My rep, Victor, was polite, knowledgeable and patient (with me). Two things I would recommend is 1) have mechanics watch their dirty hands when opening and closing door- inside and out. And clean their prints and dirt. (had same issue with dealership in FL) and 2) maybe include a quick wash of vehicle if weather permits (my FL dealership did this). Thank you from me and my truck, she is driving normal now.

My sales experience was great, however the service department was difficult and when I went to have my first oil change they informed me that I needed to have the power steering fluid changed. I had just bought the truck and I was told that all fluids had been changed. (my oil service was done at your shop on Alameda Street) When I called the Capital Ford folks they told me that would not do anything about it.This has left a sour taste with me. Your service department has on two occasions not provided either good communication or straight up service.The end.

We live in Albuquerque and purchased a Certified 2013 Lincoln MKX from Capital in January 2016. The vehicle had needed some paint chips repaired around the rear view camera. Rich Salazar, used car sales manager arranged to have the work done for us and provided a loaner car for the few days it to get the work done. When the repair was completed, Capital returned our car to our home in Albuquerque. Few days later we discovered a problem with the rearview camera. Capital sent the contractor who repaired the paint chips to our house to fix the problem. Ultimately the contractor replaced the camera at out house. A few days later the camera malfunctioned. Capital sent a loner to our house, took our car back to their service area, repaired the camera and delivered the car back to our house. This is just incredible customer service. We were blown away by Capital's efforts on our behalf. Lots of dealers talk about their customer service, but Capital truly comes through for its customers.

The only question i have is i did not see the $10.00 discount that was offered on the letter from you folks. The service manager had cut out the coupon with the $10.00 discount offer. I would suggest the discount offer be shown on the final invoice. I was unable to find any discount if it was deducted from the final service receipt.

Came in for a warranty seat belt replacement. That was done fine. I asked if the service dept. could reattach a loose cowling under the front of the car. Was told yes, no problem. It was not done. Still hanging down when I got home. Also, had a complimentary wash from Zach, it wasn't done either. Was told there was a three hour wait to wash or it could be sent out. I declined. However I was offered to come back anytime to have it done.....just not as convenient as when there already.C/Max 2014.

I was checking on my Maintenance Contract for my f350 and I was pleased to find out that I had 22,000 additional miles left on the contract. I was asked if I would be interested in a new truck, I replied that I was not but didn't discount the chance to get a new truck. I spoke to a sales person and was convinced this might be the thing to do. we negotiated the trade-in value and the discount of the truck. I am driving the new truck. I was told that I had a turbo seal oil leak and that it could lead to larger problems. So I visited Capitol Ford immediately and was told that I could not take it there because the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from, in another city, would not necessarily allow it. So I contacted the original dealer 60 miles away and was told there was no such rule and any owner outside a 40 mile radius should take it to the local dealer, which for me would be Capitol Ford in Santa Fe. So I made an appointment and took it back to Capitol Ford and told the same service person what the original dealer said and he took the vehicle in and it was looked at, there was no leak and they were very courteous and professional about it. I assume that in the future I should not have to check for permission from the original sales dealer to service my vehicle and that I should be able to take it to Capitol Ford with no questions asked.

I ordered new tires for my 2002 Ford Escape and was told that they would likely be delivered by 3:00 that afternoon. The manager on duty said he would call me when they came in. I did not hear from him and assumed they did not come in. The next day about 7:30 am, the regular manager (Tony) called to ask if I had been called because my tires were in. I said no and he was very sorry and said if I could come in, he would make sure I got my tires on as soon as possible. I did and he did. I really appreciate Tony, as he is always there to help. I do know that if he had been there the day before, I would have heard from him.

The CD player needed to be replaced in my 2014 Fusion. The part needed to be ordered and I was told it had been ordered with quick shipping and should arrive in a couple of days. It did not. I had to keep calling to find our what was going on and was told I would be kept informed....I was not. after about 10 days I called the parts department and they informed the part was there. I have no idea how long it had been there. Once I brought the car in for repair I was happy with the service.

Everyone there was responsive to my concerns about the electric battery draining power and being unable to start without warning. They made efforts to find the problem, however within two weeks of the service the car battery was dead again. It's a problem for me because I never know whether my car will start in the morning or not and the service department has done what they can to find the problems. So unfortunately my problem is not fixed.

Mice had chewed the wires to the power steering, which was then non-functioning. It was an expensive, non-warranty repair, but Capitol Ford shared the expense. I just feel that FMC let us down on that one---a mouse-proof wire needs to be developed, as I have heard of numerous similar problems with rodents and wiring.

The salesman, Jared was great. I exprienced some difficulties with the original Escape I purchased as it broke and was in the shop the 3rd week I bought it. I was told by service different stories in regards to getting it fixed to the point that they could not really tell me when it would be fixed or what the problem really was. Service manager was very rude and implied that it was my problem as I had already purchased the Escape and it was not thier fault that it broke. This of course made me angry and I contacted Ford Corporation as a means to address the issue as the Escape was a 2016 and under warranty. My problem was immediately resolved after this. During my entire struggles, Jared was always there to assist me. His responsibilty is to make a sale not deal with service issues, however he was there and assured that I was taken care of. You all need more salesmen like Jared. I feel that the service department needs some customer training as well as to be more educataed on the vehicles that are being sold so that they do not assume and provide false information to customers.

This was routine maintenance on a used car I purchased from Chalmers. With the service agreement I just drive in, give them the keys, and about 40 minutes later the car is serviced and I'm gone. I bought a Ford Focus Sedan in 2014. It was new when I purchased it. At 33, it was my first car and the car I learned to drive in. I love it. I took it in to Ford Service for some very minor issues (I wasn't sure about how to dim or light up the console, the passenger side window button was lower than the rest in the car and apparently there was a software update for the transmission that needed to be done.) I made an appointment with Anthony Vigil and left my car with Ford Service. He called the next day to say that everything was ready except that the console was now set on automatic (to light up bright at night) but the manual setting was not working. I had previously told him I had a job interview the next day so getting my car back on time was paramount. Because there had not been a solution for manually controlling the lighting on the driver's console, I told him to keep the car until that was figured out and I would rent. Just as I was about to pick up a rental car, I received a call from Anthony and he let me know that my car was ready! I wasn't expecting it back until Friday (this was a Wednesday.) I got a ride over and everything was fixed (the manual lighting was actually not an option on my SE model so that was why it wasn't doing anything (because it wasn't supposed to). Anthony explained this to me had the lighting set to automatic which greatly has improved my nighttime driving visibility (I have an issue with my eyesight where I need a bit more light than most people as my eyes are very light sensitive to oncoming cars.)Anthony was diligent, kept me updated and the rest of the staff was extremely pleasant. I felt very happy about getting my car back early, not having to rent and knowing everything had been fixed or adjusted to improve my driving experience and safety. I cannot recommend Anthony or any of the rest of the staff enough. The whole experience from the day my stepfather and I went to the dealership to this day with Ford has been nothing but extremely positive. I have been recommending this dealership and service, as well as the Quick lane to anyone who needs a recommendation for where to get a new car or have their car serviced. Superb service all around. I could not be happier with my car or the people who sold it to me (Alphonso was the person who sold it to me) or the people who care for it. I will continue to buy and suggest Ford for a long time to come, I am sure. I know I am in great hands.

Had my truck towed there last week for a clutch repair. Called me several days later told me it was repaired and ready for pickup. Paid $2300 for it after the rental car company dropped me off. Got to the first light and my second gear was grinding both up and down but terrrible on way down. Obviously NOT test driven stated in the items to be repaired second was grinding (which it was not doing when I lost my clutch). Called from the next block where i stopped told me Victor Padilla was not there couldn't do anything until Monday, asked for a loaner quote is "no way can you have something from my inventory". Also told me over the phone not to drive it (nice since my rental is already gone).Since i had already released my rental it was a pickup at a great rate I could not get it back. Did I mention I drove 3 hrs one way to pick it up. Stopped in person on way back love driving without second same story,Lincoln guy at the service counter said you keep saying me it wasn't me , Victor will call you on Monday. Monday 2;30 pm, no call, I call and leave a message, no call back. It's 5;30 now. Time to stop the credit card payment these guys are totally unreliable. Dont take your vehicle here they could care less. The only reason i brought it here in my usual mechanic is at a funeral in California really sorry i didnt wait. I would have rated them lower if possible.

The car was delivered in very good condition and Capitol has made good on post-delivery promises. Capitol is the best dealership with which I have ever worked a deal. Only reason I wouldn't recommend Capitol to family is that there are none in the area. No recommendations to friends because I just don't do that. However, if asked, I would tell anyone that it was a very good transaction. Regarding the survey terms - I wouldn't be willing to provide any further comments or recommendations until we see how the relationship stands the test of time.

I was promised an email copy of the service accomplished as the hardcopy of the work done was not ready when the car was picked up. I had to call the dealership five days later to request and remind about the copy of the service records. Simon Catanach was kind enough to look up the appointment and email me the paperwork the next day. I don't know about the quality of repair as I am experiencing a constant rattle now like putting a playing card on the spokes of my bicycle. I will bring this noise up when I return for the oil change due soon.

The promptness and professionalism of the service staff most impressive.. Anthony did a great job for me. Incidently I've owned 66 automobiles and my 2012 Ford Escape Hybird is the only one not needing any kind of service except lube, oil, filters and tire rotation. There was not one factory defect that needed attention. Amazing!!!

The service rep put directly through to the shop foreman to discuss my issue with my truck. He told me that I would not need a tow as the manual suggested. I was in and out in 3.15 hrs since we were on the road traveling replacing a sensor in the transmission. Explained what the problem was and app. cost. When I first went there around 10 - 10:30, it was indicated that there was a 2-2 1/2 wait leaving one of the service guys gave me his card and phone # to call back to see where things were at time wise - he indicated the same amount of time was still existing - because I had to get this service done due to distance I but on the vehicle, I went and sat expecting the 2-2 1/2 hr wait - I was there for only about 40 minutes -

Emad is an excellent customer service representative. He sat with me and explained my warranty. In the past I had gone to the QuickLane and I was told my warranty was not covering certain items that was told to me was covered when I purchased my vehicle. Emad explained everything so I will continue to go to Ford. Before this experience I just wanted to pay off my car and go somewhere else because I felt I was lied to and was sold something merely for personal commission. That could be some but Emad will honor what I was sold. Therefore, I believe Emad represents Ford in a professional and honest manner.

Emad Nassar was the difference maker. His obsession with customer service was unmatched. He welcomed us with open arms took in our FORD Expedition and diagnosed the problem in a rapid time. My family and I were held up in New Mexico, since our Transmission went out on us. Emad provided us a loaner vehicle when we didn't have any transportation to get around the state. The staff were very knowledgable and very experienced in dealing with our issue. Once the new transmission arrived and only took 2-3 days to install and get us back on the road. We can't Thank Chalmers FORD dealership for their courtesy, kindness and expertise in replacing our transmission. We are happily back in Colorado and the Ford Expedition is running like a CHAMP!

I sent out email inquiries looking for a very specific Ford Fiesta; one with all the nicer features and a manual 5-speed. Not only much better prices than I was seeing in Albuquerque, but Ria made the process quite welcoming. From there we set up a visit, a test drive of the one liked best, and we had a deal. This is my second new Ford purchase in ten years that was totally hassle free. (The other being with Heritage Ford in Burlington, Vermont.) Don't get me wrong, I'm not a pushover. I was in the market for a new vehicle after a seventeen year old kid T-boned my Audi and totaled it. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get financed for a new car due to my low credit score and that I would be stuck with having to save money to buy a used car outright. Not only did Chalmers Capitol Ford look welcoming and the cleanliness of the showroom was outstanding after all the renovations but their selection of vehicles both new and used was phenomenal. The sales consultants at Chalmers Capitol Ford helped me select a 2013 Ford Focus Hatchback which was in the price point of something that I could finance. It's been 7 months since my purchase and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, it feels like the car was built for me! Since then I have been into both of the Quick Lane Tire & Oil centers in Santa Fe for my maintenance and both locations have been extremely warm, friendly, inviting, and very fast at getting my car in and out so I can be on my way. I have also taken my vehicle to their collision center (CF Collision) for body work when someone struck the back of my Focus when it was parked outside of my house. I thought I would be without my car for awhile and to my amazement they had my Focus back to me within the week! I highly recommend this dealership. The cleanliness, the professionalism, and the warm welcoming staff definitely made this an excellent car buying experience.

I called two days ago to inquire about a vehicle. I called back today to try to purchase the car, was told the car was "sold" but only after they considered my offer. Was then given a call later in the evening by the guy who had purchased the car. He was trying to sell me the car. How did he get my number? Better yet, why would this random wholesaler be able to sell me the same car at the price I had just offered Chalmers Capitol Ford Lincoln, but Chalmers couldn't have? Really? As a business professional I have no idea how you can run a business like that. Salesman was name Jimmy, was also trying to tell me how great these vans are... (Well, I should be the expert, I own several and despite being a chick) I actually know a thing or two about vehicles. Whatever. It's kinda disgusting that they would refuse your offer and then sell it out from under you to someone else who is just going to make a profit. Oh and I'm in the industry, I buy a lot of vehicles.

I am a very frugal person, and spending a large amount of money can be extremely difficult. Raul was very friendly, patient, and professional.I test drove the Escape a few months ago. Instead of getting what can be bothersome phone calls, Raul sent cards.Right after I signed the paperwork, my heart started racing. After I saw MY brand new Ford Escape, I was estatic. And when I was shown all of the bells and whistle: sync, back up camera, parallel parking assit, I was over joyed.After purchasing the Escape, Raul was nice enough to follow me to my house, while I dropped off my old car, and drove me back to the dealership.I hope to never buy a car again, but if I do, I will go to Ford and Raul first.
