So, I had been shopping everywhere Va, Pa, turns out there was this place, close and easy to get to. The purchase process was easy. Luke is a solid dude. I will definitely be coming back to make another purchase.

Excellent experience! I bought a 2005 Honda Civic 2 weeks ago for my son. No pressure at all. I had time to look over the car and test drive without a salesman looking over my shoulder. I have already recommended them to others!!

This was my second buying experience with Certified Auto Sales in Millersville, MD. The fact that I was a return customer says a lot about this business. Usually, an establishment gets "one" chance to please me. Both of the vehicles that I have purchased have not disappointed. I would recommend this business if you are looking for a used vehicle with low mileage. The buying experience was very pleasant. ...M.H. In B'More.

my wife and i bought a car from certified and we are both extremely satisfied with the overall experience. we got a low mileage, well maintained vehicle, for a fair price. if you know what you want from a vehicle you can purchase a used vehicle from these guys with out the headache or anxiety usually associated with the used car buying experience. would purchase from them again.

Bought a car there this week. They were recommended by friends who keep going back there for their cars. We are sold! SO simple to deal with. The cars are described accurately on the website; there were no unpleasant surprises. We found what we wanted online, went down and tried it out, bought it and drove home with it. The price was very fair. I love my "new" car. This was the most pleasant car shopping experience I've ever had, and I want every car purchase we ever make to be this satisfactory. :)

No pressure buying process. Quality cars on a budget. We have been through the sleezy buying process before. This was such a breath of fresh air.

I've bought two cars from them, both very nice cars with not too many miles on them. One (2000 Saturn bought with 65K miles) I've had for almost 5 years now and still runs great, the other (1999 Camry bought with 84K miles) I bought a few months ago, the only issue I've had with it was a check engine light that I got on the way home from buying. Checked the code and called them up and let them know what the problem was, they took it into their shop a week later and replaced the part with no hassle and no charge. They stand by the cars they sell with one month warranty, and they honor it. No games with pricing, they give you the straight number including all the taxes, tags, and other fees (probably about $500-$1000 above the price you see online). They make buying easy, all you do is sign and provide payment and proof of insurance, they take care of all the paperwork for you. A+ experience, they'll be the first place I look when I need to replace one of my current cars (which I intend to drive until they die, which I think will be a while). If you are looking for a car with not too many miles (<100K) on a budget, this is the place to look.

Our sales associate Georgi was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very upfront concerning the condition of the car and the warrabty information. This dealer is able to issue title and plates so we didn't have to go to the MVA! We are very happy with our purchase.

This dealer is in a business park and has a small inventory of less expensive cars. They were very nice, not pushy at all and car was exactly as the ad stated. We did not buy this vehicle but would consider this dealer again

I recently purchased a 2003 ford Explorer Sport XLT on December 1,2014 from Certified Auto Sales. I went on Cars.com and put in my preferences and came up with 2 vehicles i was interested in. 1 was at another dealership and 1 was at Certified Auto Sales. I went with the latter because of the great service i was provided on my very first visit. The guys at Certified let me test drive the vehicle i wanted with no supervision and after driving the Explorer i fell in love with it. They let me put a deposit on it and 3 days later i went to purchase it. I asked if i could have some wiggle room on the final price and they surprisingly lowered the price to fit my budget. I was so happy. Then we could not get the remote entry to work properly so they took about an extra hour trying to make it work. They finally got it working but told me they would order me a new one. I received my tags in the mail as promised and a few weeks later i received my new key less remote. I could not be more impressed with the whole experience I received from everyone at the establishment. I will definitely visit these guys again when i am ready to get another used vehicle. 1st class professionals from top to bottom. If you had a bad experience from these guys then you did not go into the situation with good vibes and you were sadly wrong in doing so. I recommend them to everyone i know and you should go visit them as well. Perfection at its best.

My 75 year-old mother purchased a car here. Paid cash, for car, tax, title and TAGS, the temporary tags expired Sunday (still no tags), called today and was told "She'll just have to go to the DMV and get her own tags". Wow

I told Matt what car I was looking for, he found the car I wanted at the price I could afford. There were a few minor problems with the car that they fixed quickly. The experience was very good, much easier than I thought It would be. I would recommend then to anyone looking for an easy place to buy their next car.

Called for a specific vehicle and was told it is available and to come on down. When we got there, we were told that the person who answered the phone at the dealership does not know what cars are sold or not and they already took a deposit down on the vehicle I was interested in, but he is not sure if the financing will go through with the other buyer. Did not even try to offer me a chance to look at other vehicles they had for sale. Seemed very disorganized.

I purchased my car from certified autos about 6 months ago. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to get back to me via email, and their 30 day, all inclusive warranty. There were a couple of small issues with my car that I noticed within the first few weeks of purchasing the car, and they were good about getting me in and fixing them. overall, i was pleased with the service I got.

Each of my sons have bought a car from Certified Auto and we were pleased with the deals and experience. They leave you alone to look the car over and take it on a test drive. My older son bought a nicely equipped 2000 Saturn with 60k miles 3 years ago and it has served him well. My younger son just bought a nice 99 Camry with 86k miles. We were looking for the $5000 car for them and these fit the bill. I asked if they had any room in the price. Matt and Luke were both up front about whether there was any room. They are a small operation so there is not a big margin but they were able to save my guys some money. No games. I want them to be able to make their money. They do work on the cars to bring them up to snuff and if you find an issue they will do something to fix it. Because we are buying older cars at a lower price, we expect there to be some costs down the road after purchase and have had no gripes. We do a pretty rigouous test drive to make sure steering, braking, suspension, transmission, acceleration are OK and listen for any unusual noises. Haven't felt that they were trying to hide anything on either of our purchases. We even mentioned a problem we found in one of the vehicles we test drove and the next day that vehicle was not listed in their inventory. When we went back to complete the purchase of the Camry we bought, I asked about it and was told they needed to do some work on it. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

This was my first experience buying a used car. This purchase was for my daughter which is going through a hard time and Luke was very understanding of her car buying experience. Very low pressure and was a delight working with Luke. They had a number of cars to choose from and the price was very reasonable. I enjoyed working with them and will definite refer friends and family.

After reading the very positive reviews on this dealership, we were willing to make a 2 1/2 hour drive to see a 2002 Chrysler Sebring convertible which they advertised, based on their ad's claims of an accident free AutoChek and answers to our detailed questions by phone to determine if the car had been damaged, repaired, repainted, or affected by any accident history, from the dealer's own observations of the vehicle. We were told that the car looked good, though it appeared like a piece of molding on the right (passenger) side of the car "may have been reattached, possibly from an older driver going too close against something" and that a "small area on that side may have been touched-up with paint," while also being assured that it was a "clean car." The dealer said that while "no car of that age would be perfect," it was a one-owner trade-in, the car showed care, and that everything worked well and looked good except for the possibility of the molding as described. We told him that we would be making a 2 1/2 hour drive from out of state to see the car, that we recognized that neither CarFax nor AutoChek necessarily always caught a car's accident history, and we wanted to make sure that it hadn't had any significant accident damage before making the trip. He expressed understanding, and affirmed that this was a clean car. (On the plus side, he did correct a mistake in the ad about the car having heated seats, when questioned if the heated seats worked, reporting that he couldn't find a button in the car to heat the seats and said that he wouldn't have wanted us to make that long of trip if we were needing heated seats.) When we arrived to see the car, it was readily apparent to a lay person's eye that there had been significant repair to the right side of the car and that its entire right side had been repainted. Once the car lights were turned on, the right head light would not turn off. When we started out for a test drive, we turned around before even getting to the main road due to the loud rattling from the right side of the car (with windows closed, door shut all the way and convertible top secured). The A/C did not blow cold for us (on a cool day). The left door also creaked loudly each time it was opened wide. While the dealer was pleasant, polite and non-pressuring, we found the car's condition to be significantly different than was either inferred in the ad by reporting an accident free AutoChek or as he represented it to us in response to direct questions.

I love my car! got a 2002 Honda Accord so that I can attend nursing school in the spring. The sales people there were quick, honest, and not pushy at all! The only minor problem I've had is when I test drove the car it drove great and the brakes were fine, when I came to pick it up I noticed it shook when I hit the brake? most likely a minor problem I hope! Their location was a little awkward (its in a business park) but they still had a pretty large selection and very reasonable prices! I have already recommended a couple folks to them. I would absolutely go back to them in the future.

I spent a lot of time shopping online for the vehicle I was going to purchase. Not only researching price but reading customer reviews about the businesses that were selling the car. The buying experience is not ALL about price, because you can get a good price and have an unreputable dealer and end up with a piece of crap car and that is why I feel really good about writing this review. After traveling to several car lots we made our way to Certified Auto (wish we would have started here). It's a small outfit but it was a no pressure sales situation. We were taken directly to the car and left alone to check it out. Went on a test drive and decided to purchase. From the time we made the decision until we were out the door was less than 45 min (can't say that about most car purchases). Took the vehicle home and found a few minor issues, called them the next day and they had us bring the vehicle back two days later to fix the problems. These guys are great and I would buy from them again, and I would tell my friends to check their inventory before they go anywhere else. There are way to many dishonest guys out there these days so I think it is important to acknowledge the good ones when we find them! Thank you Matt and Certified Auto for the pleasant experience.

I purchased a 95 Acura Integra over a year ago at 86,000 miles. I have needed to replace a radiator due to a small hole after the 3rd month. And this summer I noticed a lot of squeaking noises. I needed the axel replaced. Luckily, I know a mechanic and got this replaced for very cheap. But I can imagine it would have been a very expensive job. Other than that, I've had no problems and the car runs great.

Luke made the buy experience very layed back and easy. I can tell you this was the first time buying a used car where I felt the price was right and din't feel that I had been taken. Luke also went the extra mile by staying later to accomidate my son who did not get off work until closing time and he was will to to stay until we could get the deal done. Thanks again Luke!

I had an excellent buying experience at Certified. Matt and Ron were clear professionals right from the start. The engine light came on under the warranty and they fixed the catalytic converter and the oxygen sensor with no questions asked. A few other minor repairs they also took care of very smoothly. They really were a pleasure to deal with. They put all other used car dealers to shame!

Luke sold me a 2000 Camry June 2011. There were questions about the timing belt which they replaced without any questions. I've had this car for 12 months and there has been absolutely no problems. I would buy another without a doubt from Certified. Great doing business with you guys

After doing weeks of research after totalling my car, I found Certified Auto. They are truly the best used car dealership I encountered while during numerous test drives at other dealers. It is such a great atmosphere when you arrive. Low-pressure sales, great with questions, and great with being patient. I went for plenty of test drives, some in the same vehicle, before deciding what car was best for me. They specialize in low mileage, low cost cars and my camry rides fantastically. I highly recommend Matt, Ron, and Luke to any and all ages in need of a quality, used car

Buying a car from Certified Auto was a great experience. We stopped at several other locations prior to arrival at their warehouse. Once we arrived I decided almost immediately to purchase my car from these guys. We were there almost the entire day and test drove half of the cars available, yet the owners patiently gave us space to inspect and deliberate with no sales pressure, appearing only periodically to offer assistance. There were one or two small issues that I noticed after leaving that I wanted repaired under the warranty. These guys went out of their way to make sure the issues were addressed, if not by themselves, then by another certified company. Nine months later I have no complaints and the car runs wonderfully. I recommend buying your used car here if for no other reason than these guys will treat you honestly and fairly.

The Md. Certified Auto team use a professional attitude and great judgement in their buying process. I looked at several other cars in their inventory, and ALL of the cars that I personally looked at were worth buying. Luke. Thank you for a smooth process and handling those few minor repairs. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

is good to know they clean & polish all cars, they keep them inside a big Garage so they are not expose to sunlight all day long.. i didn't feel pushed to buy and i was surprised that i even took a driving test without anyone from the dealer. and they were able to fix some minor issues to the car i bought faster than i thought. good price and no burn out cars also. it would be good if they can expand their warranty for more than 1000 miles
