I was an out-of-state buyer looking to lease an amazingly priced car that Casey had in stock. I had the pleasure of having Don as my Client Advisor - he is an absolute professional! In addition to being very responsive and helpful with my questions he was patient throughout the entire process despite working with a first time lessee. I also had the pleasure of working with the General Manager Lloyd. Lloyd went above and beyond to get the deal done on a time crunch and the busy Thanksgiving holiday. Although car buying can be an intimidating process, these two gentlemen have changed my perception of car buying for the better. Both Don and Lloyd were very transparent and forthright with pricing and terms of the purchase and definitely earned my business for future. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Working with Don Morrow while selecting my first BMW at Casey BMW was a breeze. Having never even sat in a BMW prior to my first visit, Don was extremely informative and low pressure while answering all my questions. I personally cannot stand a hovering salesman. In dealing with other dealerships in the past, I found myself getting annoyed with the whole process, but thankfully that was not the case here. While going over financing and extended warranty plans, Joe Diggs answered all my questions and was informative without over selling. Top notch company with some top notch people, 5 stars!

In July 2014 I purchased a new 335i M-Sport (nice little car). At the same time I purchased the tire, wheel, etc. policy for $1,127.85. Last evening I was returning home from dinner when I got a low tire warning. Being only a couple of miles from home, and familiar with the Bridgestone ads, I continued home to deal with it in the morning. This morning I found a visible nail in the right rear. I called the Casey service department and was told the tire could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Then I was told they could have a tire by Tuesday. So, at least three days without a car. At the time I purchased the above mentioned policy I was not told that replacement tires may or may not be available. By purchasing this extra coverage I thought I was really buying peace of mind. Knowing a flat tire could put my car out of commission for three or four days tells me I didn't buy that. I was told that I should make arrangements to have the car towed to the dealership. Said arrangement could not be made during this phone conversation.I needed to go to the car and use the "SOS" button. At about 10:00 AM I arranged via BMW Roadside Assistance to have the car picked up and transported to Casey. I then received a text with a pick up ETA of 11:30. At 11:30 I received an automated call asking if the pick up had occurred. No. At 11:32 the tow driver called asking if I still needed him. Yes. He said he was 8 minutes out. Then he calls back and says he needed to return to his previous call and would be another 15 minutes.Meanwhile, I'm getting automated calls every 15 minutes wanting to know if the pick up had occurred.No , no, and no. Thank the Lord the vehicle was home and not stranded on a highway somewhere.At 1;00 PM the tow company arrives. He does not say hello, he does not say he's sorry for hid tardiness. He only asks if the keys are in the car. No, they're in my pocket. I give him the keys. He asked me to sign a form, of which I never receive a copy. He then asks if I have the tow hooks. At this point I'm done. He drives the car onto the truck bed and ties it down somehow (not having tow hooks) waves and drives away. I can only hope he takes my car to Casey what with me having zero paperwork.For years prior to this purchase I have driven Mercedes Benz and used their roadside assistance with terrific results. The good news is during my three hours of frustration I did an Inventory Search of Tysinger MB. Should I get my 335 back I may go take a look.

Let me begin by saying that I am extremely pleased with my purchase and also my experience with Casey BMW, it was excellent from start to finish. Don Morrow was my first contact at Casey, and I could not ask for better treatment, assistance and guidance through my entire buying experience. As I had discussed with Don, I had been vehicle shopping on the internet and with other dealerships on the phone for a particular vehicle but was unsuccessful with locating what I wanted and of course, within my price range. I had decided to get out and window shop, when I saw the vehicle of choice sitting at Casey BMW. As I inspected the vehicle, Don approached and introduced himself and based on my discussion with him, I found Don personable, very knowledgeable and professional. Don worked to ensure that an experience I usually dread (car buying), was very comfortable and productive. I also want to acknowledge how responsive and focused Don was, which was reassuring. I give him my highest recommendation. I have been searching for a vehicle for almost 3 months. Most of this time was looking, reading and researching, without dealing with dealerships. I came to Casey BMW certain of what I wanted and just needed to get a closer look and of course, agree on a cost which was not a mentally draining ordeal. The completion of all required paperwork was a painless and efficient experience. I was very impressed with all of the Casey BMW team, which consisted of the many I crossed paths with during my experience there and those who assisted me, at different points in the process. Finally, I am looking forward to my future relationship with the Casey BMW team.

Very satisfied with our salesman Hollis, he was patient and showed multiple cars within the parameters we requested, followed up after the sale as we would expect from a premium car dealership. But our overall buying experience was less than satisfactory. It went downhill with Joe in the finance department who used high pressure deceptive tactics to try and sell an over $7,000 warranty and progressed to having to return to the dealership because they couldn't be bothered to process our tag paperwork within 30 days--WOW! Made inquiries to the management staff about our less than satisfactory experience and, although polite when they called, it took them almost two weeks to respond--and this was after I prompted them to please return our call/email. I just hope the car does better than the dealership! Not impressed!

I went in for the clinic and met Crystal. She make car buy seem like a picnic. I wasn't in the market for a new car, and Crystal never treated me like I was. She just spent some quality time showing me that wonderful car lot. Ended up buying a 528 and I must say, the entire process ended up being totally enjoyable. Our first experience buying a 'Luxury vehicle" was pleasant and enjoyable from start to finish. Don walked us through all the options (substantial) including live tests. Jimmy Jones proved to be the most accurately informed and genuinely helpful sales consultant we have ever dealt with in more than a dozen auto purchases on two continents.In the end we have chosen a different brand, principally because of several unfortunate shortcomings of the BMW model. I have driven BMW cars for the past 6 years and can't imagine driving anything else! I created online the car that I wanted and found it at Casey BMW I decided not to wait until the next day and drive there close to closing time I was greeted by the manager and he told me Mike DiPersio would be happy to help me. We took the car for a quick drive and I was sold on the 2016 435i convertible!I asked for them to call me the next day and tell me the details ...by noon, I had all the info. After consideration. I called back and left a deposit with intentions to pick car up the next week, as I was leaving for vacation Mike and the staff at Casey were so easy to work with and treated me with the utmost respect throughout the entire process I must admit that I hate waiting in a dealership for all the paperwork ...they had everything waiting for me upon my arrival and we were done as promised in less than an hour I recommend Casey, Mike and the maangement team to anyone looking for a new or used BMW. My first visit to Casey BMW was awesome. I told my friends about the awesome customer service. I had two of my friends and a relative to buy a car from Casey. My recent visit was not as pleasant. The service representative seemed to be friendly when I dropped my car off on Saturday to be he serviced The service technician called me that following Monday with a diagnosis. He then called me back that following Friday to tell me the diagnosis was wrong. He also informed me that the mechanic working on my car quit the job. The service technician said they were going to find someone else to look at the car and start over fresh with diagnosis. I saw a big difference on how customer service was not all that. I called daily to check on my car. Instead I was told HE WAS WITH A CUSTOMER. Hello I am a customer too. The service technician did not call me back!!! I left messages morning noon and evenings. I finally got in contact with him on Thursday. He gave me a diagnosis and again said that he was not sure of the causes but the price to fix the car was 3,000 dollars. I do not understand why a BMW dealer can not tell me what's wrong with my BMW. I am not going to pay for something that someone thinks is wrong I went to pick up my car the next day Friday. The service representative was so different from the first visit. He seemed to be unconcerned about my car. He made me feel as if I was unimportant to deal with. While in his office he never explained to us what was going on with the car.He just printed out the paperwork ask for diagnosis payment and then gave me the key. I was so disappointed that he was not sincerely concerned about me as a customer. I wanted to buy a car from that dealership but I changed my mind because of the service dealer who said my BMW was only worth one thousand dollars. Why would I give a rude judgemental person 3000 dollars to fix my car?

Over a week now I have been in the process of getting one tire and rim (aftermarket) replaced, which I now understand is somewhat of an anomaly. With little to no update I've had to proactively seek updates about the repairs not to mention not being offered a loaner until I was a week into repairs even though I'm within my warranty and it is customary to receive a loaner. My BMW advisor is extremely overwhelmed and as a result I am a week and four days into repairs that appear to have no end in site. I am an extremely reasonable person and I understand life/things never really go as planned, but my expectations of my advisor and this service department are nonexistent. No request made of her did she make it seem like it was an inconvenience. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Morrow on recent purchases of my M235 and X5 BMW's. Don is personable and especially knowledgeable on vehicles, features, and inventory. Likewise, the local "genius" and the recent "assistant genius" have been extremely helpful with technical issues. In all cases, the motivation, enthusiasm and energy of these members of the Casey BMW team are evident and so appreciated. I would like to provide 5 stars on my review, but regrettably, lack of respect for my time when I have made an appointment and traveled 50 miles from North Carolina precludes that evaluation. Thankfully, it was Mr. Morrow who discovered that after an hour and one half a simple lens replacement had not begun.

This has to have been one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Before I start, I'd like to say that not everyone is a xxxxxxx at the BMW. I had talked with Marilou before and she was very professional. I picked out my car on USAA and got a certificate with a guaranteed price. As soon as I got to the dealership, I already had bad vibes. I told the salesman about the certificate and he seemed shrug it off and proceed with showing me a car. I found him to be very deceitful as he showed me the same model of car that I had on my certificate, but it was the 'loaded' model. It was nearly 10K more than what I wanted! I found it hilarious that they wanted nearly 50K for what amounted to a luxurious Toyota Corolla with a sunroof. During the test drive, the salesman was very quiet and seemed to not be very knowledgable about the vehicle - I learned more about the car surfing around on Youtube for 10 mins. After returning, they appraised my car (which makes most of their bimmers look like a joke, trust me) and gave me a trade-in value that was so bad it was unreal. They told me that it would cost them $2000 to replace 2 tires, which I know for a fact are about $700 on average. When I complained, the salesman tried to subtly insult me. A little while later, he admitted that he hadn't shown me the car that I had the certificate for. The funny part was that they actually had that car in stock - in the same color I wanted! What kind of games are they trying to play over there?If you are a military member, I highly suggest you bring your certificate with you, shove it in their face and demand that they show you the car in the receipt for the price that it says. If not, walk out and complain to USAA. I refuse to tolerate crookedness and this BMW dealership is full of it. This makes me almost not want to buy a bimmer. I'm am disgusted at their tactics and will be going to a different dealership next time.PS: My goal is not to get the sales person in trouble and nor should they be. It was a series of poor decisions that reflect more on his manager than him. If anyone should get a talking to, it should be the manager. Shame on you!

Well each time my wife seem a BMW commercial on TV, at the end of it she always said that's a nice car. I would say, YEP!! One day!! Than the ad stated that the X3 had a special price. So while we were out one evening, we stopped by Casey BMW. They were in the process of closing on a Saturday around 7:45 pm. I simply wanted to just look inside the car. But a gentleman by the name of Ryan Thomas came over and wanted to take the time to show me the car. I told him that I was just looking, and know that they were closing, but he ensured me that it was ok, and not a problem. He displayed great customer service, by answering all my questions, then we left. Later during the week, my wife and I talked about what we wanted in the car, as well as the fact that I really didn't care to by a car from Casey, based on the pass. But because of Ryan, and the way he presented himself we went back to Casey BMW. We founded out that Ryan was the Sales Manager, but he put us with a young man by the name of Corey Street. Corey was fairly new with Casey, but he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles we looked at. Corey truly listed to what we were looking for in the vehicles, but wasn't trying to convince us to buy any thing just to sale a car. His customer service was outstanding.

I walked into Casey BMW one day to look around and get some information. Jimmy Jones came out and introduced himself to me and as they say, the rest is history. We hit it right off. Jimmy is Casey's BMW Genius. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about their cars. He found out what I was interested in and introduced me to a model I didn't know they had. Today I am leasing a beautiful BMW X4 35i xDrive Sports Activity Coupe. I have come to value Jimmy as a friend as well as well as being one of his clients. The other person who helped me with my lease is Casey BMW's General Manager, Lloyd Howell. He is another true professional I was fortunate to deal with. Lloyd was extremely helpful in arranging a deal and setting up financing that I was comfortable with. I would also add that he gave me a fantastic deal. I know that when my current lease is up, I won't consider doing business with anyone else, anywhere else. They have earned a new customer for life. I never imagined that doing business with a dealership could be so pleasant and satisfying, and yes, it's been a lot of fun !!

We had the fuel pump replaced in our BMW 328i. About a year later, the pump shut down due to connection problems and broken float. The car buying process is not necessarily fun to begin with, so it is frustrating that Casey BMW and their Sales Team made it even worse. Although the sales person and sales manager that assisted me were both very nice and knowledgeable, their follow through on getting pricing information (other than MSRP) back to me along with trade information for the car I wanted to trade in was non existent. Out of frustration, I finally called them to ask for this information (2 days later). I talked with the sales manager who apologized and stated he would get the information and call me back in a few hours. That never happened. The sales man called me the following afternoon to see what my thoughts were. When I expressed my confusion and frustration he also apologized and said he would find out what happened. I have never heard back from anyone since that conversation. I guess they don't need my business at Casey!

I brought my 2004 BMW X5 to Casey as a first time customer of their service center. Francine Stewart was the service advisor who worked with me during the repairs. The work I wanted done was quoted a price and the parts ordered when she called to confirm the work request. She kept me informed throughout the entire repair process and kept me involved. The work was done flawlessly AND on time. She brought me into the service bay and introduce me to the team that performed the repairs (that was a nice gesture). in the end, the repairs actually saved me money and was cheaper than the price quoted. My car runs "like a top" and I love the way it drives and handles. Francine and her team did a GREAT JOB!!! The overall experience was very good and I'll be sure to return for any future repairs or maintenance. Good job team Francine!

Okay we hit the lot to look at 2 Ford Edge Limited's. Hadrian knew what we were looking for in our introductions. I would recommend this dealer because of the level of care he gave us during the whole process. His knowledge of the history of the car we bought through the end when we drove away. We probably would have looked around town some more that day but Hadrian and the manager did enough to keep us there for the purchase. Then they kept us informed throughout the whole and gave us water made us comfortable enough to where we didn't pace the floor. We even got to take a few selfies with the immaculate i8. Every aspect of my recent purchase was handled with the utmost professionalism from receipt of the customer, overview of the product, options available, likes, dislikes, technical aspects of the Bimmer, ownership costs, competitor analysis discussion, comparison of models such as the Audi S5 and the Lexus RC 350 versus the 435i, knowledge of periodicals such as Car and Driver, residual markets and finance options. I was extremely satisfied when discussing the RC 350 that Duncan mentioned the Lexus RC 350 doesn't include a "rear view camera." Joe Hargraves helped me find the right car and he was super friendly and answered all of my questions. He even bought me a coffee during the test drive. I got a deal that could;t be beat and I also left with the car in the same day. I will definitely be coming back when I will plan to look for something more pricey one day. We had a very good experience at Casey BMW. Drew was very knowledgeable about the X3 and took time to answer all the uestions we had (and we can ask some questions!). We appreciated his demeanor and knowledge. He has called and emailed us several times since purchasing our car in September to make sure that we are satisfied. Wayne was very seasoned and professional and knew all about the selling aspects and appropriate forms to complete. He oversaw the process when we got to that point in the purchasing process. He is very good at this job. I have been to Casey BMW several times since our purchase and the staff is very courteous and welcoming.Unfortunately a metal bar was bouncing down I95 and I hit it. It will cost $1300 to repair and we will do that soon. At least it didn't come through the windshield and decapitate me!Betsy Poulsen

Since 2013 when I had the urge to experiment with other high performance, high end sedans and sports cars, I have dealt with new car salesmen at 5 different dealerships in the Virginia Beach, Newport News, Richmond and Williamsburg region. Mike is by far the the nicest, most knowledgeable, and straight-forward sales associate I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I really missed him at Casey BMW when he left to devote all his energies and caring to help his wife through her successful battle with cancer. And now that he is back, I look forward to buying another BMW from him in the near future. It says a lot about the management at Casey BMW when they take such good care of their best salesmen that Mike could leave at a moments notice and then be welcomed back as soon as his wife's health allowed them both to return to work.

Duncan Sullivan and Ray Calupitan made me change my opinion of Casey dealerships from bad to good. I had a poor experiences at other Casey locations in years past, but Casey BMW shares little more than a name in common and is a friendly & upscale dealership. There was never any pressure or annoying sales games played in the process, and they behave more like friends trying to help you buy a car that you liked enough to come and see. Duncan drew on his educator roots by clearly presenting the vehicle, explaining Casey BMW advantages, and listening during the test drive rather than reciting a sales pitch. After I mulled it over a bit, Ray gave me a very good price, Duncan whipped up all the paperwork, and a few dozen signatures later I was driving away with no buyers remorse. Thanks to you both.

All the purchasing transactions between my husband and Duncan were literally accomplished via email, text and phone calls, Ducan made the the process very streamline and again very very smooth. I am not normally comfortable going to car dealerships to look at cars due to the pressure of the sales personnel. I had been looking for a CPO X5 for almost 3 years. My biggest challenge was I wanted a very specific X5. I started working with Duncan in May and he really spent a lot of time walking me through all of the variances in the X5. He then introduced the idea that I custom build the specific BMW I want and participate in the Performance Center Delivery program. And I did exactly what he advised. I gave him a very tight range of when I wanted the car - like one specific day - and he moved heaven and earth to get the car built and delivered on that specific date. He worked with me on all the paperwork - overnighting when necessary, stopping by my office one morning, available by e-mail/cell - everything. Bottom line - he listened to me, recommended the best solution, I followed his advise, and now I have a fantastic "perfect" car and a trusted professional friend. If you are considering purchasing a BMW, definitely talk with Duncan, go for a test ride, and let him know what you're thinking about. If custom building a BMW is for you, definitely consider the Performance Center Delivery program and I know Duncan will set you up every step of the way.

Needless to say we purchased the vehicle. I had been looking for either a full size SUV or Pickup truck for almost two years. During that time I spoke with a lot of car dealers. Truly a sad experience from a frequent Casey customer. After a minor accident with a 3 series BMW we had the car towed to Casey BMW. Coolant was pouring out of the radiator at the accident site but somehow the service rep, Mike Kline thought it would be a good idea to drive this vehicle down Jefferson Ave. to the Casey Collision center. Fortunately someone at the collision center alerted us to this. After many discussions with service managers and corporate managers - we were told the car was completed, and "fixed". No worries - we were told. Casey "assured" us that the car was repaired correctly & we should feel confident that our daughter could drive it 8 hours to college. Well - that was NOT THE CASE - it proceeded to have continual coolant system problems until it was correctly fixed at the BMW dealership in Greenville SC. Fortunately they correctly diagnosed further problems that should have been fixed by casey. Sure haven't heard a peep from Casey management either. Needless to say - Casey has lost a long time customer.

This dealership may seem friendly but their parts department is constantly dishonest. For example they used to charge 56.93 for brake pad sensors, when bmw MSRP was 20 or so dollars. They have gotten better, rear diff cover which retails at (173.65), was offered to me at 253.67. They will tell me that is retail when it is not. Falkner/Tischer/etc say retail is 173.67 and offer it at 138.49 and 135.86 respectively. Buyer be aware, check your service charges as well.

My wife and I were searching to replace our X3 that we bought from Casey BMW 8 years prior. We received a call from Ray to bring our X3 to have it accessed so when Ray came back and gave us the accessment and we were surprised, so I ask Ray that we needed to see if another X3 with a 6 cylinder engine could be found. Ray told us that we would be working with Rob, so Rob searched thru the inventory with no luck but in the meantime my wife and I went on the lot and found a X5 (2013) with the 6 cylinder engine. I ask Rob to run the numbers with Ray to see what could be worked out . We were surprised again with the difference on the price between an X3 and a X5 with the end to the year discounts, so we purchased the X5 and have been very pleased. The car has more accessories than we need but they will be there if we need them and also the friendlineess from the Sales staff and service deptment will keep our family coming back to Casey BMW

From the first handshake to the last, our experience with Casey BMW was beyond expectations. We originally were assisted by Wayne Heath. When we returned to the dealership, Wayne was working with other clients. Rob Collins graciously offered his help so that we would not have to wait for an undetermined length of time while Wayne was preoccupied. We were looking at the 528i, of which there were several on the lot that featured the options on our wish list. Rob gave us a complete overview of the vehicle even before we sat inside for the test drive. His passion for the BMW line of vehicles was evident and it was, in fact, a selling point for us. Definitely!!! Duncan spent several hours with us demonstrating all of the different sub models of the X5 with us and also letting us test drive each one. I recently purchased a new 5-Series BMW and was assisted by Dan Williams. The whole process at Casey BMW was the most professional car purchase I have ever made to date. The atmosphere is professional and easy going with employees that genuinely want to help you. I never felt pressured at any point of the process. Dan was invaluable at explaining the features of the various models and took time to "listen" to me and what I was looking for in a new car. Once my decision was made I was kept in the loop the entire time as my car was being shipped to the dealership. The day I picked my car up Dan had all of the paperwork completed ahead of time and then helped me set up the electronics in the car. During the entire process I visited the dealership about 4-5 times (test drives, etc.) and each time I felt welcomed by all of the employees. I highly recommend Case BMW and Dan Williams.

It was Sunday afternoon and I saw a vehicle that I liked, so I decided to drop by the dealership thinking it was closed. Well, I was wrong. Mr. Bailey immediately came out from the dealership. I told him I was just looking. Well, he was very persistent and handed me his card. Then, as I was walking around the dealership, he started asking the usual questions salesmen ask trying to ascertain your status...trading, monthly payment, credit worthiness, etc. Quite amusing but I played along because he was a very nice guy. He also was very informative on the BMW models, told him I knew nothing about the brand, always been an Acura, Nissan or Infinity customer. But, I liked the 5-Series. He showed me the "Demos" for sale and we are going to set up a test drive for Tuesday. But, I really liked his customer service skills and anyone who braved 95 degree heat and walked me around the dearlership in that humidity gets a chance with me!

The vehicle was serviced, thoroughly cleaned, and prepped for delivery quickly and with great attention to detail (inside and out). On June 25, 2013, I called Casey Auto Group in reference to a used vehicle I saw advertised online. The number provided within the advertisement ended up connecting me with Casey BMW, despite the fact that the vehicle in question was actually located on Casey Hondas used car lot. The salesman that answered my call was affiliated with the BMW dealer, but seemed more than willing to assist me in any manner. At first, I thought to myself that this salesperson may have been willing to help simply to receive a sale, but as things progressed, this initial thought subsided. Rob Collins personally went to the Honda lot and retrieved this vehicle, parked it in the rear lot of Casey BMW, and ensured that the vehicle would not be shown and/or sold until I could come to look at it the following day. On Thursday, I met Rob for the first time at the Honda dealer and we took the vehicle for a short test drive. After the test drive, I was fortunate enough to meet the sales manager at Casey Honda, who was extremely rude, refused to work with me on the vehicles price, treated me as if I knew nothing about purchasing a car, and actually turned his back and walked away from me. Needless to say, this episode upset me to say the least and I proceeded to leave the car lot, telling Rob that he could free to call me should someone come to their senses and agree to make a deal. Within a couple of hours, Rob had worked with other managers at Casey Honda and had managed to get the vehicle to a price that I could live with. I came back later that evening, took the vehicle overnight, and made the purchase the following day. My dealings with Rob were professional and sincere. I honestly believe that when Mr. Collins told me he fought to achieve a more reasonable deal and that he had worked with other people at the Honda dealer that he actually did. Although I would have liked to have purchase this vehicle at a lower price, I feel that Rob did everything he could to make that happen and he was adamant that if the deal was not right for me, that it would not upset or offend him if I made the decision to walk away. I feel that Rob went beyond the call of duty, making sure that the small issues I found wrong with the vehicle were addressed promptly and correctly, the gas tank was filled, and the vehicle was thoroughly detailed inside and out before final delivery was made. All of my questions were answered in a professional manner, and any question asked that Rob did not know the answer to was researched and provided quickly. At the last minute, I discovered that the power lift gate on the vehicle was not functioning properly. Rob personally went to the sales manager at Honda and ensured that this repair would be made free of charge and walked with me to the service department of the dealer to schedule the appointment. Based on the experience above, Rob Collins has earned the trust of my wife and I, and although we do not plan to buy another vehicle in the near future, we would be happy to do business with Rob again.

The decision to spend >$40,000 on a car is not one that I wanted to be hurried or feel pressured to make before I gathered as many inputs as I could. Christina was very patient and most helpful during each of my 3 visits and even arranged for an overnight test drive to better appreciate the car. She had the day off when I made the offer that was accepted thanks to Rob Collins. Rob got all of the purchase paperwork prepared and delivery was prompt and painless. Despite being a BMW dealership both Christina and Rob took the time to learn Mercedes Benz functionality to more than adequately address every one of my questions. A funny thing happened to me while waiting for my car to get serviced. As usual, my wife, Paulette and I always grab a cup of coffee and visit Wayne Heath if he is not busy with a client. We met Wayne and then I started asking questions about the convertible Z4 which led us to checking them out as well as other convertibles. Well, when my service was completed on my 335i, we were waiting for the new 2013 328i hardtop convertible to be prepared for delivery to us (go figure, hey?). Wayne makes purchasing a car so much fun. He is a no pressure guy and diligently worked with us to work within our budget. He is really good at explaining and showing you all the neat features of the cars.Then, to top it off we finished the purchase with Dan Deir. He explains the financing, optional insurance/protection options, and easily works you through the paperwork. My wife and I went into Casey BMW in hopes of getting a new car for her. We were immediately greeted by Duncan Sullivan and it was really a delight to work with him and everyone else on the staff. From the beginning, everything was handled very well and professionally. The only "not great" things would be that I had to find the car that we ended up leasing that was at another dealership. Once I found the car, Duncan and the staff did everything they could and got me the car I had found. Also, one thing that caught me a little off guard was the fact that my car didn't have any floor mats and they had none in stock so I had to order some. I asked if we could just take some from a car on the lot in the same color, and I was told we couldn't. I guess it didn't make any sense seeing how that last dealership just took the floor mats from my car. Lastly, there was some confusion as to the capabilities of the car I leased due to changes between model years that was not passed on to me prior. However, Duncan did a good job with us and I would definitely go back to Casey if given the opportunity. Just some things I think could have been done better. Thank you for the car and hopefully there will be no issues with it.

I went into the dealership looking to purchase a certified used BMW, specifically either a 2010 or 2011 3-series model. Dan went above and beyond to ensure I was familiar with all the capabilities and amenities in the car. I found the prices of used cars very competitive at this dealership and also the sales person, Ryan , is very knowledgable person. He suggested couple of alternatives to get the car on loan as I dont have SSN or a job but still wanted to buy the car on loan. The sale is pretty straight forward although I wish the dealership should have provided some accessories as complimentary during the purchase. I didnt experience the service yet but Ryan promised a car wash whenever I visit the dealership. I will update the review if any red flags come up in future

Mr. Lloyd is definitely a man of integrity. He possesses the characteristics of a great salesman/manager. Although he was the manager, he made it personal. He actually introduced himself and welcomed me regardless of all of my uncertainties about purchasing a car. He was engaging, likeable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and truthful. I brought my wife's vehicle in here for service (oil change) and I must admit that initially it did go well. After getting the vehicle back we went straight home and parked the car. Well the next day I went out to warm the car up for my wife to leave for work and to my surprise the car was (tapping) loudly something it wasn't doing before I took it in. Thankfully she was able to go to work in one of our other cars but upon them opening I called the dealership and was initially greeted with a little push back that I didn't expect. But nevertheless I pressed on taking it back so that the shop foreman could listen to the vehicle and determine the source of the problem. And I'm pleased to say that the Service Staff went above and beyond to find and fix the problem as well as put to rest any and all concerns I may have had about their commitment to providing great customer care/service!

I live in Fredericksburg and was looking for a 2008 Lexus LS 460 L. I found one at Casey BMW and started a phone conversation with Demetra, went back and forth for a couple of days. She was exceptionally pleasant and friendly and wanted to accommodate me if she could. Of course, since she was a sales person I was expecting that. I decided to drive down to see the car on my day off. She bent over backwards to take care of me. She was a newer sales woman but made a great effort. They also suggested I drive a BMW 750i L (2007). It was a very nice car, but I really liked the Lexus. We came to a very good compromise on the price and they also replaced the windshield which had a small crack in it. I was happy with our negotiation and it was not high pressured. They realized what I was willing to pay and I knew they needed to make a profit. Because the windshield needed to be replaced I could not take the car. A few days later Demetra wanted to drive the car up to me on her day off. It was pristine. She and the dealership went out of their way to do right by this deal. It was a pleasure to work with her, Jimme, Lloyd and the rest of the team at Casey BMW.

I was looking for a quality used vehicle for my wife so I stopped by the lot to take a look at the used inventory not expecting to buy anything. That's when Mr. Buckhanon approached me. He was never pushy, answered all of my questions and assured me if I were interested, I would be buying a quality used vehicle for my wife. I told him I had just bought a home and didn't think I would qualify for a loan under my terms. He assured me that they could work something out that would fit my budget. I must say, although, I didn't go there to buy a vehicle the next day my wife test drove and hours later was driving away with a beautiful 7-Series Beamer. I can't say enough about Sammie Buckhanon and his customer service before and after the sale. Thanks to Sammie and Lloyd, I will definitely be doing business with Casey BMW again. I have purchased my new vehicles from Casey Toyota since 1995. I decided to make a change and buy a new BMW so I knew I would be given good service with Casey BMW and I was not disappointed. I was treated exceptionally well from the moment I pulled onto the lot. I was immediately greated by Lloyd who I thought was a Sales rep and come to find out he worked in the finance dept. He never hesitated to assist me with what I wanted. Then, he told me he was getting a subject matter expert on the vehicle I wanted and he would explain all of the features of the vehicle. And Wayne Heath was the man. He took me on a test drive and I was sold by the time we got back. I drove my new 2012 BMW 528i home that evening. First, I must say that my first BMW was purchased at Casey. The service was outstanding and the technicians knew the vehicles. Because of that I decided to buy the next BMW from them. Wayne, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and very friendly. He knew his product well and he likes what he sells. He made sure that everything worked well and that I knew the vehicle's features before I drove it home. Lloyd and Jimmy, the managers, checked with me each time I came by to make certain that I was happy with the car and knew all the features. Casey BMW gave me a fair trade in on the old BMW, a great price on the new one, and great service getting everything ready. If the service on my new 528i is as good as it was for my 328i, I will buy my next car from them.

I wanted to take a few moments to express my deepest thanks for the excellent customer service I received from Casey BMW and specifically Ryan Thomas professionalism and dedication to customer service. I had been looking for a pre-owned 335d for a few weeks. Last Friday I made an inquiry with Ryan about the pre-owned 335d you had on your lot. I decided to make the trip from Virginia Beach on Sat (my birthday)to see the car and also have you appraise my trade in. I was quickly greeted when I walked in and was told Ryan would be right up. Shortly after I was greeted by Ryan and taken to see the freshly washed and cleaned 335d. I have been in the auto insurance claims industry for over 14 years now and one thing for sure is clean cars make all the difference when customers see them. I was impressed at the level of detail in the cleanliness. While I was talking to Ryan outside and getting ready to go for a test drive Lloyd came outside and introduced himself and commented how clean my trade in was. While we took the 335d for a test drive Lloyd took the time to test drive my trade and look it over which cut down on the transaction time. During the test drive Ryan took the time to not only explain features of the vehicle but took the time to get to know me. I manage a large claims office with a major insurance company and the one thing I preach about to my employees is to take the time to make a personal connection with a customer. I have bought many cars over the years and I can promise you that I have never returned to the dealers who did not understand the fundamentals of good customer service. Casey BMW in my eyes understands and delivers excellent customer service.This may have been my first BMW but rest assured it will not be my last. I want to start off by saying this was the easiest and friendliest experience I have ever had with buying a new car. I came home this tuesday from Casey BMW with a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, which is pretty much my dream car. People who know me I don't do these type of things lightly, I research purchases heavily before I do them. One night last week I came home from work late and was surfing the net like I sometimes do to wind down and I happen to go to Casey's BMW's site and found an intriguing lease offer on the car I've always wanted. So at 1230 in the morning sun night/mon morning I was curious to see what they would give me in trade on my Honda CRV(which I also bought at Casey by the way) and found out in a reply email from Sammie Buckhanon that same night that I could get a very nice amount for my vehicle. It surprised me that I got a reply email so fast and from an actual person! I went to work the next morning Not thinking much about it, until I got a call around 11am from Sammie. He was so pleasant on the phone and asked what I was interested in so I told him, and we set up an appointment for the next day at 1130. Unfortunately, I had to cancel because I injured my shoulder at work the same day, so I emailed him later in evening canceling our meeting. My week passed and my shoulder got better and I received another call the following Monday from a customer representative so I rescheduled my appointment for the next morning at 1130 once again. As I was on my way to the dealership Sammie called me and asked me how my shoulder was very sincerely. I met him at the dealership and with a warm welcome we discussed what I wanted and what my options were, but we first got to know each other, there was no pressure or rush to " push" a sale on to me. He took the time to get to know me and we discussed my profession which happens to be a culinary manager for a very well know casual dining restaurant chain, and how his wife loves to cook. His personality definitely put me at ease. We went out to my car and he got the process going of getting an estimate for my vehicle trade in, he stated he wanted to get this done first so he would not hold me up and we could concentrate on a test drive for the vehicle I wanted. We went out to the car and was explaining the features of the car and we went for a test drive. He was very knowledgable and didnt talk to much while I was driving so I could enjoy my ride. He told me about how maintenance is included and about the run flat tires. We came back and sat down, and he gave me a time estimate of when I would be out of the dealership with my vehicle by 445 pm. I couldn't believe it. I came in at 1130. He worked with me on my needs and in my budget. Sammie introduced me to everyone and a tour of the dealership, which even has a gym! Everyone was so nice and warm. I work in the service industry and I know that building personal relationships are the key to being successful. I know that surprise and delight are essential and you don't see it much in today's society, so when I do I have to say something about it. By the way I walked out the door by 515 pm. I would have walked out at 445 but I was busy enjoying my experience too much! So I walked away with a great deal, within my budget, got my dream car and made a new friend, who I hope to see soon at my restaurant! PRETTY LATE, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO ALIVE!! I SAT DOWN WITH LLOYD, THE SALES MANAGER, AND WE CUSTOM BUILT MY NEW 2013 BMW X6 ONLINE. MY CAR WAS ORDERED THAT NIGHT WITH A SCHEDULED TIME TO GO INTO PRODUCTION THE 3RD WEEK IN JUNE, WHICH IS NEXT WEEK.. WHY AM I WRITING MY REVIEW TODAY YOU WONDER???? BECAUSE LLOYD AND RYAN ARE SO DINOMITE THAT THEIR PERSISTENCE GOT MY CAR INTO PRODUCTION, SHIPPED, AND ON THEIR LOT WAITING FOR ME IN "20 BUSINESS DAYS"!!!! ITS BARELY THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH AND MY CAR IS PARKED OUT FRONT! IT WAS SO AMAZING BECAUSE I HAD RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM LLOYD ASKING ME TO COME IN AND DISCUSS MY FINANCE OPTIONS AHEAD OF TIME SO THAT IN JULY WHEN I GOT MY CAR, THE PAPERWORK WOULD BE A BREEZE. YOU GUYS, I WENT INTO THIS DEALERSHIP EXPECTING BORING PAPERWORK.. RYAN GREETED ME AND TOOK ME ON A VIRTUAL TOUR OF THE ENTIRE SERVICE CENTER SO WHEN THE TIME CAME TO GET MY CAR SERVICED, I COULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GYM, LOANER CAR SERVICE, AND LOBBY.. WELL CHRISTMAS HAD CAME EARLY FOR ME THIS YEAR, BECAUSE WHEN WE RETURNED TO THE SHOWROOM, WHAT WAS SPARKING LIKE A BLUE DIAMOND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR???? MY CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! LLOYD'S PLEASURE CAME FROM SEEING THE LOOK ON MY FACE ONCE I REALIZED THAT MY CAR WAS REALLY THERE!! RYAN WAS PROBABLY HAPPIER THAN I WAS!! THIS WAS A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!! NOTHING BUT GREAT THINGS HAPPENED EVERY TIME I WALKED INTO THIS DEALERSHIP! THE PHONE CALLS WERE 100% GOOD NEWS AND MUSIC TO MY EARS!! ALSO, LET ME JUST MENTION THAT IM 21 WITH GOOD CREDIT IN THE 700's, BUT I HAVE NEVER FINANCED ANY LARGE AMOUNT OF MONEY.. SO OF COURSE BMW FINANCE AGENCY'S INITIAL RESPONSE WAS "NO" WITHOUT HESITATION OR EVEN A COUNTEROFFER. I recently purchased a very low mileage used Lexus ISF and drove it home. Soon after driving it the following day, I noticed that the brakes were squeaking. Being that the ISF is a true performance car with a 6 Piston and 2 Piston brake setup all factory, I thought it may just be wearing in. After I took a look at the brakes myself, I noticed that the wear indicator was already touching the brake rotors. I did mention this to Paul as well as their Finance individual. He spoke with one of the GM's or superiors at the dealership and they agreed to take care of the problem being that I just purchased the vehicle. I was told to schedule a service appointment to which I did. I dropped the car off at 8am last Friday and get a call at 3pm the same day stating that the brake pads "met their minimal requirements" before they needed to be changed and "they will continue to squeak". So now I am driving around with 30-day tags and brakes that squeak at every stop. This is very poor customer service in my opinion. I have purchased over 20+ cars and also recently purchased a new Passat TDI from Casey VW with no problem. Casey BMW on the other hand has lost my business entirely.

Stopped at Casey BMW to test drive a new 528I. We met Dan Williams in the parking lot and he gave us a car to drive. We appreciated being able to test drive the car without the salesman sitting in the back sit. After the test drive, we told Dan we were thinking it over and would get back with him. Dan called once for a follow up. We were pleased we were not being bugged every other day. Two weeks later we emailed Dan for the selling price of the car. We negotiated by email for a very smooth, stress-free buying experience. This is our second BMW purchased from Casey.

The saga continues...on my other post, my "certified pre-owned" car turned out to be down 2.5 quarts of oil upon delivery, a condition I noticed the first time I tried to drive it to work and the oil light came on. Casey's solution was to reimburse me for the Jiffy Lube oil change I was forced to make, and offered no other adjustment. The next problem was a whisteling sound at highway speeds; I had another BMW dealer check it out and they said the windshield had been improperly replaced - not mentioned on the CarFax statement Casey provided me at purchase, and that to fix it would lay the car up for several days. Next crisis was on my first long distance drive, a work trip to Penn State. Right after I passed the "Welcome to the Wilds of Pennslyvannia" billboard, the Service Engine light came on. Luckily, I was able to find a BMW dealer in State College, and they said there had been a service bulletin on the solenoid in this model, which Casey had somehow missed while inspecting my "certified pre-owned" BMW. Lastly, now that the overpowering stench of "new car smell" spray has worn off, I know why they had used it - the previous owner was a smoker, which is what the interior smells like now. In conclusion, if there is a used-car dealer trick or maintenance shortcut they missed, it wasn't for lack of trying.

After talking over to Mr. Buckhannon over the telephone, I knew I wanted to do business with this dealership. I was highly pleased with the service I received. Everyone were very polite, helpful, and patient. When I saw my car in the showroom, it was breathtaking. The car is beautiful and it drives great, I could not have made a better choice. Mr. Buckhannon took his time to go over the paperwork with me, I did not feel as though anything was being pushed upon me. He gave my son some training on the car and set up some of the options on the vehicle. Mr. Buckhannon assured me that when I made the trip from North Caroline to Virginia that I would not be disappointed and he was absolutely correct! This is my first bimmer and I researched it extensively through multiple test drives, comparisons with competitors, and internet research. Ryan not only answered my questions quickly and enabled an extended test drive in as close a car to my desires as possible, he followed up by helping build a custom configuration leveraging BMW's corporate website and dealer tools. The finance office matched my target price and even helped increase my purchase incentive after I had placed my order.I have no experience with the service center beyond a dealership tour, so I have not reviewed that area.I knew what I wanted and Ryan and Casey BMW enabled me to confirm my desires and turn them into aluminum, steel, leather, and paint.

Dan & Jimmy are great, like close family. Lloyd and Wayne always have kind words to say and help without that pushy feeling at other dealerships. Last year wife & I looked at Lexus & Mercedes but sold our Q56 and ordered a 2012 X5 through Dan, with Jimmy meeting USAA prices. Dan & Casey BMW scheduled our X5 pick up at the performance center/factory. Fantastic adventure and learning tool. We are sold on BMW for performance, comfort and safety. A "Performance Delivery" is a must experience!!!On Friday I took the X5 into Casey BMW for included annual inspection & oil change. Spent time with Dan and test drove a 2011 335i convertible on the lot I knew I couldn't afford last year. Wife dove it the next day while Lloyd appraised the Dakota SLT pickup I drove for 6-1/2 years with 133K miles. We really liked the 335i but didn't think $$ would work out. Didn't at first and I planned to keep the pickup another year or two. Two hours later Jimmy worked something out internally and met my $$ limit. Dan relayed the word & a few hours later the 335i joined the X5 at home. I've used the service department 3 times over the past year. First was the 1000 check-in of the X5. Then an oil change at 6,000 to ease my own "old school" mindset on break-in fluid changes and to put on a recall label. Last one was the annual BMW included oil change & vehicle inspections. Mike is "service" and is always attentive & a straight shooter. I asked to have the 335i assigned to Mike's service team. I went to BMW because of the product & information gleaned through the BMW CCA. I went to Casey BMW last year because I didn't like the "preferred pricing" scheme a BMW factory store in another town used. Casey BMW was more than an enjoyable experience, it was being accepted into a tight nit professional group that knows their product and customer service. No egos there - only friends.

Wayne Heath welcomed me to Casey BMW one Sunday afternoon as I was looking at new cars in the lot with my wife and daughter. He answered our questions without trying to sell us anything, offered us a test drive, and followed up during the ensuing week answering any questions I had. I thought his approach to sales was just right - no pressure, informative and custormer oriented. I am not a big fan of Car Dealerships, but there was something different about this one. I called ahead to make sure they had a used car that I saw online and they assured me it was there. When my wife and I arrived, Ryan Thomas meet us as I was getting out of the car and let me know that they were finishing up cleaning the car I was interested in. The entire time I felt comfortable as if I was just another one of the guys at the dealership and never felt like I was pressured into anything. Everyone I dealt with from Ryan to the managers were very pleasant and after finding a common ground on the price, I was able to leave that day in a timely matter with my new car. If I was staying in the area, I would go back when my wife and I wanted another car.

We have purchased many vehicles in the past and actually were looking to purchase a 2012 Lexus GS. After meeting Sammie from Casey BMW in Newport News, all I can say is that the GS became history. Sammie our client advisor made our first BMW experience awesome. He was friendly, personable and honorable. He made the experience pressure free. There was no haggling or hassle. What they promised they delivered. I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I am very demanding. Sammie never broke a sweat. He is a man of great character. I have purchased several new vehicles all different types and brands. This was the first time in a BMW dealership. I will now go nowhere else, unless Lloyd Howell is there! Our visit was very relaxed and rewarding. I came in with certain "must haves" and ideas. Lloyd worked with me to get the most for my money and desires. He took his time showing my husband and I the different options and styles, pros and cons to fit our needs. No pressure or pushing, which is very unusual from my past experiences! I felt very comfortable sitting and talking to him and reviewing the products available. I finally decided to buy a used 2009 BMW Z4 and am totally satisfied with it! I have my head set on a new 2012 and was worried about "unknown issues". Lloyd explained the BMW warranty and service, along with the Casey Service Team to take care of their customers. Mr. Buckanon is a stellar salesman, making me feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used BMW to ask for him by name!The only suggestion I'd make to improve the process is the contract preparation. We had agreed on sales price and my trade-in value, and I was not taking out a loan for the purchase, so I thought we were about done; however, at that point the salesman and I had to sit in the lounge for an hour (on Superbowl Sunday, which msde it seem much longer) until I was able to sign the contract and leave. Perhaps improved resourcing of this function would help eliminate the bottleneck.The other function I'd question is the service department. When I received the car two days later, I was told all fluids had been topped off. However, the first time I drove the car, to work the next morning, the oil indicator came on. I added half a quart and it went off, but out of curiosity I checked the washer fluid and it took almost a full gallon to top it off. I have to conclude that service was not performed.

I was in the dealership to have some service work done and had not intended to buy a car. I struck up a conversation with Sammie and after hearing what kind of car I had been driving and for how long, he mentioned they had a great deal that he thought I might like. I felt it was a great deal, but didn't have time to follow up at that moment. He followed up with complete information by the next business day, arranged to have a trade-in appraisal for my car, and generally took care of all the details to get the deal done quickly and without a lot of haggling and games you sometimes experience with car salesmen. He was knowledgeable about the product, sincere and straight forward in listening and responding to my concerns, and he found a way to help me get the deal done when we had a glitch on the trade-in negotiation. In short, it was the least painless, quickest car purchase transaction I've had. Sammie is as likeable a guy as he is a good BMW salesman. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.

Lloyd Howell is a wonderful man. I had a little different situation then most and he was able to work things out so that I walked out in a 2012 X3! Something I didn't think was possible. All of the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous, and respectful. Lloyd even played with my three year old son so I could sign paperwork and such. Lloyd Howell was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the car and very friendly. The used 2011 335i I bought was very clean and in great shape and I got a great price on it. Since I wasn't trading in a vehicle, I had to leave my truck at Casey BMW overnight and Lloyd brought it to my house the next morning, an hour's drive by the way. Dan Deir in Finance was great also, friendly and helpful. I had been to Casey BMW twice in the past with a friend and was always impressed with the quality of the facility and the friendliness and attentiveness of the people.

I went to Casey to have my 3 Series serviced. While I was waiting I had to check out some new cars. Ryan Thomas asked me if I needed help and I test drove 2 2011 new 5 series cars. Ryan was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with. I was interested in another brand of car but Ryan was very conscientious in contacting me about test driving a 2012 528I. My car buying experience with Casey BMW and Lloyd Howell could not have been better. I was able to negotiate the deal entirely by e-mail and phone, which was important to me because the dealership was 45 minutes away. They were able to find the exact car for me that other dealers couldn't seem to find, and at a price that other dealers couldn't/wouldn't match. Lloyd even made the 45 minute trip to my office to have me sign papers to conclude the deal. The only trip I made into the dealership was to turn in my leased vehicle and pick up the new one. My experience was absolutely outstanding in every sense. Prior to visiting Casey BMW I had already received several bottom line prices on a used BMW 530i and some trade-in offers on my car from other dealers. I provided Casey BMW the opportunity to beat their competitors without telling them what exactly the other dealer prices were or their offer for my trade-in...Casey BMW clearly beat them on both accounts. While making the quick purchase with my entirely family attending, our salesperson orderd pizza for my kids and made the transition easy and exciting. It's important to mention, after having drug my kids around several dealers to get their opinion, that even they noticed how nicely we were treated at Casey BMW. The used car I purchased did have one slight questionable safety issue that our salesperson noticed and quickly mentioned to us, however, they also offered to look at and repair it as necessary the following business day (this was on a weekend). Upon meeting the General Manager, he extended the offer for his service department to address any other issue that I may find in the coming days...this is on an older used car that clearly stated "As Is - No Warranty." I promptly made a list of minor things and dropped off the car with the service department - - and was even offered a loaner while they had it...did I mention that I purchased an older used car that came with no warranty?! Up to this point, as a very satisfied customer, Casey BMW earned my loyalty and I would definitely make this my first stop when I'm ready to upgrade again.

My car was totaled in a rear-end collision. Mr. Williams quickly found me a replacement Sebring convertible that was actually a year younger with less mileage. With the assistance of the dealership's manager and staff, an excellent, very affordable price was achieved. The few things (a brake issue and battery)that needed to be tweeked were done quickly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to offset a very scary situation. Mr. Williams was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to answer any and all questions to my satisfaction. I would certainly use this dealership and salesperson again the next time I am in the market to purchase an automobile.

I used to always take my BMW here to get serviced until I realized how much they rip you off and don't know what they're are talking about. Also if you look at the pre-owned cars they have for sale they are the biggest rip off. It's worth the longer drive to Richmond BMW because they actually treat you like BMW customers, not like your buying buying a KIA! When my 15 year old son knows more of the specs on the cars than the salesmen do, something tells you that your at the wrong place!

The service advisor I was assigned to was very unfriendly and proceeded to "inform" me about the type of transmission in my vehicle. He sated it had a GM transmission but alas my car has a ZF transmission in it, verified by the castings on the transmission. He then refused to update the computer in my car stating 7 year old cars can't communicate with our new computer! What? Why would BMW replace there diagnostic computer with a new one that couldn't communicate with half the BMW vehicles on the road. The service advisor then abruptly opened the bay door and said I could leave. Terrible customer service. BTW they charge close to 3 times MSRP for oil filters!Stay away from Casey BMW, they give BMW a undeserving bad name.

BMW offers 4 yr/48 month "free" service, yet Casey BMW still wants to charge you for state inspections - unlike ANY other premium car line (Lexus/Infinity/Acura, etc) dealer in our area. Every time I call or visit (twice before, i find them no more friendly than any other dealership I have aver used before.

The reason for my negative review is do to the workers at the dealership had a accident with my BMW they showed the accident to the service mrg who was only about 10 seconds away from me in the waiting area and move the car outside away from where they said the accident occurred and the they came and got me to look at the car. They had the vehicle for 16 days did not fix it then when I arrange to have the vehicle fix by another repair shop the took their loaner away and now over a month later they have not paid for the repairs and the rental and the diminish value of the vehicle.

While my current BMW was in for service I found a new BMW on the lot that I was interested in. Spoke to sales person who gave me a brochure and his card. I returned 2 days later and waited for sales person to finsh with another customer...he said he would be done in a few minutes. After 45 minutes I left to take care of some other business and returned about 1 hr later...sales person still busy but said he would be with me momentairly. I told him I only had a couple of questions. Over 30 min later I was still waiting so left. I called the sales person the next day and told him what I was interested in. He never called me back.
