I don't often write reviews, however after the experience I just had, I'm using the last of my phone battery power while waiting for a train home to write this: They price their cars deceivingly. I took two trains from Philly to buy a car here listed at 12.9k. after taxes and registration I expected to pay no more than 15k. I called confirming this very fact. They handed me a payment for 19k. They added a 3.9k 'PDI' fee. When I inquired what this was, they said it was to meet state inspections and to "insure quality" Since when does an inspection and quality insurance cost about four thousand dollars? While this is a real fee, this is usually included in the market price at other dealerships and often not more than a couple hundred dollars. When I asked them to meet me at 15k and to substantially reduce or remove the fee, the best they could do was 17.9k. When I asked why this fee was not included in the price, they said "they need to price aggressively". It obviously enticed me in enough to take two trains to get here. Long story short, their online listed prices are extremely deceiving, even for a used car dealership, and expect to pay upwards of 30 to 40 percent more of the listed price online.

I am a first time car owner. I purchased my vehicle from Cartopia. The car, the price was great and just as advertised!!! The stuff was super friendly and helpful with every step of the way. They helped with financing, insurance with the most professional way to get the best deal out of the situation. I had a very pleasant experience with them and if I could give 10 stars instead of 5, I would!!! They had an absolutely great service and I recommend them for everyone who would thinking to buy, finance a car.

As someone with knowledge of the industry, I was pleased to not experience most of the usual tricks that unscrupulous dealerships apply to the average consumer. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of transparency in the process that is typically not seen at a used car dealer. I dealt with Sam, along with the manager Bill, who were showing me a 2018 Audi RS5. After completing the test drive, we went over some of the cosmetic defects in the vehicle, which included a large dent in the hood, which he said would be rectified with a sale. Taking advantage of the red hot seller's market we are in, I also proposed a trade of my 2021 BMW M340i. Their offer came in a little low with respect to the appraised value of my vehicle. However they did show me the NADA Clean trade value from where their offer originated from, which was surprising. My only gripe comes down to a $2890 dealer fee, along with a $699 doc fee, which I found strange since there was also an additional title fee & registration fee. They would not waive the former, which ultimately knocked the deal out of alignment for me. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This was my first car purchase, and let me tell you the customer service was amazing! I was more than lucky to have Sabrine to help me find a car that was a perfect fit for me and was more than happy to find me a great deal on a beautiful Honda Accord. She answered all of my questions with patience and made sure I had all the information I needed as a first car owner. The process went very smoothly and I wouldn’t have asked for more! Definitely recommend!

Great staff and great inventory. Well worth the 4 1/2 drive each way from Massachusetts to New Jersey each way. 10/10 customer experience. Would highly recommend.
