So dreams do come true at Capital Volvo. I've been driving a mini-van for the past 21 years and when my 2nd daughter recently graduated from college, it was time for Mom to get a new car. My car of choice was a Volvo S60. This was my very first experience with Volvo! Not only is she the safest car around...but she is such a beauty inside and out, too! My sales rep, Michael Felton, was so patient with me and enlightened me with regard to the various models, features, etc. I also met Cameron Clifton, and enjoyed learning that he was like the Maytag man who waits around because Volvo's just don't break down and need service. Both Michael and Cameron, were very professional and seemed to genuinely care about making sure I had all of my questions answered and that I got the car that fit my needs. Thanks Capitol Volvo....for making dreams come true!!!

The staff at Capital Eurocars was professional and very well organized. Michael Felton was my salesman and he didn't pressure me at all. In fact I drove into Capital Eurocars after hours and Michael was leaving for the day. Rather than simply pulling out and heading home, he stopped drove back around, and asked if I needed any help. Despite being closed Michael showed me several different vehicles in the lot and explained the pros and cons of each in his opinion.My intent was to price vehicles there and head back to Savannah with a better idea of what I wanted to purchase. Instead I decided to return and talk with Michael the next morning. Once again I was extremely surprised by the no pressure to buy approach by him and the staff. Instead it was once again explained to me the pros and cons of purchasing the S80. I appreciated the fact that I wasn't treated like a number. Too often you go to a dealership and feel like ten sales people jump on you before you can even take a look inside the cars in the showroom. Thank you Capital Eurocars for the great experience, and thank you Michael Felton for being truthful and low pressure. I am so happy with my Volvo S80 T6, and have nothing but great things to say about the process and the way I was treated. If you are considering a new or used vehicle I suggest going to talk with Michael first. I didn't go there wiith the mindset of buying a Volvo, but after leaving I'm sure glad I did.

These folks are an enigma. i have now purchased 2 vehicles from them and yet continue to be treated with disdain and noninterest. They will not return calls or respond to e-mails. I am still waiting on a check that was promised and signed off on 4 weeks ago. Have discussed situation with other friends/customers in regards to this dealership and unfortunately their experience has been the same. I appreciate the Service Advisor, Clifton Cameron. Otherwise have little incentive to do business with them again. Very disappointed which is unfortunate because I like the car.

I live in Panama City but choose to take my XC90 to Capitol Volvo based on 5 years of experience with the dealership in the service department. The work done on my car is always top quality, done as quickly as possible, and usually in accordance with their estimate. They have a friendly staff, comfortable waiting area, and plenty of refreshments. They usually do a follow up call to make sure I am satisfied and that everything went ok. My service advisor is Cameron Clifton and he is always courteous, informative, and helpful. It keeps me coming back and I recommend them very highly!

My Volvo C30 was in need of its 50K service. I dropped it off late in the afternoon, and the shuttle van was across town. Cameron Clifton gave me a ride home in his personal vehicle, then arranged for the shuttle to be at my house the next day when I got home from work, without my having to call them.Service was done promptly; a cracked coolant tank was discovered and replaced by one that Capital Euro had in their parts inventory.Thanks for a painless experience!David D. They were polite and gracious and happily listened to my daughters China and Europe trips and about her studies in grad school. When I brought my S60 Volvo in to have the tire pressure adjusted, I was greeted by Cameron Cliftonright away. I was greeted warmly and professional assuring me that my waiting would not be long. After checking my car he suggested that I have my first maintenance done while I was there because I only had 500 miles to go the time of service to have this done. This suggestion was very helpful because it saved me time of not having to come back in a month or so. My waiting was still not long. This was an Awesome ExperienceGloria

Everything about this purchase was handled with thoroughness, courtesy and consideration. We visited the dealer and looked at a Volvo on the lot. It was close to what we wanted, but lacked some items. We left and found the car with the packages we wanted in Atlanta; however, Michael Felton stayed in touch and searched until he found the exact car we wanted. He called to let us know it would be on their lot on a Thursday. I picked it up Friday. Everything was ready and I was in and out in a short period of time. Mr. Felton stayed in touch for over a month between the time we were first on the lot and the time I picked up the car. He stayed on the sale and followed it through completion.

Cameron Clifton was attentive to my needs and informed me of prices, my options and the dealership limitations at the beginning of my appointment. There was a technician available who heard my request for service and they both consulted with me. I decided to wait and could request the shuttle at anytime. The waiting area was comfortable and Cameron provided updates during the wait. It was a good experience. I requested windshield work and a key for a roof rack, both of which were not services available at the dealership. I would have preferred the service here.

Justin was wonderful helping us online with the transparent pricing of our car and helping us to be comfortable in the process as well as answer any questions we had prior to coming to the dealership. We were confident in our purchase and price before we even arrived to the lot to get our car. He helped ensure everything once decided that could be taken care of before our arrival was done. Upon arrival, Michael Felton greeted us and explained the remaining process. My children were with me and he was so welcoming to our whole family in our office. Very sweet and accommodating to my children while also ensuring we were comfortable with our purchase. He went through everything in detail with the purchase and with the car. He was very accommodating ensuring I understood the features of the car and his assistance in the future service of the car and with any questions we might have. He was there to welcome us and stayed late to be there when we left. He introduced me to Erick who was great in set up of what we needed in financing the car as well. Everyone was so curious and kind to us as a family and as customers. Cant thank them enough for taking the stress out of this process. They made it fun for our whole family.

Michael worked very hard to get the car that I wanted. The only reason I didn't rank the Overall Experience with 5 stars was due to the issues involving the driver picking up the wrong vehicle and the misunderstanding with the other dealership - which shouldn't be a reflection on Michael, but on the delivery person who didn't verify he was picking up the correct vehicle and the other dealership for not properly communicating that they were trading a loaner vehicle instead of a new vehicle as expected.

I just had the 120,000 mile service done on my Volvo (and also got struts), and, as always, Cameron Clifton went out of his way to be helpful and explain to me what needed to be done and why. He is always honest about what needs to be done and never makes me think that he is just telling me stuff that needs to be done because I am a woman that goes in there on my own! The scheduling was great, he arranged for a rental car, and notified me promptly the next day when it was finished. (As usual, Austin did good work on the car, and gave good advice, too!) I really need to think about a new car. The only reason I haven't gotten a new Volvo is because they don't make a manual transmission. I hate to think about getting another kind of car because I would have to go to another dealer and Cameron is so good to work with and trust worthy in this service department!

I am a loyal Volvo fan, but this is my first NEW Volvo. I recently took it in for the 10,000 mile check-up/oil change. Cameron Clifton was my service representative, and he was excellent. I live out of town, and he bent over backwards to schedule me for a convenient appointment time. He met me at the door, handled everything smoothly, and called me shortly after to tell me my car was ready for pick up. Amazing service!

Our experience at Capital Volvo was outstanding. Both Cameron Clifton, the service consultant, and Mike, the service tech who assisted us, were friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. On our drive down to the Gulf from NY, our 2006 XC70 began to have pronounced hesitations at highway speeds. This stressful event happened several times a day. We were able to get a service appointment at exactly the time we wanted. Cameron came out to meet us in the service driveway and was joined quickly by Mike, who took a long test drive with us to recreate the problem. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He explained clearly the things that could be causing the problem we were having. Cameron set us up with a rental car for the day. Within an hour he called us with a detailed estimate. We were in our car on our way home by 3pm, having had the service details explained fully. This was one of the most satisfying, almost pleasurable, car service experiences we have ever had. We took our Volvo in under warranty for a coolant leak. They replaced a hose and told my wife that she needed to pay for a coolant flush. I feel like they pushed this item because they wanted to make money off a warranty repair. They took advantage of my wife's lack of knowledge. We called them to complain and their attitude was pretty much, "too bad". In addition, this didn't end up fixing the problem. After the warranty was over, we ended up having to replace the radiator. So either the dealer wasn't very good at diagnosing the problem or they tried to hide a repair that would have cost them much more. We have never taken our car back, and have shared the story with others, so the money they lost is far more than the couple hundred dollars they made on that repair.

Al Scott asked me about what I was looking for. I expressed price, utility and some special features. He found a car on the lot that met all of my conditions and had some extra features as well, all within the price I needed. We test drove the car and he pointed out many of the safety features and other features that made driving in the car a nice experience. He even pointed out added social benefits that come with ownership of a Volvo. So I bought the car and I have no regrets. I highly recommend Capital Volvo and Al Scott for a valuable experience.

I spoke with Mike about the SUV I was interested in before driving to Tallahassee to see and test drive. We were immediately met upon arrival by Mike and loved the vehicle. We explained that we wanted to purchase the Volvo, but were in a slight rush because we were on our way to an event that evening. He assured us that it could be handled in a timely manner. We went for lunch, and he had most of the paperwork ready on our return. We quickly completed the necessities and were on the road. I have never had an easier, no-hassle car buying experience. I hope to do business with Mike and Capitol Eurocars again!

We were just started vacation, driving from Texas to Key West. We started having minor transmission problems and stopped for the night. The next day we called the Tallahassee location and asked if they would have time to look at the SUV. Mr. Clifton said to stop by. About 10 minutes out we called back to give our ETA. Mr. Clifton was waiting on us. He immediately took the SUV to have it inspected, then came back to fill out the paperwork. They checked for software updates, fluid levels and made sure all linkages were properly aligned. Since we could not stay for transmission work, they made sure the vehicle was safe to drive and the issue will not result in further damage. Our down time due to their quickness was about 1 hour. We found this to be a very professional and courteous experience.

I went to the mercedes benz of tallahassee dealership and they said they were too busy to refill my freon. So I went next door here to capital volvo and they had no problems helping me out even though they seemed even busier than the mercedes dealership. Cameron was a lifesaver (otherwise I would have to have taken an 8 hour trip in a hot car)
