This is the first time I have purchased an used car in over 3 decades. Not only was it the first time I have purchased an used car but the very first time I ever purchased a car without my husband. I bought an used luxury car for our upcoming anniversary as a surprise. Central Motors found the right car at the right price with the best possible financing. The car was expertly clean and detailed for me. It rides like a dream. Unless you know your years and models you could not tell that this wonderful luxury car was more than 5 years old. We are thrilled with the car and the price. Thank you to everyone at Central Motors who made this a very special anniversary gift.

So this was my first time buying a car ever through a dealership. The dealership was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns with the process of getting finances in order. The price was the lowest that I have seen for the specific vehicle that I have spent months trying to find. Because of the great service, it finally pushed me to finally buy a car that was free of buyers remorse. Not only was the price point fantastic, the dealership installed all new rotors, brakes, and even a new battery at no charge to me. This was a huge cost to them and it helps keep my car on the road with less problems. I would definitely standby Central Motors for their exceptional service and amazing prices. This is how business should be done more often!!!!!!

I just bought a used 2010 Land Rover LR2 HSE from these guys. Michael helped make the process of buying my first used car an easy process and overall absolute pleasure. At first, as most new car buyers, you have a sense of fear and doubt when looking for the used car that is right for you. All of my fears and doubts went away when I came here, saw the car, and spoke to Michael in person. Michael was completely straight-forward with me in every part of the buying process, about the car itself and it's history, and keeping me updated with when the car would be ready for pickup. So far there have been absolutely no problems with the car at all and it's everything I was hoping for in my first car. Kudos to Michael and David, the mechanic, for being honest and hardworking guys, a rarity in the used car business. If you're hesitant whether your drive to their place would be worth it - it certainly was for myself!! Thanks again Michael and David, you guys are the best!

These guys were great! After shopping for cars at big dealerships and smaller used car lots, talking to Michael and Frank was a breath of fresh air. My wife and I knew what we were looking for, and when we went to Central Motors to look at a specific car, they didn't pressure us. They encouraged us to take the car for a test drive, even to take it to our mechanic to have them look it over. They literally told us to take the car all day, and all they asked for was a photocopy of a license. When we returned the car and said we would have to think it over and look into financing, they didn't pressure us even then! We left, and they didn't call us over and over and over again like dealerships do. At the same time, when we went back a few days later, they remembered our names, and were happy to help us. From start to finish, these guys were polite, relaxed, trusting, and trustworthy. When we picked our car up, they had even done some extra wear/tear repairs (brakes, serpentine belt) that our mechanic hadn't even suggested were necessary yet. They didn't negotiate on price, but after doing some pretty exhaustive research, we found that the price was more than fair for the car we were getting. In a field characterized by dishonesty and high pressure selling, Central Motors stands apart. I highly recommend taking a look at their inventory!

I recently bought an Acura MDX from Central Motors and so far I love it. The service I received, was above average. Everyone at the dealer was welcoming, professional, and enthusiastic. I had see several other cars at other dealers, but this small team felt very different which, ultimately, made my car buying decision easier. The facility is small, but well run. The cars are serviced on site, and my car was ready as promised when I went to pick it up. Though the cars here may be pre-owned I never felt like I was getting the stereotypical "used-car" service. I would recommend checking out Central Motors, they have a quality business approach I really appreciated.

Very easy to deal with. They were upfront about everything ie free car fax a copy of the work they performed and their doc fee. So far my truck has been great. I did have to bring it back to have the service light re set. I would highly recommend Central Motors.

Brought my 2006 BMW 3 series in for a oil change and to have my brakes checked. They recommended new pads and rotors. I recieved written quote with no pressure at all. We visited Central Motors after seeing a pre-owned Jeep on Cars.com. We started working with Frank who was extremely personable and knowledgeable about all of their inventory. He showed us the Jeep that we came to see (and knew every feature of the car) but also showed us other options that we comparable in price and mileage. After test driving the Jeep, we were almost sure that it was the one. Frank was more than happy to let us take the car to our personal mechanic, and it got RAVE reviews. The mechanic was surprised that the car wasn't much more expensive and also thought it was 4 years newer than it was! This Jeep was a surprise for our father, so the purchasing and registration of the car was a very different process than normal. Mike and Frank made it SO easy! They were more than accommodating and actually seemed excited to be a part of the surprise. If we ever need another car, we know exactly where to go! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My current car was having issues and I decided it was time to buy a new car. I found Central Motors online- it was easy to find and right off the highway. After finding a car I liked, Michael let us test drive it and then sat down with us and helped us get to a price that worked for both of us. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable and made buying a car a very pleasant experience. He also assisted me after I bought the car by helping me resolve my old cars issues. They had been sent a set of keys for my used 2004 Explorer that I purchased last fall from them and they immediately called me to let me know. How many dealerships would bother with this? This company and it's owners are awesome. I have never met such an honest car dealership in my life!!!! They make buying a car easy and the quality of their inventory is outstanding. When I purchased this vehicle they made sure that everything was in excellent condition and when I had a couple of very small issues one month later, they took care of everything!!!! Was checking CARFAX for a private-party car in which I was interested for one of my triplet daughters, and up pops a box showing "similar cars in your area." The car shown was "similar" in year, make, model, and relatively low mileage, but had the highest available trim level, a bigger engine, leather interior, many more features, new tires, absolutely clean, one-owner CARFAX, and.............a price LOWER than the Blue Book average dealer price, by a grand. Never thought I would patronize a used car dealer, but this seemed too good to be true,...... and I had to check it out. I must say that I was NOT disappointed. The car was exceptional, the price was exceptional, and the dealer was exceptional. Mike and Frank are decent, low key people, who couldn't be more helpful. We scored a great vehicle, the transaction was easy, and since I vowed NEVER to buy another new vehicle, I'm sure that Mike and Frank will be seeing me again.

Quick background - I grew up in a family where my Dad always fixed the cars and when he didn't he made sure that we all were taken care of appropriately.. to this day i still call him for advise ( he is also impressed with the guys at central) . I moved to Boston 2 years ago and needed some work on my 2003 SAAB (euro can be expensive and nightmarish) I found Mike at Central Motors by chance and had my first experience working with Mike and Dave. I found that they exhibited all of the characteristics i wanted when having work done on my car: -discussed options thoroughly before doing work -worked around my schedule -priced jobs fairly ( i cross reference everything parts to labor with my dad still) -did quality work At this point I have had many chances to work with these guys on everything from simple jobs to more complex starter issues... At this point I have full trust in the work and will keep taking my cars here and reccomending others. Since I first came to Central Motors I have moved to the downtown Boston andI still drive out to southborough for all of my work to be done at Central... ALL OF IT

I just purchased a vehicle from Central Motors that I discovered on the Internet. I traveled 2 hours from Connecticut to see this vehicle and test drive it. Mike and Frank could not have been more helpful and informative. I got a very good deal on a unique low mileage Mercury Milan hybrid. I had been searching the internet for a used Ford Fusion hybrid; the Mercury is an upscale version of the Ford and it was in excellent condition. Once I drove it I was sold and Mike not only closed the deal with me, he found and filled out the Connecticut registration form, helped me arrange for insurance and allowed me to take the car home with a dealer plate with a Fed Ex envelope to return the plate. I highly recommend Central Motors as a very straightforward, accommodating, trustworthy car dealer.

I had been searching for a new used vehicle for approximately 5-6 weeks. I came upon a listing under this dealership and contacted them. From the beginning I had the feeling that Mike and Frank were honest people. They gave me the keys and a plate and told me to take the 2004 Explorer (just what I was looking for) with very low mileage for a ride and to take my time bringing it back. We took our drive and came back to do a deal. Mike told me the price and we discussed what I could afford and we both compromised. The deal was great!!!! And honest !!!! I picked up my new vehicle and took it home. After driving it for 2 days I had discovered a couple of problems and called Mike. He told me to make a list and bring it back and they would take care of the problems for me. How many dealerships would actually do that??? If you are looking for a used vehicle go visit Mike and Frank. As well as selling vehicles they also have a very good repair shop with excellent mechanics. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH BUYING FROM CENTRAL MOTORS!!!!

We were an hour into a seven car trip when we got a flat tire on the MA turnpike. We were able to get the donut on and get ourselves to Central Motors Sales and Service. We pulled in right at closing. Instead of telling us they were closed they were more than willing to help us. The gentleman behind the front desk and David were outstanding. They looked at our tire and attempted to find us a replacement by looking at every car in their lot. When their search came up empty, they were able to patch the tire and give us instructions for how far we could drive and how to get it replaced. Both were very knowledgeable and professional, but to top it off, they were both friendly and made a terrible event much more bearable. I would recommend them to any friend!

This dealership was head and shoulders above any of the other dealerships we visited. We were looking to replace our SUV that had been totaled in an accident the week before, and these guys took great car of us. We had been to several other dealerships including both new and used dealerships. These guys were the best of all, very professional, no hurry, no pressure and a great price! For the last 10 years we have always purchased new cars, but with the money we saved on a low mileage vehicle from Central Motors, they will be my first stop next time I am looking for a car.

My mom has always passed down her old car to me. This time we were out to buys omething different. I have never really gone car shopping with her before when she didsnt know exactly the make and model she was looking for. We shopped at alot of places before finding Central Motors. By the time I reached Mike I knew all the questions I had to ask. The best part was that most of those questions he answered without me even having to ask. The website was great to get an idea of what was on the lot, especially since I was driving out from Worcester. There were no surprises, the Jeep was as great as it looked online. The mileage was awesome, the price was perfect, and there was no fine print. Anything that needed to be done to the car when it arrived on the lot they took care of. Also when I had some questions and wanted to see a few other things done to the Jeep he was more than willing to take care of it. This really did make the used car shopping worth it, I just wish I found them before all the hassle I got at other dealers. They are AWESOME!!

I went to look at the 2003 Lincoln town car. I called ahead so they had it out front for me. Frank met me out front. The first thing I noticed was that the car was missing the hood ornament. When I asked frank he said I never new it was there. The car was priced 1500 over Kelley Blue book value, so I would have thought the condition would have been great. Well I looked back at the pictures and realized they were from last fall. Since then the car has been damaged. Not only was the hood ornament gone, but the car was in an unreported accident on the passenger side. I drove over 100 miles just to leave right away. Don't recommend these southbourough crooks!

I just traded in my mazda for a mercury mariner. I have never had such a good car buying experience. This is my third car, three different dealerships, and I have to say I've never been more pleased. Mike and Frank as well as their trusty mechanics are one of a kind. Not only were they welcoming, polite, and curtious, they helped me get into my new car in three days! They were MORE than fair. I have just bought a used car from this place. The number one thing that I look for when dealing with people is honesty and that's what I got from the folks in Central Motors. Stepping inside Mike's (the owner) office doesn't feel like stepping into a lion's den like what people feel in car dealerships. You get straight, honest answers here. I didn't feel being tricked. If you want to know more about your prospect than what the Car Fax is showing then talk to Frank---he'd tell you not only about the car but also a little about the car's previous owner. Buying a car is more than just taking it for a test-drive. Mike readily agreed to allow me to take the car to an auto mechanic I know and when I came back with a short list of things there was absolutely no resistance from Mike. Just went ahead and had my requests taken care of. Even had his own experienced mechanic (David--who's a nice guy himself) ride with me to take the car for a spin. Every business review is open-ended, of course (as it should since people and services change for better or worse) but I trust these folks in Central Motors that next time my other car needs its regular checkup I'll have them work on it.

I'm not the type of person that normally writes reviews, but I would like to share my experience. My son owns an oddball truck that is hard to find parts for. When his transmission went I brought it to Central Motors to see if by some stroke of luck they could find parts and fix it. Not only did they find the parts and fix my sons truck, but Mike made it a point to call me and keep me informed of the progress. When we picked up the truck Mike and Dave (the mechanic) explained in detail what was done. Dave also gave my son some tips on how to keep his truck in good shape. I experienced the type of customer service my grandfather used to brag about. The next time I need work done on any of my vehicles I'll be back.

My father recently wrecked his car and wanted to replace it with EXACTLY what he had - a Toyota Corolla 5 Speed Manual, Crank Windows, and AC. I explained to him that finding a car like that was like finding a needle in a haystack and until I contacted Central Motors, it was. They were able to find, COMPLETELY service and clean, and deliver exactly what I needed within three days- at a very affordable price. My father was thrilled that he had replaced his old car with exactly what he wanted. I would recommend Central Motors to anyone and will buy from them again.

Have never had a better car buying experience before. Meeting Michael was a great advantage for me when car shopping. Michael was very up front with me and pulled no punches. I really can't say enough about how great my experience was at Central Motors. I have recently had my oil changed at the garage and will go back for any service issues with my vehicle. The oil change price was cheaper than the chains by $15 and was so much less hassle. No sales job for extra service either. There is something to be said for working with a small independent dealership when the person who runs it is not trying to gouge you on pricing. I urge anyone to go see Michael when you are looking for a good quality used car.
