Female owner extremely rude. Never again. Maybe some classes on customer service would help. Maybe not for her though. In response to the "owners" response. You didn't state anything. You yelled. No one yelled at you yet you YELLED at me. Her excuse for yelling was that she was "frustrated". You think we weren't frustrated??? I never yelled at them. They say they don't deal with the finance company yet they were calling the finance company as we were on the phone with them at the same time. The finance company said of course they still deal with them. So I guess that was a lie. They are the only ones that deal with the issue and that the dealership is the ONLY ones that could fix our issue. So, now we have a car that will just SIT since they are the only ones that can fix it and REFUSE to fix it. So nice to have a car you can't drive because who knows if it will cut off and leave us stranded. Great customer service.... still no fix for the car.

My late husband and I purchased three vehicles from Chambersburg Affordable in the past with no issues. I currently needed a reliable vehicle. On limited funds, I was still put in a very nice car. I would highly recommend anyone stopping to check them out. Have I mentioned that I love this place as much as I love my new car!!

A great place to buy your vehicle. Amy the sales representative is absolutely wonderful she was super friendly an went above an beyond to help us!! I would recommend buying your vehicle from them!

Please don’t buy from this dealership unless you want to be screwed over. 3 days after I bought my car the check engine came on for a misfire. They attempted to fix it 4 times but it didn’t work. Everytime I asked to get it fixed the lady’s were rude about it. I had a month powertrain warranty. Don’t give the warranty if your going to be rude if there’s something wrong with it. I still have the same problem with it today and they refuse to fix it. I’ll be having to pay for the problems out of pocket, even though I have a warranty. Do not recommend this place.
