We were welcomed the moment we walked through the door and the experience only improved from there. Gianni knows better than almost any salesperson I have ever encountered just how to walk the fine line of being at your fingertips when you need him but not “in your face” when you don’t. I have sent friends and co-workers here and I would not jeopardize my reputation by doing that if I was not 100% sincere.

I have to say, This place has given me by far the best car buying experience. Not only was I given great costumer service but I ended up paying way less then I expected. I was helped right away and was treated amazing. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Car Factory.

We got a great deal and added the comprehensive care as well and stayed well within our budget. I'm very happy to have found this car since we needed something better and our sales associate gave us a ton of options. Her name is Jessie and you should go and shake hands with her!

I've dealt with the folks at Car Factory Outlet on several occasions now and have always been very happy. Their cars are always in great condition that are checked over well and priced fairly. The service is also outstanding. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

This was the best experience I have ever had in a car dealership! They helped me get a car with little down and little a month without barely any credit. I told them I needed a car as soon as possible and they really made it happen. Ariel was amazing. It was the fastest transaction I’ve ever had and Yosniel was great! They went out of their way to approve me and get me my dream car! Thank you so much! I will be coming here again!
