I appreciate the salesman and his help with the car buying experience, he was wonderful. However, the stereotype of a car salesman was very evident in the action of the finance person, Dusty. He was condescending and used high pressure sales techniques.

Fantastic buying experience. Purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee last year in February. Contacted my great salesman Tony Goodman on upgrading to a Grand Cherokee. Tony Goodman went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and made sure the whole transaction went smooth. Cassens and sons will definitely be the chosen dealership when making future vehicle purchases.

Went buy this location to see about getting a trade in. The salesman they placed me with seem polite, but didn't seem interested in getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. Called him back a week later. He stated that he would look into financing for me, but I never heard back from him. That seem very unprofessional and a waste of my time. After this i was told by a person that recently went their as well and they stated to try another location as this one make it hard for black people to get approved. I will take his advice and hope that they get better with serving POC.

I took my Sprinter here to get 23 point inspection, new tires, brakes and oil change. First I talked to a lady to order tires. My husband specifically wanted low road noise tires. She sent me a email with two types of tires to choose from both were not specific to what we asked for. After talking to a man in the service department who was very professional he recommended tires for us. We ordered the tires. We needed 6 tires for our dully but 4 were ordered. On Friday we get a call asking if we needed 4 or 6 tires. We had to wait until Monday for the other 2 tires. After getting the van back we went on a trip. On our way home a belt broke our van it overheated and check engine light came on. Luckily we found a diesel mechanic nearby that fixed the belt. Our windshield wipers were worn out wich should have been part of the inspection. Our check engine light is still on. We called and was given a run around by service attendants. I was told they checked the belts and they were fine. Not the case considering it was a stock belt and the diesel mechanic showed it to us and pointed out the belt broke because of age. I will never deal with Cassens again. I have dealt with very unprofessional people who don't own up to their mistakes. I now wish I have went somewhere else. Being a Dodge Dealership I thought I could put my trust into them.

Do not buy tje tore warranty. You have to take it to them and drop off for a whole day to get a tire fixed. If you have a flat to bad warranty does not cover it if there stupid service departmant can not touch it!Highly not satisfied with this place!Go to south county dodge there service department top notch

bought a 2011 Town and Country from Holly Lyon and she was very helpful and I had a great experience. Also the finance manager was very helpful. There was absolutely no pressure It was one of my best experiences in purchasing a car and I have bought many from many different places through the years. I would definitely recommend this dealership and also Holly Lyon as the salesperson.

I was stranded near St. Louis, en route to Wyoming, with a major fluid leak. Drove to Cassen's, the closest Dodge/Chrysler dealership, and presented myself at the service counter. Randy Voyles, Asssistant Service Manager, took care of me immediately even though everyone was pretty busy. Mr. Voyles looked under the hood, evaluated the problem, then asked one of the mechanics on duty to confirm his evaluation. Turned out to be a leaking brake fluid line coupling that needed to be tightened. No charge, no sweat, the most painless visit to a dealership service department I've ever experienced. Bought a brand new car from Cassen's was very satisfied with the buying experience, however, when it came time for warranty repair it was the worst experience I've ever had VERY rude to me, after telling me they would not cover my warranty issue they then charged me for something that they knew would not fix the problem without even asking if it was a service I wanted . SO disappointed and in the next year was planning on buying another car here. NOT NOW!!! Horrible customer service!!!

April 9 , while passing through on our way to Tulsa, Ok our truck had major issues . We stopped at Cassens and stood at the service desk for awhile before anyone even acknowledged us. We were told to leave it and they would try between now ( tues) and Monday to look at it. Went directly to Federico Chrysler Jeep Dodge and had the truck fixed and drove off in a 2014 jeep Sahara on the same day. Lesson: lost a 2k repair and also a 36k sale. Be nice to out of state people.

my experience at cassens was great, the staff created a friendly environment. there was no high pressure sales men and they gave us many different vehicle choices. they informed us on a regular basis on the cars that came in that we may have been interested in. i would recommend cassens to any one who is in need or just wants a new car.
