My car had broken down on the freeway. I purchased the vehicle from carmax and had the vehicle towed to their location as it was nearby. After about a week with no rental or diagnostic to determine the issue with the vehicle it was towed to the Cerritos Infiniti service department. Joe took over the vehicle and was such a delight. From a nightmare to a dream basically. They determined the diagnosis of the vehicles issue and got it in right away. I was provided a rental as it would take some time to fix. I received daily updates on the vehicle and my warranty status. I was beyond satisfied with his service and the Cerritos team! I received my vehicle back and it ran like new. Another small issue occurred. I called Joe he got me in and taken care of right away!!! Thank you Joe for everything!!!

My husband and I came in to the dealership to look for a new used car a g37 to be exact. I loved my g35 but it was time for an upgrade. We were immediately greeted by Matt Cossontino. We test drove a couple of cars I never felt any pressure at all even though it was passing closing time and I was struggling to decide on a sedan or a coupe Matt new I really loved the coupe so Matt and his manager Daniel kept at it trying to get me the numbers I needed to make the purchase. Once we decided to purchase the coupe g37 the team Matt , Daniel and John from financial all stayed late to accommodate us and get this contract done. The entire time we were treated great the environment was clean and professional. Matts's customer service was exceptional. We were very impressed with the big dealer infinity of Cerritos car buying experience. We have already referred this team to all our friends. Most definitely very happy with our new infinity .

My son is the one who introduced me to Rizzo and my first thought is (and always has been) "I hate salesmen". Rizzo made a terrific first impression. Not only was he friendly but he was personable and was well prepared to answer all of my "Mommy" questions. He put my son in the perfect car for him a 2015 Nissan Versa. We walked in to test drive a CPO JX45 and wound out walking out with a new 2014 QX45, black on black and more options that the JX. We even had our 3 year old, who some of the staff helped to entertain while we worked out the details. The management was courteous, friendly and ordered food for our lunch as we got down to business.After they matched a preexisting offer for my BMW trade-in (blind), we worked out a deal and within a few hours we were driving out our first brand new car! Amazing! Worst dealership ever. I requested for a quote and they never give it to me. They just insisted me to come into the dealership so that they can work you out on the price. They have several salesman that response to my email but once I asked for a quote they never return my mail. NOTE TO DEALERSHIP: Most people hated to walk into the dealership and haggle for the price. Well I went to buy my car at Mission Viejo Infiniti instead because they gave me a great quote online. I will not recommend this dealer to anybody that I know.

Be careful! This dealership lies to you. Because I live far from Cerritos, a manager and Sales associate discussed the terms of the car with me over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, another manager, Brian, and the same sales associate said they would not honor what we agreed to. They openly admitted that they did promise those terms but now could not follow through with it. I also spoke to the manager, Bill, who also agreed they were wrong for deceiving me and was somewhat sympathetic but mainly appeased me as to not write a review. Also, they are very ruthless with their negotiating and are not sympathetic to the customer-even when they admit they are wrong. If you MUST use this dealership, be very cautious. I ended up buying the car because Dante Epps apologized and even offered to give me $100 gift certificate to my favorite restaurant. Because he agreed it was wrong. After several attempts to reach Dante for the gift certificate, I still have not received it (almost 4 months later). He promised to give it to me the following week. Be careful! They will say anything to make a sale!

In November 2010 my wife and I bought a 2008 Infinti Fx35 from this dealership. Sam attended to us and made all the right sales pitches and we concluded the purchase satisfactorily and arranged for our shipper to collect the vehicle for shipping to Nigeria. However, 2 years later the vehicle's Dashboard started to BUBBLE and it deteriorated progressively becoming very unsightly and embarrassing. IN attemptING to find a solution we came upon Infiniti's Extension of Warranty and promise to replace such dashboards. We contacted our dealer, Cerritos Infiniti and received an email asking about the location of the vehicle. We responded anxiously that the vehicle was in Nigeria; thereafter Cerritos did not respond and all other emals did not have the curtesy of any reply. Cerritos was aware that the vehicle would be shipped to Nigeria; if there were potential issues we would have expected a good dealership to point such out at the time of sale/purchase. The least Cerritos could have done subsequently was to respond to our emails explaining whatever issues they had. The experience has been very unpleasant! WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM CERRITOS INFINITI AGAIN and WE WILL NOT RECOMMMEND CERRITOS INFINITI TO ANY BODY.

This is the same place where I get my 05' G35 serviced, and when it came time to buy the wife an SUV, I ended up purchasing through Cerritos Infiniti. A friend introduced me to Bill Stephens last January, when my son needed to trade in his Explorer and buy his first car. Bill took the time to find the perfect car for my son (a Honda Civic), gave him a fair trade in, and his team made the entire experience a great one for my son! He LOVES his car and the improved mileage!Last week it was my turn to trade in my Mercedes ML320, and of COURSE, the only call I made was to Cerritos Infiniti and Bill Stephens! Bill introduced me to Ryan Taylor, who showed me several cars on the lot that could work for me. I fell in love with an FX, but it was a little bit out of my price range, so we test drove a 2011 Toyota Camry with only 13k miles on it...and that's the car I bought. Once I'd made the decision, Bill's finance group got the job done, and Elisa Allen finished up all of the paperwork with me. Our family has purchased previously owned vehicles from a company owned by family friends in the past, knowing we would be well taken care of, like family, and their vehicle(s) were properly vetted, only the best. We have many entirely trouble-free years with these cars. On our way back from dropping off one of our cars to our daughter as a college graduation gift at the end of April, another daughter had her eye on a particular Infiniti she found through the internet on the lot at Cerritos Infiniti. Short a car, we stopped in on our way back home to take a look, and encountered quality people who surpassed our expectations from start to deal finish, and then beyond. The beyond part is why I write this review. We were already sold on Infiniti vehicles, having enjoyed one since 2003, previously owned. Cerritos Infiniti's commitment to quality customer care calls for sharing the news that not only will you find very well priced previously owned vehicles in excellent condition, you will also be taken care of beyond the initial purchase. Minor cosmetic scratches on a splash guard that we noticed before purchasing were written up for repair like new. After taking the vehicle home that evening, we noticed the floor mats were wrong in the morning. We called our salesman, Sam, and he surmised what we had: under the plastic neither of us realized the original mats had been swapped out to another car. Sam promised we would have the correct mats. Manager David Pelichowski authorized new mats and Ken Okimoto in Service made sure the color ordered matched. I was provided with the mats, and a complimentary vehicle while the splash guard was repaired.Shortly thereafter, we noticed another minor cosmetic issue that Cerritos Infiniti agreed existed before purchase. Viewing a cell phone photo I sent by email, David Pelichowski authorized a check on it and then repair, and again provided a complimentary vehicle. Ken Okimoto once again smoothly guided my experience through service, with follow-up phone calls to make sure everything met our expectations.The dealership had no obligation to us with that blemish on an otherwise beautifully maintained sports model, the deal had closed many days prior, and they already had our vehicle in to their body shop for cosmetic splash guard repair previously promised/written up pre-closing. Then one last matter came up to further convince us Cerritos Infiniti is in for the distance. After purchase, there was an issue with the second key/keyfob. David Pelichowski authorized another (expensive) as a courtesy. Mr. Pelichowski, previously owned vehicles manager, along with Ken Okimoto in service, and Sam in sales, provided an entirely quality purchase experience that did not end at the door after close of sale (the finance department was also efficient as well as very effective in obtaining a low rate finance loan). While we expect this kind of attention when doing business with family friends, Cerritos Infiniti's quality business ethic comes as a very pleasant surprise. We are compelled to spread the word.

He is the nicest and honest sales guy I've dealt with and made my car leasing experienced a pleasure. Michale did it at a price that no other dealership was willing to touch and he gave me a good trade-in value for my Honda civic. I had my car appraised in 3 other delearships including Carmax and the most they can give is 12,500. Before coming to Cerritos Infiniti, I tried 3 Infiniti and 3 BMW dealerships and it was always the same run-around. They completely failed to respond to my questions and needs.Huge kudos to everyone at Cerritos Infiniti specially to the sales and finance dept for making it happen.I will definitely comeback for my next car in 3 yrs.

I wrote a previous review involving my purchased of a used G37 from Sang Cho of Cerritos Infiniti. However, as I was waiting for the paperwork for the car to go through, Sang took my parents to the bank to get cash for the down payment. They went in a used EX35 that was on the lot, and my mom fell in love with the car. So the next day, my parents went back to the same dealership, and bought our second Infiniti in two days. We got the same great service we received last time and my mom was ecstatic about the deal she got. Again, highly recommended.

Michael Stafford is definitely the guy you want to work with. I reached out to a number of dealerships about a month ago when I first began researching the G37 Coupe 6 MT. He presented me an offer, but I needed more time to understand the market and make up my mind. Two weeks later, when I began looking in earnest, I again contacted various dealerships. Mike remembered working with me and made, by far, the most competitive offers on the car. We worked mostly on the phone over two weeks as I weighed a number of different choices, and throughout, Mike was diligent about reaching out to me every few days, answering my questions, and allaying any concerns. Our conversations were always friendly and low pressure, even when we were at an impasse.When I finally walked into the dealership to pick up the car, Mike had prepared all paperwork (and there weren't any unpleasant surprises) and we were in and out within an hour. The finance guy also didn't attempt to up-sell frivolous add-ons, which I appreciated. This was easily my smoothest car transaction to date..I got a great deal on my car and I'll definitely be referring Mike to my friends and family.

I went to this dealership twice, once while I was visiting several dealerships to test drive their vehicles, and the second time to actually purchase the Infiniti G37. Both times I had Sang Cho to walk me through the traits and benefits of each vehicle, and he was very helpful. During the test drive, he clearly explained the functions of the car as well as available pricing plans. Unlike some of the other salesmen in the other dealerships I went to, he told us everything we wanted to know about the vehicle without being overly talkative, allowing me time and concentration to get used to the car. While we were making the deal, he was very patient as my parents and I kept going back-and-forth in Cantonese, talking about whether we want it or don't want it and what prices we would be satisfied with. Overall highly recommended.

We told the salesperson we did not want to hassle over the price for our trade in, and we did not want to be there for an extended period of time..however, our efforts were met with negative results..we were there for approximately 7 hours...wow!!

I saw a television ad for the g37 lease program and I walked in to check the car out. I was expecting the typical high pressure, bait and switch that I would get with other dealer visits. What I got was the complete opposite. Sam was very professional and sincere throughout the whole process, he answered all of our questions without trying to upsell me on useless options. He showed me the car I was interested in the three colors that i liked most. To finish it off, he even told me about a loyalty incentive that I wasn't even aware I qualified for. The finance manager took the same no nonsense, friendly approach. It was a seamless transaction and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I initially went in to Cerritos Infiniti to do some research as her lease was ending in the next few weeks. As we approached Sam Rabadi greeted us and was very knowledgeable and personable. Our research soon turned into a test drive and a seat to talk over numbers (their expresso machine is outstanding by the way). Sam sat us down and gave us a soft estimate of figures without running our credit. My wife and I have been through the purchasing and leasing of cars a total of over 15 times and it really irks me when sales reps act like we haven't heard the same dealership "lingo" over and over again. Sam Rabadi cut out all of the back and forth and "mumbo jumbo" and got us a vehicle. Those estimated numbers without running our credit turned into accurate payments. Smoothest process we have had yet. Thank you to Sam and Mr. Ali Khan for crunching the numbers making both parties in agreeance.

Usually negotiating with a car dealership is one of the least favorite activities on people's list of things to do. I know it has been on mine. Not this time.... This was the most fun I've ever had buying a car! Maybe it was the people involved, the particular car, the vibes swirling round that crisp Saturday afternoon, or maybe it was a combination of the three. Call it car karma--something was definitely different about this experience, this place, and this time.I saw this Infiniti M35 on the internet ads early Saturday morning and exchanged a couple of brief emails with Michael Stafford about the color of the car as it was not listed in the ad. When I arrived at Cerritos Infiniti and met Michael, I was very much put at ease by his personal and professional demeanor. There was no pressure whatsoever. He was very patient in explaining all the features of the car to me, listening to my story, working with me to forge a workable deal. And he was personable and funny--we clicked and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I enjoyed working with him as a person. Even as he was doing his job, the mantle of "salesman" was not oppressively evident. This is the mark of a man doing a job he enjoys and doing it well. I appreciated that about Mr. Stafford. And I appreciate Cerritos Infiniti that they would value customer service so much that they hire people with nuanced sales talent and people skills over high pressure, hard-driving types. I also want to comment Paul Kim in Financial for his calm, easy, no pressure, no rush approach to completing the process. I enjoyed working with him as well. Cerritos Infiniti, you have quite a team there if everyone on staff is even close in demeanor and ethics to these two gentlemen. After having it up to HERE with 3 other dealerships, my girlfriend suggested I try Cerritos Infiniti, where she is currently leasing her 2nd car from them. Readers digest version: I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER!!After practically begging Mercedes to sell me a car for two weeks (all I got were canned email responses), after dealing with 2 other dealerships who approved me for a loan but were ripping me off on the interest rate, I went to Cerritos Infiniti. I have driven or been in almost every car...I had my heart set on a BMW but after driving the Mercedes it felt a little more roomie although the ride wasn't as smooth. I was torn. I have never been in an Infiniti....it wasn't even on my radar. That was my first mistake. This car (I got the FX) drives like a dream...it feels solid on the road, tons of room on the inside, luxurious....I don't even know how to describe it because I have never driven something like this. It's incredible.Michael Stafford was my sales guy. No pressure...no hard sell. He happily showed me and let me test drive so many cars. I had my heart set on a sedan, I'm glad my friend was with me. She knows me and gently guided me toward the FX. It's a beauty and even though it wasn't the most expensive car I looked at Michael was so cool when I decided on that particular one...didn't try to up sell me. Well, he's just cool, period. He took such good care of me, from start to finish and beyond. My husband is in sales so I'm pretty savvy when it comes to telling if I'm being hussled.I've never had treatment like this at a car dealership before. From the minute I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, every single employee I encounterd all the way to the finance guy (I can't remember his name but he was awesome) everyone was happy and friendly. It must be a great place to work! I was especially impressed when Bill Stephens (the GM) repeatedly checked in from start to finish just making sure things were going smoothly. He's a hands on guy and you can tell he cares his customers are happy. Not only did they make sure that I was legitimately happy with what I was driving away with, they made the buying/financing process painless. They clearly explained the extras I was offered (gap insurance, extended warranty, etc), the interest rate they gave me was 1/2 of what any other dealership I had been approved at gave me. I walked out of here knowing exactly what I had just purchased.I don't put miles on my car very fast but I can say in all honesty that I am looking forward to the day I get to go hang out while I get an oil change. :)

Usually, for my family, going to a car dealer means hours of pointless arguing with an end result of essentially nothing. However, not this time. Sang and Luis made the whole process of getting a new car quick and simple. They were friendly and quick to answer all of our questions. I've been looking to lease a car for a while and wanted to take advantage of the winter sales that almost all the car dealers have this time of year. I started by Infiniti because my brother has an '09 Infiniti that he loves to drive. Once I got to the dealer I was greeted by Sam Rabadi and I had a conversation with him about what I'm looking for and my price range for monthly lease payments. I was impressed that Sam remembered my family from '09 when he sold us my brother's car. I was also impressed with his sales skills; first, he wasn't pushy like other sales persons I've met before in other dealerships I visited. Second, he actually paid attention to my requests and my price range and didn't try to force a car on me that I couldn't afford. He advised me to take a test drive for the car that I choose to get a feel of it and it was a nice long test drive, which I liked because I didn't feel like I was rushed to make a decision. Once we got back to the dealer he gave me and my family the time and room to make a decision, which again, other sales persons I've met before never offered. When it came time to talk prices, options and mileage he was very detailed and gave me different prices on paper so I can compare and decide which one is better for me. Sam got me a really good deal, a deal that I was surprised I got from my first visit to the dealer and without even arguing over the price. Another thing I liked about Sam's deal is it didn't have a surprise or hidden fee at the end so whatever we agreed on during our conversation it was the same price on price. Something that made me trust Sam more was the amount of customers calling him on his cell phone trying to make deals and get prices. It didn't bother me that he was getting calls because it made me feel more comfortable towards him; if a lot of people are calling him for deals then he must be really good at what he does and he treats all customers the same. After signing the papers I had to go run an errand and Sam assured me that he will get the car cleaned up and ready for me by the time I come back and again, he kept his word. When I got back to the dealer the car was waiting for me on the red carpet and Sam took me to his office to sign some papers for delivery then we went to the car where he spent over 30 minutes with me showing everything about the car and its features. I'm very pleased with my lease and I'm happy that it went as smooth as it did. I feel like Sam is not a sales person, but a friend. He is someone I can recommend to my family and friends to pay a visit to for a great car deal. Sam was professional and friendly and that's how a dealership should be.

My wife and I are very demanding consumers. Robert handled us like a pro. Robert spent most of the day with my wife trying to figure out the perfect car for her. I am a proud owner of a JX35. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a mini van or suv. This is my first luxury SUV. I don't like to spend that much on a car but it is worth every penny. I first looked at JX35 at Glendale Infiniti, but they would not give me a good deal. So a few days later I drove to Cerritos to see other cars and while I was there I stopped by at Infiniti to look at JX35. While there I met Michael Stafford who gave me a great deal on my JX. I was not that ready to buy but the deal was so good that I could not go hone without buying this car. To keep this short, Mike was so helpful and honest that I did not have to wait to think about this deal. I just said yes. I also loved the Manager John Barrett who also helped and gave me good deal. He was honest and simple to work with, gave me great Interest on my finance. Cerritos Infiniti was so good to me that I went back and leased another G37 two days later. Again, Mike gave me a deal so good that I had to come and lease this G37. So now I have two Infinitis at home. People think I am a millionaire, but it is not that expensive.

Before going down to the dealer I looked at their inventory online. Michael was the sales person to call me back. Being that this would be the third time I have purchased a car from a dealer I was not expecting the service that I received. After speaking on the phone and discussing my situation, Michael told me to come down and he would be able to help. Once at the dealer we looked at the cars and discussed the numbers. In the beginning, I had an issue with one of the other sales people, however Michael more than made up for it. He made the whole experience fast, informative, and exciting. I came into the dealership looking to get a used vehicle. I was expecting to be financed on a car for at least the next 5 years or so. Instead, Mike ran my credit and found the best deal to fit my situation. Turns out I qualified for a recent graduate program that allowed me to lease a new vehicle. My Wife and I went looking for a used Infiniti Qx56. Although they didn't have any in the lot, they had no problem showing us the newer ones. They explained to us the subtle differences. And I was almost immediately sold with out even viewing the one they didn't have on the lot. They eventually showed us the used 2010 QX56 and my Wife and I fell in love with it. My wife and I had a great experience with Infiniti of Cerritos. We were greeted and helped by Robert Crow who was extremely helpful and friendly. We were in a recent car accident and needed to get back into a good car quickly. Robert helped us find a used Toyota in great shape that we bought the same day. We got a good deal too. It was time for me to trade in my late husband's beautiful 1990 classic Mercedes, it was incredibly hot, I'd been car shopping, was getting frustrated and was ready to give up...One more stop at Cerritos Infiniti.Then Sam stepped out in the heat, with a welcoming smile and genuinely ready to work with me to solve my car needs. He met me at the car I had found online and spent all the time I needed to answer my questions and listened to my financial needs to be able to make the deal work for me. He was very sensitive to my situation and request to make this "as painless as possible"Throughout the process, at each challenge Sam brought in the right Cerritos Infiniti team member to find a workable solution - no pressure at any point, including giving me time to leave for lunch think about the details and consider the options. I bought a 2007 G35 from Michael Stafford. He provided impeccable service and went above and beyond the call of duty when 2 weeks later I couldn't get in my car due to what turned out to be a dead battery resulting from accidentally leaving the car in accessory mode (still getting familiar with the push start). This was on a holiday weekend and Michael made a house call. Within a half hour of us calling him our car was up and running! This was a unique situation and he saved the day. I highly recommend working with Michael. Overall the dealership was friendly and clean.

We visited Cerritos Infiniti to inquire about the new JX35. We were welcomed by Rizzo Kesodia who is very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us the inventory and the different options we have. Took us on a test-drive and carefully explained all the car's extensive features. Since the car that has the specs that we want is not available on the lot, he took our information and did his research. On Sept. 3, we were asked to come back to the dealership because they found the car that we want. We were assisted by Sang Cho. Just like Rizzo, Sang is very accomodating and friendly. We went over the specs, crunched some numbers and before long, a deal was made! THESE GUYS ROCK! Initially I was a little hesitant when my sales man Sam continued to try to explain how leases and terms work, but after I was firm about what I wanted these guys came thru and delivered. Sam is a sweet older gentleman, who really gives you his very best. John, his sales manager, is a hip comedic guy who is fair and definitely takes care of his customers. These two were able to get me into a car when I really thought I was there to inquire about ending my lease early. John found me a cute black on black g37, but advised me that it had been customized at no charge. The car is such a head turner. I have received tons of compliments of my custom IPL grill. I did have some minor set backs but the whole team went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy. All of the sales reps here are gentlemen. One sales rep even took my friend and I to get some snacks while we waited on my car to be delivered. And each time I have returned to the dealership he has been a tremendous help. I dont know his name but I wish I did so that I can include him as one of the reasons why I would refer ANY and EVERYONE to this dealership. Good Job Guys! -Brandie

I came into Infiniti with a car in mind to test drive and possibly purchase the same day. Sang Cho approached us immediately and found out the reason for our visit and quickly let me know he was there to assist me with anything and answer my questions. I really appreciated that he didn't come off pushy at all. He really was there to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. Another thing I really liked about Sang was that he didn't talk to me like I was a female purchasing a car. I went to several dealerships and because I am a female the sales person would only speak of how pretty a car is or what cute amenities the car had. Sang showed me those but that wasn't the main focus. We went over how many cylinders the car was, the horsepower, the gas mileage, how the drive is on and off the freeway and also how it compared to other luxury vehicles. During the purchasing part of the transaction Sang was completely patient with me. I went through about 3 or 4 different car colors before I made a decision. He could have easily become frustrated with me. But he didn't show any signs up frustration. He was completely patient and he let me know that I needed to be completely happy with the color so he understood and was ok with my indecisiveness.Through the 3 or 4 hours at the Infiniti Dealership Sang was there by our sides helping us in anyway he could. Even after the purchase and days later Sang has reached out to make sure that I am enjoying the car and followed up to see if I had additional questions that may have came to mind after I left.

Mr. Ken Carter was the nicest, friendliest, and most patient agent i worked with. My dad and i searched for a car suitable for me for 3 weeks or more and have been to 8 dealerships (2 honda, toyota, audi, bmw, lexus, 3mini) and honestly, he was the best out of all the agents i had spoke with. The sales transaction was great. Both Mike Stafford and David Baker were super helpful and made the whole experience relaxed and easy going. I wish I could say the same about the service department. We made an appointment to drop off the car for 6 hours to have the alarm and finishing touches added to the car only to find out at 5pm (after I called for status on the car) that the technician who does the alarm system never came in. Why would you schedule my appointment and not have all the parties that needed to be present to make this happen.I appreciate having a loaner car but that's besides the point.

I came to this dealership with my friend who wanted to check out the "G" sedans. Sang came out and greeted us and showed us a 2012 G25 Journey. My friend took it for a test drive, liked it but was still in the process of checking into other brands. Sang understood and gave us further details on this car including the G37 which has more power. Before leaving, my friend and I were given a brochure and business cards and my friend was told to check back once he made a decision on considering the "G" and he will work with us. There were never any pressure to "sell" on the spot. This is one of the better experiences that I had in visiting a dealership.I would recommend this dealership to my friends and have them check with Sang if they want to consider an Infinity.

I have to rate my experience ! Sale did not go through on particular used vehicle I was looking at . But my experience was very pleasant . Why rate this dealership if no sale ? I have bought many used cars in my lifetime and had many negative experiences ! Typical make you feel stupid , where are you coming from with that offer , trying to break you down for hours , somebody else is coming down to buy it later , etc etc etc . The typical ploys . Her I was treated like a real human ! Haven't seen that in years . I low balled and they high balled , but to my surprise no seem to get offended , no name calling , no dirty looks & no trying to sweat me ! My sales guy ( Robert Crow )was quite cordial with me . Should another vehicle come to this dealership that catches my interest , I would not hesitate to come back because of the respect I got here !

I really wasn't looking to buy cpo fx35. I was on my way to Cerritos Toyota for 2012 Toyota 4 runner, I have test drove and picked out couple so my wife can decide which one seems better but since the infinity dealer was first on the location i decided to go in for look. Robert was very personable and tactful. So to make long story short I end up buying used car even though it is cpo. My very first car was used which I bough back in 1974 then always bought new. And I never have enjoyed car buying experience even though I have bought quite a few(10). Here I have to say that it did not take long as I have expected matter fact probably the shortest,and finance people were not bad actually bearable. I mean they are there to make money, so.... Couple days later I had to go back since there were no "wheel lock key" and Robert Y. and Marcy took care of it. I have not got it yet since they had to order, but I hope I have better luck with service dept. than some of people who gave bad review. Salesman, I could not say more good things about him.

Ed Fouch could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, or patient! He was a pleasure to deal with and did not pressure us to buy at all. We actually leased two cars in one week and found John Barett equally accommodating, friendly, and patient. Unlike the other 3 dealerships that gave us quote, John was straightforward and generous during the entire process. David Baker literally ran all day allowing us to test drive numerous vehicles and physically searching inventory to find us the perfect car to fit our needs. Great price and great car! But they kept changing the deal. Very irritating and frustrating when they tell you something different every day. Plus, after we bought the car we called them several times for questions and they never once returned our call. They sure called us a lot when we were wanting to buy the car, but after we bought the car they didn't answer our phone calls or called us back. Bad customer service on their part.

Sang is a very nice sales person who helped me a lot throughout the whole process of purchasing the pre-owned 2008 G37s. I just randomly walked into the Infiniti dealer that day, and happened to be he was free to show me around, he is not one of those guy that try hard to sell you any car that they have on the floor, he just walked me around and ask me what I like, and I just found the G37s which has the color and good milage that I like. I didn't buy the car that day, because I need to check on other things and want to keep shopping around, but he would not push you or tell you something like make your decision quick, because our cars do sell really fast. Later on, when I went back to buy the car, he was very informative about what sevice they did after they got the car, and showed me how everything works, and set up the bluetooth and driver seat for me before I left the dealer. Try to ask for Sang if you are thinking about getting a Infiniti.

I visited Cerritos Infinity to get information on my recent purchase of my 2006 Infinity. The dealership that sold the car couldn't help me. At this dealership, Sang Cho volunteered to assist me, as I have no manuals for the car. I only knew how to start the car, but Sang described to me many of the features and reset the GPS and phone features. He even set up my home location on the GPS, pretty cool. Sang Cho is very friendly and went out of his way to help me. I personally judge the quality of a dealership by the people they employ, A+. I will frequent this dealership and refer others here.

I spent all day there working with Michael and Sang. We had productive conversation around the vehicle and purchase but also around life and things in common. I was allowed to test drive until my heart's content and never had the feeling that I was not being taken seriously. I'm a repeat customer so I was given the red carpet treatment and that I truly appreciated. They did what they needed to earn my business. I will refer others to Cerritos Infiniti.

Went to do some comparison shopping and met Rizzo at the entrance. He showed us the the EX35 we were interested in, lets test drive and put no pressure on all. I expressed some interest but didnt like the color. They didnt have the midnight garnet color I wanted, but the mgr said he would have one there in about 30 min and absolutely zero pressure to buy. "Just look and if you like it fine, if not don't worry, no obligation to buy". They really did make it easy.... The car showed up and while it was a little darker than i originally wanted, it was still beautiful!By the time we test drove this one, we were late for a dinner w/friends. Rizzo was great and put us right into the finance person, asked them to "rush" the paperwork, as we were already late. We made it out in record time and Rizzo made sure to make an appointment to walk me through the car at a later date. Very happy with the entire transaction and the people at Cerritos Infiniti.

I have been taking my G35s 6MT to Infiniti Cerritos for 9 months now, and every experience has exceeded my expectations. As someone who drives in excess of 50k miles per year, I rely heavily on my car for my livelyhood, and entertainment. Last Friday, during the rainstorm, I quickly realized could no longer safely travel on my worm rear tires. Not only did Cerritos fit me into their busy schedule, but they made a special trip just to go get my special tires that day. I can say my experience at Cerritos Infiniti was the best of all dealerships I visited in the past. The amount of time I spent there deciding which "G" I wanted, you would have thought I was moving in. Sales Consultant Michael Stafford was the "BEST", he made my car buying experience memorable. Being there with my husband and kids made it comical, in that Michael Stafford came back with some number with anticipation of a response,there was a moment of silence and my 3 years old son looked at me and my husband and said, "Say something".....That was hilarious. Michael bought my kids snacks, he joked with them and expressed how much he loved kids. So don't think twice about bringing the kids, ask for Michael. I bought my car (G25 2011)in Aug. 11 and I still communicate with him with any questions and/or concerns about my car. I did leave room for more bells and whistles for my next Infiniti purchase and me, my husband and the kids will be back to see Michael again. I would recommend Mr. Stafford to any one that finds Infinifi attractive. I want to give a shout out to John & Ali, you all were the best and I would say, "It a good thing that the Merren's are mentioned in your meetings". I recently bought an 07 M from Carmax. John Yarber at Cerritos Infiniti treats me as though I bought the vehicl new from thiem. I've been in for service/maitenance several times and I'm always thrilled with the service and work. I even bought new tires and their price beat all the so called discount tire outlets.John is the best service person I've ever worked with. Great experience. Joe is a great salesman, he has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and work with me to make it happen. He answered all of my questions and quickly handled any concerns I had. Eric the finance guy worked with me to help get me a payment I feel good about. I bought a 2008 G35 Infinity from there. The care overall was a good choice, but the dealer's service was horrible in the end. A sensor was broken inside the tire, and I had to take it to another dealership in TX because I was out of town. The dealership in TX told me the mechanic at Cerritos broke something while fixing the tire, but Cerritos tried to say blame it on my driving. Long story short, Cerritos paid for it after 3 months.

Horrible service. I went to Infinity to get the best service for my car. I had to set an appointment 3 days in advance for an oil change and when I arrived I had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even recognized I was there. Finally one service technician pointed me out to another and told him to take care of me. 2 hours later my car pulls up. Nobody reviewed any service issues just pointed to the cashier who promptly took my credit card. I read the top page of the service agreement that recommended I get new break pads (in red) among several other issues. I asked why this was not reviewed and potentially corerected in the 2 hours got nothing after complaining to the service manager I got a "he was a new service technician". Arrived at 9:15 left at 11:30. Got my oil changed.

Leased a 2011 G37 from Cerritos Infiniti on March 12 2011. Worked with Karim Tejani and David Baker from the Internet Department. Both were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and got me a great deal on the lease. Since I am a Las Vegas resident I had to make sure I found the right price before booking a flight to California to get the car. After negotiating with about 4 dealerships in the SoCal area I ended up going with Cerritos Infiniti. Beat the price I wanted to pay by $300.Happy customer and would gladly refer to anybody.

I go to this dealer only because I live in Cerritos and don't want to drive far out to other cities. This dealer's service department has very rude and unorganized staffs. Not very friendly. They have very few loan cars which is rarely given out even when it is requested. They don't really listen to your requests. You have to remind them several times when you are at the service center.

I found my daughter's dream car online at Cerritos of Infiniti. What we did not know is that the experience of her buying her first car would match the dream! We had not yet decided to purchase the car, but when we drove up, there it sat in the Red Carpet Delivery area! I as her Mom was almost brought to tears due to the extra effort the managers went through to make this experience wonderful for my daughter-who had saved and scrimped for years to have a down payment and would be incurring all the costs for her car. The staff beginning with the General Manager Bill Stephens really looked into the car history to make certain this was a safe car for our 19 year old. They checked so many points and gave us a full report of these findings. This put me, Mom, at ease! The second Manager that we dealt with, Dave, welcomed us and explained everything to us and how the process would go, he was fantastic.My daughter test drove the car and we decided to purchase the car. We dealt with "Rochelle" the most during this transaction who was smart, informative and patient with all my 19 year old daughter's questions!! Ask for Rochelle for certain she was fantastic (and cute)!The finance deparment really took into consideration my daughters varying salary-being a student and working part-time and they found the best plan which really put my daughter at ease!! The finance rate was superb and everyone was happy, Mom, Dad and Daughter. We then moved over to looking at extended warranties and coverages- we loved this employee,Paul Kim . Paul gave us all the information but was not pushy at all. He was very patient with all the photo's I was taking to document this milestone in my daughter's life. We wanted to purchase an extended warranty and Paul led us to the best package for our concerns.Through the whole process we have an energetic 8 year old and a Mother (me)taking photo's of every step of the sale and the whole Infiniti staff was delightful!! We were there until almost closing and even at the end when the car was sold and my daughter was in the car, Rochelle was there with us pointing out all the need to know button and levers, along with answering a ton more questions from my daughter! I tried to have my daughter end the transaction to let Rochelle go as it was freezing outside but she replied to me, "That's okay, this is part of the job."I love this dealership and so did my husband who is a harder sell. It's even the small things like a Keurig Coffee pot that I noticed so every customer has a fresh complimentary cup of coffee rather than a stale pot. This stuff makes a difference. The thoughtfulness and customer service means a great deal to me and they just went over board. I work in retail myself and was so happy to know customer service is not a thing of the past. Cerritos of Infiniti-Thank you!! Thank you for not just giving us a great deal on my daughter's dream car, but by being the "Dream Team" to buy it from!! The best part of the story for me is that my husband told me, my next car will be an Infiniti!!!!

My first experience with Cerritos Infiniti was November '09 when I purchased a pre-owned M35. The salesman could not have been better and at no point did I feel pressured to buy or "wheeled and dealed". I dealt with 1 educated person who was mellow which fit my personality. I was out of there in 3 hours with my new car and paperwork signed (this includes me test driving 3 different cars). More recently, I took my car in for a routine tune up. I was pressed for time. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes and the ladies I worked with were professional, patient - especially with my lack of car knowledge, and efficient. I love the car & the employees at Cerritos Infiniti! I'm an Infiniti man for life now!

Horribly incompetent and rude staff. They spend more time making excuses and telling you what they cannot or will not do for you rather than taking care of you, treating you like a valued customer. Tried booking a service appointment with them. After numerous phone calls trying to get a hold of someone, finally after 3 days manage to get a work order in. This is after calling the front desk like 10 times getting fed up and calling the incompetent service rep (Carlos) and having him tell me 2 times that he would call back, but never fullfils that promise. Booked appointment on a saturday in the morning only to find out they don't do body work there nor would they provide a rental. Wasted 3 hours of my saturday, only day I have off. Staff was extremely unapologetic for wasting time, additionally was rude and did not give me a satisfactory alternative. Ended up leaving without needed work done. The bottom line with this dealership is that they do not care about the customer. Once you buy, you're another number that needs to wait in line. Mercedes had way better customer / service support. Next care will be a mercedes again.

Having recently leased a G35 (albeit from another dealer-South Bay Infiniti) I went to Cerritos Infiniti to ask if they would install my front license bracket. The lady from the service dept. said that they would, but it would cost $50. I told the lady that I had planned to have my vehicle serviced at Cerritos Infiniti because it was closer to my home. I indicated to her that her position was rather short sighted and wasn't looking at the big picture. I had planned to give Cerritos Infiniti all of my service business, but she replied they have to pay the service techs and that was it. I immediately drove to Infiniti South Bay where my bracket was installed in two minutes (I swear) and for zip, nada. I now know where I'll be having my Infiniti serviced and I won't even mind the extra miles I have to drive.
