The dealership was very clean, organized and well staffed. They greeted me and was able to introduce me to a salesperson (Don) who was very polite and knowledgeable. They set up a test drive and answered all my questions without being pushy. When my car was transferred to me, Miguel from their genius department was an absolute pleasure. So nice, patient and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was educated and happy before I left. Mark was also there to make sure the experience was flawless. Great experience overall!!

My 335 was thirsty. Got the oil topped off compliments of Century West BMW. I was also thirsty so I grabbed a bottle of water, also complimentary. Great customer service. Everyone is always asking if I've been helped. They're fast paced, they want to get you in and on your way quickly. 8/16/2021 Just leased 2022 M340. Matia was exceptional. He had the process started before I got there. Took very little of my time. Very happy with the customer service.

I was in there today and purchased a BMW X1. So far, I love the car. But one of my friends was asking me about the car and literally all I could talk about was Leonard. Leonard is amazing. Talking to him felt like talking to an old friend. He is one of the kindest, sweetest souls I have ever met. I felt like I was meant to wander into his office today. As cool as it is to have a new car, the highlight of my day was meeting Leonard. Oh, and yes, he made the car buying process easy and painless. Thanks, Leonard. It was truly my absolute pleasure to meet you.

I love this place!!! They made my purchase so fast and easy, no headaches or long wait times. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking into purchasing or leasing a BMW!! Special thanks to Matt Suarez for his expertise, time and dedication. He was always very attentive and ready to answer any question my husband and I had. His level of professionalism was OUTSTANDING! Century West BMW has a great service department that uses technology to greatly enhance every aspect of scheduling the service, customer advisers, getting video of the work, waiting, and even check out w/ the cashier at completion. All integrated seamlessly w/ your smart phone. Leaves almost all other service providers in the dust! Plus, I think they’re reasonably honest, meaning they aren’t looking to rip people off for unnecessary work to Jack up the bill. Hard to improve on this system.
