My husband and I first just browsed through in Dec and Bob was not pushy nor did he make us feel uncomfortable as he showed us the inventory and gave brochures on the up & coming models. So after about after about 7 months of thinking when I made the decision and realized exactly what I wanted it was nice to walk in and be directed to him after I ask to see "Bob". The color of the model I wanted was not there so he let me test drive a simular vehicle and then had the only one in the country available shipped in within about a week. While waiting on the delivery he texted and kept me informed after delivery he followed up and ensured it was everything I ever wanted. Very kind, especially respectfully of my military service and got me a great price for my trade in. Thanks again Mr Brackett

John Armstrong was knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and patient with us until we were ready to make a purchase. Even though we were from out of town, we developed an excellent rapport with John. From the very beginning, he was very honest about the vehicle specifications, schedule of delivery, and financing. OMG, BOB was the worst salesperson we have ever dealt with and my husband and I have purchased A LOT of cars over the last 20 years. He was rude and condescending to my daughter and I. At one point he even said "I'm not trying to be mean, but" so clearly he knew he was being rude. He was so abrasive we literally had to get up and walk out we were so disgusted. We actually drove down the road and purchased a BMW for my daughter. My daughter said he left such a bad taste in her mouth she didn't even want a Mercedes anymore. HAHA I would NEVER step foot at this dealership again!!!!! I gave one star for poor because I did not know if I could submit with ZERO stars.

John Armstrong was knowledgable about his product, polite and amenable to my requests. I asked, at the outset, that he not "lowball" me as I was not going to buy on the first visit. He did not, in fact the offer left with us after the visit had to be negotiated down instead of fighting to maintain an unrealistic first offer.An altogether good experience with good people in a well run store.

The salesman was excellent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. His follow up was great!The carrier they use to deliver cars was not up to speed. The delivery date was inaccurate because of the bad information given to the dealership. The car was delivered to me by the salesman who, again, was very helpful familiarizing me with the car. I would buy from them again.

This is my second purchase experience at Carlton Motorcars and I will continue to do business here. My husband and I dealt with Sean Deibert both times and he is phenomenal! In addition, everyone I've ever had contact with at this dealership, from the service department to the sales representatives whom I wasn't currently dealing with, have been nothing short of kind and accommodating. The icing on the cake (besides the beautiful roses that are presented each time I walk through the door) is the attention given by Mr Carlton himself. Love my new c300w4 named GRAM. Yes gram as picked -up car on day of Grammy Awards and day after Valentines gram. Didn't know what to expect when I walked into this dealership because my husband is a junkyard owner and of course, I have always driven used cars or rebuilt cars. Never had a car payment in 40 years of marriage. I am a person that knows when it is right for me or not. Willie Fields was perfect for me as a buyer because his instincts were right on point and knew how to give us just the information we wanted and needed just for the time of purchase. This is the third Mercedes-Benz I have purchased from Carlton Motors, I have always been helped by Tyrone Chapman, he is very knowledgeable on the cars always has answers never has to go ask anyone. This time I asked about a GLE350 Mr Chapman brought one to the front for me to look at, I liked the car and ask him to get the price and call me. He called the next day with all the information I needed, we made an appointment for the next day, I was at the dealership about 15 min. signed all papers wrote a check and left. Best car buying experience ever, I will indeed return to Carlton Motors for my next Mercedes-Benz and Tyrone Chapman will be the sales person I will be wanting to see.

Two months ago I bought a CLA250 from Bob Bracket, team member of Carlton Motorcars. Today I Purchased another car to park next to the CLA250 in my garage. Again, Bob Bracket and the Carlton team made the purchase of my S550 a excellent experience. Two months ago I rated Bob and his team 5 stars, I wish there was a choice to add more than 5 stars! The Carlton team knows how to treat their customers right and make them come back without thinking twice.

When I stopped by Carlton to view a at SLK300, I was warmly greeted by Robin Rollins. He took the time to show me all of the finer points of this vehicles and took me on test drive. Once I made the decision to purchase this vehicle, the process of arriving at the purchase price was done in a very professional manner and in a short period of time. You normally expect to spend several hours in purchasing a vehicle but I think it took less than hour to agree on a price, sign and complete the appropriate required documents.Joyce

On our first visit, we met Mr. Carlton. He is an amazing man. Comes to work every day at 95 years old. He introduced us to Bob Brackett. Bob sat with us, explained the vehicle in detail, stressing the safety issues. We were amazed at how knowledgeable Bob was. We had never had a salesman spend so much time with us, not even knowing if we were going to buy the car or not. Although the price is worth all the features, we had to discuss it some since we did not plan on spending quite that much. We went home, discussed it, talked about the other vehicles we had looked at and made up our minds. The Mercedes won. And we won. The car is so quiet and runs so smooth. We are still learning about the features and even went back to Bob to have him explain some things to us. Again, he was happy to help.

Let me start off saying in the past we have purchased a Mercedes from this dealership 5 years ago. Recently, my wife and I have been to this dealership on two occasions in the past week and both times we were "snubbed" by the car salesmen. They act as if they don't want to help a potential customer. We were on their lot for over 30 minutes each time with salesmen hiding inside and outside talking to each other. One actually came out and looked at us and then left in a dealer car and drove right past us without even acknowledging us. I wouldn't waste my time here. Maybe their snobbery is acceptable to some but we are more than capable of buying a Mercedes and expect to be treated as if we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. You don't treat people with disrespect!

We went in on Friday to look at the new ML350s and worked with Sean Dieibert to locate the car we wanted. Sean took care of everything and located the exact car we wanted at another dealership. We quickly took care of the purchase and trade-in paperwork so that when the car arrived on Saturday, we only had to sign the final paperwork in order to pick up the car. The service department did a great job preparing the car. The support and service we received from Carlton and directly from Sean, was exceptional. This is our sixth Mercedes that we have leased or purchased over the years from Carlton and we plan to continue dealing with them for all future purchases and service requirements.

For the most part I have always disliked the car buying experience, with the usual games and high pressure sales presence. However both my wife and I were very much impressed with our recent purchase of a Mercedes E class at Carlton Motorcars. Our sales person was very friendly, courteous and possessed a wealth of knowledge on all the models at the dealership. He patiently demonstrated the features of the vehicle and was very capable in answering all of our questions. The process, knowledge, expertise, respect, fairness, price and overall experience are second to none. When I first inquired about our C Coupe online Pablo was there. He listened to my thoughts, answered our questions, offered a great deal that was 100% honored when we drove from Fort Mill to Greenville Saturday morning. Pablo had the car cleaned, fueled, ready to go sitting out front when we arrived. He greeted us promptly and handed my wife a rose, she loved it. Not one question on the deal, the purchasing took about 5 minutes to close and was seamless, the car was showroom new condition... we were amazed. Tyler Peden looked like a nice but young man; I thought, "how much can he know" - well, I found out he knows a LOT about Mercedes - and car sales! Mr. Peden is well-versed on all the models, all the features, and all the benefits of both buying and leasing - I don't think I've every encountered a car salesman who could cover all the bases so well. I've recommended Tyler to friends and family and know they will not be disappointed. We love our new E350 and will definitely ask for Tyler when we are ready to get our next new car. Carlton Motorcars sells one of the very best and safest line of cars on the road today; everyone at the dealership was courteous and the experience of buying a car there is more about making sure the customer is happy than in merely making a sale - there's no "high pressure" or "gotta see my manager" double talk here!! Cannot say enough nice things about the dealership - they represent Mercedes as it should be represented - from the wide selection of vehicles to the sales team to the service department - it is a very positive experience dealing with Carlton.

Took my vehicle in for annual service. Due to very low mileage, David Knutti, the service advisor, recommended postponing a couple of expensive items until next service. He also accepted an old coupon for a service discount. His attention has been excellent over the years. Even though I only come in once a year, they treat me as a valued customer.Great people, great service.While not atypical for "luxury" makes, MB service costs are fairly high. However, I would never use an independent for service.

I have never felt so valued as a customer as I did at this dealership. I was looking for a ore-owned vehicle, and they treated me as if I were shopping for the most expensive vehicle in stock. The sales consultant was personable, professional and most of all...patient. He continued to work on my behalf, even after I declined the first deal he offered me. I went back to the dealership 2-3 days later, and purchased the vehicle.

We recently replaced our 2006 E350 wagon with a 2015 E350 4matic wagon and absolutely love it. The buying process was very straight forwarded as we knew what we wanted, "built" it on-line and ordered it from Carlton.Robin was great when the car arrived and spent a lot of time walking us through the features that are different on the new vehicle and making sure we were comfortable before driving off the lot. I found the perfect CPO GL450 on Cars.com on a Sunday afternoon . . . but I live in Charleston and wasn't able to get to Greenville. I called Ric Canova on the phone and he met me the very next day in Columbia to deliver the car and take my trade-in, sight unseen. Our experience in buying our first Mercedes was great. We called and spoke with Alex Park on a Sunday concerning a 2014 Mercedes. He was very friendly on the phone. He walked us through paperwork over the phone to hold the car until we could see it. On arrival several days later to the dealership, we were meet by a friendly and professional salesperson. Alex was great. He took us through each step without any rush. Took time to show us other options and even more time to show us (over an hour) the 'bells and whistles' of our new car. Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had.

It was greatly appreciated.The owner: I spoke to Mr. Carlton, 93 years young. Very nice man who supports many community events. It was an honor.The car: Used S-Class. Have had my 2010 E350 for over four years. The buying experience went well and I got a fair deal. Joel Johnson, sales consultant. is no longer there, but he provided excellent service. He did not badger me, but let me take plenty of time to decide whether or not to purchase a car. Did not pressure me to buy a car off the lot, but gave me an excellent price on ordering one from Germany. Carlton has delivered excellent service every time that I have taken it in. They had to keep car for over three days at one point due to computer issues, but provided a loaner C class.While everyone in service has been helpful, I have been especially impressed with David Knutti, service advisor. He always provides excellent service, takes time to discuss issues and makes sure everything gets done timely. Latest example is I recently sent him an e-mail about a phone issue and he called me within a couple of hours and gave me instructions on how to correct the problem. Without having to drive to dealership. Sammy Hood has also been very good, but primarily have worked with Mr. Knutti.Excellent service even though they know they will only see me once a year.As title says, I wish the car was as good as the dealership. It's a very good car and I really like it, but far too many issues for this class. Fortunately all of them have been repaired at no cost to me. Carlton service dept. has had a role in making that happen.Prices are high, but that is because of everything M-B wants done to the cars as "routine" services. Mr. Knutti and Carlton do what they can to keep prices down.Highly recommend Carlton and its service dept.

Traded in a 2004 SUV for a 2012 E350. Beautiful, low mileage all the bells and whistles. The purchase is only the beginning of your Carlton experience. Our Salesman, Robin Rollins, did a complete show and tell on the many features. Answered 2 questions by phone on his Sunday off! and then came to the house to help program the garage door opener. Heather, Mr. Carlton's daughter, was helpful during the deal making. insuring that no promises were unfulfilled. After driving Lexus, Jaguar, Acura and Audi over the past 16 years, my wife and I decided to give the new 2014 E350 a chance. The redesigned E-Class seemed to fit our needs. One visit to Carlton Mercedes-Benz was all that was required to make it happen. Sean Deibert and Mr. Carlton were most helpful from our first test drive right to the signing of the final lease docs. First visit on a Monday, order placed on Tuesday, acquisition of the new vehicle by Thursday, and a short session to finalize delivery and receive helpful operating tips on Friday. I do not like buying cars; I like driving cars until they almost fall apart. After decades of happy BMW driving, it was time to get another car -- my 5th, lifetime. For those keeping count, that's an average of over ten years per car. A relative insisted that I look at what Carlton offered. "OK, fine. But BMW seats fit me better than Mercedes seats," I protested. It turns out that Father still knows best. He directed me to Pablo Goycochea who suggested a C300 which was zippy and small enough to park easily. The prices were right -- car, trade-in, and extended warranty. Pablo was fantastic. He was knowledgeable (answering all of my questions, double-checking when appropriate), considerate (keeping me hydrated and supplied with salty crunchies), amusing (watching him multi-task is a revelation), and charming (the slightest hint of a bow when presenting a red rose to women entering the dealership). After the sale, he made sure that my phone was properly bluetoothed to the car. Mr. Carlton is a pip and his employees seem to be genuinely interested in providing everyone a good experience. I definitely recommend Carlton Motorcars. The C300 is nice, too. If only I could figure out how to swap the driver's seat from a BMW . . . .

This is the second pre-owned Mercedes purchased from Carlton, and we've been pleased with both transactions. The personnel are extremely professional and it was fun to interact with Mr. Carlton as well as the sales representative. The car we purchased is almost three years old, but was detailed to the point of almost showroom condition. Buying a car can be an unpleasant experience, but not so at Carlton. I suspect we'll be back the next time we are in the market for a car.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership and the fine folks there. I was in search of a reliable pre-owned vehicle and was on a very limited budget. When I found the perfect car here I was slightly apprehensive about going to a Mercedes Benz dealership, thinking they would be difficult to work with. To my surprise, it was just the opposite! The car was priced right and they were so easy to work with. I had my two little granddaughters with me and they were so nice to them and gave them snacks and drinks. I was not buying a Mercedes but it didn't matter, they treated me like I was! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was patient, professional and even came in on his day off to accommodate us. We were treated like royalty. I've found myself becoming increasingly disappointed with automobiles. I love to drive and I like things to work as advertised. Unfortunately most of the cars and trucks that I've experienced in the last few years fail to deliver. I've found Mercedes and BMW to be exceptions. My last new car was a BMW and I was satisfied with the product and performance. I even thought I was receiving good service from the dealership until I purchased my Mercedes from Carlton. A couple miles away from the BMW store but light years ahead in customer service.Alex Park and John Armstrong performed flawlessly. The process was simple, fast and honest. I noticed that the owner sits at a desk in the showroom, right in the middle of the sales activity and accessible to anyone and everyone at anytime. In October 2012, I had an outstanding opportunity to upgrade my 2010 lease because my Sales Representative kept me informed about Mercedes opportunities. As this leased expired, again he exceeded my expectations by putting together a plan where I could purchase the lease car that I enjoyed and desired to keep. We have been looking for a car for my son for a few weeks and Tyler was relentless on finding the best car. He answered all our questions and gave dertailed reasons for his answers. It was obvious that he knew a lot about cars, enjoyed his job, and that Mercedes Benz was the best choice. He found us a great car that had detailed service records showing that it was well maintained by his dealership. The price was thousands below comparable cars that I found within a 500 mile radius of our home south of Atlanta. We got a great trade for my sons old car. Tyler did not pressure us at all into buying the car. He just gave us the facts. He and the staff at Carlton stayed open late since we were late arriving from our commute from middle Georgia and had the paperwork done in no time. I have bought several cars in the past and the paperwork seemed to take half a day, Tyler had everything done in minutes.This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was well worth the 200 mile commute.

We are so excited about our new 2012 E550C cabriola. We did not enter the parking lot to purchase a car that day. We were actually going to Infiniti next door to check out a model convertible I had been considering and then going onto Audi as well. I was so impressed with the E550 condition, color and mileage and PRICE! That we did not make it to the other dealerships that day.We did drive the Audi S5, and considered buying a new one in Atlanta, but when we saw this one, we had to get it.I am finally a Mercedes Benz owner, it is our first one and are not disappointed at this point. Willie is one of the nicest Sales Professionals that I have ever dealt with and I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years. There was no haggling, Carlton gave me a fair amount for my trade and a fair price for the ML350. It probably took 5 minutes to agree on the deal.Willie then spent quite a while going over all of the features on the ML and made sure we were comfortable with them and understood them.The owner, Mr. Carlton came over and personally greeted us and asked if we were satisfied with the deal and stayed and chatted a bit.I can't say enough good about Willie and the dealership! Mercedes are no doubt quality products. It is the salesperson that makes the dealership. We recently purchased a 2014 E-350 & could not have asked for a more quality professional experience. The one thing that we were so impressed with was the after the purchase communication. You do not find this with other dealerships/salesperson. The buying experience at Carlton was exceptional. We test drove several makes and models at multiple dealerships and kept coming back to Carlton because of the ease with which we could talk to Ric, his knowledge of other cars we were test driving, and because Mercedes-Benz was our ultimate first choice. We found a similar car at another local dealership, but chose to purchase from Carlton because of the customer service rating of their service department and because Ric worked with us to get us all incentives available.

Carlton Motorcars is reminiscent of the way customer service used to be so many years ago. Incredible person attention, people who greet you at the door, including the owner who is in his 90's. Of course, it's their job to sell you a car but no detail was too small for them to attend. We actually drove from Georgia to South Carolina because they were able to help us with a very hard to find car. We will continue buying from them in the future.

Our car buying experience here was absolutely the best we have ever experienced. From the time we drove onto the lot, we were met with a smile and knowledgable sales representative that answered any questions we had. The entire process was painless and expedient! Willie knew every detail of the car eye wanted and took the time to go through many aspects with us. We worked out a deal and drove our new car home in a short time. We did have to come back for a visit to the service dept. the following Monday, but knew this before we bought the car. We were greeted professionally at the counter and though that visit took longer than actually buying the car, we were pleased and got the service to the car that eye came for. This is our second Mercedes and "if" we ever decide to trade or upgrade again, we will definitely go to Carlton Motors and see Mr. Willie Fields!!! We would recommend this dealership and Willie to anyone! Great experience and customer service!!!

Purchasing a used vehicle over the phone and 375 miles away from home originally gave us some concern. The discussions with our Sales Rep. were solid and comforting of the description of the vehicle and the purchase procedures, gave us confidence to continue through the purchase agreement. IN AUGUST MY WIFE DECIDED THAT SHE WANTED TO TRADE HER E350 FOR A SUV. WE PURCHESED THE E350 IN 2008 FROM CARLTON MOTORS AND HAVE EXCELLENT SERVICE FRON THE VEHICLE. Sean was a joy to work with. He is totally honest, not pushy, very knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating to our needs. On our first visit he met us at the door of the showroom and we discussed what we were looking to buy. While we didn't buy that day, when we came back a couple of weeks later, again, he was there to discuss our needs again. We had narrowed our search to 3 cars. Infinity was offering us a great deal on an M37, Audi was not as negotiable on the A6 or A7. We decided on the E350 for a couple of reasons, we feel we got a good deal on the price and I had previously bought a Mercedes from your dealership and felt good about returning to it.Only small downside of the sale was when we came back in the morning to finish the financial part and pick up our car, We ended up sitting around for almost 2 hours as we were waiting for the finance manager to get our paperwork together. Sean went in to push him but we were still there too long. When we got in his office it only took a few minutes. Sean told him we had another commitment and needed to get the transaction complete. My wife and I have been shopping for a new SUV. We completed a lot of research and narrowed down our choice to three vehicles. The Carlton Mercedes dealership was our last visit. The moment we exited our car Sean Deibert greeted us. He was only interested in one thing - finding out what we wanted ... not what he wanted to sell. We were very interested in the GL550, but there weren't any new ones available. We could have looked at brochures and ordered a new one, but Sean told us that he could save us a lot of money by looking on his used car lot. We could not believe it, there was a 2014 GL550 with 2,500 miles. It was one of our top colors and Sean let us take our time driving the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We told him that we wanted the vehicle if he could work a deal. My wife and I knew what we wanted to pay and the Carlton group did not play around. They brought a price that was within a few dollars of what we thought was a fair price. Within 20 minutes the paperwork was completed and the car was ours! I was able to continue with my schedule and Sean took time to explain all of the features of our "new to us" car. We are so happy and excited. Thank you Sean for a great experience! I received a personal greeting immediately upon arriving to include a warm welcome, rose and a "How can I help you?". The sales rep was happy to educated me on the vehicles on the showroom floor and offered to allow me to test drive any vehicle. The car was brought around promptly. The sales rep took me on the test track, show me some vehicle options and offered me to drive. We negotiated a price and they promptly prepared the paperwork while they cleaned up & filled up the vehicle. The employee we dealt with was very friendly and accommodating but he did not offer any amenities to us for purchasing the car. He explained just about everything concerning the car. However, when we came to pick the car up he was assisting another customer at the time that we were there. Tyrone was a very accommodating. We had purchased our 2008 E-350 from Tyrone new, but I decided I wanted to try a SUV this time and that I liked the service from Carlton that I always got, so I needed to stay with that dealership if I was going to buy a used one. Both the sales rep (Alex) and the sales manager (William) were so very helpful and not pushy in any way. This was our first experience purchasing a Mercedes Benz. I was so impressed from the very first visit to look at the new 2014 Mercedes CLA 250. When I arrived i was promptly greeted in a very professional manner, not pushy, but very helpful. I was introduced to Tyler James. Tyler was a great listener, so he knew exactly I was looking for. The dealership provides a red rose to all the ladies that come to their dealership...nice touch! Tyler was very knowledgeable in explaining the features on the car,the safety records, and was just so nice to work with. After the test drive, he introduced me to Bill Duke. He assisted us in finding on line, the exact color and features i wanted. I was really impressed on the teamwork at this dealership. When I did come back the 2nd time to look at another color of the car to be sure what I wanted, both Tyler and Bill were busy. Again...I received another rose!! Heather Carlton, made sure I did not have to wait. She personally took me down to the shop area where they were cleaning one for delivery. In addition, I was honored to meet Mr. Phil Carlton. He took time out to talk with myself and another customer and gave us a tour. He is such a great dedicated family man, and is so proud of his daughter Heather. I truly enjoyed listening to him talk so highly of his family, and also very impressed at all he does for charity. When the new car arrived, the delivery was not rushed, Tyler took even more time with us explaining how to use the car. I have bought a new car about every 3 years for the past 25 years, and this dealership was the best at friendliness, service, knowledge, and delivery expectations. I am very happy with the way my sale was handled. I communicated with the dealership via email before every visiting. Ronnie was very quick to respond to my email request. (within 20 mins) Once I arrived I met with Alex who is new to the dealership and test drove the cars. I was very nervous about making such a big purchase however will never own any other care than a Mercedes. William closed the deal. He spent time answering my questions and assuring me that if I had any ANY problems he would help. I left with many names and contacts of staff that have been there for many years. I was not in the market for a car but stopped by to look at a Mercedes Benz. John Armstrong came out to meet me but simply introduced himself and told me to look around and to please come see him if I needed any further assistance. There was no pressure at all during the initial visit. Once I had selected a car, I came to John and told him the numbers I was expecting regarding a lease (term and monthly payment). He and the general sales manager, William Duke, presented me with initial numbers that did not meet my terms but they never pressured me into making a purchase. I subsequently visited the dealership three more times over the span of a month. Each time John and William came closer to my terms but again I had to decline their offers and we did this amicably as business should be done. Never was there any pressure or anything other than the forthright presentation of the offer. On my final visit, we were able to come to acceptable terms and I made the purchase. Again, an exceptional, straightforward experience. I felt that I received an exceptional deal on an exceptional automobile.

He was very friendly, kind, sincere, and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and throughout the whole process. By the way, the rose they give you is a great touch as well. This was one of the best and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had. Mr Fields continued to offer his services by following up with me after my purchase. During the purchasing/negotiation phase Mr Fields helped me arrive at a monthly price that would work for me and suit my budget by speaking with the finance staff to ensure I got the best possible deal. I usually always pre-qualify and get my own financing prior to purchasing a vehicle, but in this case I went with the offer the dealership was able to work out for me with the bank. I never felt rushed or pressured. He gave me the time and attention needed to purchase my ML 350. Mr Fields made the entire process simple and easy. Along with my test drive he also reviewed the features of the vehicle with me in detail. During my time at the dealership I met Mr Carlton who presented me with two small gifts. He was very polite as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and would recommend friends and family to do business here. This was my first experience buying my own car and I did not know what to expect. We stopped by the dealership just to browse for a preowned ML350. After walking around the lot for a few minutes Pablo walked out of the building with his huge smile and great attitude. He was extremely friendly and not at all pushy. They had exactly the car I wanted there (year, model, color etc). We bought the car two days later and through all of the paperwork the Carlton team was kind and professional. Today I had to stop by the service center for a minor issue and Pablo was happy to help again. He showed me where the service center was and introduced me to the service team. I only had to wait less than 10 minutes for my question to be answered. The customer lounge in this area is great. Plenty of seating, snacks, coffee, and above all really really clean. This dealership is truly founded on customer service no matter if you are just browsing, buying, or having service. I highly recommend Pablo if you are even thinking about buying a Mercedes in the Upstate.

After a long time spent looking and dealing with local car dealers I ran across a dealership in another state that had just what I was looking for. I called and spoke to salesman Ric Canova. He went far beyond what I expected in a salesman in that he was very professional and explained all about the car and gave me a very fair price. He made what could have been a very uncomfortable process into an easy transaction. When I went to pick up the car, eventhough the car was used I was made to feel like I was very special in that I was given a rose and other gifts. The real treat was getting to meet the owner Mr. Carlton who is 94 years old and still comes to the office every day.Even after my transaction Mr. Canova has kept in touch to let me know that they are always there to help if I have any questions concerning my car and to keep me updated on any specials they may be having. Since i am from another state it would have been easy for them to just have forgotten about me but they continue in making this a very pleasent buying experience. You can be assured that they will have my future business. If you are looking for a vehicle I would recommend buying from Carlton Motors.

Was looking on the internet for a used GLK350 with some fairly specific features. Found a certified pre-owned one on Carlton's website that seemed to fit my needs and Pablo could not have been more helpful. He answered my questions and even brought the car to my home for me to inspect. He then took excellent care of me throughout the purchase process taking time to show me all the car's features and to introduce me to their service department. Carlton also gave me what I consider to be an excellent price for my trade in. So, in total, this was one of the most pleasant and least stressful automobile purchases I've made in the fifty years I've been driving.

I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. This is the first time I can honestly say enjoyed spending the majority of my day purchasing a car. John Armstrong is very knowledgeable in his field. He put our car buying worries at ease as soon as we met with him. John helped me and my husband choose a car that fit both our family and financial needs. I would like everyone to know that my recent purchase at Carlton Mercedes-Benz was by far the best experience I've had in purchasing a vehicle. Sean Deibert was very friendly and knowledgeable about the C-250 that I was looking for. Pablo treated us like we were close cousins and I say this because he was down to earth and very honest. At no time did we ever feel pressured or overwhelmed and Pablo ensured that we were treated with first class service. After speaking with Mr. Duke several times on the phone, I traveled from Charleston to Greenville, S.C. to purchase my 2014 E350. Not only was the discount much better than Charleston, but William was so patient and friendly over the phone. When I arrived on that Saturday, I was still unsure about this large purchase. William put absolutely no pressure on me; he just gave details about how great the car was but still wanted me to feel comfortable with my decision. I will definitely recommend William to others.

My experience with Mr. Pablo was Excellent. From the very beginning of me looking for my vehicle until...He continues to make calls to make sure everything is going well. I really like the way he sat with my husband and I and explained everything about the vehicle until we were completely satisfied. He was very patient and very personable. Once we were done, we felt like we had been knowing him for years. He even gave us his personal phone number incase we had any questions. I was so pleased with my experience, I have referred friends and family. The financial staff was excellent too! (The gentleman) Gave great advice about financing, and what to expect step by step in purchasing the vehicle. He answered all my questions with ease and professionalism. I wish I had gone to Carlton sooner, I wasted a lot of valuable time with "chain" dealerships, and wish I had started my search with CARLTON!

I was treated like family from the minute I walked in the showroom door. My husband and I were greeted by Willie Fields and I was immediately given a beautiful long stemmed rose. We looked at several GLKs and then I drove one on the test track behind the dealership. Willie was very thorough with instructions on all the features of the GLK and very patient with my many questions. I could not have asked for a better test drive experience because I was not distracted by the traffic of a very busy Laurens Road. After thinking it over for a few hours I decided this was the vehicle I wanted. I called back later that afternoon and told Willie that I wanted the GLK and could I pick it up the next morning. Before lunch the next day I was the proud owner of a Mercedes GLK. This decision was not as snap as it sounds. I had been looking at small SUVs for several months. I cannot remember how many SUVs I looked at, sat in, or test drove. My experience at Carlton was by far the best I had while looking for a new car. Willie was not a high pressure salesman and made the buying process the best I have ever had when buying a car. Mr. Carlton even came by to say hello and make sure we were being taken care of. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlton Motors Cars to anyone thinking of buying a very nice vehicle. I also would not hesitate to recommend Willie Fields as a salesman anyone would love to work with.

I had visited five dealerships in the area and when I told the salesman what I wanted in a car they were not really listening to what I wanted but what they had on the lot to sale. Mark ask how he could help me and then when I told him what I was looking for, he said you have come the right place. Mark showed me the cars that met my criteria and told me about Mercedes and exactly what size I might be interested in. I really came in to look but by the time I took a test drive I had pretty much made my decision on a sports Mercedes. Mark showed me the break down price on the new car I looked at but when I went into the show room I seen a Mercedes that I liked better and it was a used car. Mark assure me that the used car was a great deal and it had everything on it as the new one I looked at. The package on the new Mercedes cost more and I wasn't wanting to go the extra money but Mark said to me "You are buying a luxury car and the package really makes the car, It is a Mercedes" and he was right. Why buy a car and cut on the things that really makes up the car. I never really thought about that until Mark said it. You kinda had to be there to get the just of the story.Mark and another gentlemen stay late so that I could drive the car and then when I came back the next day they had pulled the car that I really liked outside (it was in the showroom) so that I could drive it and make a decision on a brand new Mercedes or the used one. I ended up with the 2012 with 7000 miles it and it looks brand new. I am really thrilled with my new car and it is beautiful and the deal I got was great too! Every person I met at the dealership was super nice and was willing to go the extra mile to make my experience great. Until I met Mark I would have never gone into a Mercedes dealership and even thought about buying a car but Mark was one of the nicest guy's I have dealt with when buying a car. I usually go on the internet and tell them what I want in a car and then if the price is right I go and drive the car and then decide on the purchase, but Mark changed that for me, you can get a price but what kind of service will you receive after you buy the car is important too. My next Mercedes will need to be a little bigger but I can drive this one for a while. My grandson told me that this car going to be his when he started driving so I guess I will have to purchase another in the future. Excellent service.Had everything done when we arrived to get the car! My husband made the deal with Jim by internet so when we arrive, they had the car and paperwork ready. It took 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and then Tom showed us the car. WE were in and out of the dealership in an hour. Amazing!! This will be the first place we go if we want to buy again. We live in Tennessee but because of the great deal they gave us, we made the 3 hour drive. It was worth it. Smooth transaction and great people!!
