I went there to buy a 2002 Ford Ranger, has one owner and lower mileage. Thought it was too good to be true. Was told the sway bars would be replaced. After buying the truck, realized they weren’t which wasn’t a big deal. Then a week later it has a fuel issues, needed a fuel pump. Which I was told I had a FULL warranty for 30 days. Over $1,000 into the truck a week after owning it. Back window is also leaking as well, interior gets wet. Wouldn’t recommend.

I can not stress enough not to buy from this dealership. They lie about everything they do, I’ve put over $2,500 into my truck within the first two months of buying it. Getting pulled over for expired temp tags because they can’t do their job and get your tags from the DMV. Then they’ll lie and say they called you when they never do. Complete liars and don’t care about their customers. Can not stress enough not to buy from this terrible dealership.

I was working with the sales person for over 2 weeks. I live 3 hours away. He sent me all these pictures and told me the car was great. I have the emails and chat to prove this btw, because I am sure they will contest this. Me and my brother show up and we left in 5 mins. Here is why. The rear bumper was spray painted, looks like someone was sanding/polishing the headlight and stopped in the middle. the entire DASH was cracked and looked like someone tried to epoxy the edges. The passenger door didnt align, car smelled like smoke and the 3rd row seating was barely functional. A BUNCH OF USED CAR SALES MEN.... I hate stereotypes but this place definitely was a the bottom of the barrell.

I purchased a 2009 BMW from this dealer on 7/03/15, the vehicle was financed through the Navy federal credit union. Two weeks later I inquired about my registration and license plates. The response I was given by the owner didn't make sense to me! The response was even though the credit union had paid off the vehicle immediately it would take time to get my plates and reg.. I was told that I would have the plates and registration by the time the temporary tags would expire. Today is 8/06/15 the temp. tag expired on 8/04/15. The owner says that he can not get the registration because of a glitch on the title where it was signed by the previous owner. The dealer could have found out and remedied this situation if he would have applied for the title transfer when the vehicle was paid off!

I came here to buy a car. I didn't have any certain one, but I had a couple choices that I was interested in. I don't have great credit but Farrell went out of his way to get me approved. He got me in a great car with a reasonable down payment. Farrell even got me insurance so I could drive home that day. I recommend certified to anyone who is looking for a good use car. The whole team made me feel like I was the only customer when I was there. I will always use Certified for any use car purchases from now on.

when i bought my suv i was surprized to see a 70 year old grand mom wait on me she was not pushy they offered coffee and ice tea it was very nice experence my suv is ingreat shape i would recommend certified to anyone
