He took his time in assisting us with every aspect involved in purchasing a car and was never pushy. We felt comfortable with him from the start. What also impressed me was that once you have made your purchase, you are not forgotten. Bob contacted us to make sure that all was well and that we were happy with our purchase. The Castilone Dealership has done a complete makeover inside and out. What it looked like before and to what it looks like now, it's just unbelievable! It's compared to an old lady getting an unbelievable make over. She ends up looking like a 25 year old and winning a USA Beauty pageant. The people who own this dealership should be commended for what they have done. It sure was an overwhelming project but well noticed by this customer. I would like to thank Nickole Millette the salesperson who worked really hard to make this sale on my new Jeep. We think she is a fantastic salesperson. She worked really hard to get the rock bottom lowest price for me. She really scrapped the barrel. Castilone is lucky to have her. I went form a Chevy Equinox to a Jeep Cherokee 4 cylinder FWD. I love how it handles on the snow and icy roads. The gas mileage is Excellent. I could not ask for anything more. J.G.

We went to this dealer because the salesman there, Tracy Hainesworth, has sold us about 8 vehicles in the passed. He always finds what we need and is never too pushy. He listens to our questions and almost always has the answers and if he doesn't he finds the answers. We always try to get others to go to him. We found the dealership as a whole very friendly and helpful. We went in on a Tuesday and had our vehicle on Wednesday. Great!

Jose was very friendly and helpful. Austin also was very nice. Only problem would be you need fresh coffee!! We Love our new 2014 Dodge Crew Cab thanks again also we got a discount at Alex's!! Facilities are not done yet but I am sure they will be beautiful. Also we have not had a need for repairs.. (yet)

Well I am now a proud owner of a Jeep Compass. My husband & I didn't plan on buying right away ... but Jose Otero showed us some Jeeps ... he was not pushy in any way. I really felt comfortable with him & the rest of the staff. They gave us a great deal & a Jeep that I really like a lot. Haven't had service yet ... but we did meet the guy in charge & the service area is beautiful. They are newly remodeling the whole place ... I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

I had been looking for a new car in Batavia, NY. After an extremely poor experience from Toyota, I decided to look at cars at Castilone. I worked with Austin and Nickole, however everyone there welcomed me and were all EXTREMELY helpful. They made sure the car had all the features I was looking for and worked with me to find a car within my price range. They did not pressure me at all like some dealers do - instead, they went through each feature and made sure the car was exactly what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and down to earth which made the buying process a breeze. I ended up buying a Jeep Cherokee and couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will not buy a car from any another place!

All in all, this was a good and positive car buy experience. Nickole and Mr. Strauss were both great to work with and their low pressure, no hassle, no gimmick approach was appreciated. Unlike the big city dealers who will pressure you and use their sales tactics ("What can I do to put you in this car today?"), there was no pressure to buy. Mr. Strauss worked directly with me to help me find a number that I was comfortable with on my lease payment. I received a fair price for my trade and Nickole even entertained our young boys while we sat with Mr. Strauss. There were a few details lacking on the service end (not by Nickole or Mr. Strauss) but all in all our experience was positive.

All and all, our car buying experience was a positive one. Nickole and Mr. Strauss (one of the owners) low pressure, no hassle attitude left my wife and I feeling very comfortable. Unlike the big city dealers, there were no levels of "middle-men" to work through. Mr. Strauss and I worked together until I found a price I was comfortable with and I was given a fair price on my trade. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics used (i.e. - "What can I do to put you in this car today?") and Nickole entertained our young boys while we sat with Mr. Strauss. There were a few details that were lacking when it came to service (not by Nickole or Mr. Strauss) but all in all it was a positive experience.

Just purchased a new car and received outstanding service from Nicole and Alex, both of whom went out of their way to help make purchasing a new car a great experience. Had a last minute problem since my daughter wanted to purchase my car after I agreed to trade it in. Both Alex and Nicole made solving this problem easy.. After purchasing the vehicle Nicole spent over an hour with my wife and I explaining in detail all the various features of the automobile. Being in our 70's we are not totally computer literate but Nicole went out of her way to make us comfortable and to educate us. She has contacted us by phone twice since the purchase to make sure all our questions were professionally handled. We have had a very pleasant experience.

My husband and I are looking to replace our vehicle. We found a car we were interested in and called to take a look at it. Even though the appointment was made several days in advance the car did not arrive on the lot until and hour AFTER our scheduled appointment. There was no apology for our wait. We are patient people and understand that things happen, but that was rude. Worse, however, is that I was completely ignored by the men "showing" the car. All conversation was directed to my husband and every time I answered a question, conversation was redirected back to my husband.We had also made it clear what our financial restraints were, but the salesmen ignored this and continuously bumped the price well beyond what we could afford. Also, their idea of "showing" us the car was to do a quick google search which we had already done before making our appointment. Over all we wasted several hours with this dealership and do not recommend it to anyone.

Why go any where else. The entire buying experience was painless. Walked in on sat and drove home the brand new jeep compass I wanted on Monday. No pushy sales, the whole staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this dealership to anybody, will be a repeat customer and live 10 minutes away from another jeep dealership. Still get customer satisfaction calls from my salesperson Tracy, and its been almost a year since purchase.

I just want to say that I had stopped at Castilone Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM just to look, and I'm so glad I did. The Castileon Car Dealership has proven to be one of my best choices when it comes to buying or leasing a vehicle. After roaming through some other huge dealerships that left me feeling like I was at a County Fair, I was very pleased to find one that seemed to fit my needs. Their attention to detail, and the effort to make me feel at ease was paramount to my decision to do business there. I felt as though they were truely there to answer my questions and fill my needs, not just to push a car on me that I didn't want or need. I have been looking at the Jeep Patriot for almost a year. Reading reviews, watching vidoes, and learning all I could about this 4x4. I wanted a four door, four wheel drive, and like a lot of people, I like the boxy look of the Patriot. Plus, it was in my price range. Living in Wyoming County, NY, we get a lot of snow here during the winter months. I had heard that the Patriot was going to be discontinued (at that time), so I decided to buy one now otherwise face another winter driving on these snowy, windblown country roads in my little Toyota Corolla...Not fun. I was referred to Castilone's in Batavia by my Dad, who had a great buying experience there buying a new Dodge Dokata 4x4. He even recommended I see his sales associate, Nickole. I am glad I did. It was a typical cold November evening when I arrived at Castilones for my appointment. Nickole had a new Jeep Patriot 4x4 pulled right up by the front door all warmed up and ready for our test drive. As I drove around, she professionally explained all the Jeeps features and options. As I had researched this Jeep for about a year, I knew almost everything. My sales associate knew more. I was impressed. Nickole was very professional, caring and attentive to what I wanted. I could see she was genuine and sincere. I was not pressured into anything I didn't need or want and was informed of all the current rebates and sales, as well as available options and add-on's like undercoating, window etching for security, etc... She asked what I wanted, and followed through. I am very please with my Jeep Patriot. It's been a year now and I have just over 10,000 miles on it. I really like this dealer. My sales person was and is Nikole. She is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. I have purchased 2 cars from her, and I will go to her for my next one. The service department is also very good. I have them do all my oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I can highly recommend them. I have recommended this dealer to several people, 2 of whom have also purchased cars. Because they referenced me, I got $100 off of future service calls. Can't beat that!

I leased the new 2014 Jeep Cherokee through Castilone CDJ without any hassles. I made the deal over the phone and the vehicle was delivered to ME the next day. Superior service and friendliness all around, especially from Stephen Castilone himself and salesman Stephen Castilone, Jr. Not the closest CDJ dealer to me, but the most efficient and dependable. Definitely worth the drive compared to the "other" CDJ dealers closer to me!

This dealership is a perfect example of why car dealers have such a poor reputation in general.I drove 100 miles,one way,to view a truck that was listed on cars.com.Since it was so far away,I asked many questions during the phone call with the sales person.I described my trade in,told them i had my own,pre approved financing,and was assured that the asking price was negotiable.After a two hour drive to the dealership,i test drove the truck i came for.It was excellent,and i was ready to buy.Then,the games began!They appraised my trade in,and offered me an amount that was 1955.00 LESS than the previous dealer i visited.I told them this was unacceptable,and of the previous dealers offer.Their solution to this was to offer me financing,through their lender,at a much higher rate,and longer term, than my own bank,to make up the price difference?SERIOUSLY?My last effort was to make a serious cash offer on their truck,very close to asking price,using my own bank.They simply refused my offer.They did not even counter offer. So,to summarize,they mislead me over the phone,prior to making the trip.Once i arrived,they low balled me on my trade.They tried to finance the higher cost at a predatory rate,for a longer term,to match my banks payment.Then,although they assured me the day before that the price was negotiable,they refused to negotiate.They wasted my time.They wasted my gas.They insulted my intelligence.Please spare yourself the trouble of visiting this dealership,there are many other reputable dealers that will treat you with respect,honesty,and genuinely earn your business.Castilone certainly will NOT!

My recent experience with Castilone Chrysler has been a nightmare. I took a car to their Clarence Resale Center for a repair trusting that the repairs would be done at that site by the mechanic who had done prior work to address a minor oil leak on 6/24/2013, he replaced the oil pan gasket for $157.15 leaving the impression that the minor leak had been addressed and would no longer be an issue. Three month later my 2006 PT Cruiser with 29,500 miles on it was still leaking oil, I brought it back to the Castilone Clarence Center Resale lot in Clarence and was told that the source of the problem was a front crank shaft seal and that the repair would take approximately six hours and could include a timing belt and water-pump if necessary. I greed and brought the car in at the appointed time for the proposed repairs trusting that the diagnosis was accurate. Later that day about three in the afternoon I called to find out what time the car would be ready, the mechanic said he had to get back to me that it was not finished. At four when I again spoke with the mechanic was informed that my car had been driven to the Batavia lot. I called the Batavia lot's service manager and was advised that the $600-950 repair would be considerably more because the leak was a major leak requiring a repair that would require a replacement of the short block, crank shaft, and bearings. I told the manager that I wanted my car back immediately and informed him that my next call would be to the NYS Attorney General's office of consumer complaints. My car was the driven back to the Clarence lot where I picked it up the next morning and was provided with an explanation that simply did not make sense. I was not informed before hand that the car was going to be driven to the Batavia lot forty miles east of Clarence, if I had been I would have said no an retrieved the car immediately. If the leak was so bad at that point risking catastrophic failure what reputable repair shop or dealer would take the risk of driving a customer's car forty miles without first consulting with him/her. My advice to anyone is to steer clear of the Castilone Chrysler dealership and any of it's used car operations. I have made my complaint to the BBB and to the NYS AG's Office for Consumer complaints.

We received a phone call from Castilone about buying our 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. We were told that since they had our van sold already (basically someone called them and was looking for a van like ours) or (they wanted to get us in the door), either way they told us that we'd receive a very sweet deal and they would work with us the whole way through because they wanted our van very badly. After almost 2 1/2 hours we were slapped in the face by their "sweet deal". They offered us peanuts and by peanuts their offer was .50 on the $1 on our trade in. REALLY??? They offered us 50% of our vans worth, our payments would go up $100 and the gas mileage was only 5mpg more than our van gets now. So all in all, this is the second time we went to this dealer to buy a vehicle, they didn't have what they said they did the first time we went and we received a big slap in the face this time! Well guess what? IT WILL BE OUR LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!

The seats came in. I had so much hope for dealing with this dealership. It never should have taken so long to complete the deal. I have always been loyal to American brands and hope to still be even after this. I don't know if I can recommend this dealer. We'll see how it goes in the future.

On 11-05-2012 I purchased a 2006 Dodge Caravan from Castilone Dodge Jeep for my daughter. The rear seats were not in it. They gave my daughter a We Owe slip for the seats. We were told they would have them within a week by the sales person. A week then two went by and still no seats. A month later the sales person told me they were getting them from the former owner. Another week went by and I was told by the sales person that she had a quote on shipping but was trying to find someone to ship them for less. Two week ago on 1-11-2013 we were told they were being shipped. Still no seats. Big inconvience for over two months now. Can`t do her share of the car pooling.

The bold internet listing price is $2000.00 less than the actual selling price of the vehicle. This fact is buried in the seller's notes. It is very misleading practice. There are enough reputable dealers out here that I don't have to patronize this one. I will never visit this business again.
