Engaged in a number of calls and emails about trading for a vehicle that this dealer had. Always prompt on their reply, respectful and knowledgable. We could not come to a agreement on the trade but overall and good experience.

My purchase experience was terrific. The Cauley guys were very helpful in the process as I customized my 2013 California order, making great suggestions along the way. They kept me fully informed as my car progressed through the build process in Maranello and ultimately through the delivery in Michigan. The car was delivered precisely as speced and is fabulous. Post sale, the Cauley guys are great about creating fun opportunities for Ferrari owners to get together and enjoy their cars. I would buy from these guys again.

Service was done promptly and with OEM parts not the knockoff aftermarket junk that most shops try to use to cut corners! I will continue to do business here & recommend their services to anyone in need!

I took my 2010 Maserati in for service and it needed a wheel, tire, and alignment, they told me it would only take a few hours. (it took 5 while I was waiting) They were very rude and unpleasant, it seemed like if you didn't drive a Ferrari they treated you like garbage. (I have since bought an FF and am looking at another one NOT FROM CAULEY) A Ferrari customer came in and they were very nice, pleasant, and treated him like a king. SO I can see now why Cauley has lost most his dealerships. I would never recommend or purchase anything from Cauley.

No question the main reson I'll buy another Ferrari at Cauley is because of the service department. These guys all treat you with courtesy and professionalism every time I come in.

Dan is a top notch gentleman and a true professional. He took a lot of time with me explaining the various aspects of the cars as well as the ordering process. You might expect an attitude when walking into a Ferrari store, but Dan and the rest of the staff there show none of that.

Dan Kizner was a pleasure to work with. I had looked at several other vehicles but Cauley's was the only dealership that I felt comfortable with buying my first Ferrari. Dan allowed me to bring in my techs to look at the car up on the rack before buying it. I was surprised to have my car delivered to my house at no cost. I have been buying sports cars for 30 years and this was definetly first class. Thanks Dan for making my dream come true ...

Went ok, the lady didn't make any judgements based on my age, but I was wearing a suit, so that probably helped. She spent the time with me and let me sit in a number of cars. However, she told me that they didn't offer test drives of Ferraris, only Maseratis, but when my fellow Viper owner dropped by later that week, she let him take a Ferrari out - just because the guy was about 3 years older than me and bald...<br><br>So, it was OK, but I didn't apprecaite being lied to.
