Everyone was very nice to me at Carlock, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of for being a woman bringing in my car alone. I came in for an oil change and while looking under the hood, they found corrosion around my battery (there was), and then said I needed a transmission fluid change. I did those two extra things in addition to the oil change, but then while I was waiting for my vehicle to be done I was told that the technician on my vehicle said I needed new rear brake pads (said they were at a 2, than a phone call within the next few days said there were at a 1). I helped my father look at them at home and the pads actually had half the pad left on them!!! Thus, I felt like you were just trying to get me to spend more money and have the brake pads changed or your technician doesn't know what he's doing when looking at brake pads. He might need a refresher course. I'll definitely be thinking twice before brining my vehicle back to Carlock.

I had been looking online for a Murano for several weeks. I had found a platinum edition that was perfect so my husband and I went to see it. We had a delightful sales woman named Heather but we weren't able to come to terms on a cash price with management. We found another Murano online at Carlock that fit perfect in our budget on the online price so we decided to go look at it. We were very happy to see that Heather was the sales woman that greeted us at Nissan. She did a great job showing us everything about the Murano we had seen. I asked about the Internet pricing and she assured us the price was correct. We are the new owners of a Nissan Murano and we love it! It was used and had a bad scratch in the back but she even got that taken care of for us. Both times we have worked with Heather she has been a delight and was very professional during our interaction. My husband will be buying a new truck in the new year Heather and Nissan will get our business again.

I found a vehicle online for a great price. I talked to the internet team through several emails. They confirmed the vehicle was there and available for test drive and even sent me additional pictures through text. Before I drive an hour away I called to confirm it was still available. The salesman Dustin said yes ma'am I'll have it pulled up and ready when you get here. So I get there and he is gone to lunch and the other salesman is calling him he won't answer. So after 30 min I just ask another salesman to help me. Well I didn't see the vehicle on the lot. I saw it on the gravel in the back of the parking lot. The salesman said that them cars aren't for sale there is something wrong with that one. About that time a kid salesman pulls up and it's Dustin the one I talked with on the phone not to mention the internet team that was sending me more pictures saying the car was available. I introduced myself he said ok let's go get the keys. Then he says oh I don't think that car is for sale. I said so you mean to tell me y'all are advertising a vehicle on the internet that is not for sale and you had me come here an hour away from my home for nothing? He said well you don't see nothing else you like? If I won the lottery I would not buy a car from this dealer. It's a bunch of kid salesman standing around they just try to get you there to sell you another car when the one you want is not available. 1 star is to much!!

I went to buy new vehicle. I found what I wanted. They told what they was going to give for trade. They try to low ball my Trade. I looked up online the value on my car it was worth 24k they only offered 16k. I told there was no way i was going to do that. I left the dealership. The sales mgr called said they made error they would fix it. They came back said they would give me 21k . I told him I looked at the car online the one I was wanting they priced it 6k more than it was on the internet. It was same stock# so go figure. That's why I will be taking my business somewhere else. They will try to screw people over but not this one. I got more sense than they do.

They tried to pull the old bait & switch game on me. Advertised a vehicle for one price, then jacked the price up $4500 when I went to buy it. It's pretty low down to send an email with one price guaranteed, only to have that snatched away. I would not recommend doing business with a company that is this lowdown.

Went for oil change. Said that we had services that needed to be done. Charged about 1400 dollars. Got home and the back sliding door would not open. Took back. Said it was not caused by the service. Just a coincidence? ? We would have to pay for the repairs. Second vehicle I had bought from them

I was in Carlock Nissan and my salesman Heather was great! She knew every answer to every question on the 2016 Titan diesel that I asked. I was impressed a female salesman know the horsepower, torque, and even how many valves the engine had without looking. Price was a little more than I liked, but great job nissan!

I was having a hard time getting financed for a vehicle because my credit is not so great. Heather went above and beyond to find a vehicle I could afford the monthly payments with. I told her upfront I had challenged credit, and she still treated me respectfully unlike serra who had treated me like I was wasting their time. Because of Heather I was able to leave in my brand new 2016 Nissan, and I felt appreciated. Everyone at Nissan went above and beyond to make me feel like I was an appreciated guest. Carlock Nissan has earned ALL of my business from here on out.. service and future car purchases. Earl Tyler was super friendly in the finance department, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs too. The GM Mr. Marin was kind enough to take the extra time to get me approved after Serra had already told me I wouldn't find someone to approve me without a co-signer. I have to send huge thanks to Heather and all those involved with Carlock Nissan who took the extra steps to make sure I had a vehicle I liked, could afford, has great safety reviews, and gets phenomenal gas mileage! Thank you Carlock Nissan for being amazing!

i had bought a car earlier this month I didn't have the car for 4 hours and found out the transmission was messed up so I talk to the people they took the car so it can get fix they had it for a week and when I had got it back the same thing happened again so I end up getting my money back and found a car at Nissan I got it a couple of days later it messes up and it's a used car sold as is but they where nice enough to fix my car with no charger

We had been looking for a vehicle for the past couple of weeks. We found a vehicle at this dealership. When we showed up we were met by Andrew and a sales manager who assisted us throughout the car buying process. The first problem was that apparently keeping track of days is not something they can handle. We were going to come back, since they were over an hour away, to bring in our trade-in. They said it would be fine. However, we were almost home when they called us to tell us that we had to have everything done by Sunday or the price would increase on Monday. FYI, at the beginning of the month they INCREASE all the prices on their cars. This is what the salesperson and the sales manager told us. After rearranging schedules, husband is in the service, we were able to come back by Sunday.The second problem was that NO ONE told us it had been in an accident. We had to ask for the carfax and that was when they told us about it. They never offered the carfax at anytime and now I know why. When I told him I did not see it online, I was told, "well you can buy it through USAA." The final issue: My husband recently received a phone call from their company threatening us with legal action because we owed money. The GM even told me that he believed we were trying to get away without paying. This "clerical error", as the GM referred to it, involved their salesman, who no longer works there, and a sales manager who did not process the paperwork correctly. A think it is more than a "clerical error" when it involves thousands of dollars. The sales people added that we were putting down a down payment, but this was never mentioned or discussed. Due to their salesperson AND sales manager incorrectly putting in information, we are left jumping through hoops to fix this. I wanted to return it, but the GM, who was quite rude and does not understand customer service, told me I could not and again threatened that if I did not fix this issue, that was their fault, by Monday they would take legal action. The entire time speaking with this GM was awful. Basically my husband and I are the problem and we are the reason for the threats and what have you. Even though he admitted his people made the "clerical error", it was still our fault. So here is my advice, GO ELSEWHERE. It is clear that not only do their salespeople not know what they are doing, but their Managers do not know what they are doing either. If you want to purchase from here you better have someone who knows what they are doing and have the paperwork triple checked and do not let them handle the finance check.

My husband and I bought a new vehicle from them, first thing: they could not find the keys to the particular one we wanted to test drive, second we almost made the mistake of doing paperwork on (we thought was a new vehicle) and saw that it had damage to it. They had us to go ahead and drive it home until our other vehicle come in, needless to say, it was a USED vehicle, we found all the paper work and receipts in there. Our gut instinct was to walk away, but giving them the benefit of doubt, we didn't. We dropped by recently to get our oil changed and went inside to visit, needless to say, Mr. Gus????? general manager and Mr. Kent????? walked by us and never spoke, very disrespectful!!!!! Mr. Gus has a really bad attitude even with his employees! I feel sorry for them! PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE THAT WE DID!!!

This is not my first time dealing with Carlock Nissan however because it always seems as though they want to take you for every penny they can im now writing this review. Asked about a mirror problem which I KNOW IS MINOR because the mirror still fuctions properly its just a little loose. The mechanic tells me itll cost over 100 bucks just for the diagnostics! Really?! Its a screw or a clip loose either way its nothing memechanical. They re a bunch of voltures up there and treat you like you re a moron. Funny thing is every year these slugs call me trying to get me to come in and try test drive something new. It ll be a cold day in xxxx

I have bought a brand new vehicle from them, and they have lied about the mileage that was on the paper work. I found it and made them correct it. They also didn't let me test drive this vehicle because they supposedly couldn't find the keys, but once the paper work was signed, they had the keys ready then. This brand new vehicle had damage to it also. I had to take up to Car lock Nissan 2 times just for them to look at the damages. Nissan Corporation wouldn't even do anything. They don't even stand behind their own vehicles. I am telling you DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM CAR LOCK NISSAN!!!!!

My experience with Carlock Nissan of Jackson was beyond horrible. I first went to the dealership on a Tuesday. My wife and I were interested in buying an Altima. After talking with a a salesman we were told that we could "get into the car" for around 16K-17K. I told the sales man that I would be back on Saturday with my trade-in. I was offered $8000 on a Ford F 350 that, according to the blue book was worth $9,500 (trade in, $14,500 retail). With the trade I had a $9000 loan. According to the salesman my payments on that loan would be at a 4.5% interest rate. The number I was given was $340/month over 72-months. At that price the car would have cost $24,480 (and if you add the value of my truck back into the equation the total cost of the car to me would have been $32,480. It must also be mentioned that this car was a base package. No leather, no sunroof etc. After calling the salesman hand on this he finally admitted that the price on the car was actually $21,900, and that he could not sell the car for 17K. Neither the salesman nor the manager would honor the original price, and my wife, kids and I made two trips and drove approximately 200 miles to do business with car lock. NEVER AGAIN!

I sincerely want to congratulate you guys on taking your car dealership to a new all time low. You guys top all the jokes about how sorry used car salesmen are. My wife has a few health issues. She is on the liver transplant list, she is a diabetic, she has neuropathy, a hip replacement, and 8 more broken bones over the last two years. He blood levels from time to time get a little off which makes her decision making not so clear which makes her an easy target. While for Christmas my wife wanted to surprise me with a used truck. We have been servicing our vehicles with you guys so she gave your company a call first. When she arrived they stooped to an all time low and talked her into trading my car for not a truck but a van that was older than my car. It would have been a very bad trade even if she traded even but they talked her into giving them $2,000.00 extra. Now to set the record straight you only have to talk to my wife for a minuet to see that she would be an easy target. Now the story gets worse. She comes back 1st thing the next morning to plead for the extremely bad deal to be undone only to be told no way. They were actually proud of the swindle. My wife went to the bank in tears and for some reason they told her to stop the check and she did. You ask where I was during all of this. I was at the hospital taking care of my Father who was dying of cancer which he has now passed on. Tuesday night at 9:00 PM the police came and took my wife to jail. In her condition this is worse than it seems since her immune being so poor we will now surely end up in the EM Room and then a trip to Vanderbilt. Due to my hand being full I only have time to write this letter. Maybe you can use it as a training tool to take advantage of the weak. Congratulations Will! This has got the be the best sale of the year.I forgive you. I hope God does,Merry Christmas
