Certified Auto Mall is the finest one-stop car center around. Their sales team is respectful and honest. The vehicles they purchase are of high quality and reliability. Their staff makes the browse/buy process easy and stress free. That is just the beginning. Dave and the service team are the most trustworthy gentlemen I've ever had a vehicle serviced with. IMO 90% of the auto service for a layperson like me is honesty: these are the straightest shooters around!.

Honestly it was the best car buying experience ive ever had. The cars are priced so fairly that you dont need to hagel. Our sales man was honest and did not pressure us. We had repairs done on my other vehicle and felt like they treated us well.

I was having an issue with my car and needed a tow. Matt who is the manager came and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond. He was very careful with my vehicle and showed that he cared. After my car arrived at the dealership(since it was a warranty repair) Matt called me to let me know it was there and also informed me of the exact location of the service department since they were under construction. I have to say not only was he extremely professional but had the best work ethic I've come across in a very long time which you rarely see anywhere anymore. I will be bringing my car there for future services and any other needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Matt!

The staff was so nice and interacted with my family as we shopped. They considered both our family needs in our car and our budget. The car was cleaned so nice and the paperwork seemed to be so quick! We are very pleased with our purchase. We also had repairs done to our AC compressor in our Toyota and found their prices way more reasonable than the quotes we got at another Howell shop...by FAR!

In the past week, I have used their service department and bought a car from them. Their service manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixes things right the first time. Their entire staff is very friendly and helpful when you're trying to find a car to buy also. And their finance guy, Tony, definitely goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Billy was quite helpful when I first called to inquire about the car buying process at Certified. Upon my arrival Dominic was very accommodating when showing me around the lot and allowing me to test drive a couple of vehicles. When I met with Tony regarding financing he ran a credit profile and was able to recommend a vehicle which I felt was not within my means but turned to be just the opposite I recommend Certified to anyone. Superb dealership!! Very professional , fun , loving & very welcoming as well as accomdating!! The Stahnten family truly makes you feel like one of their own. I am 22 yrs of age, just moved out on my own in September, just now started building credit. My 1990 acura integra was shot and I needed to get another car asap , I went to a used car dealership in Neptune and they turned me away because I have little to no credit and my down payment wasn't going to be much. They referred me to Billy at certified auto mall of Howell NJ ! Billy is the bomb !! Even though I had no credit and very little $ down he got me in a 2006 Pontiacg G6 GT. And my monthly payments are super low and perfect for my budget. Bill and Tony really went above and beyond for us! The whole experience was done within a couple of hours, and they both made sure we were satisfied and took care of everything in minimal time. It was one of the best experience by far. Bill went above and beyond to take care of getting our trade in vehicle picked up with their towing service, so we didn't have to worry about arranging the tow. We recently purchased a truck here which came with a one year bumper to bumper warranty.. The truck is over 100k miles, a warranty like that is not common anywhere else! We were very pleased with the whole buying process, there was no pressure and they got the truck financed for us! Can't say anything negative about this dealership! I will be recommending them to friends and family that are in the market (for any type of vehicle because they have an excellent selection.)

The guys at Certified Auto Mall provided great service and a quality vehicle. They also offer a 1 year unlimited mile warranty. They process was smooth and easy and when my vehicle needed a minor repair (door lock actuator) they replaced it ASAP. They are upfront and honest and back their vehicles. We've had the 2008 Tahoe for a few weeks and it is a great truck. I already recommended them to a friend

So i started my day of with both of my trucks (older) not starting. they were not worth it to me to fix. The guys at certified have been keeping them together for the last year so of course i began my car shopping there. I immediately found a 2003 Lancer with under 100k miles for a great price. I got financed in under 20 minutes they worked with me on the down payment and I am now driving around in a reliable car that i know will start THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!

I went into Certified about a month ago for a new vehicle for me and my family. Billy and Art took the time to find us the perfect SUV for us! The buying process was easy my credit was so so however got an instant approval with great terms. The truck was carfax certified and I got the warranty i wanted. I had a minor issue with the AC. The guys had no problem taking care of it IMMEDIATELY. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!

Me and my wife had done the tour of the car dealerships for the past few weeks. Finding several cars we liked but not overly happy with the price, condition or overall service at several of these dealerships. We decided to take a drive by Certified Auto Mall to look at a car we had seen online. We originally saw a Nissan Murano which we both liked and an Infinity SUV. My wife went inside to find someone to show us the two cars. Tony, the general manager got us the keys to the Infinity and asked what we were looking for in a car. We told him our needs, SUV, Low milage and decent year. The Infinity fit these needs but Tony wanted to show us one other car that he felt fit our needs a bit more. The dealer had just got in a 2011 Dodge Journey with 46,000 miles. The car was fully loaded with 3 row seating, push button start, heated seats, remote start, aka, the works! We took the car for a test ride and me and my wife both looked at each other with that look and knowing "this was the one!" I have had credit issues over the past few years from suffering a sever spine injury and being out of work for 3+ years. My credit was low and my current job isn't the greatest. I told Tony where we wanted to be at and what our down payment could be. Tony told us to take a ride for a bit and he would call us back. Me and my wife upon leaving the dealership both agreed that chances of hearing back were slim to none seeing how our previous experiences had gone. not a half hour later after leaving Tony called me back with an approval and told me to come get our new truck! The service, laid back friendly atmosphere made this the most rewarding car shopping experience myself and my wife have ever experienced. Certified Auto Mall is a great place to buy a car and the staff there alone make it a great place. Quality cars and quality people!!!! Couldn't be happier with the car and dealership and we look forward to using them for future service on both of our cars from here on out!

I was in need of service for my Ford Fusion. Billy, Dom and Tony took care of my every need. i was able to get work done while I waited (not long at all), and my oil was changed, tires rotated, and they topped off all my fluids. Went to Certified looking for a Mercury Milan, I was in luck as i was there a truck pulled up with a delivery of the recently purchased vehicles one of which happened to be a Milan. The car was awesome i loved the color, the price was fair, the carfax was clean and they gave me a 1 year warranty. No one else does that. It was the easiest car buying experience for me to date. This is the 2nd time I purchased an SUV from Certified. Shockingly,after 2 years the same people still worked there! That made me feel very comfortable as a female when I waled in the door. Tony was very direct with me from the start about the vehicle I wanted. Everyone at Certified went out of there way to make the experience pleasant and smooth. Everything I asked for, they accomplished and not just Tony but Dave in service as well! Certified is by far the most reliable service repair center in Monmouth County, in addition to having a great selection of used cars on their property. I bought my car from Certified and would certainly recommend a friend to them because they sell high quality used cars. It is extremely easy to book a service repair with the on site garage they have, and they will do everything they can to best accommodate your repairs in a timely manner. Far too often you hear about being ripped off by a mechanic or a car dealer but not once have I ever left thinking that I just was taken for a ride. Friendly staff that gets to know more than just your car, and treats you like family rather than just a client.

Just recently purchased a Corvette Convertible from these guys and couldnt be happier! Needed work on my '96 Mustang. Brought it to Certified Auto Mall in Howell on Saturday morning. Met with Dave. Explained what was wrong and what I thought it needed. Dave was THE best service manager I have ever dealt with in 35 years. Upfront and he explained everything in layman's terms. He said he would call me in a few hours with an estimate and what was needed. He did exactly what he promised. Called me that afternoon, took the time to explain everything he needed to do and when he could get it done. He kept his word on all counts!! I couldn't get back to the shop since he had my car. He had someone pick me up at home and drive me back to the shop!!! It turned out the guy that picked me up was the owner, Art!!!. Another good guy. Bottom line is the customer service was exceptional and I felt very good about the price (LOWER THAN THE ESTIMATE!!!) and the repairs. I am recommending Certified Auto Mall to all my friends and neighbors.

Certified auto has been great to from the moment I stepped on the lot. The process of purchasing the truck was quick, easy, and enjoyable. I am one hundred percent happy with my experience with their business. Upon bringing in the vehicle for a follow up when a hose broke a few months down the line; they not only brought it right into the shop to have it looked at. Dave, Art and Mike, to name a few, are the best!.They are very caring and concerned with the customer's satisfaction. Last winter I broke down in the middle of one of those snowstorms. These guys were absolutely great my experience started with a simple visit to the website followed up with an e-mail. Billy got back to me rapidly and made me feel completely comfortable. Once I finally had a chance to get to Certified I was treated with nothing other than courtesy and care. Tony made my experience with Financing EASY, understandable and in all honesty very fun and enjoyable!!! I would highly recommend these guys.
