Another great experience with Capitol Chevrolet Service Department! This time they replaced a clutch in my Corvette Show Car, and did a magnificent job from start to finish! Very impressive job! The Technician, Joe, was very detail oriented, and would not stop at nothing until the job was perfectly completed! I might also put a plug in for Brian Gjesvold, the Service Writer! He always handles my services issues with the greatest of professionalism! i have always enjoyed and appreciated my experiences with Capitol Chevrolet's Service Department, and trust me, that absolutely does not happen every where in town!!!

My a/c wasn't working. Took it in to be served. Christopher Kynard stated that after doing a diagnosis, my compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. Car ran cool only for on day. Took my vehicle back in the Christopher Kynard wanted to swindle me out of another $1900 to service my a/c. I asked for the service manager Jody Elmore, very poor customer service and didn't help my situation. I explained to him that Christopher neglected to tell me the full diagnosis of my a/c issue and had me to pay $1682.46 for a service that didn't resolve a/c problem. I was swindle out of nearly $1700 and my a/c still isn't working!!! I went on to share my complaint to Vickie Comer at the Corporate office. She only recommend that I get the additional service done and she would try to get them to work with me. CUSTOMERS, ESPECIALLY WOMEN, SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS HAS BEEN OF GREAT HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS TO ME, AFTER PURCHASING 4 VEHICLES FROM CAPITOL CHEVROLET AND RECEIVED SUCH POOR SERVICE.

The service department at Capitol Chevrolet went above and beyond!! I travel for my job and was having issues with my truck, I called and talked to Danny Head, Service Consultant, and told him what was going on. He told me to get there asap and that he would have a technician meet me on the drive to help diagnose the issue. When I arrived right at 5 pm after driving for 4 hours to get there he was true to his word and there was a technician on the drive ready to help. The technician stayed late and diagnosed the truck, verified they had the part before he left for home. My truck was fixed first thing the next morning and I was back on the road. This service department went above and beyond to take care of me. Brandi expedited getting me in a loaner car for the evening so I could get food and lodging. I test drove my 2015 pre-owned Suburban and decided to purchase it. When I returned the truck back to the dealership to finalize the deal, "Chuck" Arrington gave me the impression that he was taking the truck around back to get it cleaned up and detailed before I took it home. Not only was the truck NOT detailed, but the tires were switched out. I didn't realize until after a few days had passed, that the tires were old tires!! They were off balance. And The truck shakes when you get it up to 70 miles an hour. I tried to call the General Manager, Tony Xenakis about the matter. He promised to call us the next day and take care of the situation, but never did so. Still, over a month later, Mr. Xenakis will not return my calls. I am thoroughly displeased about the whole situation. My next step is to go to local news media if left unresolved.

Danny Head is one of the best customer service that my husband and I have ever had. He has a very good memory of his customers in the past. I was quickly greeted by Chris, who has helped me in the passed, with service to my car. He is neat, Clean cut and friendly. He immediately pulled up my service record, asked if I had any questions, escorted me to the service waiting area and offered me coffee and popcorn. Our sales girl was Ebonee Hawkins. I was very impressed by her mannerisms and her overall character. She never pressured us. She was very knowledgeable about every car we looked at and also had suggestions. We looked at probably 10 cars in the time it took other dealers to show us 2. On the final day we decided on a Chevy Spark. Ebonee spent over 6 hours with us that day to get the deal done. We never felt pressured or left in the dark. I had taken my car to another repair shop and had not gotten satisfactory results. I decided to take it to Capitol Chevrolet because I had taken it there while the car was under warranty and had always been pleased with the results. I called before I went to see if I needed an appointment. Rob Kimbrell answered my call. I explained the situation. Rob answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He told me to ask for him when I went.When I arrived, he met me, checked my car, asked questions about the car which enabled him to decide what type of service my car needed and told me about items that needed to have been done which I had not realized.He was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.On subsequent visits, he has continued to be very helpful.On my last visit, he was busy with another customer when I arrived.Instead of making me wait for my car and pay the bill, Brian and Danny helped me do that until Rob completed his helping the other customers who were active military.After Rob completed his helping the other customers, he talked with me and showed me that everything I had asked to be repaired was working well.I was pleased with the service and the friendliness of all the personnel and plan to return there for future car repairs.

This review is my attempt at an honest, non-inflated description of my experience buying a used car at Capitol Chevrolet. I live in Birmingham and had been looking for a specific model and year of a VW CC. I am purposely listing only the job titles, not names. I drove down from Bham to Montgomery on February 29th to look at the CC listed by the dealership. I liked the car and decided to buy it. The sales process was great, I liked my salesman, the haggling over price was concentrated on my trade-in and eventually we reached a mutually acceptable deal. Part of the negotiated written deal was the provision that some noticeable scratches outside and inside the rear passenger door (from someone trying to move something they probably should not have...definitely not normal wear and tear) be fixed. Since I lived in Birmingham, the used car sales manager suggested I have it repaired by their sister dealership, Tom Williams Lexus in Irondale, and they would direct bill Capitol for the paint patch up and fixing of two small punctures in leather seat. I called several days later (per the managers request) to have him schedule my appointment at Lexus dealership. He informed me that my appointment was at 10:00 am, March 9th and to ask for ______ who would take care of doing the touch up work.This is when things fell apart.I arrived at 10:00, asked to speak to Mr. ____ about my car, only to be given questioning looks by the service department. After several minutes, one of the techs said that they had no record of my coming in for the touch up work. I called Capitol Chevrolet from the Lexus dealership and was told that the used car manager had transferred to Cadillac dealership. I was given his personal cell number, called and left a detailed message of what had happened asked him to call me back. I waited almost a week, and no response. Called again and left another message, still no response after several days. Called Capitol and spoke to my salesman who said that the former manager was scheduled to stop by dealership later that day and he would speak to him. Again no response. I called the replacement used car sales manager and left him a message (a pattern is developing). No response. Called again a week later... still no response. In the end, last week I took my car to Watkins Auto Body and they did the touch up work for about $100. My overall problem with this situation that isn't sitting well with me is that there was ZERO follow up and concern after the sale, especially over such a nominal amount of money. Why a dealership would squander the goodwill created by doing this is hard for me to comprehend. Thanks for reading.

I called ahead to verify they still had an 08 Yukon from their website. I was told by a lady in sales named Jakeem Lewis the vehicle was still in stock and available for viewing. I informed her I was an hour away and scheduled an appointment to look at the vehicle. Upon arriving, I encountered a very helpful salesman named Demario Irving, who went out of his way to look for the Yukon to no avail. Finally, another salesman informed both Demario and I that the vehicle had been wrecked by another salesman several days ago and was in the body shop. This was very disappointing after driving an hour out of my way. Demario was more than helpful and apologetic but this could easilly have been avoided.

My recent experience was, overall, very positive. Marquez Hugler made all the adjustments I required for our transaction to come to closure. He was consistently professional, cheerful and courteous. The same can be said for Randy Highland, who handled all the paperwork once a deal was reached. My only disappointment with the dealership arrive in the form of a "postage due" notice from the US Postal Service. The dealership mailed the extra key for my vehicle but neglected to put the correct postage on the package.... They owe me $0.72!I will return the Capital Chevrolet for future vehicle purchases. All in all, the experience was very positive.

On March 2nd, I needed to have my new 2016 Corvette Z06 serviced for it's 500 break in oil change after picking it up at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green. We were driving back home to CA. Due to poor planning on our part, at about 4:10 pm, I called Capitol Chevrolet to see if they could do the service yet that day. Rob Kimbrell said if we got there in 15 min. he would get it done. In the heavy rain, and miss-spelling we did with the GPS, we got lost and ended up at the dealership at about 4:45. He said the mechanics were about to leave, but he went in the back and asked if anyone would be willing to stay and do the oil change. I believe the young man's name was Jamal who stayed until nearly 6pm and helped us out. Both men went way over and above what one would normally expect from a dealership. We cannot recommend them strong enough.

I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse from Capitol Chevrolet less than a week ago. My salesman was Clai Smith, and he was very knowledgeable about my car and was super helpful. I hate high-pressure sales, but there was none of that, thankfully. Clai was only interested in what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. The transition from sales to finance was smooth and all employees were very pleasant to work with. The only draw-back was that I feel like I did not get as much for my trade as I should have gotten and they really low-balled me on it at first, which I did not appreciate. We did finally agree on a decent figure for my trade, although it was not what I was hoping for based on Kelly Blue Book value. Overall, it was a pleasant car buying experience.

I walked in knowing what I wanted and was greeted by Sam Harris. He was very friendly and helpful and was eager to help. He listened to what I wanted and he pulled up the vehicle I had researched on his computer. We then went to the key room which, was very impressive in itself, and got the keys and we were on our way to the lot. One click on the key bob and we went right to the Traverse I had researched. In all honesty I went to make sure they had the color I wanted and I planned to go home, clean out my van and go back on the weekend. I planned it because I had also researched financing from another source. I was worried about that. Sam assured me that we could workout a good rate and all he needed was a chance to show me some numbers. One test drive later we were back in the show room. True to his word I got a great deal on my somewhat dirty trade in and within the hour I was motoring home in my new Traverse. This is my fifth vehicle from Capital Chevy and I will continue to shop there in the future.

The staff was helpful and provided me with a fair value for my trade in, right next to the KBB value like I was hoping. 1 of my children managed to get the front/passenger seatbelt wrapped around the headrest. It locked and we were unable to get it off. The headrest could not be removed in order to just slide it off. I called and spoke with someone in the service department and was told to bring it in and he would see if he could fix it for me, without a charge. After about 10 minutes, he was unable to get the seatbelt off and said it would be at least $100 to get it fixed; the side panel would have to be removed. He went to get someone from the shop to come take a quick look at it. In the meantime, Danny and Chris asked what the problem was and I told them. They got a small tool (looked like a paper clip, honestly) and went out to my truck. In less than 1 minutes they had removed the headrest, got the seatbelt off, and saved me at least $100! I was a very satisfied momma!!

I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro back in june. My wife drives the every day ,she loves the car. In January 2016 she a small rubber piece came off and had it tow in for service. It had only 8,000 miles on it and I was told it was not under warranty but it was part of the bumper. I complained about it an the service department gave me a number to call and did. I never got a call back ,I never got answer, I now do not ever get anyone to speak to me about way I was charged for this repair. I know you are not calling me back , because the main GM office said it should be covered and I should get a refund!

We thought that the prices of all of the cars at any dealership are over priced for a working couple that does not make a lot of money. $76,000 for a Tahoe that to us is steep even if we wanted to purchase that vehicle.

I cannot say enough about how much help Josh and Charlie were through the whole experience of buying my 2015 Camaro. I took a 7.5 hour drive from Orlando Florida to purchase this vehicle and they helped to make the process of purchasing this vehicle as seamless as possible given the tight timeline I was working in. I began having issues with my truck after several back to back long distance trips. Today I took my car in for an oil change as I received notice that it was time to be serviced. I purchased my car new from Capitol Chevrolet in 2014 and I was under the impression that my oil changes were covered under the 2 year maintenance agreement as per usual. I was not told anything different UNTIL the services were done and I went to check my car out. At that point I was told that I needed to pay $44.09. I was then told that my maintenance agreement no longer covered the oil changes due to the mileage. However, I did not have the money being that I was not informed of the charge beforehand. I asked if I could be billed. I was told in a no nonsense way either I pay the entire amount or they would keep my car. I was floored to say the least. There was no remorse or courtesy given to me in me not knowing about the charges upfront! The service advisor in charge was Christopher Kynard. Because of this level of unprofessionalism, he nor Capitol Chevrolet will have my business nor recommendation to others!

This was probably the MOST friendliest dealership I've entered. All the associates there greeted us even while we were seated with our salesperson. The atmosphere was very relaxed. They had sports playing on the television screens as opposed to some dull background music. We took the drive from Georgia to come look at a used truck that morning. Most people aren't excited about spending $20k plus on a replacement vehicle, especially when dealing with large dealerships. The high pressure, rush through the sale and get you out of the door tactics are what scares most people off. Our experience was different, and refreshing.Justin Chretien approached us as we arrived. We already knew what we wanted to look at and he directed us to the vehicle. After about ten minutes of small talk and looking at the vehicle, we took it for a test drive. When we returned, he was eager to show us features of the vehicle, which I declined due to having done my own research previously. This is where most salesmen shut down, or push harder for the sale. Justin smiled and suggested that he was available for any further questions that I might want to ask.I told Justin what I wanted, what I wanted for the value of my trade-in (2013 Jeep Wrangler) and we went inside. Other than a few negotiations on trade-in value and payment terms, this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. My husband and I were finally in agreement to purchase a newer vehicle. Being married for almost a decade and having 4 kids, the need for dependable transportation goes without saying. Every vehicle we have had before and during our marriage, came with 2 previous owners or more. Claiborne "Clai" Smith was our salesman and saying he was excellent was an understatement. After explaining that we were strictly looking for used vehicles and needed an extended warranty, he obliged and showed us the inventory. He took a genuine interest in what our goal was for trading in our 2008 vehicle for an only slightly newer 2010 with almost the same mileage. We explained that we were in no shape to pay a car note as well as constant repair bills. "Clai" found other vehicles in the inventory and explained all of the dealer rebates that new vehicles had to offer. Not only does Capitol Chevrolet have excellent rebates and incentives but the Black Friday Special pretty much gave us the right wiggle room in our budget to seal the deal. After all was said and done, Clai and Fionne the finance manager had us drive out in a 2016 Traverse with 11 miles on it with the same payment that we were willing to pay on a 2010. We cannot thank them both for working with us and showing us how we could own a new vehicle!!

I was on a road trip from Canada to Florida. Somehow I managed to hit a ditch in the dark on Sunday night and damaged the front end under the bumper. Monday morning Chris Kynard and Benny Medina met me at the service desk when my car was towed in by OnStar Roadside Assistance. Benny immediately put me at ease with his calm and knowledgeable approach. Glenda Steele put me in a Equinox so I could continue my travels. Chris called me the next day with an estimate and assured me that the car would be ready a few days later on my return trip. He called me again on Thursday to let me know that everything was repaired. When I came back on Friday the car was ready, charged and washed. Chris and Benny showed me the damaged parts and explained what had been repaired. Benny drove the car twice to ensure that all the systems were properly flushed.I was a foreigner at the mercy of strangers. They treated me with respect, did an excellent repair, and charged a reasonable amount. I highly recommend Chris, Benny, and Glenda at Capitol Chevrolet in Montgomery AL to anyone that needs service on their car.

I am from Panama City, Fl. and was on the way to my grandmother's funeral in Tennessee when my truck broke down on I-65. It was the middle of the night and had it towed to the nearest dealership, which is Capital Chevy. He had their valet driver take me to several rental car offices, but no one had a car large enough for our family. Three hours later, down and out with no car, I called our service advisor Chris back to see if his driver could perhaps take us to the airport so we could somehow find a car there. He put me on hold for about five minutes. When he came back to the phone, he said his driver was on his way back to pick us up, they had a new Tahoe for us to use for the next couple days to get to the funeral. I have never in my life had a dealership offer something like that to me or anyone I know. I was just someone passing through town, they had never met, and here they were letting me use one of their cars. I can't say thank you enough!!

Chris was easy to work with and informative as to what all was serviced on my truck. He is a credit to your service staff. My wife and I was looking for another vehicle after our 2016 BMW 428i was totaled, we pulled up in the Chevrolet lot between the BMW dealership with intention on just looking and to most likely purchase another BMW since we already had two a 528i now and the 428i before of the accident. We got out our 528i and first vehicle she saw was the 2016 Tahoe LT and wanted it siren red our salesman Tony Meads was with us showing us all features the same options as our beamer has we was sold and she wanted it so we started looking at them. We went on and we went inside only took about a hr. maybe 1hr and 30min we was driving she love it already forgot about the 428i we had.

I went in yesterday looking for a car that would fall in my price range and budget and Chuck and I actually found one! The only thing was that it was a stick shift and I wanted to learn to drive it to get it, but Finance manager Fione helped me out by giving me the same car model just a year newer for the same price as the stick shift which was $11,991! I was so thankful for Chuck and Fione help and the great thing about all is this is that Fione said, "We support military members and we got you!" And they actually stayed true to their word! Chick put in a lot of help and effort which he actually got everything done right then and there with no hesitation and I'm very thankful for the both of them! The selection of Tahoes was a a little scarce, it's almost October and there were only two 2016s, neither of which were an LTZ. For Montgomery you would expect more of a selection, there were plenty of Cameros and other little cars.

I worked with Matt Geddings and he was fantastic throughout the entire sale and even after the sale. I bought a used car and it had some things that needed fixed. Turns out there are honest dealerships and Capitol turns out to be one of them because they are following through with their promise to fix the vehicle. I have heard a lot of horror stories about dealerships leaving people in a bad spot by not following through after the sale, but this has not been the case at Capitol. Additionally, if you stop by, make an appointment with or ask to see Matt. I can't imagine they have a better salesman who will work as hard as he does to find the right vehicle for you. Ultimately, it has been a terrific experience and I hope to buy an SS from them before the year is out.

I recently visited Capitol Chevrolet's Service Department for routine maintenance on my 2015 Equinox (oil change/tire rotation/quality inspection). Though not pre-assigned to me, my service tech, Dana, greeted me immediately upon arrival and assured me he'd take care of everything. I waited in the lobby while services were performed, and Dana was equally informative on status updates as he was making sure I knew what courtesy options were available to me as I waited. As an additional level of service, he also volunteered to run my vehicle through the car wash while I finished up at the cashier's desk. He was an outstanding service tech, and this experience is just one of many reasons I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Capitol Chevrolet.

I was purchasing a new fleet truck and knew that I would be traveling through Montgomery at one point. I called the day before I was going to be there. They took care of me very quickly, I faxed in my financing application, and within a couple hours was told we were good to come pick the vehicle up. I was actually passing through the area around 8am the next day (an hour before they open) and was told it would be no problem to come in early and get me on my way. As promised, the truck was ready to go and paperwork was in order. An hour later I was back on the road. Definitely a great experience and I would most certainly buy more vehicles from Capitol Chevy!

I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I usually see Chris when I have to have any work done on my car. He is always very friendly and helpful. He always calls me by my name when I come in the door. This last time, I apologized to him for my dirty car. When the procedure was done, Chris ran my car through the car wash while I was checking out. What a wonderful surprise for me. Chris went above and beyond! Thank you Chris. Also, the lady at the checkout was very friendly. I do not know her name, but just by hearing conversation, I do not believe that was her regular position. She was very nice.

Traveling for vacation and experienced A/C problems suddenly. Searched internet for nearest GM dealer and found Capitol. Very courteous and prompt. Kept me informed as to what was going on and what the problems were. They took care of the immediate problem but also told me that I should have a thorough check when I got home. I have usually asked for Chris Kynard when I bring my truck in for service. I told Chris that I had a thumping problem in the left front tire and was looking for the problem but could not find anything wrong. Chris pointed out the problem right away as the tire had sunk in and luckily had not blown out on me while driving. I had a new set of tires replaced that day. Not only does he listen to my "picky complaints", he treats me like he really appreciates my business. While most of my repairs are Under Warranty ( some have not been, I like to spend my money where I know someone does appreciate it. In this past service case, they were working on a small out of balance tire issue with my NEW 2015 Tahoe. He took the time to not only get all tires FULLY tested / balanced / indexed, etc... (hence a loaner Tahoe for one day) and even said that I would get a NEW tire if needed. Now my 2015 Tahoe rides as smooth as glass. Thank you Brian !

In the middle of Heat advisory weather my a/c went out for the third time this summer Rather than take it back to my local mechanic I decided to go to the dealer. I called and spoke with Service Consultant Brian Gjesvold shortly after noon. Brian understood my situation immediately and offered to guarantee diagnostics that day with repair the following day if work backed up the mechanics. I arrived at the dealer within twenty five minutes. The dealer provided me a shuttle home. Fifteen minutes later I was advised of the problem with the a/c and approved the repair. One hour later Brian advised me the repair was complete for less than the quoted price. The shuttle picked me up and took me to Capitol Chevrolet. I paid the bill, Brian brought the car around and I was home in a little over two hours from the initial call. Outstanding service by mechanic and service consultant. Quick efficient service by cashiers. Everyone polite and helpful. Very pleased.

I went in looking for an used Dodge Challenger that I saw on the website, I arrived with my wife and I pulled up to the used car that I saw on the website. The car was clean and in very good shape. I. went to the front of the Dealership where I was greeted by and very nice guy. This was already a different experience, usually the salesman are on you like flies when you drive up to a car lot, but I was given space to look and room to breathe. The salesman took me on a test drive and told me he would do everything in his power to help me. We went in after no being to impressed with the Challenger and he ask me to look at the 2015 Camaro. I was blown away with the car. I was thinking to myself its no way I can afford this car. The salesman S.M. Harris got me a deal that I could not refuse.(without a horse head in my bed, Godfather reference) He got me the car at the 3% interest rate . I am so satisfied with my service from the time I arrived until the time I left. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and a Chevy to anyone. The entire experience from the time I was approached by the sale associate to the ending process with the sales manager and finance manager was outstanding! All of the employees made this buying experience enjoyable.

Charlie Davis was awesome to work with. I didn't spend all day in the dealership. I had a trade in that I didn't want to let go of, however my transmission went out and it was time.. Charlie worked fast, was pleasing to talk to and overall it was a great experience. I work for a credit union and see people who want cars all the time. I will definitely be referring everyone to him.

I have been dealing with Capital Chevrolet since 1985. I meet Charlie I think it was in 2004 when he sold me a 2000 Tahoe. Since then Charlie has bless me with a Avalanche, GMC pickup, and 535 BMW and I still have all this vehicles except the 2000 Tahoe because he sold me a 2008 Tahoe that I yet have. I also recommended Charlie to my family members and he sold my sister a 2010 G6 pontiac and 2014 Malibu, My brother a 2010 Toyota camry, nephew a 2012 cobalt, sister, 2010 impala. I recently came in because I was in need of a truck/SUV because my used truck (of 8 yrs) finally drew its last straw. As soon as I entered, I felt like I was at home and got along with the my salesman. I had saw a Tacoma on the lot on a Friday that I wanted to check out, but knowing it was my first vehicle I was really checking out, I didn't want to make that decision right then and there, but he and I both knew that it wouldn't be there the next day...it wasn't. Someone grabbed it before I could test drive it. He wanted to look at the iPad for some more ideas and we found one...in Birmingham. For me, not being able to touch, look, feel a vehicle I want is worrisome, for others not so much, but I stepped outside my comfort zone and went ahead with the process. We looked at the pictures and everything seemed to be great...the looks and the price were great and before I knew it, I had bought my first (used) truck. This is where it gets interesting...I get home watching television and I get a phone call from my salesman and it turns out that the truck wasn't what it was supposed to be. He had got an email after the fact and It had not passed their inspection and was to be sold as is "buyers beware." Not only was I impressed with the salesman, but knowing that the he WOULD NOT put me in a vehicle that he didn't think was worth it told me that I could trust him. Needless to say he is still working on finding me the right truck that comes through the dealership. He knows what I want and he is working his butt off to find it and that's what customer service is about. You won't go wrong coming to this place to buy a vehicle. Even though We haven't found one yet, I'm picky and it's awesome to know I can trust a salesman!

Capitol Chevrolet was so pleasing. I had visited another dealer that morning and well I was really treated as though this was my only choice. II traveled over fifty miles and before i left my home that morning two things were clear 1) i was going to buy a car 2) I was only going to spend what i wanted to. At the first dealer they were not willing to negotiate and even tried to place in a new car that did not run well i ran from there over to Capitol and was immediately met by a warm and courteous young man who showed me a car allowed me to test drive then pick another car to test drive. He gave no pressure to stay with one car he let me choose what i wanted. So long story short he let me be my own salesman. I choose the car i liked and I even came in under what i wanted to spend. Even in the finance office was very pleasing with no pressure. Shawn worked hard to get the best deal possible all the way through the process.

Was given a chance to purchase a great used truck at a great price and the rest is history. Now I'm the proud owner of a new(to me) truck and couldn't be happier with it. Although my time at the dealership was a short it was a great experience. I dealt with Chuck for majority of my experience and he was great. Was always available to answer any questions I had and was quick to find the answer if he didn't know. It was a quick and painless process and appreciate how well the whole experience played out. Would absolutely go back and recommend to anyone else looking for a vehicle.

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service representative was extremely helpful and nice. He recommended a car wash package that I accepted that cost $30. The outside and inside of the car was cleaned but not well enough for the price. I had to rewash my inside windows because they left a residue that impaired my vision. Other than that I was completely satisfied with the service I received.

I came in with my 2010 Chevy Cobalt, with my check engine light on. Before I even entered the building, Andrae was very nice and helpful. When I dropped off my car, I was able to get a ride to campus and back up to the store. Even when I had to go back, he took care of me from beginning to the end. Very nice facility, very good customer service from all of the employees---Would recommend to others! Thanks again Mr. Jiles!!!
