I was interested in a new vehicle & found one on their lot for the price I was seeking. I found this dealership/car through carfax which was a bit more reassuring. Once I applied for financing online they reached out & worked with me from that moment until the day I drove off. The staff was kind, informative, & honest. Maria was especially great in the buying process. As it is now, I’ve had the vehicle for about 3 weeks & the vibes are good. It’s mechanically sound & seems to be as solid as a used car can be. Should things remain as is, I’d actually purchase again from them & recommend them to friends/family. Thank you!

Recently I decided to sell my car. I posted on the Kelly Blue Book "Buy my car" link. Car Spot responded immediately! They they not only purchased my vehicle for more than I thought it was worth, but gave me a much larger gift! Sheri told me not to forget to contact Nissan about getting the remainder of my warranty and service plan back. She explained what I needed to send them. I didn't realize that I could do this! Because of her, I got $1300.00 back from Nissan Motor Co. What a blessing!!! Thank you Sheri!! :)

Great staff, not pushy, we worked with and talked to 3-4 staff members during the whole process, did not take long at all. We asked questions and they had the right answers. I highly recommend shopping here for a used car. Also the car runs great and got it at a price that made me feel like we got a great deal.

Applied online for their in house financing. They called and said I was approved. Didn't for what or for how much. Asked me to come in. So I went in and they said they had a little 4 cylinder car for me. Never saw the car. Just said they financed me for a car didn't let me look at any in their lot, never let me test drive or show me a group of cars that they felt were in my price range. Just had me come in and was going to print up paper for the car they picked for me and have me pay for . With out even seeing it. Strangest (attempted)car buying experience of my life! Honestly should have given them one ⭐

After scouring all the neighboring towns for two weeks and coming up short with all the lots lacking inventory I ended up right next door at "The Car Spot"! They had plenty of fine new and low mileage vehicles. The sales staff were great and efficient. Will definitely be back when the kids start to drive. I am enjoying my new (used) car, a spotless 2018 with 30K miles, runs great.
