I have to say, Car Vision and their employees took great care of me. I should have been more prepared, but this was my first time buying a used car from a dealership, previously I bought from private sellers or classified ads. My first contact with Car Vision was online, I finally found THE car that was on the top of my list and had all of the boxes ticked. I called and spoke to Branden, then scheduled an appointment to take a look. I took a test drive, LOVED the car (I'm still over the moon), then we got rolling with paperwork. It was a pleasure working with Branden and the team at Car Vision. My credit wasn't the best, but they worked hard for me, got me approved, and actually got me a better interest rate than I thought I would have! If this place seems like it is striving for repeat customers, that's because they are! I really appreciate this team here. Thanks!

I knew what I wanted before going into the dealerships . I said what I wanted which was a White Nissan Altima with Black Leather interior. I had been to over 20 dealerships and the diamond I was looking for was right under my nose. I was on many websites and they were trying to change what car I wanted or change the color of them we don't have that but we have this. I said I want what I want and I will not settle for less. Once I found Car-vision I Loved it I knew what I wanted and they had it. I knew what I was getting, for what price I was getting it and I was sold . I have never had a better used car experience and trust me I've bought many cars. I just didn't know such a great used car dealership was under my nose. I will pass on my knowledge with Contrell Jones and Car-vision. I spent 3 weeks searching for a dealership that was under my nose. I had looked on line and saw a mini-van I was interested in. I could not make it in on week night so I scheduled to come in on a Saturday. I arrived on a early Saturday morning. The salesman I spoke to was busy so they placed me with Branden. He was very courteous and helpful. We test drove the vehicle and all was good with it. We sat down and worked thru the process. I got a great deal for my 2008 Uplander. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them. It was a pleasant buying experience.

Greeted by friendly sales personnel. We came knowing exactly what we already wanted to look at having visited their website the night before. So when sales associate Tyrone Cossie offered assistance to help us locate these vehicles we were able to get into the vehicles and take our time checking them out as well as doing a test drive. Tyrone is very friendly, laid back, and was dedicated to ensuring our sale went smoothly once my husband and I agreed on the vehicle we wanted. Let me start by saying that I had never purchased a car from anywhere other than a manufacturer affiliated dealership. But when I saw the car my son was looking for at the CarVision dealership, we had to check it out. We dealt with Shanice Campbell and Joe Pantalone, both of whom are newer salespeople, but both were eager to ensure that we were happy. With some assistance from the sales manager, Gary, and the general manager, Estelle, we were able to complete this purchase. By the time all was said and done, my son is the proud owner of a shiny new (for him) car.Oh, and when they say "no haggle" they mean it. The price that they had on the car was bulls-eye on the fair market price that we calculated using other reference sites.Thank you CarVision.

I visited this dealership multiple times while looking for a car. The first visit I was just browsing and felt no pressure, which was nice. The 2nd and 3rd visits I took a few test drives which were, again, pressure free and very open. I settled on a Chevy Malibu. I had a difficult closing process but the upper-level management and dealer owner went above and beyond to ensure my final experience was hassle free. I really appreciated the quick responses to correspondence and the lengths the dealership went through to ensure I left with everything I was promised. Definitely give Carvision a visit when searching for a "new" car.

So I was interested in a car from this dealer...I sent an e-mail and I get a response from David Howes- Internet sales manager who asked me to call him to set up an appointment...so I call and talk to David and I tell him I'll be in on Saturday at 9AM...he said he'll be waiting for me and he will have the car in the front ready for me to look at...so I take the 1 hour drive and I arrive around 9 AM as promised...the car was not in the front and I walk in the dealership just to find it deserted...the only person available is the service lady who said everybody is in a meeting but it should not take long...she also mentions that they do not usually start until 10AM?...so I sit and wait...30 minutes later I see a guy in a suit and I go into his office...I tell him I'm looking for David and that I've been waiting 30 minutes already...he goes and pulls David out of the meeting...so I ask David why he did not tell me he had a meeting and where is the car...he gives me a story about not knowing about the meeting and that this is the first time this ever happened...right...he also said he will get somebody to help me...so a sales associate comes over and mentions that they have a meeting every Saturday...so I finally get to look at the car...there are dents and scratches on both sides of the car, the trunk seal is damaged,,,there is dirt on the A pillar on the inside, both rear tires are worn out and one tire has a small slash in in...all this in a 3 years old car for 11K...thank you but me and my money will go somewhere else.PS...I'm curios to see if this review will get approved because cars.com does not approve any bad reviews for dealers that advertise on their website. Update...after my review both Brad Marks general manager of Carvision and Dean Cafiero the owner of Carvision contacted me...they both apologized for the way I was treated at the dealership and also offered me a gift card which I did not take...so give them credit for trying...

They definitely have plenty of cars and trucks to choose from but beware and pay close attention to your carfax report. Actually, make sure you check the carfax before you sign any papers. The staff was nice but not the classiest operation by far.

We dealt with a young man named Branden. He really made you feel like he was there to help you not sell you. We paid a little more than we wanted to but it was worth it. Everyone from the salesman(Branden) and Rodger the finance guru was pleasant and professional. My only complaint is there was no fuel in the vehicle when it was sold to me. It was a huge disappointment considering it was very late and I had a 2 hour drive home. Saturday , April 30 I drove from DE to CarVision . I was coming in to just do the paperwork. I was greeted by Jay who informed me the person I was looking for had left but he would be glad to help me. I told him the 2 cars I was interested in and I test drove them . We purchased a 2009 Pontiac Vibe with 48000 miles. Once we drove it home, we realized a noise coming from the engine. A local mechanic identified it as a serpentine belt pulley issue. I expected to have a struggle convincing them to make the repair. After one phone call, it was clear they were going to make the situation right at no charge to me. The car is now in perfect working condition!

I had an excellent experience getting my new car here. I had gone in with a list of 4 cars, and ended up not interested in any of them. The salesman (Champreet) wasn't pushy, and actually helped me find a car that had just hit the lot a day earlier. It was pretty much exactly what I was looking for...so I got lucky. Like most used car dealers, you may or may not find what you're looking for, but they have an excellent selection, the salesman are very easy to work with, they gave me a fair value for my car (140+ mi., and barely running), and they even beat my bank's financing (by a full .5%). I would definitely recommend this place, and recommend visiting often if you're in the market, since new cars can pop up all the time.

Car Vision was very helpful before I even entered their showroom. Their online chat was helpful at getting me information and when I called them, their sales person, Mike Harrell, was even more helpful. We were on the same page before I even went down there. Everything about the car posted online was accurate and the pictures true. When I met with them at the showroom, the car was ready for a test drive. Afterwards, coming to an agreement was quick and painless - they were very reasonable on my trade-ins. They were great to do business with and I will definitely consider them again in the future.

We were offered a fair price for our vehicle and the process ran smoothly. There were a couple minor scratches on the car and they took care of buffing them out for us before leaving. i purchase a 2006 acura tl in july 2015. i looked the car online and went to see the car, took a nice test drive. it seems good, checked for cosmetic details and things look fine for a 10 year old car it had around 116000 miles on it. the sales rep. told us that they have 170 or 180 check point which the perform on used cars to ensure quality and efficiency of car, i put down the advance on it and told to collect the car in few days.. BUT IT TOOK ALMOST 1 MONTH TO GET IT..!! as it was undergoing inspection and also new navigation unit needed to be installed. we were still fine then atleast we were getting car as i thought deal was good as per the age and mileage of car. so we went to the dealership in evening and got the car after the paperwork done, it took around 2 hours. i took the delivery and went back home.. NEXT DAY I REALIZE THAT..1) it does not have owners manual.2) there was a small crack on windshield which was not there on test drive day. ( i was ok )3) no floor mats were provided.4) driver seat was torn (small patch.. ok)i called them immediately and told them about manuals, floor mat, and windshield.. rep. told that mats and manuals will be arranged and YOU MIGHT HAVE GET THE WINDSHIELD CRACKED ON THE WAY TO HOME, so nothing can be done.. i said its fine.. but provide me manual and mats. the told me they will call back and i never received a call or the manual.after a month i feel some braking problem, went to a repair shop and get the vehicle inspected and fond that engine mounts need to replaced, brake pads (all) and rotors (front) need replacement front shocks need to be replaced and front tires as well as they worn out because of bad alignment.. till now i have spent around $2000 on repairs. i had talked to dealership one more time some time after 1st repair work and another rep. told me that they dont inspect car above 10000 miles and sell them as it is.. just detailing like waxing, polishing and interior cleaning. FOR ME IT WAS NOT A GOOD DEAL .

I came in on Friday to test drive a couple of cars I saw on Autotrader. Brandon was really helpful and efficient, he immediately found the two cars I wanted and brought them around. It was late on a Friday but I didn't feel rush or hassled to make a decision, and Brandon went over the features of each car and explained their vehicle history and Carfax report. I settled on a 2013 Chevy Spark, and the entire buying process probably took an hour. I was prepared to just leave a deposit and come back later, but Brandon and the folks at CarVision got me settled with my new car immediately and I drove it home that night! This dealership is about an hour from my home but it was well worth the drive, I'll definitely consider them for all future auto purchases.

I looked online for a pre-owned minivan to use for my business, as I need cargo space. A 2012 Honda Odyssey from Car Vision with exceptionally low mileage and a great price kept popping up on the websites that I went to. I delt with Rob and the experience was easy even though I wasn't, because I couldn't make up my mind on 3 different cars but in the end I took all 3 into concieration and weighed all their pros and cons and picked the one that suited my lifestyle. They also had an enormous inventory so was hard not to find something that you wouldn't like, and Bryan and I believe Marty all work as a team and help each other out with moving cars around getting the car you wanted to test drive and even though their finance manager had to leave on an emergency they were able to finish the deal and I left that evening with my new car.

These are friendly helpful people. I would buy a car from them again if I lived locally and could see and drive it. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM OVER THE INTERNET. The vehicle I bought was low miles and looked pristine in the photo's. However, the photo's were taken in such a way as to make the cosmetic damage invisible. After flying in to drive my vehicle home I found it was in anything but pristine cosmetic condition including having a rust hole in a fender. No rust or dents appeared in any of the photo's. Let The Buyer Beware.

My visit with Car Vision was a typical car buying experience. I made an appointment online and was contacted later in the day to schedule a test drive. My sales rep was Bryan Austin who was friendly and knowledgeable. At first I wasn't sure about purchasing the vehicle. I wanted to shop around, etc. Then I was introduced to Estelle Hinkle, who asked what she could do to make a sale today. I wanted a vehicle with more options and the price was a little high. I was shown what I thought was the same vehicle with more options but it was advertised incorrectly. I made this known to the staff and Estelle immediately rectified the situation! In the end I am happy with the vehicle purchased (2012 NIssan Murano)!

I purchased an SUV from VarVision, not to mention that process had hike up the interest rate. They pretend to be on the computer finding lowest rate when indeed there looking for the best rate to give them the biggest kick back. I delt with the interest hike because I really wanted the SUV. So I purchased the SUV and 6 days later the service engine light came on. Went out of my way to bring vehicle in and was told something concerning the cooling system. They fixed it. The next morning the Service Engine light came on again, I went out of my way once again to bring the car in and was to the TRANSMISSION was dead and that it had to be replaced. I wanted to give the car back and have no further dealings with those crooks. They told me they could only switch the SUV out for something else out on their lot. Not realizing that I had already called the loan provider "the bank" and let them know that I had been sold a lemon. They immediately made a stop payment on the dealership " CarVision" check and told me to return the SUV right away. When I returned the owner told me that I could not return the SUV because they were going to fix the TRANSMISSION and became quit rude and aggressively overbearing. Not until I informed him that I had already spoken with the bank, did the owner release me from the deal and handed me the keys to my trade in. Worst car buying experience for sure...

I had done my research, and found the car I was interested in. Called and made an appointment to see the vehicle, and came in the next day. Kevin Wright met with me, went over the questions I had, and brought the car around for me to test drive. It was exactly as described in the ad. After driving the car, we sat down and talked the numbers, it looked good, so I bought it. Came the next day to pick it up. It took a bit longer than I had expected, but that was my fault--I had not had a chance to contact my insurance company to add the car to my policy that day, but they waited patiently for me while I set everything up. Everything after that went smoothly, and I am a very happy camper.

I had a great experience buying my 2014 Ford Fusion with Rob and John. The process was as quick as it needed to be without any hard sales pushes. They listened to our wishes and did what was within their reach to meet them. When the extras were offered and declined by us, both Rob and John honored our decision and did not push further, making the overall buying experience as enjoyable as it could be. Relaxed atmosphere, Kirsten was friendly and not pushy. She gave us a summary of what was on the lot,prices, mileage,etc and we went out and she opened every door to each minivan we wanted to inspect. The gentleman who did our tags and title was also friendly and informative. The ONLY thing I don't like was that we didn't discuss financing. We picked out a a minivan and 20 mins later we are being told it was a 5 yr loan with payment amt. We never discussed #of years, if we wanted extended warranty,etc. All other things are 5 star.

This is the 2nd vehicle I've gotten from Car Vision. The first one was a 2002 Honda Accord about 9 or 10 years ago. I got a great deal on that car and it never gave me any issues, so I didn't hesitate to return. This time it was a 2012 Nissan Altima that caught my eye. Both times, I got a car with all the features for a very good price.Now, Car Vision has a fancy new location, with the same great service. Everyone that worked there were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience, both times. There was never any pressure from any employee, and it never felt like anyone was trying to sell me on anything.You simply look up cars on their website to get an idea of what you're interested in, show up, look around, and test drive cars with no problems. I give Carvision a 5 star rating due to there honest and straight forward approach. Reason being the vehicle I traded for my new vehicle I only owned for a few months, unaware that it had been hit in the past that wasnt reported on Carfax. The Appraiser showed me the actual damage and how out of alignment the body and frame of my car was. I did still get a decent appraisel value for what it was worth and for that I thank them. As for buying my new car, it was a very good experience! My salesman let me test drive the car as long as i wanted to and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with everything on the vehicle including its comfort level. Financing was not a problem and my vehicle was delivered to me in immaculately clean (like new) Condition. It runs and rides like new!

Hmmm. Where do i start? I would advise anyone that is looking to buy a car from this establishment to look the car over from top to bottom before you take it off the lot. if you don't know all of the functions of the vehicle, be sure to look the car up and be familiar with them. Test drive the car vigorously. Make sure it turns as it should. Stops on a dime all safety features of the vehicle should work. Check everything about the car. All 12v outlets shade screens(if equipped) etc. This leads me into a vehicle I had purchased but had to return it. I saw an Audi Q7 on their site and decided to go check it out. Went up there drove it and felt like this is the ride I was looking for. The salesman(Bosa) was not pressuring me but they are persistent. I noticed a piece of the grill missing and noted this to him. He stated that it was advertised like this so its nothing he could do and it would cost over $3k to fix. I knew that was bologna but it wasn't a deal breaker. I inspected the tires, up under the car and most places I could without taking it apart. I didn't see anything obvious at the time. I didn't know about any features of the car at the time of purchase and would only require a few days to learn them and see if everything was working as it should.I live out of state so I took the car to get inspected(In MD). He came back with a list of things that made the vehicle FAIL inspection. Mind you CAR VISION stated it passed PA inspection and it had some 130+ inspection done to it. So that being the case. How could the vehicle need all 4 new rotors(Pads too. You wouldn't change the rotors without new pads). Headlights were altered so they were not even bright. One Fog light was out and the tint is 18%. No way it should have passed PA inspection on the tint alone.Now the safety features that were not part of the inspection but not working at all.Brake Assist disabled, ACC(Adaptive Cruise Control) blocked, Side Assist malfunction, Front drivers seat drags when lowered all the way down rails are bent, passenger door handle is very loose and Knocking on drivers side front axle when making a hard left or right turn.These various issues does not warrant the price of the car when they sold it to me. I should have know by how many "luxury cars" they have on their lot that and they get them from an auction. Change the oil and slap a sticker on it and say it passed inspection and off it goes to be sold. Now the carfax stated they changed both control arms(Red Flag). Why would you change both control arms if it hasn't been in an accident? I didn't heed that warning sign.I called them and told them I will be bringing the car back because it was no good to me not passing inspection and they were giving me the run around about fixing these issues because they said it passed PA's inspection but never produced a document stating this. I took it back a week later after purchase and it was a wash because they messed up the financing part and the bank rejected the deal. Thank GOD for that.If you decide to buy a vehicle from this establishment please inspect it to the fullest. They have many leased cars that were probably not properly taken care of and now are trying to offload them. The car I had purchased and returned was a leased vehicle. Be very careful when dealing with this place. You could have a nice ride that needs work or end up with a total lemon that will have you one step from incarceration.One of the lucky ones

Bought a 2005 Ford Explorer with 69K in September of 2013. Disaster ever since. Same day we drove it off the lot, some hose burst spraying antifreeze all over the inside of the engine. They towed and repaired it but never cleaned out the engine compartment. Smells like burnt maple syrup. Right rear 1/4 panel started to rust through within the first year. Put 30k miles on it, 6 new tires. The cause, apparently it was in a major accident. The alignment will never be true. The restoration work was shoddy. Car runs loud. Was told at the time of purchase that that was because of the aggressive tread on the tires - it's supposed to sound like that. Never owned a large SUV so I took their word for it. Found out today its because all 4 wheel bearings are shot and, more than likely, needed to be replaced long ago. Yes it's a used car. Yes I declined to purchase a warranty. HOWEVER, I was told, and their website touts, there is a 118 point inspection you can rely on. Any mechanic, but not necessarily a lay person like myself, should have known this car was no good.This is my story. I post it because their "inspection" should not be trusted.

I recently went to CarVision in Norristown, PA - my wife had found a car online. When I arrived I showed Contrell a picture of the car on my phone. Within five minutes he brought the car around and did a great job showing the features and answering questions it. The purchase was very easy thanks to the help of John Sacor and Matt Reiser who figured out and explained a good payment plan that included a nice three year warranty. Overall I had a good experience at car vision, the salesmen was very attentive in addressing my needs and concerns. I greatly appreciate him bringing to my attention that the vehicle was involved in an accident because that was not mentioned in the online posting. The salesmen was very friendly and offered future assistance if needed. The person who was handling the financial portion of the deal also did a spectacular job, he did some black magic that lowered my monthIy payments as well as including the warranty for free. understand now that there is a policy for non-negotiations with pricing, but it would have been nice to know that before hand. I would have also appreciated if all of the vehicles minor issues were brought to light such as: a missing door light cover, broken arm rest lock, and scratches. There may be other minor issues that I am currently unaware of. I would have liked if the vehicle was filled with gas prior to leaving the lot, I understand that it receives some fuel from at Car Vision's expense, but considering that it is a "new" car to the customer it should be topped off especially since the customer is not responsible for the fuel that has already been used.

There are plenty of options for all car types on the lot. I made a rare find for a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles. It was super clean and the service department at CarVision did a lot of work to get it back to like new condition before purchase. Sales process was very good. Brian provided all the service records, CarFax and inspection reports. Price was on par with KBB & Edmunds and there was no need to haggle. Be sure to test every possible issue prior to the 1000 mile mark in order to take advantage of the warranty and have their Service department address the issues.

Car vision is like any other dealership, except I believe with a group of friendlier, if not more sincere seeming employees. The no haggle no hassle mantra doesn't really mean anything besides they are not willing to negotiate their listed prices. They even have you sign a document at the beginning of the buying process stating you will pay no more and no less than the listed price (which doesn't include taxes or fees or down payments, so really it is just no less). However if you have any leverage, such as a paid off trade in and/or good credit, and stick up for yourself, they come around, as in my case. As long as you present yourself as being there on your terms and not desperate for a car, they become more willing to work with you.Overall, 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1. The sales employee I dealt with the day I bought the car, Gregory, was very friendly/down to Earth, which made it a much more comfortable atmosphere than most dealerships where they can be pushy. 2. I must admit I walked out with a great deal on a used Lexus in excellent condition. The missing star is due to their "no haggle no hassle" crap.

Even though my sales rep, Ibosa, was courteous, specifics required for buying would of been good to cover ( specifically required title, insurance, etc.,). Also, I should of waited for minimum and maximum estimated amount dealer would consider for vehicle being driven 300 miles to trade in., and I may have taken a rented vehicle to check on the van I bought from Car Vision, instead of leaving my Jeep in Pa. at a bank that gave permission to dealership for temporary parking. They said it is secure, so I hope it is still there when I can get back to bring it home. I think my sales rep did all he could to make the transaction good even with all of the unexpected obstacles, so would recommend going to Car Vision, but only if you live within 100 miles of them to make sure you can easily get back for any problems on vehicle to be fixed. There are a few parts I would ask to be repaired but have done so myself.

When first walked in, was slightly overwhelmed with all the different type of cars-- definetly something for everyone. The sales rep I spoke to on the phone and met and then was changed to another sales rep. Showed me the car I had inquired about but then a few other ones caught my attention. We did look at a few-- some didnt have a price, which i believe, allot of consumers want a listed price!There was a few items that the sales rep had no info, even when going to the site-- too many cars??Understand about systems going down, but I waited well over an hour and half for the paperwork, once I decided to buy the product. When all was said and done,-my sales rep never reappeared??Most car dealerships at least offer a 1 day , changed my mind return policy! here it is not???last after dropping off my rental, got back into car-- realized there were no floor mats. First time a dealership, in the many cars, that didnt even offer cheap car mats???--

My family came in to look at a 4 different cars. We test drove the first and did not like it, two of the four were too small. The last had a funny sound with the brakes and Rob assured me after speaking to the GM that it would be fixed if the sound did not go away. We were already at the dealership for 4 hours and I was not convinced that this was the car for me but Rob did not pressure us in anyway to make a decision. We are pleased with the vehicle and there was no pressure or anything like that. They did resolve 1 issue with the car before we even pulled away. The only thing that has been an issue is the keys. It came with 1 key and they said they had another one somewhere. They also told us it was not a chipped key and it is. So that means more money to get another chipped key and a key fob.

Had the worst time in this place. This people tried to stayed with the money I paid for a car even when I didn't sign any papers. I tried two cars. The first car Honda accord 2012 EX-L, 20K miles broke down while I was test driving it. The second car (same type of car) I was fishy about it. It drove great but under the hood it looked fishy since the parts inside had corrosion every where under the hood and in inside the car. I was scared the car was flooded.

He helped me find affordable insurance and was very patient considering I was a first time buyer. They close at 5 and he stayed more than an hour after closing. The car buying process was actually plesant thanks to the great customer service that Bryan provided!

I don't know whether this is a case of poor management, incompetence or maybe bait and switch. I saw a vehicle online and called to see if it was available. The salesman said that they sell cars so quickly that the website is not always up to date but he said he would find the car and call me back. He did and said that the car was still available. I told him that I would be there within the hour to see it. I loaded my disabled wife into our car and drove 45 minutes. The sales person who was supposed to show us the car was busy with another customer so he said that he would have another salesperson help us. After sitting in the showroom for about 20 minutes a salesperson showed up and said that he would bring the car up. He came back after a few minutes and said that the car was sold YESTERDAY! When I started to leave he said he would talk to the manager to see if we could work something out. BAD VIBES HERE! It's unfortunate because I was prepared to drive home in that car. If a POTENTIAL customer receives that kind of treatment, what happens after they have your money?

CJ was very helpful and personable. He ran around and showed us a bunch of cars on the hottest day of the year. Prices are reasonable. The only thing that was negative was prior to purchasing my car I had asked that this small black piece of plastic (nonfactory) be removed from the dash. It wasn't done and it wasn't acknowledged as to why prior to leaving. At that point we had been there for six hours and I couldn't wait for it to be done.

After the paperwork was all signed, I was informed that there wasn't a second key and I was on my own to obtain one. I subsequently went through a used car check, and my car which had less than 20,000 miles and only two years old, needs a battery.I was given a follow up email where I could voice my concerns with a Tom Snader which I did, but there has been no response from him or anyone else.This is a second rate organization. Buyers be careful!

I have purchased two trucks off car vision. My first truck was totaled while it was parked in a parking lot 10 days after I bought it. That was December 27 2014. 10 months later I still have not gotten my gap insurance. They gave me the runaround since the accident. Whatever you do do not fall for the gap insurance it is a rip off. I purchased the gap insurance through car vision and then when I needed assistance they gave me someone else to call. Once that lead to nowhere car vision said it wasn't their problem. Sad thing is this is not a bad dealership and I might've bought another vehicle through them however I feel taken advantage of by this GAP nonsense.

I had not ever been to a Car Vision dealership before, and I must say, it greatly exceeded my expectations in more than one way! This dealership has a huge selection of reasonably priced used vehicles. While browsing the lot, I was approached (but not stalked!) by a pleasant salesman. I went about my shopping, test drove a vehicle with the same person, and decided to buy it. I braced myself for the hours of waiting and paperwork I was expecting due to other dealership experiences. Once I decided to purchase the car, I was driving home with it in under two hours! The people were very personable and nice to work with, and I was even given a bag of chocolates as I was leaving. Cars options were not at all what was advertised in Internet ad. It listed Bluetooth, back up camera, heated leather seats, etc. got there to test drive and none of those were what was in the car.. Was told by manager "should've looked more closely at the posted pics"..can't SEE Bluetooth, and most backup cameras on this model are part of the rear view mirror.. Shouldn't have been listed at all.. Salesman was GREAT and in the right profession, management could use an overhaul..

So I can't say I was an eager Customer car shopping....more like a disgruntled customer car shopping. Anyway I was quickly put at ease by the amazing prices and huge inventory at Carvision. We shopped around and they were definitely the most affordable cars in our budget and for what we were looking for-which was a luxury midsize SUV. I really like the fact that the car salesman here are atypical. They are not your average passive-aggressive pushy car salesman types. We worked with Contrell Jones and He was super patient, thorough, and gracious (and I can totally be a pain in the ass). The process was quick, efficient, and I'm very happy and pleasantly surprised by the amazing car I got which was priced $2,000 less than our budget.

Drove up from Delaware to look at a car was disappointed on the cosmetics. Bryan was not having my wife and I leaving disappointed. He put us in a car with half the mileage at a reduced price. They are a very friendly dealer and highly courteous. I looked on the internet for pricing several weeks; Ill save everyone some time. They dont have much competition when it comes to pricing and customer satisfaction. Their Doc. Fees are normal and they dont pump up or add the usual unnecessary fees most dealerships try to add on. The guys were helpful when it came to getting me the right financing. They got me into the car I wanted at the payment I wanted even when I was upside down on my trade. The only issue was they let me leave before really finding me the right bank. I was halfway home when they called back and said they found the bank to work with me. So I had to make a second trip an hour and a half up the turnpike to close the deal on the following business day. #1 rule of selling cars. Don't let the customer leave!! Hell even I know that. But anyways they did work with me so that's why they got 4 stars. I really wanted that Tahoe so that's why I came back. Also they need to be new welcoming when I walk thru the door. Everyone should come out and ask me how they could help. Don't make people walk the lot without assistance. I know people think that they don't want the sales man down there throat right off the bat but most do. Just come out a greet people and let them know u are available for assistance. You don't have to breath down there neck but be there to answer questions and let them know that there will be cared for. A lot of times if u greet people they feel more comfortable and they know that there buisness is important to the dealer. That's all.

It was my first time buying from a dealership as all my other cars were from private sellers so naturally I went in pretty hesitant. I had read reviews online about the no hassle buying experience which intrigued me initially and then noticed there were a substantial amount of good reviews for the dealership. I spoke with Contrell on the phone twice before coming in and he was helpful and also not pushy which was nice. Upon entering the dealership I spoke with Contrell and test drove the vehicle I was interested in. It was a 2012 Honda accord and the car was in overall good condition and as described on their website. After checking some other models I became interested in what the vehicle would run after my down payment and trade in car value. I was disappointed with the trade in value I received for my car but also understood it was definitely an older automobile and wasn't going to receive a whole lot. Initially I was going to take some time to think and consider selling the car but after speaking with Jessie, who was the manager there, we looked at working some payments out and extending my financing term so I could have the payment I wanted. Nicole assisted me with the financial aspects and when all was said and done I left with the car that day. Overall I had a good experience and I would recommend anyone interested in their automobiles to check them out. I drove an hour and a half and I wasn't disappointed with the outcome. Staff here was very friendly and seemed to be very helpful. The "no hassle" pricing leaves little room for negotiation, especially when the pricing is over Kelly Blue Book, which this price was. However, they did give me some flexibility on my trade-in, so we ended up not too far off of what I wanted to pay. Dealer financing terms were pricey, so I ended up doing my own personal financing at a much better rate. Overall, I am pleased with the truck and bought it because it had the exact features I was looking for....and their seemed to be very few of this type of truck available in the used car market at the time. However, there were some things which were disappointing. First of all, I was given the truck with almost an empty fuel tank. I know it isn't a new car dealer, where they fill the tank for you when you take possession. However, this thing was given to me almost bone-dry. I wasn't given enough gas to even make it home from the dealership. Second, the air-conditioning did not cool very well. By the time I discovered this, I had already exceeded my 1,000 miles so I had to pay my own mechanic to re-charge the refrigerant in the a/c system. Same deal with the driver's side window. It had an awful noise when rolling it up or down. Again, paid my guy to fix it. I think these are two things that could have been checked and fixed by the dealer before they sold it to me. Unfortunately, the limited warranty did not allow me to return it for repair. I bought this as a "work" truck and with some out-of-town jobs, it didn't take me long to rack up the miles and I didn't realize it until it was too late to take back for the repairs under warranty. Altogether, I spent about $400 to fix things that I believe should have been taken care of by the dealer before the sale. Would I recommend this dealer? Hard to say.....I guess I would but with some reservations and with a word of caution to check everything before you buy. I was in a bit of a hurry to get a vehicle because I needed it for work and maybe I should have been a bit more cautious.

This one was the best around.We got there and saw the car had no roof rack, which the listed amenities specified it did have. The manager offered partial compensation to pay for a roof rack. I thought it should be a little more, but was grateful and took the offer. One key was not programmed and they offered to pay for that. I researched the car I wanted (2009 Nissan Pathfinder LE) before I came into Carvision. I had talked to Shawn Griffin on the phone before I drove an hour to come see the Nissan. Shawn had the car ready for me as soon as I got there. I tested all options and took it for a test drive. All was good except for the air conditioner blew hot air and did not get cold. I was quickly told that that could be taken care of. On to the sales process. I was comfortable with the price as Carvision is a no haggle/no hassle dealer so I needed to make sure the numbers worked for me as far as financing and monthly payments were concerned. I worked with the Sales Manager Jeff and he was very accommodating and helpful! Jeff was able to get me the rate/financing I needed to keep my payments where I needed them as well as Carvisions Lifetime Warranty! I was very happy with everything they did for me. Since I lived an hour away and the car had to go into the shop for the Air Conditioner and detailing, I was also told that they would have the car delivered to my door, now that's great customer service! There was a slight hiccup with the delivery service, as it was not delivered on the day I was told, but it did get delivered promptly the next day. So decided to buy a new to me vehicle and I try to be Savy with my spending and want the best deal as we all do. I was in no rush to buy another vehicle so if the deal wasn't right I would walk away. I also didn't mind driving for a deal either. So in my search I found what seamed like a good deal so off to Norristown from Delaware I go. If you have ever taken the blue route or 202 after work you know its can take the patience of a saint to get there. So I arrive with the patience of the devil. I am greeted by my salesman Bosa (of course I called ahead) and his pleasent manor made me forget the traffic I just came out of. Bosa is new to the group but such a professional and accommodating (I can be a hard customer to deal with I except great customer service). Bosa delivered just that but so did everyone one I dealt with there from sales, management, finance, and even service. I bought a 2012 Fiat 500 Sport from CarVision. I made an appointment through the chat, and Rob called me to verify the time. The car was out front and ready for my test drive, which was plenty long enough to get a good sense of the car's performance. When I pointed out to Rob that the trunk mat was missing (making for a fairly funky cargo space), he immediately offered to get a new mat for no charge. While waiting, Rob let me use his computer to update my insurance, so I was good to go even before leaving the dealership. Joel had all the paperwork ready, so the final wrap-up was quick and easy. Finally, the car was freshly cleaned before they turned the key over to me, to drive home right off the lot in my new-to-me car. Well done, CarVision!

We drove out from New Jersey to look at some specific vehicles we saw on their website. When we arrived, we weren't very impressed with the cars we had initially sought, but Shawn, our salesman, remained enthusiastic and suggested cars with the features we were looking for that were in our price range. He quickly led us to a 2008 Mercury Mariner in amazing condition with reasonable mileage. We test drove it, loved it, and told them to start processing us. That's where the waiting occurred. To be fair, it was a busy Saturday, but we ended up hanging out for another two hours or so. I've heard of worse wait times elsewhere, so it is what it is. The trade-in price we were offered for our old car was generous in my opinion and the price of the Mariner seemed more than fair given it's state. Overall, we're very happy with the experience and came away feeling good about the deal and our new used car.

This was great because we paid the internet cost (which was $4K less than similar cars at other dealerships) and they gave us a great price on our older trade-in. The process went quickly and everyone was so hospitable. We were in and out in 2 hours (and with having a toddler in tow, that was invaluable). Would definitely recommend this team!

Car Vision did not address the recall matter on the vehicle prior to putting it on their lot for sale. I had no brake lights which was apart of the recall.. Always do your homework on Carfax and if their is no return policy in place... DO NOT SIGN ON THE BOTTOM LINE!!

FYI most people just want to hear the truth not what you think they want to hear ...after purchasing a vehicle that I love a few minor issuses popped up and I immediately contacted my sales associate, I was told all my issues would be rectified ASAP,after numerous emails and calls which were not returned (except for emails to rate the dealer) I am still awaiting just the courtesy of a call saying when the issuses can be addressed....stuff like this hurts the credibility of godd businesses FYI.

Bryan was very attentive to my questions from my first email through to the day of purchase. I was disappointed to find the car was missing the auto manual in the glove box, and came with only one key. I also discovered the USB was not working at time of purchase. I called Bryan about the problem and he quickly informed me his service department would handle it.I would highly recommend car vision and will be back in 6 months to upgrade our warranty.JP Timlin

The experience that I had with Carvision was pretty straight forward and low pressure. I did not feel like I was hassled into making any immediate decisions. Contrell was more than happy to shuffle crazy amounts of cars so that I could test drive the trucks that I wanted that were buried behind other rows of cars.Although it is a no haggle lot, I was able to get them to agree to a couple of requests that really made the deal work for me. The delivered on the requests, as promised the very next day.I would recommend CarVision to others that are concerned with having an easy buying experience. While I don't think the prices are the absolute lowest they could be, the pricing is reasonable and they have a huge inventory to select from.

Overall I had a good experience here. I interacted with Keith Penny who was very helpful. I was interested in a manual transmission, but did not know how to drive one. He took some time to teach me how to drive it in a small empty parking lot nearby. If there is one thing I remember about him it's that he really likes smiling and shaking hands. I ended up buying the car and was very pleasantly surprised with the condition it was in. My mechanic said it only needed a new air filter and everything else was looking great. The car drives great and I'm expecting to be using it for a long time. I worked with Joel on the financing. I asked a ton of questions about the purchase order and deal I was agreeing to and he was very helpful in answering them all. No complaints here. The only thing I didn't like was the insurance deal they tried to offer me. It was a terrible deal disguised by math. The impression I got was that it was intended to exploit individuals who weren't good with numbers. Fortunately, I was a math major in college. I should note, the insurance deal was not offered by Car Vision so this isn't a complaint against them at all really.

My salesman Shawn was very personable, respectful, and clearly committed to finding a good match for my needs, which he did. The problem I encountered was after the sale when my mechanic checked the fluids and found the brake fluid and transmission fluid had not been flushed or changed in years and the coolant was well below the recommended level. At the time I purchased the vehicle, I understood it had been properly "prepped", but unfortunately this was not the case.

Unfortunately I didn't qualify for the car I wanted but Keith was able to show me a large selection of very similar cars and I ended up in a 2009 Honda Accord and I could not be happier with it, The car was freshly inspected and is sitting on brand new tires, it did have a few interior issues which Keith has assured me they are willing to address when I can bring the car back in. I've only had the car for 2 weeks but it runs quite , smooth and everything on it works. They were also willing to work with me on my poor credit and find me reasonable financing within my budget.

Car vision has a large inventory. I used Car guru application to find my vehicle. The applocation gave the car vision a great price rating (approx $2000 less than national average). The car I came to buy had a mechanical issue (automatic transmission would not go into manual mode) After a few more test drives. I bought a car that I really like. I am impressed with the large inventory from luxury makes to economy makes.

Overall, I had a really positive experience. I am pleased with the car purchased and would recommend this dealer for either buying a used car or having service done. I had searched online and test drove several similar models at new car dealers and other used car lots. The car at CarVision was the best overall deal (considering mileage, condition, specs, etc) plus it was detailed nicer than other places. I visited CarVision during the week and was helped right away. I didn't have to wait to test drive the car (dealer seems to be well staffed). I was helped by Bryan Austin and would definitely recommend him as he was knowledgeable, professional, easy going and an absolute pleasure to work with. The finance process was smooth and quick (Joel handled this quite well). I had a couple of minor items to have fixed on the car so was able to experience the service department. I was very impressed with the service department. Matt Reiser was the service advisor - extremely professional, polite, and responsive. Also, I thought the mechanic did an excellent job with the car (didn't have to pay - under warranty - thank you).

I recently purchased a 07 Nissan Murano from Car Vision and was extremely happy with the service and purchase. Contrell was a great sales associate, from informing me about the car to helping guide me through the financing process and finally the purchase.I read a review on Yelp of a dissatisfied customer who bought a car from Car Vision a few year ago and very displeased with the car and the service. She later re-posted and said the new owners contacted her and offered to "make things right" which I find very admirable. This was one of the reasons I chose to buy my car from Car Vision. Recently there was a story in the news about Car Vision and DriveHere.com being sister companies ( I didn't know that until I read the article) and a young woman buying a car ( which dealer wasn't specified) and having to spend additional money to repair the car over the first year of ownership. The article states "they sold and leased used cars at inflated prices, used deceptive business practices, and sold vehicles that were not roadworthy." My own personal response to the article ( and lawsuit) is remember to read and understand everything that you sign before you sign it. Don't be afraid to ask questions or bring someone along to be a second set of ears. Not everyone's credit is pristine so understand that they may find you a car loan but understand the terms, interest rate and monthly payment on the loan. Or find a loan yourself before you go car shopping. Also, look online at what other dealers are selling the same cars for and what Kelly Blue Book has the cars valued at. And always have a mechanic look at the car either before or after your purchase. Car Vision does offer a 30 day warranty which they stood by when my newly purchased car had major issues with the first few days but you do have to remember your not buying a brand new car off the lot. Used/ older car will always have problems.

Sales rep Wilmer was very pleasant and easy to work with. He did an excellent job. The dealership is clean and friendly. They have an abundance of autos available to choose from. I knew a 2007 Jeep with low miles was what I wanted and only tested that car. On the negative side it was a very slow process from the time I said yes on the purchase to the time I finally signed the papers. It appeared they could use more help evaluating your trade in for price and getting papers together. The interest rate was not as good as I thought it should be. Overall the process was good but too long. 4 1/2 - 5 hrs. in and out. Gotta work on that.

I bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey from Car Vision in late December 2014. We had some significant repairs to make after purchase that set us back a few thousand dollars beyond the purchase price. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the manager, Brad, got in touch with us a couple of months later to try to address our concerns about the vehicle we purchased. He was able to reimburse part of the repair cost since the problem had occurred so soon after purchase. While I wish the gesture had been made sooner, I do believe that Car Vision and its employees care about the quality of their vehicles and work hard to provide customers with a good value.

We have had quite the ongoing experience with Car Vision. The salesman was great, the people friendly. They were also disorganized, lacked in proper communication with us AND within their dealership, promised us certain things to be done that never were, and I believe are very misleading in their with their promise of taking each car through a "meticulous 118-point inspection process." They might INSPECT the car but not do any of the work it needs. We recently bought a van and took it to our mechanic. It was discovered that the vehicle was lacking is some very basic care (extremely low and even empty on some of the major fluids needed.) Also, the regular maintenance work needed for the mileage of the vehicle was not even performed and it is costing us another $1500 to have this work done (new timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, all fluids, power steering bushing, tune-up and weatherizing.) It drove great at the dealership and their promise of a meticulous inspection made us confident in buying the van. There were A LOT of underlying problems that could have EASILY been taken care of at the dealership. There was mix up with paperwork and a host of other mix-ups on their part that caused us a major delay. With all that being said, the salesperson was very nice, no pressure, and we got a nice vehicle that just needs some work done to it. But the process was brutal.

I bought my last car through Car Vision and liked the no-haggle policy as i have had very bad experiences with sheisty car dealerships in the past. I just bought my second car with them a couple of weeks ago. I initially went in to see one car but it was not ready to be test-driven (it was still being serviced) so my sales rep (David Cha) was very helpful and found me another car that I liked even better that was in my price range. He let me look up various review and ratings sites so I could compare the type of car I was looking at vs the other one I had wanted to look at til I was satisfied on the type of car I was dealing with. Then the day after I bought this car I noticed a noise that I had not heard when I test drove it so I called CarVision to see if they would look at the car and if it had a problem to take care of it for free since the car was supposed to have no issues when I bought it. They had me bring in the car and replaced the rotors and breaks pads (as well as a short in the defroster) all for free and did it in a timely manner. I really like my car and recommend Car Vision.

I purchased a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT from Car Vision of Norristown Pa , on 12/26/2014, there were a few negotiated issues with the vehicle while there and I was given a "We Owe You" sheet, and was told that matters will be resolved within 30 days. So on or around 1/10/2015 after confirming appointment I returned the vehicle to Car Vision; items to be repaired were, installation of 6 disc player (feature advertised as present in vehicle), alignment of headlights, "Check Engine Light", various dents repaired; the only matter resolved was the check engine light appeared to be resolved, and to be fair the service manager stated he would pay for the installation of the Disc player (ordered from Ebay) but upon further investigation the entire navigation system would have to be replaced with a system that was 6 disc compatible ( I have many other things to do so to pursue further was not worth it). The headlight situation was more troubling to me; one of the reasons I purchased the vehicle was for the Xenon lights. When I picked up the vehicle 1/17/2015 I was told the bulb was replaced in the headlight. While driving at night realized the light was still skewed, the following mornings I noticed moisture in the headlight, after having a friend take a look at the vehicle he pointed out the uneven hood, the improper mounting of the headlight in addition to the pulling to the right as the vehicle is driven that I had mentioned, and his conclusion was that the vehicle was involved in an accident and was out of alignment as a result. And the question of accidents is one I ask each time I purchase a vehicle , I was assured the vehicle had not been in an accident, by the salesman. I made initial contact with Brad Marks and Thomas Snader earlier this week, and have yet heard from them regarding a solution.Since the writing of this review I was contacted by Brad Marks, manager of the dealership, he arranged to have the vehicle picked up the following week,, leaving a loner vehicle. They worked on the vehicle for approximately 8 days, and kept me updated with their progress, on the 8th day the car was returned to me with all of the issues pretty much resolved, I truly appreciate the attention given to this matter and the quick response, I would like to thank them all for the great work.

I found a 2008 Ford F350 on the internet being sold by Car Vision. This was the vehicle I needed to pull my 5th wheel RV.As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by many salesmen who introduced me to Matt Reiser. I told Matt of the truck that I was interested in. At this time he apologized as the truck was at their acceptance facility as it was just purchased at the auction. I returned the next week and the truck was there but had not been gone over by their technicians. I took it for a test drive and found a few things that I thought needed addressing Matt agreed and said those and more would be addressed. The truck was used for work and I needed a little TLC. Mechanically the vehicle was sound and we came to an agreement. I did notice that the Receipt that I signed did say "as is where is". Matt said he would call when it was ready. As 4 weeks went by (I was in no hurry) Matt told me of body shop trips, part backorders and such. I have never dealt with Car Vision and I was letting my paranoid get to me.Matt called and said it was ready. So I went on the internet to give it one last look and found it listed for less that I agreed to. When I went to the dealer I mentioned it to Matt who said he would look into it. As I was sitting I looked out side and saw a truck similar to what I purchased but was in a lot nicer shape, Wait it was mine. As I walked around the truck and made a mental note of the money they spent to clean the truck up, I was surprised, by contact they didn't have to do a thing. Then they mentioned a check would be sent for the difference on the price (it arrived in 4 days).No high pressure, no bait and switch. Just a dealer that stands by his word. I hate buying cars however the next one I need I will look at Car Vision first.Thank you everyone.

I had visited 4 car dealerships on Saturday January 24, 2015. (what a busy day for me) I located 3 cars that I truly wanted. Test drove each one of them and completed the credit applications. The others dealers could not secure financing for me with my less than perfect credit. I had a great time buying my car at this dealership. I already knew which cars I wanted to test drive and I was handed the keys immediately without fuss. The car was priced below blue book and was very clean. They had the carfax report ready for my perusal. Working out the finance details was a simple process. They detailed the car before handing it over to me, they even buffed out some scratches I had noted in the paint without me asking them to. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another care there.

My name is Evan Williams, and I recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Charger SXT from CarVision.Overall, I found the one-price, no-haggle business model to be, in a word, refreshing. As a 25 year old, this is my second independent car purchase and was far less stressful than my previous experience of having to play the tired game of negotiating down from an artificially inflated price. CarVision's prices were very reasonable based on comparison with KBB, Edmunds, and NADA. Top marks there, and for that reason alone, I would gladly revisit Carvision for future purchases.I was helped by Sales Associate Michael Smith, who showed me two Mustangs and the Charger I finally decided on. Through the entire process, he was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I never felt pressured during any point in my visit, and the entire experience was in no way overly "salesy". Mike had a very good vibe, very patient, approachable, and conversational while still being professional.On the Finance side of things, I worked with a man named Tom, whose last name I am assuming here to be Snader, based on the available selections below. He was helpful in showing me different options I could take in placing a down payment and the resulting affect on my monthly obligations, which was great for allowing me to set a course for staying on budget. He was also very patient with me and my questions on GAP insurance, warranty coverage, etc..I very much enjoyed my experience with Carvision and look forward to continuing doing business while bringing my new vehicle in for service.P.S. He made sure the cars we wanted to look at were ready and promptly called us back to let us know they were available. I am so thankful that I finally met a group of people that weren't the typical "used car" salesman. They were friendly had my interest in mind and made my experience great. Michael and I talked about his new child and dog and he showed interest in my niece and new pup. Having people skills and showing personal interest is important in business and Michael showed that. It was his fourth day on the job when we met, but he showed the poise and professionalism of a veteran. Tom was also great and helped make my banking experience swift and easy to follow. I recently purchased a Jeep from this dealership to replace the Nissan I'd purchased several years earlier, also from carvision. I clearly liked the place enough to get a second car there, and would recommend it to a friend.Both times I got JUST the car I wanted, with all the particulars I desired. The prices were spot on, and not having to negotiate over it was a relief. Also with both purchases, since these were used cars, after driving for a few days I noticed a couple of minor issues. I had an easy transaction, but I spent over five hours at the dealership even though I decided on a car after the first hour. My salesman was very concerned about selling more cars instead of giving quality service to the individual customer. Also when my car was being detailed, the service department didn't fully secure my wiper blades and one shot off while I was driving and they did a subpar job cleaning the windows. The inside of my windshield is covered in water marks. Lastly, there were multiple of the car I bought so I asked to switch a hubcap with another car because mine had a small chunk missing and they waited FOUR hours after I told them about it to actually do it and they said they'd have to jack up the car to do it. Since they were only 15 minutes til closing, they gave me an IOU and said to come back next week for it. It should've been done when I first decided to buy the car. Overall, I spent over 5.5 hours there, most of which was waiting.

I have just totaled my car the month before and needed a car. Steven was the only one to get up and greet my family and I as we pulled up. Steven asked me what I was looking for and price wise and actually pulled up and showed me all my choices on his computer and then as we narrowed them down, he allowed me to test drive them. I fell Inlove with a car that wasn't quite ready but instead of trying to talk me out of it, Steven helped me purchase my first financed vehicle and it was a success ! Doug helped us find a vehicle that suited our needs. He took all the criteria my boyfriend and I were looking for in a car (we are picky) and gave us several options that fit in our budget. I liked that we weren't being pushed into a car that pushed our price limit, like other dealers we looked at did. He found us a vehicle that had everything we wanted- right in our price range. He was very nice and a pleasure to work with. Buying a car is usually stressful, and we had looked at so many dealerships and I was getting really frustrated. My entire car purchase experience with Car Vision was OUTSTANDING! I made an inquiry through their website regarding Chevy Impala SS. I received a response shortly after from a sales rep- Doug Roy (Great guy!). I let him know that I would be traveling out of state, and would only have a 2hr window before I returned to work. He assured me that I would be in and out (which is unheard of when financing a car). I arrived to the dealership 10 mins after they opened. In the front was the Impala SS shined up with the engine running, waiting to go for a test drive. Even with my "not so good credit," I was in and out as Doug promised. EXCELLENT customer service, NO HASSLE, and very efficient employees; from the detailers to the finance managers.

We had kept our old Nissan running as long as possible and could no longer afford to keep dumping money into it. My Wife and I started looking around at car websites and noticed CarVision kept popping up more times than any other dealership. After checking out their website and seeing so many cars that met our every criteria (with 2 kids, there is a lot of criteria) we decided to visit in order to make sure what we saw online was true on the floor. It's true, so very true. We met with Russell Bell (Big Russ) who took the time to listen to what we were looking for, even pulling up cars in their inventory online for us to double-check. After 2 weeks we had narrowed our search to 2 different cars and set up a meet with Big Russ again. We got in, checked out the two cars, decided on the Pontiac G6 and off we went to do paperwork. We arrived around 10:00am and left about 1:30pm. And it was a pretty busy day for them and they were down to only 1 finance man. No pressure, super great conversationalist, just down-right pleasant, answered every question! We can't wait to come back in a year or so to get another vehicle. CarVision...please add Mr. Bell to your list of employees. My Wife says his smile alone will bring you many more pleasant reviews!!

At first the car seemed fine after driving my car home the lights on the dash went out. This place is really shady and I also have noticed that the engin stutters and dosent shift properly. Horrible service and everything took to long to process. I am actually sick to my stomache just thinking about the 8,500 dollar piece I just bought . Other than that my dealer was friendly but not too helpful. The price of the cars seemed right until you find out what's wrong with the car. Good luck with these guys.

So I communicated all day Friday with a salesman there. Because of the distance and my very pregnant wife, I was assured the "GM" would make things work for me and my family before going. I drove the 1.5 hours early Saturday got there and everyone seemed nice. Keith, the salesman, was very nice. So , I test drove several vehicles. Got back selected the one I wanted. After 2 hours of paperwork, working out the final deal, Keith comes back and tells me. "I'm really sorry, the bank won't finance that vehicle" he then says "it's not on your end, it's on ours. He told me my scores and credit were great. "You have to get a newer more expensive vehicle so it balances out" WHAT?????? DOES NOT MAKE SENSE. I can't finance a 2009 vehicle. Never heard that one before. After much patience, we were done. My whole day was wasted. Towards the end, they had just given up, practically pushing us out, instead of helping. You shouldn't play with people like that. I will not return, even though Keith was very friendly and personable.

Dear Reviewer,Before i buy the car, i checked the dealer rater .com and got good feedback about carvision so that i have decided to buy the car. But actually that is not fact as far as me .I bought the car on the month April 2014 (toyota-yaris). After i bought the car, i noticed that there is an Noise while taking reverse. So, I complained on the same day. But they told that Once you take the car, you need to come through appointment irrespective of 30 days warranty. After an appointment, they try to fix the car but they did not. Then, i lost the trust with quality of work they did.I went to the toyota service centre and they did inspection . They found a lot of problems. Till now , i have spent 1500$ to fix the issueKey issue with carvision1) They are not giving two keys as other car dealer giving2) Poor in quality of work3) They delayed almost a month to get car registration number . But , My friends who bought from other car-dealer , they got in a week4) Battery was in poor condition when i bought the car5) IF any issue with a car within 30 days, we need to come through appointment.I am very much unhappy with carvision.

We worked with David Cha at Car Vision in purchasing a used Nissan Sentra. Dave was great in showing us several cars with the criteria we were looking for. We never felt rushed and his choices all showed a solid understanding of his inventory. We never felt pressured either. Dave really knows a lot about the cars on the lot and was able to get us to one we really liked in a short time. We also got a trade-in for our car that we were happy with. My review is based on a purchase I made yesterday. I'm not one to write reviews unless I feel strongly about something and this is one of those times. I went in with a deposit already down on a vehicle. Explained the bank I wanted to deal with and how I wanted the loan set up, as far as primary and secondary lenders on the loan. The sales person understood. The finance/supervisor yelled at the sales guy as he explained this to him within earshot of us. After 3 hours of waiting, removed our sales guy (Matt, which was really nice), replaced him with someone else who began asking us for our names, ssn, etc. all over. When we explained that we have provided this information to our original sales guy and asked what they have been doing with this information for the last hour+, he didn't know. They said they were going to try to beat our banks interest rate. In the meantime, as I was frustrated I called my bank and got the ball rolling. When I asked for the VIN number, I never got it. Then the second sales guys comes over and says congratulations you were approved, I'm going to bring the paperwork over to sign. As my frustration escalated, I stopped our original sales guy and asked what is the interest rate, is the loan the processed the way we want it. Only to find out that they processed it under solely one name and with a higher interest rate then what we were able to get through our bank. I explained my frustration with the customer service, lack of communication throughout the process and lack of professionalism. I also explained how we explained this to Matt and he attempted to explain this to the finance/supervisor (which I unfortunately do not have his name) and the finance/supervisor proceeded to yell at him on the sales floor within earshot of us. Needless to say, I called my bank and was able to get the loan approved the way we wanted it from the start with a 3.99% interest rate. IF they would have listened to their sales guy that was working with his customers that made the educated decision to come in prepared, we could have been out of their way before 7pm (which was pretty much 6 hours after we arrived). Horrible experience. As I said, before Matt Reiser was very helpful but I would not return to this establishment. I left with the car we wanted, the way we originally wanted but I could have done without the migraine. UPPER MANAGEMENT: I would COMPLETELY retrain the supervisor in customer service and professionalism. I feel bad for those who work under him.

We have been looking for a large truck to replace our aging minivan. Carvision was the first place we stopped. They had a good selection and a few really interested us, but since i always like to find the elusive "best deal" we went and looked elsewhere but always came back here. I think we drove 3 different cars off the lot and them start another 2 or 3 for us. We always stopped by within an hour of closing but yet they were always friendly, most nights staying even after they closed to help us and our two kids. We finally came in with our checkbooks ready to buy, but my pride said i can still get a better deal. I tried and tried and made a jerk of myself and yet they were still friendly. We ended up paying the asking price which was a 20% savings off of KBB fair deal pricing. The truck is great, had some small issues pointed out on the test drive which were fixed without a complaint prior to purchase. We will be back for our next car now that i've learned you CAN get a great deal without a hassle. Thanks (and sorry) Matt, John and Dave! And the GC's were only $5 but thank you!!

I first visited Carvision years back when I test drove a Lexus GS430 (which I should have bought!). They have so many desirable cars and trucks, along with strong pricing from the get-go. Now with 2 kids, I searched the internet specifically for large SUV's with 3rd row seat, not older than 8 years, and must have low mileage. As an investment, these can sell 50-60K miles later for a good percentage of the purchase price. If I was going big on gas, I had to think smart on $$$. I found little to nothing below 100K miles elsewhere, but CARVISION had 4 or 5 vehicles on their lot that matched my criteria. Is it a bad thing to only sell cars that people want to own? I think not...My salesperson, Matt Reiser, started off a bit rough, but got it back together on day two. I arrived with my 6 yr old daughter and hoped to trade-in and leave with a new SUV. It was sweltering hot that day and my salesperson must have assumed I was just kicking tires. After assessing my trade value at only $500, I decided to sell privately. I left the lot without a test drive, although I sat in two Durangos. That night I listed my Volvo 850 on craigslist and sold it within 6 hours for an acceptable price.I called the next morning to let Matt know that I was headed back up in one hour and asked if he could have both vehicles pulled up in front. Yes, this was a test, but he passed. In fact, he must have done it right away because someone else was already working a deal on one of them! Once there, I checked the condition in great detail, did my test drive and wrote it up. My wife took the train over and we drove home with our mission complete. So here it is... It just so turns out that they have a great buying relationship for these government used Durangos and they always have them available. Let's just call that a win for everyone. I was not put off one bit by the lack of comfort/convenience upgrades since I got the 4.7LV8 engine, running boards, rear tinted windows, 3rd row seat, tow package, and pristine exterior. In other words, all the essentials I cared about. The operation at CARVISON is well managed with a strong business model and online marketing presence. Selection and price are the two biggest factors for me in buying any vehicle and they hit it out of the park there. I was able to secure a warranty from my credit union at a great price and now have a great used 2007 Durango with 4yr 48,000 mile coverage (until 96K miles) all for under $14,000 including all costs and tax. With used car financing so low, now is the time to make a smart upgrade. Head over to CARVISION to see the cars and trucks that you won't find on other lots. Do your research first because they will probably have what you are looking for at the right price.

Honest!!! But true!! Don't buy your car here unless you have lots of extra time on your hands. I have owned my luxury car less than a year, not only has it has a new radiator, new engine, new thermostat, new coolant line, and now it is overheating!! I have left reviews before and then retracted them after they attempted to correct the problem. But bottom line is you have to go back and forth with the front desk, management to get anything done. And then you worry whether the problem is truly corrected. The front desk has turned over so many times, and the lady I deal with unfortunately has no customer service and has communication barriers. I simply want the same problem that has went on from day one to be fixed. Its pretty simple. Being the fact that I live an hour away I have to take it in drop it off and "hope" they have a loaner. And really dont ask about the loaners... I mean if I am telling you now what my luxury car has endured imagine the loaner!!!!!! At this point my car is still overheating, I am waiting on a call from management and waiting on a loaner due to my job and living so far away just to get my car fixed!!! Im guessing due to the prior lack of communication and their willingness not to address this situation they will be putting a new motor in it again, replacing all the items due to the fact they will not communication properly with me.

I purchased my 2007 Ford Explorer on Wednesday (9/10). Within 24hrs the car overheated. The car is currently in the Carvision service department. The car is 7 years old and I totally understand that there can be some unseen problems. I am disappointed but I am not mad. However, an auto dealership can only be determined how good they are is by the way they stand behind their product and treat the customer after the sale.I will be in the market soon for another car because I have another son who will need a car. Great placeto buy a car, DOUG is fantastic!!, only minor drawbacks to my car buying experience here. I had an old car that lasted me through college, and it was time to trade it in. I found a great '07 Chevy Impala which I had my eye on, Doug took me out for a test drive in it, and he was great. I came back the next day to actually purchase the car after sleeping on it for a night. I can't say enough about Doug he really was great, and at no time from him did I feel pressured to purchase the car. The only real drawbacks that I had about my car buying experience were: the employees in the service bay while I waited were laughing at my trade in car, which I found a little rude, they didn't realize it was mine. Also in terms of the financing process... I applied for financing however the terms of the financing weren't established at the beginning of the process and the finance guy waited till the very end to really give me numbers at which point the numbers didn't match what I had estimated before, they had added in an extended warranty and had I not questioned my original finance price was going to be $40 a month more. I removed the extended warranty as its a service I'm not really wanting to purchase but it was weird it was added in, and without my questioning would have been an added cost some may be unaware of... He answered all my (many) questions, and didn't hesitate to explain things to me I had questions about. Overall I was pleased with my car buying experience, and I would definitely recommend Doug to anyone looking to purchase a car there.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and the minute I parked my rental and got out of the car, someone was at the door to greet me and bring me over to the salesman who would be helping me. Matt made my car-buying experience stress-free and super fast. I'd scheduled my test drive at 2:00 and was out of the dealership with my new 2008 lexus es 350 at 4:00.I didn't even have to negotiate prices because they had the best price out of any other dealership in PA and NJ for this model, year, and color. My credit was awful since I'm a recent grad and finally found a great job that I started 3 months ago. But the finance department was still able to find a bank to give me a loan. The guy in the finance department was a sweetheart as well.I was given a free wawa gift card for agreeing to take a picture for their social network site and also given lindor truffle chocolates as a parting gift! We had been looking for cars online and found a Hyundai Azera listed at Car Vision. Couldn't find the dealership's hours so we chose to use the online chat. It was quick and easy. The call back from the dealer was within 10 minutes. Spoke with Contrell Jones, he was pleasant and said he would wait for us even though it might mean he had to stay late. He was ready to help us, allowed us to take the car for a test drive, helped negotiate the price since the one online was less than the ticket price. He addressed all of our questions and concerns with his boss, and made us feel comfortable as we completed the paperwork. His introduction to the financial gentleman went smooth and he was there to hand us our key with a "Congratulations". Although we had a few concerns, only one key for the car, a very quick and sloppy removal of window guards, and a need to call and set an appointment for the chips on the windshield, it was an overall...great experience! I do not even know where to start. From the moment i did a search online and found the CarVision dealership i was impressed but i had to go and see for myself it the car and the deals that i had seen online was actually there or was that just a ploy to pull people in. Well i was pleasantly suprised that they did have the vehicles at the dealearship that i had seen online and was interested in and the deals were as they stated online. I mean i am still excited because i got an amazing car that i did not just get but that i actually love. From the moment i walked on the lot Sales Consultant Keith Penny was right there to assist me and not only walk me through each step of the process from showing me each car i liked, taking me test drives with every car that i liked and explained all the little gadgets in each of the cars and if i had a question he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my question. Thanks Keith!!! The CarVision team as a whole is awesome. The managers and Rodger Blanchard the business manager who took me through the last steps of financing. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I have already told my family and friends about it. You cannot change a first impression and CarVision surely knows how to impress!! Was greeted within 30 seconds of walking through the door, by another member of the friendly team at CarVision. He introduced me to Dean immediately. We visited on Saturday to consider purchasing an Escalade. The sales rep, Bryan was very nice. The problems began when we attempted to establish the value of our trade. The sales manager approached us menacingly, waiving papers, allegedly disclosing in a loud voice that our trade was a total loss with frame damage. We have owned the truck for four years, put over 75,000 miles on it, purchased it from a private party, and this was news to us. We have the title and it is not stamped Rebuilt, as is the custom in PA with a previously totaled vehicle. When I finally got him to tell me what the trade was worth, he said $500.00. At that point I advised him we could not afford to purchase the Cadillac with that little trade and asked for my keys so we could leave. He continued berating us, with the sales staff standing around, as if we had done something wrong. I was getting fearful for our safety and continued to ask for my keys so we could leave. A bully like that should not be in a customer facing position. A sales rep brought my keys after repeated requests and we left. I think he photoshopped the car fax.

I came in needing a replacement sport wagon/SUV for one just lost in an accident. Bryan was able to provide quick and friendly service enlisting the help of colleague on the first night so I could see and test drive cars, while he closed a deal with another buyer. When I found something I was interested in, he secured it for me. He was open to meeting the next evening and walked me through financing, even though I wasn't hesitant and secured a great deal! I drove the car home that night. Done is 24 hours!

When my family and I pulled up, we were greeted by Keith Penny. He was very personable, not manipulative like other sleezy car salesman. Long story short, he sold us a NIssan Armada, which wasn't even on our radar, but I'm glad he recommended it. The staff that I spoke with were extremely unhelpful. The vehicle I was interested in was listed at a fair price on the website and increased by 2,000.00 the next day. When asked about it I was told that it is a haggle free dealership and the price I had mentioned wasn't the true price even though I had taken screenshots of the vehicle number with the lower price listed. Emailed a sales associate who told me it's a haggle free dealership with a link to the website. Basically had a "deal with what we're telling you or find a new dealership. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they act like they do not need your sale.

I didn't like the way the salesman David Cha handled the whole sales process. No much explanation was given about the car, he wasn't friendly at all. They failed to fill the gas tank, the bluetooth module didn't work, the steering wheel was so stiff, there was some strange sound coming from the engine etc. I had to take it to the Davis Acura Dealership and have them inspected and i returned the car for service and asked them to fix it, to which they agreed.

David Cha was extremely friendly and helpful and was considerate of what we were looking for in a vehicle letting us remember the pros and cons the SUV's and mini vans we were interested in. They had over two handfulls of vehicles we were interested online unlike regular dealships only had one or two vehicles we were interested in our price range, but out of ten or so vehicles there were two that sold just before we got there which we were bummed out about and maybe two that were not on the lot at the time. But in the end we really fell in love with the mini van we got and was extremely happy with it and our children LOVE it. David also cleaned our seats for us which we thought was generous but we didn't expect him to do it because it was pouring rain! My Aunt recommended him and he explained how they do not make commission but I do think he deserves a bonus or something for great customer appreciation. I will recommend anyone to him if they are looking for a new looking used car, which by the way majority of their lot looked like BRAND NEW cars- unlike other dealerships look decently nice on the outside but like crap on the inside and have extremely high prices!!! My family and I would definitely come back if we decide to get another used car for our second vehicle. Thanks David and I wish you the best in your work endeavors.

So far, I have only had to get a couple of minor things taken care of while my vehicle was under the 30 day warranty, but I found the service department to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They also fixed the issues in a very timely matter. I have never had a problem when dealing with CarVision, and have always walked away satisfied. As long as I am buying used cars, I will buy from CarVision.! Jimmy, the Service Writer, was very helpful and friendly. An overall awesome experience!!

My salesperson Andrea was a great person to buy from. She doesn't pressure anything on you and gives you a comfortable visit to dealerships, because Im sure I speak for a lot of people that I don't like going to them . I would recommend this dealership to everyone. My truck was dented while on the lot before i purchased it and they took care of all repairs prior to picking up the car. Car was clean and impressed with the price. Roger was also excellent to work with. He seemed very professional and was a great finance guy to deal with. Havent picked the truck up yet but so far the experience has been a 10/10.

Mohamed Ali performed an A+ job when consulting me on the ins and outs of the car I was interested in buying. He did not only discuss the condition of the car, its history, and price negotiation but also tutored me on how to drive a stick shift. I have never driven a stick shift before, so Mohamed volunteered to drive the car to my place after I purchased it. I bought my Ford Expedition yesterday, and Mohamed Ali (Ali) was our salesman. Our wonderful experience started right in the parking lot. It was a little icy where the Expedition was parked, and Ali helped my father navigate through so that he didn't fall. He even helped my father in and out, as the truck is rather high. Which may seem small to some, this was huge for me, and honestly hadn't happened at any of the other car dealerships we had been at. From a sales perspective he was very informative, gave us all the info of how the car is checked, inspected, etc. After the test drive, he gave me a few minutes alone to really look over the car, which I truly appreciated. Buying a car whether new/used is a big deal, and many salesman don't give you that privacy to really "play" with it. After a few minutes, he returned and then went over everything I should've checked, just to make sure I checked everything. He seemed to really care that I was extremely happy with everything before we moved forward, even taking time to work with his managers about one little "issue" that I did find. Which Carvision is taking care of for me, and I do believe it was because Ali went to bat for me. I liked the fact that it was a no haggle place. And I honestly feel that he got me a great deal on my trade. I had looked up its value up on KBB before we got there, and he got me exactly what I wanted. The overall experience with him was one of the best from start to finish. It was late on a Saturday, we ended up being there a long time after they closed, and Ali was extremely patient. Even afterwards, he made sure I really double checked my old car to ensure I got everything. The entire staff was great, I would recommend Carvision to anyone. But I would especially recommend Ali, and I hope to deal with him again. Thank you Ali, it was probably the best car buying experience I have had (and I've had quite a few over the last 20 years).

One other thing that's important in this process and that we're very grateful for is the fact that he's also very responsive in terms of replying emails and (many) phone calls. Where to start...I was looking for a good, reliable used vehicle to use as an A to B in order to keep my Mustang GT out of the winter weather. Like many of us, I started my search on Auto trader, and was referred to several reputable dealerships with vehicles in the range of what I was looking for. Once I decided on a couple of brands, it all came down to trying to get the most out of what I was willing to spend. I kept coming back to a few different cars offered by car Vision; good selection of Carfax verified one-owners in nice condition and priced reasonably relative to the local market. I finally zeroed in on three different vehicles at different dealerships ( a Honda Civic at Car Vision and two Toyotas elsewhere). This was on a Saturday morning. I shot e-mails to all three places, and Frank, my eventual sales rep at Car Vision, was the only reply I got that day. As I was looking to make a move quickly, discussions between Frank and I became more serious concerning the Honda I was interested in. We e-mailed and spoke on the phone several times that day (again, a Saturday). By the time the other two dealerships had returned my messages the following Monday, I had a test drive set up with Frank.It was easy for me to put the other guys on the back-burner for two reasons. First: Urgency of Customer service. In this case, Frank got back to me quickly. The other guys didn't. I don't know about you, but when I'm spending thousands of dollars, I like to feel as though I'm somewhat important. Second: Frank was easy to deal with; an up-front guy that knows his business. I felt comfortable talking to him. No high-pressure tactics or salesman double-speak that we've all experienced.Due to the two reasons listed above, I decided to give Car Vision the first crack at my business. When I arrived for my test drive, Frank hopped right up to greet me (the car was pulled out front and cleaned up). He let me take my time looking the vehicle over without hovering over my shoulder. He let me know what he thought about the car, but essentially let me make my own decision without pressuring me. The car was as described, no surprises, no inaccurate info, so we sealed the deal.Moral of the story: The early bird gets the worm. If any of the other two dealerships I contacted that Saturday had been as Johnny-on-the-spot as Car Vision, I might have bought a vehicle somewhere else. Thanks to Frank for the excellent purchasing experience and to Car Vision for the solid deal on a clean used car that I hope to drive for years to come.

I was sent to Car Vision by their sister dealership, DriveHere, and was referred to Mr. David Cha. From the minute I walked in the door Mr. Cha was extremely polite, friendly, and professional. I did not feel pressured to make any purchases and Mr. Cha found a car that fit my situation within minutes. He allowed me to inspect the car from top to bottom, for as long as I needed, and answered all the questions I had. After taking it for a test drive there was one or two things on the vehicle that needed another look at by the technicians, and they were more than happy to accommodate my concerns. Due to finding the perfect car so quickly I was not prepared to purchase it that evening, but Mr. Cha explained that it would be no problem. He put the car on hold for me. From my own personal experience I can say that car vision and specifically Erik Dougherty have made the car buying process as simple and informative as possible. I am pleased with my new purchase and would recommend my own friends and family to visit Carvision in Norristown. Erik knew which vehicles I was interested in test driving. These vehicles were both ready for me to test drive immediately upon my arrival. They were both clean and presented for sale. Both vehicles were exactly what the website stated. I have test driven other cars at OTHER dealers that were not even washed or vacuumed let alone waxed and armored all inside and out. After my test drive Erik had ALL the information on the 2 vehicles I had test driven including free carfax. we had a discussion about the numbers and within 15 minutes we had worked out the deal to the exact terms I had wished for. The price of the car was as stated on website. Their was never any haggling hassle or pressure.

This is my 2nd vehicle purchased with Carvision. I came back mainly because this place gets it done! Other places wanna b.s. you around, and try to rob your bank account. Not Carvision! My second purchase was a 08 Honda Accord coupe. Love it, fun to drive, performs well, and I got it for a great deal. My salesman was Rohan Brooks. Great guy, easy to talk to. Not pushy at all, and will go that extra step for you. About a month after my purchase I ran into a issue with the headlight bulbs. My guess is the previous owner had installed aftermarket bulbs that were the wrong fit for my Honda. Jimmy Franklin, service writer, handled my repair. He worked fast to get me scheduled, and repaired at no charge to me. Carvision continues to exceed my expectations. People like Jimmy and Rohan make that happen. Ken was extremely helpful. He was patient and informative. When I tried the radio, it didn't work, and was replaced for free. The vehicle had been given new brakes and tires before I got there. When I traded my vehicle in, the shop found some items in it that I had left behind, which were returned to me. I appreciated the honesty. Within a week after purchasing the vehicle, the car had some minor issues. Ken referred me to customer service and alerted them ahead of time. The minor issues were fixed for free, under warranty. One small glitch: when I was purchasing the vehicle, I saw some minor scratches on the vehicle. Ken said the shop would detail it. When I finished the purchase of the car, the scratches were still there.

Overall, I do believe the customer service was great. Jon took care of me and my dad, worked his best to help me find a car in my price along with the type of car I wanted. He did everything he could to make sure I had that car in my name and key in my hand. The gentlemen there were great. I would refer my friends to Carvision for the customer service but would also tell them of what to be a lookout for. My only complaint is when I took the car home, I noticed some issues. I wish I would have looked into detail at this car before I purchased it. My cd player does not work. My bluetooth does not connect with my phone. My car key looks like a duplicate with no remote. One of my air vents is broken. I got so caught up in buying this car before they closed that I did not get to look at the inside so much, as the engine, tires, and such. I do not mean to complain but the one of the MAJOR reasons I wanted this car was because of the cd player, bluetooth hookup, iphone hook up, which I was told worked. I also wish it came with a remote to unlock the car. I had to specially order a part for my Ipod and now have to take my car back to Car Vision this weekend to have it looked at for the cd player, which is kind of an inconvenience to me. I spent so much money on this car that I did not expect it to have these issues. I just hope there are no more problems.

I purchased a used Honda in November 2013. Car Vision's salesperson, David Cha, made the process of purchasing a car less intimidating. As a woman of a certain age, I appreciated that David did not talk down to me.There was no pressure, he was courteous, and answered all my questions. If he is any indication of how the rest of the staff and service department conduct themselves I would highly recommend Car Vision to any woman looking to buy a car.

The ratings I gave above don't exactly reflect my specific sales consultant. Jon would have gotten fives all around if the ratings were strictly based on him. Jon was the only employee to approach me and offer his services. I personally think there should be another category to separately rate each person you worked with. The reason I gave the ratings i did is because most of the employees there didn't make any kind of effort at all to help me in the least. Jon himself however made my experience good enough to pull the ratings up a bit.

My husband and I traveled 95 miles each way to purchase a vehicle listed on autotrader. We were assured that there were no problems with the vehicle, however, we quickly found 2 on the same day of purchase. Again we were assured these problems would be taken care of right away. 2 weeks later we still have the same problem and have made 2 additional trips to the dealer to have them rectified. Most recently the service department ordered the wrong part and due to their mistake expect us to make an additional 1 hr 45 min each way trip for them to correct this problem once the proper part is received. At no point has the service department been apologetic or sympathetic towards the inconvenience of their multiple mistakes.

Jovan was awesome! I just purchased a used Ford Escape from Car Vision. Even though the SUV was seven years old, the car was in excellent condition, like new, as advertised. The SUV that I found on their website was the one I bought. No tough sell, they didn't try to put me into something I didn't want. The price was also the price. The financing was also great. My payment is much less than I expected even with the warranty I purchased. I hate shopping for cars. Car vision made this experience a good one. I would recommend Car Vision to anyone. My wife and I found Car Vision through the Auto Trader website. We found multiple cars within our price range and chose two to come in and view. The prices and mileage was hard to beat. Ali was extremely nice. He was in no way pushy or over eager. He did not oversell the car. He allowed us to ask many questions, and was pretty straight forward regarding our trade-in. The process was the most pleasant buying experience to date. We left satisfied that we purchased what we wanted without having add-ons we didn't want or need. Overall it was a very good experience. I would recommend them, and will look there first upon our next car purchase.

Mohammed greeted us with a smile and never once tried to pressure or haggle with us. He was honest and upfront with all the information we needed. He made the entire experience relaxed and easy, and was helping us from start to finish. The sales man was rude and degrading which Jovan never critized the other dealership but instead diffused the situation by treating me as a friend/family seeing what he could do for me. The main reason I shopped at Car Vision was that the sales consultant was friendly and not pushy like so many other dealerships. Car Vision did not give the hard sell. I was looking for a Honda which is a good investment and reasonably priced at Car Vision. There was no haggling at Car Vision. What you see was what you got! I am a repeat customer and if looking for another used car, I would definitely come to Car Vision.

We were looking for a beautiful, family car that was priced right, if you know what I mean. The 2010 Nissan Altima we ended up buying was exactly that, a quality car at an affordable price. This was my very first used car purchase. I did some research on the internet and went in for a visit. Frank was great! I hadn't even made an appointment and he stepped right in to help! I test drove the vehicle I was looking at and bought it on the spot. Their cars are very reasonable and clean. The financing was unbelievable thanks to Kevin who is a lifesaver. Frank, our Sales Consultant was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable, but not pushy. Whenever we finished test driving one car, he was ready to set us up with another until we found the car that was right for us. The only drawback to the overall experience was that we purchased an extended warranty on the spot, and then after getting home and doing some research on the company and the plan, we regretted the purchase. The following day I emailed Frank and Rodger at the dealership asking that this agreement be cancelled. Frank responded on Monday that he had forwarded our request on, but I have not yet received confirmation from anyone else at the dealership that the cancellation of the agreement and credit card debit have been processed. I was hoping for a quicker response regarding this matter. Today I have emailed Tom, the General Manager.

Overall, I had a great experience with Car Vision. They were extremely flexible with payment options, and they had the car I wanted for an unbeatable price. I was coming from an hour and a half away, so the salesman (Ken) set aside the keys for me to ensure the car wasn't sold before I got there. He gave me his dedicated attention while I was there, and everyone was friendly.I had a few minor issues, but nothing that greatly detracted from the experience. First, the original contract that was printed was for $300 more than the advertised price. I believe this was an honest mistake, and the gentleman I worked with corrected it immediately after I mentioned it. Second, I was a little disappointed the gas tank wasn't filled before we left the dealership. It was a little less than half full. Third, one of the brake lights was out on the car. Again, not a big deal, but a small detail that could have been caught.These issues were very minor considering the great deal I got on the car. I'll definitely be looking at Car Vision the next time I need a vehicle.

The salesman was friendly. The salesman wanted to sell the car, but did not go that extra mile to make sure that everything was satisfactory. The features on the car purchased were misrepresented and for the 3 weeks that I have had the car, it could not be driven at night because there were no lights on the instrument panel. I was given 1 key at the time of purchase and when asked for another, the salesman told me to go to the Chrysler dealer to get one made. I did that and the dealer wanted to charge over $200. I came back to the service department and the service writer, Jimmy Franklin, found another key to be programmed.It seemed like one thing after another and I was getting very frustrated. I was beginning to feel that I made a mistake by purchasing this car. But the service writer, Jimmy Franklin, really was on the ball. He took every step possible to take care of the problems I was having with this car. His customer service was superb. He had to have the instrument panel replaced and a seat belt buckle replaced. He assured me that everything would be taken care of.

I had probably gone to 30 other dealerships before going to this one. Other salespeople at other dealerships were pushy and stressed me out, but Matt definitely did not (in fact, probably the other way around!). Not happy at first i thought it was a great deal with great people but 4 months later i go to get my car inspected and find out it will cost me another $100 to fix all the issuse for example new tires because of an alignment issue n the license plate lights were painted over... Which is illegal and other light being out.. would not suggest going there i am extremly upset that is not how you treat people!!!!

I purchased my car from this dealership on Tuesday. This morning (3 days later), the air bag light came on. I called Jimmy in service and he said I could bring the car up right away. They took the car right in and gave me several updates as to what they were doing and why. The mechanic came out and explained the issue to me in a forthright and honest manner. I was made to feel like they truly cared that I have a good experience in their department and that my car was a priority. In the end they fixed another issue that they had discovered and because they could not reproduce the air bag issue at the time of service, Jimmy gave me assurance that if the air bag/restraint system presented an issue in the future they would take care of it for me. It is very hard to find service departments you can trust, but I left this one feeling valued, respected and happy with the work. I hope I do not have an issue moving forward, but if I do, I am confident that Jimmy and the professionals at Car Vision will take care of it. Many thanks!

I was not ready for a no haggle experience. The price was below blue book value, fit into my criteria, and got more than i expected to. The salesman, Erik Dougherty was really a pretty cool guy, and he did not pressure me at all. he did oblige as I tested a number of vehicles. I also was in a tight situation, and he and the other person stayed late well past closing so that I could get to work for the first day of my new job.I was very happy with my experience there and I would recommend someone to look there, especially if they want an SUV, like I did.I only rate a "4" for overall experience because it was packed that day. The customer service was great.

My experience with Car Vision of Norristown started out good. Mohamed Ali was my salesman and was very nice. He made me feel comfortable. When I selected my Mariner, my brother and I worked on a price with Mohamed. He got it approved by general manger Tom Snader. When I stated I wanted to bring my wife in the next day for a test drive, Tom became arrogant and stated the agreed price was for one night only. After cooler heads prevailed, I purchased the vehicle the next day. Roger Blanchard was very helpful in finance. After 8 days, I began to have problems with the car. Mohamed Ali referred me to the service department and I never heard from him again!!! (no follow-up.) I had to bring the vehicle in for repairs twice in 3 weeks. After the second visit, sales writer Jimmy Franklin delivered my car to me where I work. I noticed the left passenger car door had been damaged and been "touched up" with a color of paint that didn't match my original color. I was NOT told of the damage! I brought the car back and Jimmy said GM Tom would not repair the damage!!! After pleading my case with Tom, Car Vision fixed the damage. It took two days. I asked for a loaner car, but did not get one. Jimmy said "I was pressing my luck." Marty, the Service manager did a good job. After repairing the door, Jimmy again dropped my car of where I worked. This time, he shut the car off while it was still in drive!!! Two days after that, the car developed a slow leak underneath the engine. I am afraid to bring my car back to Car Vision, because everytime I bring it in, something else goes wrong!

I've purchased from Carvision before so I had expectations of a positive car buying experience. Again, they exceeded my expectations. Erik Dougherty made sure the Honda Insight I wanted met his standards before I test drove it then guided me through a low pressure process of getting a great loan and getting me all the assistance I needed to drive the car home. Roger Blanchard was plain speaking and helpful in providing me with a service program that made sense for the car I purchased. The buying experience took less than an hour and I had everything I needed to drive the car home. Erik went the extra mile and took care of getting me an owners manual additional set of keys for the new car and even dealing with service issues I had with my BMW. Jimmy Franklin in service not only made sure I had great service on my BMW with quick turnaround, they also cleaned my car inside and out and put air in my tires to make sure the car was really good to go. I generally don't write reviews because service is an expectation, but Carvision just gets the customer experience better than the new car dealers and sets a higher standard for any car dealer.

This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealer, and needing to finance. I was always warned about dealerships and salesmen. I'm pleased to say my experience was smooth and easy with Rohan. I didn't feel at all overwhelmed, or forced into any decisions. Wasn't able to do a trade for my current vehicle but it all worked out in the end. I absolutely LOVE the Volvo I purchased. Extremely clean and in excellent shape, you would never know it was 4 years old! The low mileage is what sold me from the start. We didn't have any real intention of actually making a purchase at CarVision the night we visited - this was supposed to be a reconnaissance mission. I had done some pretty extensive research online to get familiar with pricing, options, dealers, etc., & we knew what we wanted - with 3 little ones, we'll probably need a minivan for years to come.I called & spoke with David, who was very accomodating & stated that he would have the 3 vans we were looking at online ready to try out upon our arrival. Sure enough, they were. We looked over a couple, but decided that none of them were "it". David was very patient, showing & discussing with us a few more that he had on the lot. We ended test driving 3 or so, & there was absolutely no pressure to buy - simply "how do you like it/them"?My wife & I (& the kids, of course) discussed our options, & my wife was ready to go home & look further in the coming days. She did like the one we ended up purchasing, but I had to talk her into it (Not David, he was ready to answer any question, but not in a pushy, "used-car salesman" way - simply giving us information & being there to bounce ideas off of. With the combination of David's personality & approach, & the fact that I liked one van in particular, I felt, & convinced my wife that we should go ahead instead of wasting time driving all over the place, given the fact that my current vehicle could blow its transmission at any moment.So hats off to David, who was knowledgeable, unobtrusive, friendly, & very willing to work with us (we needed a few missing items after the fact, & again, David took good care of us.Then we had to deal with service, as an interior light was blown & the 2nd van key was nowhere to be found. David ordered the key & insisted that we make an appointment to come in for the key programming & light replacement at the same time (rather than me changing the light myself - he said the vehicle should work right out-of-the-box, which impressed me, especially for a light bulb.After the key arrived, we made a service appointment, speaking with Jimmy, who was also very accommodating & informative, & we got things set up for the work. When we arrived, I met Jimmy, who looked things over, got things moving & was good with my kids & friendly with me (we tend to think of those in auto service as kind of serious guys who do their job, but not with much light-heartedness or brevity, & this wasn't the case here - great guy to work with). There were problems with the light - the console was bad & had to be ordered, & the key had to be programmed at a Chrysler dealer, & at this point, I was working with Marty, who, again, was knowledgeable & friendly. I don't remember who actually said it, but they all told me to have the key programmed & CarVision would foot the bill - something I didn't really expect, as it was a used vehicle & after all, not perfect. So, true to their word, Marty ordered the console, I got the key programmed, & brought the van in again for the console replacement. They cut me a check for the key, fixed the console in about 1/2 hour, glued down some loose rubber, & we were good to go - very happy up to this point. I mentioned that I needed to get a remote for the DVD, & Jimmy suggested that I forward him any info I found & he would see if he could locate one. Now I REALLY didn't expect this & was prepared to buy one off the web, but I did send him a link to one place that had a remote for my vehicle. He got back to me, said he ran it by management, & they were going to get it for me at no cost - I was very surprised to say the least.To conclude, the 3 guys that worked with me were all top-notch, & a credit to CarVision. Unfortunately (hopefully) I won't need a new vehicle for a few years, but I will say that I will certainly recommend CarVision to any of my family, friends or acquaintances who are looking for a vehicle, & I will certainly look there first when my time to buy is here again! A really pleasant & satisfying experience!

The Dealership itself is great, I like the high quality inventory it has and the fact that all the vehicles have carfax information on them, which was very helpful.The Carvision website was extremely user friendly and very well organized. I also liked the fact if you needed assistance online it provided you with the option to communicate with a representative.

My visit at CarVision was amazing. My salesman; Mohamed Ali was exceptional. He was very, very friendly and without asking, he brought us beverages and pizza. He was not pushy like the recent salesmen I have had and he made sure that we loved the car we were observing. He was very nice, funny, respectful and a GREAT salesman. I don't know how else to say this. He was the best salesman I have ever come across. Mohamed gave us a great description of each car and even made sure to include parts of the car that were damaged so that we were aware. We came across a Mitsubishi Lancer and an Acura Rsx and purchased both of them all because of Mohamed's great salesman services. He gave us excellent choices of cars that matched our exact descriptions of vehicles that we wanted to purchase. Mohamed Ali was a fantastic salesman and I would definitely recommend friends and family to visit CarVision and have Mohamed as their salesman.

Car Vision is a no haggle dealership. The price of the car was good. I traveled from Delaware to PA to purchase the car. It was well worth the trip. The sale of the car was quick and easy. There was a few minor repairs that needed to be done and they took care of them. The car was bought as a gift for my daughter. She loves the car and we haven't had any problems with it since it was purchased. The salesman David Cha was a pleasure to work with.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2004 Honda Pilot from Ken at Car Vision. Ken is very low pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and he never made me feel pushed or pressured. It was the best car buying experience ever! In fact, all of the staff are very friendly. I am thrilled with my purchase! After the sale was complete, I noticed that I needed a remote for the DVD Player, so I called Ken and explained to him the situation. He was just as nice as he connected me with Marty the Service Manager. Marty told me to bring my car in and he would take a look at it to see exactly what needed to be done to get the DVD Player working. That is really saying something when a company continues to care about you after the sale!! I would recommend Ken & Car Vision to anyone!

This was a completely different car buying experience i.e., no haggling over the deal and minimal 'selling' by the salesperson. As far as overall attractiveness of the dealership, it leaves something to be desired (no air conditioning?); however, that said, I think we got a very fair deal on the car and Dave quickly moved us through financing as we purchased outright, which was greatly appreciated on a busy day! I am used to having a new/used car purchase being given a final detailing (or at least wash); but here, you get what you get, right off the lot. Not bad, just a different experience. I liked the lack of hand-holding during the test drive. Typcially a saleperson has to ride with you. Here, you take the keys and go for a ride. Aesthetics aside, the true test of my satisfaction will come with the quality of the used car over time.

Searched for the car I wanted on the website and after selecting the car and sending a message Andrea was quick to give me a call and see if I wanted to come in. Once I set up an appointment she made sure to email me and give me a call on the day to remind me to come in. Once I arrived at the dealership she was right there to introduce herself and they already had the car up front to take for a test drive. Once I came back they all were quick and fair about giving me fair trade in for my car and giving me a good deal on my new used car. I had been researching cars online and had been planning to go to Carvision when my car blowing up on the highway forced me to do it earlier than I'd expected. Everyone was very friendly and I don't feel I was taken advantage of being towed in instead of driving. My only issue; the website says they don't work on commission but if that's so why was Frank helping me and another couple at the same time instead of passing me off to another consultant?

I came to CarVision today, Saturday, because I was impressed by their large inventory. I work full time and Saturdays are the best time for me to explore dealerships. My intentions were to test drive several cars that interested me from their website, but when I got there I was asked how much money I was willing to put down on a vehicle before I had even stepped in one. I told her I had several cars in mind and wanted to check them out before discussing financing. She let me get into a Saab and asked me again about financing. I repeated my intentions and said I still wanted to look at more cars before discussing this subject. Other dealerships I had been to had not questioned my finances until I was in love with a car and inquired. Andrea told me "Saturdays are for buying cars" and said to come back Monday. I said fine and took my business down the street to Jim Wynn Volkswagen, where Mac was more than accommodating, friendly and informative. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Jetta with a great price. I would never recommend CarVision to anyone. Customer service was rude, short, and more than unfriendly.

Not more than five minutes after pulling onto the lot, Ali was out to introduce himself and offer a test drive. This was my first car buying experience, but Ali was beyond easy to work with throughout the whole process. Afterwards, Roger took ample time to explain and ensure I understood all of the paperwork, etc. Overall, the experience proved to be far less daunting than others' first car buying experience.

My husband and I drove 2 hours to look at a specific car. We were back and forth on which car dealership we were going to purchase our vehicle from. We made a our decision but Car Vision was Closing in 10 minutes. Unfortunately we were 15 minutes away (which turned into 20 due to all the red lights)& Frank who was already gone for the day came back and held the office open for us. Fair and friendly sales and service. Straight forward service agreements at a good price. This is a great dealership that I will be happy to go back to again. I purchased a used Toyota FJ cruiser and about a week later I noticed a slight issue with the AC so I gave them a call. Quick scheduling, no hassles... they had the problem fixed within an hour of dropping it off. Their service station rep was professional and courteous.Definitely a "5 star" shop.

Two thumbs up to Erik "Doc" in sales and Jimmy in service. Fixed every minor and even one major issue I could find wrong with the vehicle I purchased before I left the lot. As with any used car you purchase they all have some issues because their used. All the dealerships that I have dealt with in the past it was "As Is" when I bought it but these guys made every effort to send me out the door with used vehicle that I can feel confident to hold up for my daughter for years to come. Thank you Car Vision for being a cut above the rest and you will have my business again even though you are a three and a half hour drive. Well worth the trip.

This salesman LIED to my face and misrepresented a warranty saying there was 9k miles left on the powertrain warranty when in fact there was only 90 days. When confronted on this, he said a warranty timeframe was "common sense" and ignored the fact that he misrepresented the facts. I question the integrity of this dealership.I like the car but have walked away from the deal even with my bank check in hand. It's not worth it to be disrespected.I also think that because I'm a woman they tried to take advantage and push me into buying one of their warranties.Do yourself a favor and google 'Car Vision Complaints'. I was astounded at the poor reviews and experiences that other customers have had. I'm happy I walked away.
