My 2009 Ford fusion now has 297,000 miles on it. I give credit to Causeway Ford for servicing my car every 5,000 miles for oil changes and any necessary services which are required. They always give me the best deal on tires and any other services. I also am continuing to get free oil changes as was promised when I purchased this vehicle in October of 2008. My 2009 Ford fusion has only ever been serviced at Causeway Ford. I believe that you get what you pay for and Causeway Ford stands behind their work. I have the utmost praise and thanks to everyone at Causeway Ford. Service advisor, Becca, is terrific. She is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. She kept me informed of the repair progress on my vehicle. A great big THANKS to everyone at Causeway Ford, from reception to collection! 😊

Skip was amazing to work with! I was looking to trade in my truck for one with 4x4 so I could drive on the beach as well as better gas mileage. While they didn't have what I wanted in stock right away, skip found me an incoming bronco sport in the coolest "cactus grey". I have never owned a Ford before but I am very pleased with my new SUV! Skip was great at communicating the time frame for the delivery, which was even shorter than expected. The finance team helped me get the coverages I needed and did not pressure me into any extra add ons. The lifetime oil changes are a nice little extra perk as well!

This was the easiest, most enjoyable vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. Randy Evans was my salesman. Zero pressure...he went over the every aspect of the truck before I bought it...and I could not be happier with this purchase. Free lifetime oil changes...and they threw in a pair of step-up bars for free. This was my first Ford purchase after being a lifelong Chevy owner. I lease a Ford Focus. A harness broke and Caueway Ford was the dealership around that had the quickest appointment. I dropped my car off on a Saturday and was told it would be done Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around and no call. I leave a message. No return call. I call Thursday, no return call. Friday I get a call that the car is done. I go to pick it up and right away I noticed three big scratches on my drivers side door. One scratch is a dent!! I told the cashier and she told me to call in a few days (they are closed for a few days) and bring it back to get it fixed. If it wasn't for the dent, I wouldn't bother with this place again. I really do not want to drive another 45 minutes one way so they can fix their huge mistake. But I will attempt to call and hopefully they will fix this for free. Never going to this place again. Ford sucks.

I recently purchased a 2016 Lincoln Navigator from a Lincoln Sales Consultant Jennifer Maier. Jennifer took her time with me, and choose the most PERFECT vehicle that she knew would fit my needs. We went over what I needed to have in my new vehicle, and she pulled it up for me. It was exactly what I had hoped for. Everything about the Lincoln is wonderful. With Ms being my handicap our salesman did everything he could to accommodate my special needs. Allowing me to get in and out of the vehicle in the drivers seat, the passengers seat, experimenting with me to see how easy the cargo space was and providing me with a safety pad for the rear bumper so my wheelchair and walker do not scratch it. I paid a fair price for a great car!

Two words "go there" This is the 3rd vehicle I purchased from there, two in a bout a year. The sales team went above and beyond even my expectations. I gave them a very specific set of parameters as to what I would purchase if they found it. To my surprise Wallace Moore called me out of the blue one day and said "stop in I found your truck" I was so specific in what I wanted I thought he was kidding but to my surprise there it was. After test driving it I saw another much larger truck that I jokingly said what's the story with that one. He got the keys and said take it out. Well after the test drive I said to bad its out of my range. I was told to hold on. He came out and well to shorten the story I drove off with a beautiful Ford F150. They went above and beyond in putting me into my truck. A truck that I wasn't even in the market for but could not pass up the incredible offer. Stop in go see Wally Moore and dont be surprised if you drive away with an amazing deal.

I am not the easiest of customers to please. Maybe a dealers worst nightmare in that i do bunches of homework on what I'm buying and what's available out there . If you want a Sales person that works as hard as I do when I'm making large purchases then ask for Jennifer Maier. Jen helped me find the perfect car for my wife, setup a good lease and then delivered the car to me at work. How can I ask for more than that? My wife is exceptionally happy with her new vehicle. A big thank you to Jen, Chris and all of the team down there. Now, I want an F150 Lariat (this will be my toy) and after getting such great service the first time around, I'm looking forward to working with them again.

Horrible experience from the salesman to the general manager. After endless hours and verification of the value of my lease the deal on the table made in good faith was not the end result on my paperwork. Scam!!! Never received any receipt for my "turned in vehicle"! When I tried to resolve the issue I left countless messages and emails and when my call was returned I was called a liar and "there was nothing they could do". I have since filed a complaint with Honda Customer Care and the Better Business Bureau. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone.

Customers beware. Service department is unreliable--claimed they called me before doing repairs and did not. Also told me car was ready then took me and two Causeway employees at least 15 minutes to locate it. Buyers beware. Please do not purchase an extended warranty from Causeway. Restrictions apply and are geared to tie you into going there and not to another Ford dealer to have repairs performed. My family and I will no longer lease or purchase vehicles from this dealership.

I was reccomended by costco programso the night before i looked up the car and it was there on linei called that moment and asked the girl who was working if car was still available and was the price on the car accurate and she confirmed all was good ,so I drive down there and walk in and go to the exact car i was looking at on line and had confirmed with the girl the night before, and the price is $6000.00 more then is listed on line so the sales man comes over and i show him the ad from their on line web site and he tells me he cannot honor that price , i was very dissapointed and frustrated at the same time it seems they try to lure you in with special offers then blame other people for the confusion, not only was i going to pay cash for the car i was also looking to lease or finance another car, i can't believe they let me walk out the door, another dealer would have done anything to keep me there and take my money and I guess i will find a dealer hungry enough to keep a customer

This dealer is dishonest. We originally went in for an airbag recall but when we got there they didn't have the parts so they tried to sell us a new car. They lied about the condition of my Ford ranger for a trade in. They told me it was a rust bucket and if I traded it in they would not be able to sell it.They told me they took it for a test drive but we saw the truck in the parking lot never move. They told me it could basically crack in 2 pieces from the rust underneath and it was not a safe vehicle. I immediately went to my mechanic and they put it on the lift so we could see that there was nothing wrong with it. Causeway just wanted my truck because a lot of people are looking for a used one. This a such a travesty of justice .... I would have bought a vehicle if they were just trustworthy and honest. My family has dealt with this dealer for over 35 years and they have gotten worse over the years.Recently I went online to Cars.com and saw some cars listed at this dealer but when I called they didn't have any in the lot but had other models. They lied to try to just get us in the dealership.

After posting a factual review and still debating to contact consumer affairs Causeway has taken the Jeep back and agreed to do the breaks and change the clock spring. It is now into its third week with my Jeep. Last time it was about 6 weeks, it was in for the same reasons last time, but Causeway said they could not find anything wrong with it. So much for my Island Beach State Park Pass, they have kept it in their shop more then I have had it. I never received a phone call back from the GM when it was last in. Lets see if I receive one this time.They are sneaky and try to get out of their agreements. I couldn't drive the Jeep over 55/60 MPH because of the rotted out bushings, front shocks or suspension and the need for front tires. All of which other mechanics are say need serious attention, even their mechanic says to replace them. Their Sales Manager Rob is not allowing it, only what needed for safety. Crazy thing is, even the mechanic says I need these items.Vehicle was returned damaged, still waiting on them to have it fixed (3 weeks, still going)Dishonest sales team, sales person won't contact me

I do not recommend the mechanics or the used car sale department at Causeway on rt 72 in NJ...I recently purchased a used Wrangler from Causeway. So far they have not held up their end of the sale. Even though I have been given some of the items, I still do not have items I was promised.I was even told they can no longer get the items I needed. I found them on-line no problem and its less then 10yrs old. I have had issue after issue with the wrangler and the sales department, total opposite experience of when they wanted to make the sale. I was originally told it would have a 100,000 warrantee and told, don't worry we will take care of you.... We settled on a full 6 month warrantee that I am still trying to have them honor. Immediately after getting the wrangler the entire fuel tank was replaced. They honored paying for that, but they let me leave (after keeping my Jeep for about 6 weeks) with out fixing the additional list of items that were bad. For example; it has been confirmed by other NJ certified Mechanics that the tires are bad, I have no rear break pads or rotors and the steering column has an issue involving the airbag and so on. Yet their mechanics are denying that they can find any issues at all and the sales manager has said they have covered enough and will not going forward.I will repost at the end of my 6 month warrantee...

Took my vehicle in for my vehicle cutting out while driving. It only has 8000 miles on it and has been there for 8 days. The part came in but they said it was damaged and had to order another one. Allegedly it came in and was supposed to be done yesterday but nothing. Still waiting, had a rental car for 8 days now. No offer of a loaner, just give us the rental bill and we will submit it to Ford to see if they will pay for it. No more service from them, I'd rather drive to another dealership.

Went to look at Ford Edge Limited's but they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. I stumbled upon a certified used Lincoln MKX with low miles. Fell in love with the car but after doing some research after I bought the car, I spent at least $4K too much and I didn't get the color I wanted. Guess it's my own fault. Otherwise, other than feeling like a sucker after getting them to move their extremely overpriced price down twice, they were all professional and friendly. Do your research and walk away if it's not exactly what you were looking for.

Wendy and everyone in there is beyond amazing! I am 20 years old with no credit or co-signer and got me a car,twice. They are beyong amazing there. I bought one car and it was totaled a week after buying. They helped me with the gap insurance and the bank and everything. Wendy was amazing.finally after weeks of dealing with gap we were finally able to get me into another car and they got me in one the same day! I have probably been the most chanllening customer in all of causeway, they all know my name, but I wouldn't have wanted to deal with that situation anywhere else. I've been shopping at causeway ford since 1998. Now my daughter is getting ready to get her license in September and we wanted to buy her a safe and reliable car. After looking at all your used cars we choose a 2008 ford focus. It was beautiful inside and out. It did however have a few things to be fixed and thanks to our sales person Nancy everything was done to our satisfaction. After the sale she didn't just forget us. She takes the time to go over every important detail of our new vehicle so that when we leave the lot, we know how to use all of our vehicle's new gadgets and we're not wondering how to operate one of the many great features that now come with every new Ford and Lincoln.

The customer service was very good at the dealership, I was greeted right at the door. Chris found me a list of cars that I was looking for and drove them up to the front lot so i could take a look at the difference between the models. He was very friendly and showed good interpersonal skills.I would recommend my friends and family to buy from causeway ford. very well priced and worked with my budget. I ended up buying the 2014 Ford Focus.

She is friendly and knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make this a pleasant and fun experience. She does an outstanding job from the beginning to the end of the transaction. If she does not have an answer to a question, Nancy will make sure that she gets it for you. She is always there to help.Causeway also offers great service. They aim to please.

Dropped off a 2013 Ford Explorer for repair and 5 days later part still hasnt arrived. Its a Ford not a Maserati, every day its the part didnt make it in the latest Fedex shipment from Ford, we thought it was coming but didnt come yet. I would think Ford Motor and the Dealerships would have a better system w communicating true eta dates with their parts. No followup with Ford as to why it hasnt arrived. They sure communicate great when its time to buy or lease a new vehicle. Disgraceful handling of this, no regard for my not having a vehicle for a week, no offering of loaner vehicle, just incompetence. I am on vacation far from home and now forced to pick up a car that still has engine trouble light on and stalls and drive it back home to have it repaired there. I'd avoid repairs at this dealership or leasing a Ford at all costs.

I went into the Causeway dealership looking to replace my curent used vehicle. I wasnt attacked as I walked into the dealership by salesmen. I met with Mr. Al Angelo a very pleasant and attentive gentleman. He asked what my vehicle selection was, my usage for this vehicle and my price range. Mr Angelo kept focused on those items and never tried to exploit them to his advantage. I was walked around the lot, Mr. Angelo's knowledge of different brands of vehicles was very helpful and whittled down the selction quickly. Suprisingly, I found a 2006 Hyundai Tucson SUV that I had previously determined was the best value for my dollar before I entered the dealership. There was no high pressure sales pitch at anytime. My children were with me and of course they wanted to sit in every sportscar on the lot. Mr Angelo remained patient and made the "experience" memorable and fun for them. I was introduced to the finance officer, Mike, who explained the financing criteria and my options thoroughly. He took the extra time to make sure that my selections were also within my budget. A month has passed, two days ago, I stopped into the dealership to pick up my new license plates, and the undistracted personal attention I received was admirable. The staff welcomed me, remembered me a month later and didn't give me the cold shoulder one could expect from some dealerships after they "made the sale". I would reccomend this dealership and especially salesman Al Angelo to purchase a car from.

my ford explorer had 2 transmissions fail in less then a week. the third one is causeing my vehicle to vibrate and it's making a whineing noise. they had it for a week and did nothing to it. they said the whine and vibration are normal. if so then why didn't my original transmission do so.
