KC was AWESOME!!!!!! The car buying experience can be stressful, scary, long and painful. KC was so pleasant and down to earth. He listened to you and was able to answer all of our questions. He was super friendly, easy to work with and not a vulture like most car salesman. He let the car sell itself. He explained all of the features on the car, left my husband and I alone with the car to sit it in, play with the gadgets and talk about the car. I feel we got a pretty good deal on the car. We had our own loan through our CU and he gave us NO hassle about it, didn't try and push a loan through him. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. He knew A TON about Mini's. The mechanical side, the features and everything they have to offer. What a great experience. If you are looking for a Mini, this is the place to go. Our son wants to buy a Mini and we will definitely be coming back to KC! He knows what he's talking about!!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Carzi and KC, who sold me my dream car. First of all everything in the lot is in pristine condition because of their standards for quality. The cars you view upon arrival often look even better up close and are more pristine in person. Next, the customer service is everything you hope it could be. KC was straight forward, and also patient answering any of my questions and explaining things thoroughly. The price was excellent for the quality with NO hidden fees. The staff there and my test drive was excellent. And best of all, I was in and out of this place with my new car during my lunch break! It was speedy, organized, and a smooth transition. KC gave me such an amazing buying experience that I would look forward to purchasing from him again in the future. We purchased my mom’s new to her Mini Cooper yesterday, 5/27. She was interested in either a Fiat or a Mini Cooper. She has wanted a mini her whole life so after test driving a Fiat, she liked it but wasn’t in love. We tried to test drive a mini before going to KC at Carzi but couldn’t make it happen. We drove out to Escondido from Anza on Saturday, 5/22 and we did not have an appointment. KC was came out shortly after we looked at all the mini’s he had our front and he quickly answered any questions we had and filled us with a ton of knowledge about Mini’s and was honest when we asked his opinion on the different cars. My mom was interested in 2 mini’s they had but one was sold the day we got there. However, they still had the 2nd one she was most interested in. Due to KC’s great reviews and honesty and prompt response in the whole process, we knew we had to have that orange mini! My mom is so excited and we know we purchased a quality car from an honest dealer and that’s most important! Thank you KC! If you are in need of a car, hit up KC first!
