I like central city toyota dealership. The sales man knew what I wanted and didn't waste my time. Whenever the car I wanted came up he gave me a call before someone else picked it up. He gave me good advice and was quite honest unlike some other sales persons. I rated it four stars because they had an excellent sevice. But they are a little pricey. Hope the car is worth what I paid.

Went to Central City Toyota the other day and had the worst experience ever!This is not my first time there but the service ,I received from one of the business manager's Ted was horrible. I have purchased a total of four cars . So you can tell at one point I was extremely happy with the service. Ted decided to take a financial hardship I was dealing with and throw it in my face and laugh . I thought Central Toyota cared about their customers and their main goal was to help them make a good deal and get them into the car they wanted. Not only was Ted rude and disrespectful the last deal I made left me 10,000 upside down with my car . Very upset and disappointed .. Looking for a new car dealership that will appreciate my business and respect me as a customer no matter what my situation is .

The quality of the car that I bought is important to me. Equally important is the quality of the dealership. I have dealt with Central City for over 20 years. It is a professional organization that provides a high level of service to and respect for its customers. In this particular matter, Rick Roy exemplified that high standard. He, Jamie, and the F&I guy made the transaction as easy as I can imagine it can be. I also appreciate the fact that Central City Toyota has chosen to remain in Central Philadelphia. Hello I must admit I was really nervous when I walked into the Toyota Dealer on 4800 Chestnut St to trade in my ole 'Betsy.' I was ready to get something different however, I did not want to go beyond my means or have a financial burden. Mr. Rick Roy, was so kind and mostly patient to put my mind and heart at ease. He made sure I was not pressured into anything and I really appreciate that from him as a Representative for Toyota. He took the time to explain to me the advantages in leasing a vehicle vs buying. This helped to put my heart at ease. I would recommend others who are ready to take the plunge and trade in there car but they would have to ask for Rick Roy to be at there service. Not that the other Representatives where not just as professional, they were very nice. However, 'Mr. Patient' Rick Roy, was the best match for me 'A Bundle of Nerves' me.Thanks Toyota!! :-)

I was being charged $100 a day for car rental and after the second day in the Fiesta, I decided to buy a used car, high mileage, low price, since I would only need the car for 6 months (out of state). I went to Central City Toyota and Talked to Rick Roy, the company rep,and he showed me a high mileage car reasonably priced. He made sure everything worked on the 2001 Sienna and I was very pleased, however I am from out of state and there are problems with buying a car in Pa with an out of state driver's license. It took some time and to get the deal finalized, but Rick worked long and hard to insure that I would get the Sienna and all Pa requirements would be met--and that was no simple task. I was most appreciate of the time and effort expended by Rick; Chris was also a big help. The dealership was most cooperative and helpful as well and I thank them all, especially Rick. I would definitely buy another car from Rick and the dealership should the need arise.Incidentally, the high mileage Sienna is a great car and I will drive it back to Texas.Sincerely, Roger A. Rick and his will make things happen for you. Trust me, if they could fit me into a 2008 4Runner with no money down, they can work with you.Rick in particular took good care of my wife and I. We woke up on a Monday morning to a dead 2007 Ford Escape. Rick was able to make the 4Runner happen for us in short order, and it has been a dream.With no reservation whatsoever, I would recommend Central City Toyota. The on-site body and mechanic is a plus, as is the free scheduled maintenance.

I purchased a used Tacoma from them. The truck is a 2002 but it only had 80,000 miles so I thought it would be a good truck. I did all the maintenance they recommended when I bought it but it is now one year later and they say the truck needs $3,200 worth of work just to pass inspection. Also a few months ago I had to replace all the belts in the truck. If they had given me any indication that I would have to spend almost $4,000 in the first year of owning this truck I would not have bought it. I used to have a 96 Tacoma that I put 240,000 miles on and I never had to spend $4000 on it in one year.They did agree to take $700 off the cost of the repairs needed, which I appreciate but that does not change the fact that I feel like they sold me a lemon of a truck. I do want to note that the folks in the service department have been fine to deal with.

This was the first time I decided to finance a car through a dealer ship and the experience was great. In the past, I would safe up my money and get a use car. This time around was different. I took my deposit with me and had two dealership in mind. I was tired of buying used and still have to kick out money for repairs when I would leave the car lot. The sales person was great and assured me that certified per own was the way to go and Toyota backs up with a warranty. The entire process went well and I was able to drive off the lot with a 2012 within my budget. The tire pressure light came on before I got home and I took it back the next business day. The same sales person did not make me feel uncomfortable with the situation and took care of the issue. Recently went back to CCT, years ago bought a Corolla there and loved it. The moment I walked in I was approached by Sales Associate Rick R., he was absolutely amazing. After the warrantee on that car expired, I could easily have gone to a more convenient garage for service thereafter. But my trust in their service and integrity kept me coming back to CC every time. So when it came to buying my new certified used car, it was a no brainer. Great deal! I have to single out sales associate, Tim Woodard, for special appreciation. Tim led me through the buying stress with in a very calming manner, not pressuring me in the least. I recently bought a 2013 Corolla at Central City Toyota.. I had not intended to purchase that day, only test drive. I hate pushy salespersons and went in with my guard up. But the no pressure, honest and professional experience with Tim Woodward convinced me to go ahead and purchase that day. When I went back to pick up the car, Tim again was friendly and professional. The used car came with only one key and Tim tried his best to get me another one that day. Although it was not possible due to an upgrade to the key program, I could see through his interaction with the rest of the staff that Tim is a respected member of the team. I recently purchased a 2014 Camry from Central City Toyota. I would highly recommend this dealership and the salesman that worked with me, Tim Woodard. I hadn't bought a car in 10 years. Tim was so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me when it came to explaining how to use the radio and Bluetooth. He explained every aspect of the car with its neat gadgets and he took his time and explained the different warranties and other services available. He even gave me his cell number in case I had questions after I left the dealership. This added the personal touch that convinced me to buy the car from this location and through Tim. I don't like pushy sales people and I would have left if I felt pressured. This was not the case! Tim spent a lot of time with me. I really appreciated his effort to make me feel comfortable with my choice. I hope to work with him again when my son will be buying a car in the coming months. Thanks for everything!!!

I had a very good experience with the purchase of my 2013 Toyota Corolla. I did trade in my 2006 Toyota Corolla and got a good deal on it. I also did buy my 2006 from this location as a new car. The reason why I stayed with Central City Toyota is because they did a great job keeping my 2006 in great shape for the road. I probably would have kept my 2006 but I was ready for the 2013 upgrades. My sales representative, Tim Woodard was very professional and had a lot of education about the 2013 I did purchase and he made the transition very easy for me. I was excited and very happy leaving the car dealership in my 2013 and knowing that It will be in good hands for future care.

Tim made a very stressful situation less painful for me. To loose my Corolla that I had for 20 yrs to an incident outside my control was almost too much to bear but Tim and his manager made me a deal I couldn't refuse while making me feel very much part of the Toyota family.I appreciate that Tim is not a fast talking deal maker. Thank you to the staff at Central City Toyota and in particular Brian McDaid. Brian informed me of a recall item that needed to be attended to when scheduling a routine oil change and inspection. Due to the length of time that would be needed to work on the car Brian suggested that they pick the car up from me at work. This arrangement worked out great! No interruption to my work day, no long hours sitting in the dealership. The gentlemen who picked up/delivered my car were also a pleasure to deal with. Very happy with the service!

I didn't think I would get approved for a car and I did, and the salesman at that time also helped me get the best price and monthly payments possible. I still have the car. Since that experience went so well I thought I would give them another try. This time, outside of the friendly reception there were a few bumps in the road on their part and it didn't go over well with me. That is when Ted Dedario gave me a call the next day and was very apologetic and helpful with making the road smooth again. His customer service and his openness to rectify the small bumps made me feel as if I did do the right thing in coming back to this dealer. Tim and the rest of the staff at Central City Toyota were excellent! Went in just to test drive a used Prius and walked out owning the car! Very accommodating considering we didn't finish the deal until 1/2 hr after the location had closed of the night! Even though it wasn't a big sale since it was a used car I purchased, I was still treated with the same great customer service as if I was buying a new $50,000 car! I was recommended to this dealership from a friend that has a scion that told me he really liked it. I've been looking for a car for about six months and i finally decided that the car that i really wanted to purchase was a Scion Tc. I was looking all over the internet and i had seen that the dealership in Ardmore had a Scion Tc that i was very much interested in. I called Central City Toyota about the car i was interested in and that the car was at the Ardmore location and explained that i was not able to get to Ardmore due to not having a car (I had to take public transportation). They told me that it would be no problem for them to bring the car from the one location to their dealership by the next day. I thought that was great customer service and it showed that they were confident enough in the vehicle for me to buy that they would take the time to go out of their way to pick up the vehicle for me to view the next day. The sales associate that i worked with name was Rick Roy, He was very welcoming and also knowledgeable about the car i was interested in. I gave all ratings (Besides quality of work, because i thought that had to do with repair work on a car, a 5 star!, the only reason i put N/A was because i did not receive any repair work yet from the dealership, BUT i will most definitely return here to service my car/come for any type of repairs based off of the wonderful experience I've had with everything so far) All in all it was a great and very easy experience compared to other dealerships I've dealt with and would recommend Central City Toyota to any friend that is looking for a good car at a good price with friendly and well-informed sales associates. I just purchased my very first car from Central City Toyota and the experience was amazing! My aunt purchased her first car from this location years ago and I had always wanted to do the same. After telling others that I was going to test drive and possible purchase a car, I was prepped as to what I should/should not or say. It was overwhelming! But I can honestly say that I did not need any of it. I never felt pressured, all of my questions were answered and Rick went above and beyond to make sure I was well accommodated. The car I was interested in was in Ardmore and while I was prepared to make my way to Central City Ardmore for a test drive, I did not have to. I received a phone call asking if it would be convenient for me if the car was transported to Central City at 48th and Chestnut! And when I got there, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles. All I had to do was relax and trust that I was in very good hands. Also, the price of the vehicle I purchased was well below the market price with very low mileage. They could have sold this car to someone else for more but Rick saw to it that I left with the car of my dreams. My brother accompanied me and has already vowed to purchase his next car here. He was highly impressed! I would definitely recommend Central City Toyota to anyone in the market for buying a car.

I recently purchased a used Prius and I took it to this dealership to get an oil change and have some of the recalls fixed. The customer service was great when I dropped it off, but when I went to pick up the car it was as if nobody wanted to help me. I wanted to wait and talk to someone in the service department because I had asked for a quote on some additional work but the parking attendant told me I had to pay first. When I went inside, neither of the ladies seemed like they wanted to help me, especially the one in the cashier window. When I got the bill, I was charged more for getting a copy of the door key made than for the oil change! Still hoping to talk to someone who might have already had their morning coffee, I went back to the service area and there was nobody there. My car had been brought around and was sitting outside so I got in it and drove away without the chance to speak with anyone about the quote I had requested or even just a thank you. I feel ripped off about the absurdly expensive door key. I was planning on taking my car here to be serviced regularly since its only one block from my house but I'm having second thoughts....

I had a great experience finding and purchasing a 2009 Toyota Yaris from Central City Toyota. I found the car and dealership online using CarsDirect.com. England Williams from Central City Toyota followed up with me. He was friendly and helpful but not at all pushy or overbearing. I did a test drive on a Thursday and he worked up some preliminary numbers for me that worked for my budget and credit history. I told him I'd like to take the weekend to think it over and let him know my decision. He was fine with that. He helped me find the best insurance rate as well. Toyota's service packages are out of this world. I have a three-year warranty that takes care of all covered repairs. Plus a service package that provides 6 years of oil changes and state inspections for just $7/month! My credit is not perfect but I got a VERY favorable loan rate that I can afford. I've already recommended England and Central City Toyota to a friend who needs to make a car purchase. If you're in the market for a new or used Toyota, I encourage you to give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

I was a new car buyer looking for my first car. I had already been ran around by other dealerships and was losing hope that I would find something used, in good condition, and affordable. I had ran across Tim Woodard in January, but was not quite ready to make a purchase, but in late Februray I ran into him again on an inquiry of a 2003 Toyota Camry. Via email, I laid out what I can do and cannot do and he called the next morning to set up a meeting about the car in question. I agreed to meet with him that evening, but then a phone call from Tim in regards to the car I had choosen made me a bit concerned. He called to tell me that the 2003 Camry was sold the night before, but he was in the process of getting me the same car only a year newer. I was skepticall at first, but he asked me to trust him. So, trust him I did. Re reshecduled for Saturday morning. I saw the car in the lot and it looked liked it was used, but in pretty decent condition. It ran well and the brakes took a bit getting used to, but overall I liked it. Tim walked me through the process step buy step and was available to answer any questions I had. He got me approved for financing, and got me a fairly afforadle monthy payment. Tim did all he could to make sure I had a car that I was comfortable with and pleased with. he is a true asset to your dealership. I look forward to working with him again in the future for my next car purchase. A good experience!

The reason why I would reccomd this dealership is due to the overall experience I had at Central City Toyota, and what they had to offer. Being a previous customer, I considered trading in my older car for a newer one and thought that it wwould be a difficult process. But was so pleased on how evertything was handled. I went to sales person, Mr. Vernon Johnson, just to inquire about what I needed to do to trade in my car. And he not only informed me on everything but he made it possible for me to walk out that same day with exactly the car that I needed and was looking for at a reasonable price. I was very clear on what I was able to work with on a budget and Mr. Vernon Johnson made sure that is was very close on what it is that I wanted to spend. As he put it, " We are not here to break you. We want you to leave completely satisfied." And that is what they did. I got the car that I need to accommadate my needs without breaking me. 9/17/2012I saw the ad in the Daily News in Phila.,PA I called and talked with Chris, the Manager. When I arrived, escorted to Chris who turned me over to a salesman named Calvin Jones. I normally buy from auctions, but I decided to do something different. I must say that I was totally inpressed with Mr. Jones. He gave me what I asked for, no more, no less, and no double talk. He showed me a 2002 white Toyota Rav-4 which was the vehicle described in the paper. It was reasonable priced for my budget and a warranty with a total monthly payment price of $213.00 (finance department), also he showed me the vehicle and explained every details of the vehicle in layman terms. He talked about the inside and outside (explanations of how and what) of vehicle and I learned something new, too. I am truly HAPPY. Calvin was very helpful and pleasant. He understood that I was on a strict budget, and he didn't try to sell me anything I couldn't afford. He went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, even spending a lot of time online and then on the phone with the car manufacturer to obtain the code that was needed to unlock the radio. All in all it was a painless-- even enjoyable-- car buying experience.

John Lin is awesome. He was very patient and was very knowledgeable on all of the vehicles. After careful consideration and listening to all of his opinions. We chose the 2012 Prius. I was able to get my prefer choice of white exterior with dark interior Prius package III(apparently pretty rare to find around this area). John and his team got the vehicle for me from another dealers and while still beating that dealers' price. We are extremely happy with our purchase and truly appreciate his honestly and professionalism from start to finish. John listened and he delivered!

The overall experience at Central City Toyota was nothing like I expected. My expectations were a car dealership that was going to try and sell me a piece of car just to buy my piece of car, and get me into a loan that was ridiculous. From the time I entered the car lot the sales people there were friendly, cars were being cleaned and taken care of and more importantly I was not pressed upon by pushy sales men. The sales men did offer to help me but once I stated the reason for my visit they all just left me alone in order for me to browse about on the car lot in piece. Nobody was trying to convince me to purchase a certain vehicle but instead they notified my sales man Tim Woodard that I was there and in turn he came out to greet me. Tim Woodard has exceptional customer service skills and you feel like more than a dollar sign when dealing with him. He came highly recommended by a relative whom in the past purchased her vehicle from him, and since then she continues to send family and friends to the establishment due to his overall professionalism. He is truly a man that enjoys what he does and his compassion for helping others is truly sincere. The car that Tim Woodard sold to me was truly a blessing in disguise considering he never met me and would never had known what my heart desired, but when I saw the car it was definitely me and what my heart yearned for in my alone times. In the end I would definitely purchase another car from Tim Woodard as well as recommend the facility to family and friends. Abe the finance manager definitely deserves a thumbs up as well because he explains and helps people in great detail when it comes to their vehicles in order to ensure that everything is covered. The experience was really pleasant. I didn't feel pressured at all. Process moved along quicker than I anticipated and when they told me that I could take the car home, well, I was shocked. Although the cost of the warranty was higher than anticipated, it also was presented well and is a great value. I will definitely go there for vehicle maintenance & if and when I want to purchase another vehicle. I will recommend them!

Tim was friendly, honest and prompt in responding to my sales request. He was very accomodating and showed me various vehicles (makes & sizes) before I decided to get a Rav4. When we went for a test drive. he was very knowledgeable about the car's features and why its a good fit for my lifestyle. My experience at Central City Toyota was a good one. Upon entering I was introduced to my sales associate Rick Roy. Rick was a great help to me: I was allowed to test drive three different cars and at no time did I feel rushed or pressured to buy. I was hoping to finance a used Toyota Corolla as my credit is a little low, instead I left owning a brand new 2012 Black Corolla Sport. Rick worked with me to find a payment plan I was comfortable with and could afford. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

The reason I gave the ratings I gave is because I feel Mr. Roy earned them in every catagory listed. I gave a price to Mr. Roy and he immediately said I found something for you at that price that I think you will like, lets go and look at it. I was quite pleased when I was shown the car. I also enjoyed the test drive. I had just had a very bad experience with buying a used car (a few months ago) when I came into Cent. City Toyota, but Mr. Roy assurred me that this experience would be quite different and much better than that previous one--and it was. Mr. Roy was very courteous, understanding,and professional in his demeanor. He seemed very knowledgeable when addressing my concerns about making my final decision about purching the vehicle. I just bought a 2005 Toyota Prius from Rick and Central City Toyota. They were all around friendly and easy to work with. They even let me test drive the car all the way to Bethlehem, PA to show my parents. It was in great condition, they gave it to me at a very fair price and completed all the work I asked of them: A new windshield, a new hubcap, and a replaced battery in my spare key. They got me in and out quickly and I couldn't be more pleased with my car! I love it and it's in great condition. Thanks again and I will be sure to recommend your dealership!

Also, we received the trade-in value for our car that we had been promised over the phone. The salesmen answered all of our questions, addressing both my wife and me. I thought Rick did a great job. He helped me find a car that was below the price range that I wanted a month. He was still willing to help me when he saw that I had a repo on my credit and gave me ideas on what type of cars I needed to look at. So even if I didnt find one there I know what I needed to be looking at. In the end i drove away with my new(used) car and am truley happy with my purchase. I would reccomend him to friends and family, becuase he was willing to help and take his time. I esp. liked that he did not try to push any type of cars on me. (This has happened to me when shopping at other places.)

Because of the outstanding service that I have received over the last decade from Mr. Ed White with multiple vehicles I have had serviced at the Central City Toyota Service Department, I asked Mr. White who I should see for my next Toyota purchase, a certified used Toyota Sienna. Mr. White introduced me to Mr. Tim Woodard, who sold the Sienna to me last week. The folks at Central City worked really hard to make sure we were happy with our used car purchase. I just bought 01 lexus is300 from somewhere else and had oil leak problem,i have 3 monhts warranty on it but i want to certify mechanic to check it,i thought mechanic will take a look at that first then they are gonna tell me what is the estimated price for fix but in service department guys said there is a charge for 100$ to just check the car also they are completely not helpful and rude attitude but then i was waiting outside and thinking about what should i do.Jamie came and helped me out to figure this situation.but main thing here he really wants to help me and show me what i should do.i really appretiate JAIME.he is the department manager i believe.and i will definatly come back just because of him thank you again for your help.

The service people greet me pleasantly, check the records to see what kind of service is due, and always ask if there's anything that needs to be checked. Whenever a problem is discovered, they come to the waiting room or call me to explain the problem, give a cost estimate, and leave it up to me to decide whether I want it taken care of. I recently moved further away from Central City which adds a 1/2 hour drive to Central City Toyota. When I informed them via email of my new location, they immediately reminded me that they provide free pick up and delivery service which I recently took advantage of. The called me before arriving and alerted me of their being on their way to deliver the car. I really appreciate their conscientiousness and keeping on top of my car's service needs.

I must say that I was very nervous and hesitant about interacting with pushy, fast talking, scheming auto sales person because that was my last experience. My credit is not the greatest and I didn't want to be belittled to be honest I was truly ready to just purchase a car from an auction. I had called, emailed and visited many other dealerships and the dealership before Central City Toyota confirmed my car sales persons nightmare. I was talked down to, dismissed and disrespected. I took a chance with Central City and sent an email to them and someone quickly got back to me. Positive start. I called and set an appointment and the call was pleasant as well. I was greeted by the head of sales who directed me to Tim Woodard my sales associate who let me do most of the talking and listen to my needs and wants. Tim was very knowledgeable and will to assist. He showed me a few vehicles with in my price range and interest and I was able to give them a test drive which was great. Still no pressure. When I made my final choice he sat down with my husband and I and worked thing out. Tim made me feel like a respected person and treated me as such. Great experience! On june 3rd I walked in to the dealship with a business card in hand which I received from an freindly and ambitious young man named Calvin Jones. Calvin and I had a chance meeting in the neighborhood where he heard me discussing the need for a new car. He gave me his card and stated that I should check him out at Central City Toyota. I followed his advise and was not disappointed. Calvin was thorough, informative, and quite helpful with all componets of my car purchase, including calling the insurance company giving the necessary information they needed to obtain my insurance including getting a discount on the quoted price. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received at the dealership.

I brought my 2001 prius in for service and realized it wasn't worth it to continue putting money into it, so I requested that someone in sales call me to talk about a trade in. Ricky made contact promptly, was incredibly personable, kind, helpful and easy going. I got my dream car in exchange, a black 2010 prius as well as a a great extended warranty. Everyone inthe office, from sales to finance and the manager was funny, welcoming and happy to assist me. I don't expect to buy another car soon, but I'd suggest this dealership to Ny of my friends and family.

I rated this sales person as excellent. I live in Maryland and told the salesman that I would be traveling to see the car. The process was smooth and haggle free. The most important fact in buying a car is not feeling pressured. The salesman was professional, helpful in answering all my questions, and not pushy. I was comfortable and confident that I was getting the best deal for my money. I was also surprised at how fast the process was. I would recommend this salesman to a friend and return to buy another Toyota from him.

The reason I gave the rating that I did is because the salesman, Ricky Roy, and the manager, Dennis, went a long way to make sure that the car I bought was fitting to me. They were polite and willing to ensure that I was comfortable with my purchase. Also, the car I bought was in great shape. A co-worker of mine thought it was a 2011 model, but it is actually an '04. The interior was clean and even smelled new. The only thing that I had a little problem with was that the detailing on the outside of the car was a little dull (headlights were foggy and the front grill was a little strikey). However, when I expressed my concern, even though I also said I would buy the car anyway, Rick said that the in-house detailer will clean everything up for free. Lastly, I was not able to get ahold of my insurance company the day I bought the car, so the dealership worked with my so that I could still drive away with the car that night. The enxt day, Ricky, who was off that day, came in anyway to close up any loose ends. A few days after the purchase, I also received a phone call from the dealership making sure that I was still pleased with the car... and I still LOVE it!!

I would definitley recommend this dealership,it was a one stop shop, I was greated at the door as soon as I walked in by Tim Woodard. Eventhough I already knew what I wanted Tim did not rush me, he gave me all of my options, tim told me about all of the pros and cons, so that I would make the best decision for my money. My salesperson "Bill Rosendahl" was very friendly and helpful when I went in to purchase my pre-owned "04" Camry on May 21st, with just 45,000 miles "WOW"! All my questions were answered with no pressure to make a purchase. He made certain that my monthly payments were something that I would be comfortable with. He did everything he could to make certain that I, was a satisfied customers. Also, I like to mention Chris in finance, Tim in sales, Edgar in service and, Jamie in management, whom I also had the pleasure of working with; in addition to a host of others that were very professional and courtesy. Today I went to Central City Toyota to look at a 1994 Lexus. Bil greated me on the lot with a friendly "Can I help you". I told him yes and what car I was interested in. He got the key away we went for a test drive. During the drive, I mentioned that I had credit issues and Bill informed me that the car I was interested in could not be financed but he encouraged me not to dispair. We returned to the dealership and Bill went to work. He took all of my information and ran my credit. He came back to me with an offer on a 2007 Ford Taurus Se right in line with my payment parameters.Bill was great. Within one and a half hours I was driving home in my new automobile. Bill even took care of returning the rental car I was driving and contacting my insurance company to add the new vehicle. I would recommend Bill at Central City to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I searched for a fuel efficient, reliable Scion for over two months before finding an 05' Scion xA at this dealership. I decided to take a ride down one night and upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly salesman Tim Woodard. It seems that this dealership only sells certified pre-owned Toyotas and Scions. Tim let me test drive the Scion which was in excellent shape and backed by a Certified Warranty. I traded in my Oldsmobile that night and was on my way after making a great deal with them. Since the deal was done late at night, I took my car back the next day and they detailed it for me and updated the inspection without any questions asked. They seem to go well above and beyond for their customers and I would recommend them to friends and family. I love my new Scion, 32 mpg is way better than 19! Thanks Central City Toyota!

From the time that I telephoned the dealership early in the morning to have a tire and rim taht had been destroyed replaced, the employees of Central Totota were extremely helpful, efficient and did everything in their power to help. The employees kept me constantly informed of the progress of the work, and all asked me if there was anything they could do for me. They understood that I had a personal problem that necessitated my return to Connecicut as quickly as possible. They had staff work through lunch to complete the work; the charges were fair. They described the work to be done and the cpsts. I was treated very courtesly, and the work was completed quickly and carefully. They even repaired the mechanism holding the spare tire at no charge.I was an out-of-town customer, and they treated me as if I was a regular customer. I would recommend them highly.

I gave my car for the regular service and to check on a tire which was losing pressure. I received a call from Brian after 1 hr saying no damage was found in the tire but recommended to change 2 other tires which I declined. I received a call again after few minutes saying that they have found a nail in the tire and said 20 $ to fix that for which I agreed. Finally I went to pick my car and found a big scratch on the front fender. When addressed the manager instead of finding out what happened became very defensive and was giving reasons saying they have all the walls painted blue and red and the scratch was white. It was very unprofessional for a manager to speak like that. Then after a week I checked the pressures and found it to be low on the same tire. Also the tires were not rotated for which I have been charged. I really doubt if they even have changed the oil or done anything for that matter other than making the big scratch.

I work at a Toyota dealership in Florida, but was travelling back to PA to visit family. I was flying into Philly, and need to rent a car for the week. I called Todd and told him I wanted to rent a Camry so he reserved one for me. When I flew in Todd had a service employee pick me up from the airport to bring me to the dealership. He picked me up in the car I was going to be renting, so I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes since all I had to do was sign the rental contract and insurance info. When I returned the car a week later I had a friend taking me to the airport, but Todd had someone lined up to take me if needed. They did a great job in making everything easy for me. I work at a dealership that is known around Jacksonville for great customer service in our sales and service department, but I was very impressed by Todd and everyone I came in contact with at the dealership. I would highly recommend them.

I live in NJ about 1.5 hours away from them. I was able to find the car I wanted. Kevin is incredible to work with. Everything was done for me including registration and NJ tax paper work etc.When I pick up my car, the tire monitor alarm was on. I ask one service guy (Abe White) to look at it. He want above and beyond, no paper work, no talking to the sales guy/manager excuses, he took the car into the shop and adjust the spare tire (they could know the problem when delivery) pressure right away.The registration stuff at the dealership FedEx my registration, plate and title on time and no extra charge(I heard NJ dealer wants $25 for FedEx).I think the things I see at the dealership is that all of people there works together. There were no "ask the manager" routines. Everyone knows their job and making sure the customer get the best services.The documentation fee was $55, that it!!! The dealer in NJ charges much higher plus a lot of extras that I don't need. I always buy cars from my nearest dealer, Honda, Acura, Nissan etc.. But the Toyota dealers I visted in NJ are impossible to deal with.Thank You Kevin and Central City Toyota.
