Great crew at Century 3 Chevrolet! I was visiting my parents from out of town and experienced some minor car issues. I called around to a few places and was turned down by all. Century 3 made time for me, checked out my car and made sure I was safe to drive home later this week. They gave me piece of mind. So thankful for the service department at Century 3!

If there were zero stars that is what I would leave. This place is seriously a joke. The people that work at this place (especially in the office) are completely and totally RUDE. I walked into the office in the morning to drop off my car and the were three people standing there. The man with the tattoos on his arm and the woman with a tattoo on her chest looked right at me and didn't even acknowledge my presence and continued telling a story to each other. A simple "hi" would have even been nice. The girl looked back at me twice and once again said nothing. Finally the man (who was a service guy) said "Hi, how are you?" Another man by the name of Dave came in and helped me. He was not pleasant at all. When he called me to tell me my car was finished I could not understand what he was saying at all. I had to call back to speak to him and let him know my dad would have to pick up my car because I had to work late. His words were "I don't care who picks up your car. They can just walk in." So does that mean anyone could just walk in and take my car??? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go to another Chevrolet dealer....this one should be ashamed that are even in customer service. I see why they have 3.6 stars on their reviews now.

Natasha and the whole service department really does there best to accommodate the customer no matter how hard the industry is right now. Natasha really is great and she makes a service issue experience into a good one even when your transmission goes out on you. She is an asset to your company

Great place for service. I had an appointment, they took me right on time and did everything I asked. I highly recommend Century 3 for all of your service needs.

I'm grateful for my car but it could've been cheaper. The service I just had done cost me 1400+ dollars for the engine light to come on again 2 days after? No, that wasn't what I was expecting at all. I'm not a happy camper.

would never go back rip off artist looking to nothing but stick it to you. Will give you nothing for your trade an try to charge over retail stay away run go any where else just not there.

I would only recommend Century III for not only exceptional service and fair market pricing, but also their friendliness! Well nobody seem to give there all and helping me until i came here and talk to gary lee he was rea nice and helpfu and got the job done and stayed in contact every step of the way now thats service with a smile i am going to keep going back there my name is Andre pannell and i am truly satisfied gary lee and century three Chevrolet step up to the plate for me.

First we seen a used car in the automart, (Camaro). We drove 1 hr to see car, after we made appointment. The car they said was it wasn't. The car in the motor mart had low miles and hockey stripes down the side. The one they tried to show us had 40K+ miles with no stripes. They said thy didn't have the new motor mart to see it. I told them I'd be glad to go to Giant Eagle to get one. They went silent and said they only had the truck one. Then, we asked about the convertables (Camaro) new, on the hill. They said, oh you wouldn't want one of those, they are more than you want to spend. HELLO, WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS and make 6 digits. They were lazy, rude, pulled a bait and switch on us. We left, and will never go back there again. We gladly went to Kenny Ross in Irwin and got a brand new 2012 Camaro Converatable. They lost a sell due to their rudeness and tricks they tried to play on us.

I had a hard time lately finding somebody I could trust but this place ended up being pretty gosh darn good i mean it took me like half the time it normally takes just to sit down and get my dang credit checked. Bought a car off of BOB i cant remember his last name, but he was a nice guy and didnt make me feel like an idiot or anything, really straight shooter.

I was looking for a vehicle online and I cam across the Century 3 Chevy website and it looked good so I clicked on their internet deals and they contacted me. I went in to the dealership and was amazed at how nice they were to me. I saw in the paper that they had new management and whoever is running it now must be excellent, because everyone was so NICE to me! The guy that helped me, Nick, he told me a lot of stuff about cars that I didn't even know, so it was a good experience all around. I ended up getting a pretty good deal on my car and I left a VERY happy camper!

We found the salesmen to be honest and realistic on what we could expect on pricing, trade in and features on the vehicles we were interested in. They were also very low pressure and personable. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining differences in options of the new vehicles. Overall, it was a very positive buying experience.

I went to Century III to look for a used car. The entire staff was wonderful in helping me find the perfect fit for my needs. They had many makes and models to choose from. I had some styles in mind that I wanted and was taken directly to those models. I loved that the salesman didn't try to waste my time and have me look at ones that were the most expensive on the lot, it has happened at other places. It was a great experience selecting my perfect car, a Subaru Legacy! The finance dept helped me get into a reasonable payment plan without going over my budget! The manager, Mike Taubes was very friendly and helpful with entertaining my children while at the showroom, they have a great popcorn machine that the kids loved! I would highly recommend Century III to anyone! It was the best car shopping experience I have had!

We were looking to price out a car and an SUV. After looking at an SUV and asking about pricing for a car, we were persuaded into continuing SUV pricing. Eventhough we had mentioned the SUV pricing was coming in higher than our budget would allow. The salesman was determined to put us in an SUV regardless of our concern about pricing. They let us take the vechicle (SUV) off the lot for several hours; under the assumption that the longer we spent time in the vechicle the more we would pay for it. When we returned the vechicle after several hours, our greeting by several staff in the showroom was less than warm. In addition, the brand new vechicle had a check engine light appear while we had it out for the afternoon.

We were buying a car for my daughter for Christmas, we're self employed, our credit is not great and Gary Lee and his staff went above and beyond to help us out and make our Christmas great! While we were there the sales people waited on us hand and foot, there were magicians in the showroom , and it was a very nice atmosphere to be in. I have already recommened them to my parents and nephew already who alrady have boughten 3 cars this month!! We really appreciate everything they have done for our family!!
