home, one that we pass daily going to work, and one that we have purchased from before. Needless to say, we decided to try another dealer and were referred to Cain specifically to see Art. Art was very knowlegable, thorough, and worked with us to obtain the vehicle we were looking for. He was not the overbearing PUSHY salesman, but was willing to work with us. We really had a good experience and even the financing gentleman (can't remember his name) was personable and helpful. Looking forward to working with Cain for oil changes and again when we are ready to replace the Highlander.

I walked into the dealership knowing which type of Toyota I wanted. Jim Yost escorted me over to the shiny black Camry's. He waited patiently while I sat in each one, trying to decide if it would be the SE or the LE. He was not pushy at all. He was laid back and mellow, my kind of salesman! He answered each of my questions and walked me through the entire process (this was my first car buying experience). I feel he gave me a great deal on my new car and my trade in. After I purchased the car, I really liked that he sat inside the car with me and went over each button and feature, alot has changed since my 1997 was built! Jim was very knowledgeable and detailed. He gave me great tips and went over the Toyota Care schedule. The entire experience went smoothly and I was in and out of the dealership in just a few hours. I even had time to meet my family for a "new car celebration" dinner! Thanks Jim!

I decided to visit Cain Toyota because of the uniformly positive ratings they have received. My first contact was with Scot Poppe, via internet request for information. He provided information on pricing and encouraged me to visit. When I came in, I worked with Art Arteno. He had the cars I was interested in seeing ready to go when I arrived. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I was most impressed with his low-key sales pitch. He was there to work with me, not pressure me into making a quick decision. That said, when I did decide to buy on the same day, he was very helpful in making that happen. The pricing on my trade-in and on the new car were fair and in line with the research I had done prior to coming in to visit. There was absolutely NO song and dance and I felt respected as a customer. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson to friends. They have earned their high ratings.

Cain Toyota is a friendly dealership. Everyone seems willing to help each other out even though they may not be your sales person. The only small issue I had on this particular time was that the car was in the maintenance building because the brakes were locked up from someone leaving the emergency brake was on, so I had to come back later to test drive it. John has been a wonderful sales person to deal with. This was my 3rd used car I bought from John, although one of them was what I would call a lemonbut they tried to make it right and they bought it back from me (I still lost money though).

Looking for a used car to replace the Nissan Sentra I totaled earlier in the week. Still nervous and uptight after my wreck. I have now purchased or leased four new cars consecutively from Cain Toyota. I have been returning for several reasons but the most important are treatment, service, product and price. I have always been able to negotiate with the salesman in a professional manner without a hard-nosed manager coming out trying to give me a take it or leave it approach. I had all but purchased a Sorento from a competitor yesterday but the business manager was very unprofessional in his approach. I felt if he behaved like that trying to sell me a car, how would he behave if we encountered a problem after buying the car. Our saleman this time with Cain was "Tony". He was great to work with. He was friendly and low key; which is how we prefer when car shopping. I have taken my cars back to Cain for service covered under warranty. They have always provided me with a loaner when necessary and done quality work. Of course, the number one reason that I keep buying Toyota cars is I feel they have a quality product. Finally, we have always been able to negotiate what I felt was a reasonable price. I'll continue to give Cain my business or at least give them the edge for the reasons indicated above.

In May 2007, my wife purchased a 2007 Rav4. John Romell was our salesman and I have to say he is the best car salesman with whom we've ever dealt. My wife made an offer on the vehicle, far below what we expected them to agree on, and they didn't. But their counter offer was quite reasonable and acceptable. We were both very impressed with John in all aspects.In August we went back and we asked for John. He immediately remembered us and I said, "Here's what I want for my trade in. If you can give me that, I'll buy a new car." He got me what I wanted. He then mentioned the rebate on the new car and said he'd get some off the sticker for me. He did. So I bought a 2008 Corolla. Once more we were quite pleased with John in all aspects.Since my wife made her pruchase, she has been back in for an oil change. A simple thing to be sure, but she was quite pleased with the service.We definitely will purchase again From Cain Toyota, and hopefully when that time comes, John will still be there. In the meantime, we will be having our vehicles serviced there.We both highly recommend Cain Toyota and John Romell.
